This training plays a crucial role in providing training to 37 participants in Nagari Bukit Batabuah, Agam Regency. It focuses on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. Pre-training needs analysis helped the community service team understand the challenges faced by the partners and identify their primary needs. Survey data indicates that the majority of participants have been actively involved in various business sectors, with many already owning their businesses. Income analysis suggests income variation, with most participants falling into the middle and upper-middle-income categories. In the context of digital marketing, Shopee emerges as the primary platform chosen by participants, while diversification through WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram is also evident. This training provides a deep understanding and practical skills to MSME entrepreneurs, assisting them in developing effective marketing strategies and leveraging the full potential of online media for business growth

The design of the Web-Based Recap System is a strategic step in addressing issues related to data management and information efficiency that occur at the Samarinda Manpower Office. The focus of this service is centered on developing a system that facilitates the recapitulation process of labor-related data. The main purpose of this service is to provide technological solutions that facilitate the management of labor data and improve information transparency at the Samarinda City Manpower Office. The research method adopted involves a survey of user needs, an in-depth analysis of the recap process, as well as the application of the Laravel Framework to build a responsive and accessible web platform.

Musyarakah mutanaqishah is musyarakah or syirkah ownership the assets (goods) or capital of one of the parties (shariq) are reduced due to gradual purchase by other parties. As well as a musyarakah agreement mutanaqishah is a combined contract between a musyarakah contract and a contract ijarah. Sharia syndicated financing is financing provided by two/more Islamic banks or financial institutions, with the same terms and conditions, using the same documents and administered by one bank. Regarding information on syndicated financing using a musyarakah agreement Mutanaqishah is still not widely known by the wider community until now This. So this research will focus on discussing contracts musyarakah mutanaqisah used in syndicated financing. The aim of this community service is to help children's psychomotor development to control body movements through coordinated activities between the central nerve and muscles through games, hone children's abilities through coloring sketches, and provide reinforcement and motivation for children with special needs so that children do not inferior and able to compete in the world of education like other children. This activity was carried out at SLB Negeri Ende. The methods used in this service activity are game methods, socialization approaches and lectures. The results of the activity show that children are more enthusiastic about learning, because the material provided is material that is combined with games, so that lessons are more fun for children and not boring. The conclusion of this service is that the community service activities carried out are expected to improve the concentration and learning abilities of children with special needs at SLB. This century has seen an increase in the development of sustainable development, and to help with this, the green economy strategy has been established. Businesses who are aware of this are beginning to include environmental management components to the strategic roadmap in order to accommodate this programme, which needs funding in order to be carried out. As a result, many institutions are now beginning to use green budgeting techniques. A budgeting model known as "green budgeting" gives environmental considerations top priority during the planning, execution, monitoring, and assessment stages. Organisations can use budgets as a tool to promote the accomplishment of environmental goals by implementing green budgeting. The OECD-based green budgeting theory and idea is applied. The purpose of this study is to offer a framework for implementing the green budgeting idea in line with business needs. This study employs qualitative methodologies grounded in financial company case studies. The information used came from documents and interviews pertaining to the organisation's green corporate roadmap and budgeting procedure. The study's findings demonstrate that PT. Smart Finance has strategic goals for environmental management in its frame design, and these goals are guided by the company's long-term aims and its shareholders. The company has relevant policies, such as the Green Company Document Blueprint, to put this idea into practice. It also has media, such as management reports and sustainability reports, to report on its progress and provide information on programme realisation. If this idea is put into practice, the annual budget of the company will need to be prepared with a grading system for environmental management.

In buying a laptop, you need to look at the specifications and standards that are tailored to your needs and requirements. Some of the standards and requirements include looking at several aspects of the criteria including the price of the laptop, RAM (random access memory), processor, hard drive capacity, screen size, VGA (video graphic adapter), battery power, weight, length of warranty, availability of spare parts, service range center. The fuzzy method is a method that makes it easy to find a value that is still vague and also linguistic, the use of the sample additive weighting (SAW) method is used to assist calculations in supporting decision making. The choice of using the SAW method is simpler in calculations, but the results of the calculations are accurate. From the results of calculations using the SAW method, it is calculated that between laptop 1 to laptop 7 with a price preference weight of 30, RAM 10, processor 10, hard disk capacity 10, screen size 5, VGA 3 (video graphic adapter), battery power 7, weight 5 , length of warranty 10, availability of spare parts 5, distance to service center 5, the highest order starts from laptop 1 with a total value of 18.4, laptop 7 with a value of 16.6, laptop 6 with a value of 13.6, laptop 5 with a value of 13.5, laptop 3 with a value of 13.2, laptop 4 with a value of 11.2, laptop 2 with a value of 8.9. The results of the assessment can change according to the needs of laptop buyers, who are more concerned with which criterion has the most important weight.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

This study aims to produce and test the feasibility of Training Materials Management of Household Financial Management in the Village Tasikmadu. This research method using Design-Based Research model. The results of the final evaluation showed that 93% -95% of the learners received excellent training evaluation results, 95% -100% of the study participants gave positive responses to the training model, 89% of the students were active in training, and 79% of the studying population had implemented financial Accounting. Based on these results, the development of teaching materials for household financial management training is ready to be implemented. This training development is easy to apply, effective and practical, as it is developed and designed in a contextual and flexible way that is modified according to the needs and circumstances of the field. In addition, the guidebook provided in this model of financial management training has been made as attractive as possible to facilitate training activities taking into account the characteristics of female fishermen as learning citizens. So when this resource is applied it will create a fun and interesting training atmosphere.

This research discusses educational facilities for children with special needs. Children with special needs are a group that requires special attention in education. They have different needs in accessing and participating in the learning process. In this article, we explore the importance of adequate educational facilities for children with special needs. Important aspects of such facilities include an adapted physical environment, technological support, the role of teachers and educational staff, as well as the benefits that children with special needs obtain from good educational facilities. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method where data collection is carried out by searching for articles from electronic journals, namely Google Scholar (Scholar), which can strengthen the results of the analysis. The data analysis technique in this research includes three stages, namely organize, synthesize and identify. The research results show that facilities for children with special needs have their own functions. Each facility provides its own benefits for children's growth and development. In this way, children with special needs receive maximum service.

This research explores the impact of implementing incentives at the Bu Ira basic food agency in Krian, Sidoarjo on employee performance, with a focus on sales bonuses and non-financial incentives. The research results show that sales bonuses related to target achievement provide additional motivation for employees to increase sales, especially when bonuses are linked to certain products that have higher profits. Additionally, non-financial incentives such as recognition for good performance have proven effective in building team spirit and increasing job satisfaction. The discussion involved understanding that incentive design must be tailored to the grocery store context, taking into account the unique characteristics of this industry. Sales bonuses, when tied to specific types of products, can provide a greater motivational boost for employees. Recognition of good performance can be realized in the form of promotion or additional training, providing added value in employee career development. Flexibility in incentive design, effective communication, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of incentive programs are the keys to success. The results of this research provide insight for business owners and managers in the grocery agency industry to design incentive programs that suit employee needs and business goals, as well as accommodate changes in the industrial environment.

This research is motivated by business networks to expand professional networks, create opportunities and businesses or jobs. Achieving professional success relies heavily on having a network of quality contacts. Therefore, networking is key in work life. Breakfast in the morning has become a culture for Indonesian people. The breakfast culture has become an activity as evidenced by the diversity of sellers offering various types of food suitable for breakfast. Breakfast is an activity of eating and drinking between morning and 9 o'clock to meet nutritional needs. Based on the above, easy and practical rice innovation is needed. To respond to this, the author conducted marketing development strategy research on business networks carried out by the UMKM Nasi Gigit Candu. The aim of this research is to find out the marketing development strategy for the Nasi Gigit Candu business network. This research was conducted directly with the owner of Nasi Gigit Opium. This research looks for how the development of business network marketing is carried out by entrepreneurs of the Nasi Gigit Opium Business to decide on product marketing development starting from making breakfast products to products that are marketed into the hands of consumers. This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods, namely by direct interviews with Nasi Gigit Opdu MSME owners and financial management.

This article aims to find out learning-friendly aspects for children with special needs at Bungo Regency Elementary Schools. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques include: observation and interviews. The research subjects or informants were the school principal and class teacher/homeroom teacher. The results of the research show that: (1) in this case the principal as the highest decision holder in an institution greatly influences the sustainability of children with special needs who wish to attend Normal School. (2) There are many problematic factors that exist regarding the implementation of a learning-friendly environment in the 3 elementary schools discussed in this article. However, the most basic and very influencing factor is the problem of the school not having special counselors for children with special needs but they accept children with special needs at the school. (3) The efforts made by the school to overcome the problems faced are that the school must first find a teacher who can specifically guide children with special needs so that these children can catch up with other normal children.

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT Gudang Garam Tbk during the period from 2019 to 2022, with a focus on the company's financial statements. The evaluation is conducted by understanding the assets and liabilities of the company, especially current assets, non-current assets, and net exposure. The significant increase in cash and cash equivalents reflects efficient liquidity management, while fluctuations in trade receivables and inventory highlight operational challenges. Sustained investments in fixed assets signify a commitment to long-term growth, although fluctuations in trade payables and short-term liabilities demand caution. The consistently positive net exposure provides insight into potential growth and financial stability. However, the decrease in net exposure in 2021 indicates the impact of changing dynamics in the cigarette industry. In conclusion, a comprehensive understanding of financial statements is crucial for identifying opportunities and risks, providing a foundation for informed strategic decision-making. Additionally, this research emphasizes the importance of a deep understanding of factors influencing financial performance. Focus on liquidity, fixed asset investment, and net exposure management provides a complete picture of the company's dynamics. In facing the changing dynamics of the cigarette industry, the company needs to maintain a balance between long-term growth and financial risk management. The results of this research can serve as a valuable guide for the company's strategic decision-making in the future.

Good product quality is indeed an important factor to be able to increase company sales. However, there are other things that you should pay attention to, namely establishing good relationships with customers it is undeniable that customers are one of the factors that will affect the condition of your business. If you don't have customers, then you won't get any income. Therefore establishing a good relationship with customers becomes important for the sustainability of the company. By definition, a customer relationship is a marketing strategy that retains and manages customers to make repeat purchases. Customers that you have successfully attracted must be managed as well as possible so as not to switch to competitors. The more customers you have, the better the impact on business development. The way this is done is to manage it in such a way that it encourages purchases repetitive and prevents them from switching to competitors.this can also be done by providing answers and solutions to problems owned by customers. Customer relationship practices help salespeople automate sales activities with a customer relationship strategy, you know when to reach out to your sales prospects, what to say, and how to say it.

Undocumented migrant children lose access to formal education. Therefore, a learning forum is provided, namely the guidance studio (SB) or Learning Center. This research uses a qualitative method using a case study approach. The aim of this research is to determine the form of social relations of NGO PERMAI in building a guidance studio for undocumented migrant children, to find out the form of support/contribution from related parties in helping fulfill education for migrant children. The theory used is Michel Foucault's theory of power relations. The results of this research are: The PERMAI NGO guidance studio requires support and assistance from other parties, this form of relationship is a collaborative relationship from (KBRI, ​​KJRIl, PPI and students from universities in Indonesia). The forms of support provided vary, such as material support or learning needs (desks, chairs, notebooks, boards, etc.) or support in the form of personnel as provided by PPI.

PT Pos Indonesia is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the delivery services sector. One of the services businesses offer is sending letters and packages. Companies with this delivery service will really need a marketing strategy to attract customers who operate in the business world which aims to satisfy consumers and increase sales volume. The data collection method in preparing the Final Assignment is the method of observation, interviews and documentation studies with the analysis method in the form of qualitative analysis, namely a data analysis method without using statistical analysis. The first thing to do in a marketing strategy is to look at market needs first. Then determine the market segment to be targeted, namely the business market segment. By determining the business market segment, determining the target market determines the strategy for selecting the company. By choosing a target that suits the business market segment, the market position will automatically become the label for the business product itself in society. The marketing mix in a marketing strategy will automatically follow the flow of segmentation, targeting and positioning, this is because the product, place, price and promotion are determined according to the business market segment.

Professional zakat is a type of zakat which is specifically related to income or earnings obtained from certain jobs or professions in the Islamic economy. This is a form of zakat given by individuals who have income from their work or business. Professional zakat is one of the topics of contemporary jurisprudence that is still debated and not yet fully agreed upon by scholars. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach based on data sources from literature studies and observations. The aim of this research is to provide information related to professional zakat. The research results show that Professional Zakat is calculated based on a certain percentage of an individual's income after meeting basic needs and debts that must be paid. The percentage that must be spent varies between 2.5% to 20% depending on the assets owned

In this study, the complexity of motivational factors is closely related to the context of organizational culture, team dynamics, and perceptions of rewards and recognition of individual contributions. Participation in decision-making, opportunities for career development, and interpersonal relationships at work also emerged as important elements in motivating employees. The qualitative analysis highlighted that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to understanding work motivation in this environment. However, the need for recognition of achievement, a sense of involvement in the work process, and support from superiors and coworkers have a significant impact on individuals' motivation levels. This study provides an in-depth understanding of what influences work motivation at the Office of Industry and Trade of North Sumatra Province. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a sensitive approach to individual needs and preferences in designing effective motivation strategies to improve productivity.

The financial condition of a company is accurately and transparently reflected in its financial statements, so the company needs to pay attention to the principles of Financial Standards (SAK) in business combinations. The presentation and recognition of goodwill by PT Astra International Tbk. must comply with applicable financial accounting standards, in order to create good financial statements and facilitate users in understanding the contents of the financial statements. The purpose of this study is to find out how PT Astra International Tbk. applies the principles of presentation and disclosure of financial accounting standards in its financial statements for business combinations. The data collection method used in this study is secondary data in the form of consolidated reports for the period 2020 to 2022. The results of this study indicate that the presentation of PT Astra International Tbk's financial statements has complied with generally applicable standards and has presented the results of business combination activities in the form of goodwill recording by PT Astra International Tbk amounting to Rp824 billion in its financial statements.

This study examines the impact of pricing strategy and service quality on customer preferences on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This study's methodology, which included a quantitative approach and primary data from a questionnaire, identified 33 Shopee users in Tasikmalaya. An analysis using SPSS confirms that the two factors mentioned above—price strategy and service quality—contribute about 40.5% to consumers' preferences for fashion products on Shopee. Even though price strategy has a significant relationship, service quality has a stronger and more positive impact on customer preferences. Implicitly, it is crucial for e-commerce businesses to improve the quality of their services while meticulously developing price phase strategy to make it more in line with customer preferences. All of this offers advantages for the e-commerce business in developing strategies to meet customer needs in an increasingly competitive market.
