World civilization with very rapid changes in various countries is characterized by the unlimited use of information systems based on computing and big data. Information technology utilizes computers and computer software to convert, store, process, protect, transmit and obtain information securely. Designing an administrative service information system to assist students and final assignment coordinators in the registration process, filing requirements and submitting titles for final assignments and obtaining supervisor assignment letters. Therefore, this problem can be solved by building an information system design for final assignment administration services that will be implemented in the Industrial Engineering Study Program, namely SIMENTARI (Industrial Engineering Final Assignment Management Information System). In this research, the SIMENTARI design method used was waterfall. The waterfall method suggests systematic and sequential software development starting from the highest system level and continuing to the analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance stages. The existence of a SIMENTARI Information System can make it easier for the Final Assignment Coordinator in the Industrial Engineering Study Program to serve students who will submit their Final Assignments more easily and systematically and the data entered by the user can be stored neatly in the system. In this research, the tools used to create a SIMENTARI information system were Xampp and Php MySQL software.

This service discusses the development of a web-based Form Application Information System using PHP in the Administration Department at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda. This company faced difficulties in administering the employee claim form, where the form had to be submitted to the department head for approval. Obstacles that often arise include the absence of an approval official, company policies to reduce paper use, and human error. The development of this form application uses data collection methods through observation and interviews. Php was chosen as a programming language because of its flexibility and ability to be developed dynamically. MySQL is used as a database, while HTML and CSS are used to organize the structure and appearance of web pages. By implementing this system, the employee claim form process at PT United Tractors Tbk-Samarinda can make a positive contribution to the company's administrative efficiency.)

Extracurricular activities are an integral part of every educational institution throughout a year of learning. In the current era where information is demanded at an accelerated pace, this research aims to develop a web-based extracurricular attendance information system for SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The current extracurricular attendance system at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng is manual, prompting the need for this research to construct a website-based information system to facilitate students, supervising teachers, and staff at SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Benjeng. The extracurricular website serves as a source of information for the school principal, class teachers, and extracurricular supervisors. It provides information about students participating in extracurricular activities, the schedule of extracurricular sessions, and generates attendance reports for students over a semester and a full academic year. The system is designed using the waterfall method, implemented through (PHP) and MySQL. This research has successfully created a web-based platform for the management of extracurricular attendance. It is anticipated that this system will offer support to stakeholders responsible for overseeing extracurricular activities.

the aim of this research is to determine the merchandise inventory accounting information system used by Toko Rianzi. This research method uses descriptive research by looking for theoretical research related to the merchandise inventory accounting information system. The data collection used was observation and interviews. The type of data used is quantitative data. The results of this research are expected to provide information regarding the merchandise inventory accounting information system. The design of this merchandise inventory accounting information system uses the system development method Dynamic System Development Method with 3 main stages, namely, before the project, project life cycle and after the project. As well as 5 sub stages (feasibility study, business study, model iteration, iteration design, manufacture and implementation). Discussion of design researchThis merchandise inventory accounting information system is expected to be able to makes it easier for Toko Rianzi to make inventory reports and financial reports.

Kantor Kelurahan talang jawa merupakan salah satu kantor kelurahan yang ada di daerah baturaja sumatera selatan. kantor tersebut ingin memanfaatkan website sebagai media informasi terhadap layanan kepada masyarakat desa talang jawa, agar masyarakat bisa dengan mudah mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan pelayanan sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu datang ke kantor lurah hanya untuk mendapatkan informasi yang mereka butuhkan. namun pegawai kelurahan tersebut belum ada yang bisa membuat atau pun menggunakan website. Oleh karena itu penulis melakukan pelatihan pembuatan website pada kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan, dengan tujuan website tersebut dapat mempermudah dalam memberikan pelayanan berupa informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat desa talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan. Website tersebut dibuat menggunakan framework laravel dengan menggunakan database mysql, hasil dari Pembuatan sistem informasi berupa informasi mengenai kegiatan yang ada di kelurahan talang jawa serta beberapa fasilitas seperti info pembangunan dan kesejahteraan rakyat yang bisa diakses pada website tersebut. Dengan adanya Pengadaan pelatihan untuk pegawai kantor kelurahan talang jawa baturaja sumatera selatan merupakan hal yang positif dikarenakan selain bisa mengaksest website kelurahan talang jawa yang baru dibuat, pegawai kantor kelurahan juga dapat menambah wawasan mengenai pembuatan website yang dinamis.

The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.

Currently, various industries see the increasingly rapid development of modern technology, almost all institutions need a government information system, one of which is to automate data storage more quickly and easily. The levy receipt system is an example of information technology. One of the government agencies in Gresik Regency that has not implemented an information system for data processing is the Cooperative Service, located in Gresik, Kembangan, KEC.kebomas, Gresik Regency, East Java 61121. assisting other officers who handle administration in the Market Tax Sub-section, namely data processing Daily or monthly Market Tax payments still use a Tax Control Card or. To overcome this problem, an information system was developed using the PHP and HTML programming languages ​​and MYSQL DATABASE. The research methodology used in this research uses data collection methods. The conclusions are expected to help simplify the management of market services, such as managing traders, processing kiosks and losses, and processing fee data and reports, it is also hoped that it can reduce the risk of damage.

The purpose of the research conducted was to design an Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku. Data processing at SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku has not utilized the use of information technology to support operational activities, data processing is still recorded manually, such as in processing student assessment data, teacher data, lesson schedule data and student final report data (Raport) and data storage is still done conventionally using paper and cabinets. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including conducting interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The system development method uses the Prototype method. At the design stage using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This system is built using PHP, Mysql, Xampp, and database. The results of this study are a web-based academic information system using the Codeigniter Framework. From this application it is hoped that it will make it easier to process Academic data for SMA Negeri 2 Rambang Dangku so that it is faster and more detailed, and makes it easier to make final data reports on student scores (Rapot).

Umi Rahma Maternity Clinic which provides pregnancy and childbirth examination services. Eclampsia ranks second in causes of maternal death. Preeclampsia diagnosis, which is a precursor to eclampsia, needs to be implemented to reduce maternal and child mortality rates. The aim of this research is to create an expert system for early diagnosis of preeclampsia in pregnant women using the Forward Chaining method. Research methodology stages include literature study, observation, interviews, data collection, primary and secondary. data preprocessing, database design, system design, analysis the calculation results. ,Gestational Age, Maternal Age, Edema. From the system output results, namely the diagnosis of mild preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia. The use of this expert system is web-based using the PHP programming language. To find out the accuracy of the system, a system evaluation was carried out by comparing the expert results with the system results on 10 testing data, and getting 1 result indicating an incorrect result and 9 correct results. Thus, the system accuracy percentage is 90%. So this research was carried out by creating an expert system which aims to make it easier to access information regarding the symptoms of preerclampsia in pregnant women and is able to provide knowledge to pregnant women online to make it more accurate. This research uses the extreme programming method in developing an expert system which will be built using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database and using Unified Modeling Langueage (UML) modeling.

Design of an information system for managing official travel documents specifically for the Finance Department where the system currently used is still manual. During designing the information system, the methodology used was the first stage, namely Analysis and the second stage, namely Reporting. The aim of this Practical Work Report is expected to be able to help the Kuantan Singingi Regency KPU in improving the existing system, so that the management of official travel documents that have been done manually can be facilitated by the system Application.

The research methodology used in the data processing system is the literature study method, namely data collection which is carried out by taking data from various books in the library, journals and other books that can be used as a basis for analyzing problems that can be discussed in research, as well as field study methods. namely by making direct observations such as interviews and observations. The problem solving algorithm used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The result of this research is that there is an application tool made with the Java programming language and storing data using a database from MySQL so that the process of data collection and selection of the best employees at PT Radiant Asia Pacific becomes more effective, efficient and practical.

The aim of designing a sales information system is to make it easier for the administration to process existing data. Application tools that have been created with PHP and a MySQL database can provide a smooth process for inputting and storing data and reports provided to shop owners. By using a system development method, namely the System Development Life Cycle. The results of this research create a sales application design that can make it easier for stores to collect data on goods and sales data to make it better and more accurate. Apart from that, the level of effectiveness of this application is quite high as seen from customer satisfaction with a good and fast transaction process.

Usaha Maju is a private company engaged in trading. This company has been around for a long time in Gempolsewu Dk Tegal Kapang District, Rowosari District, Kendal Regency, which is adjacent to TPI Tawang. Usaha Maju does not yet have an information system to assist companies in recording financial statements and merchandise inventory. In managing the old report data, it is still done manually, namely using a notebook in recording the data. data processing is carried out twice, namely when purchasing goods and at the time of sale, resulting in less effectiveness in bookkeeping and financial reporting in the company. Recording of inventory financial reports is still often the difference between the financial statements of purchases and sales. With the problems and background above, the authors finish by implementing the "Inventory Information System Using the Web-Based Fifo Method at PT. Forward Enterprises” in order to facilitate the company in recording the Financial Statements of inventory and also improve companies in the field of Technology. This application uses sublime text 3 software as a text editor and MySQL database.

So that it can provide benefits for the workshop. The aim of building a workshop information system is that customers can order products without having to come to workshopku.com, the repair shop can solve the problem of managing orders, thus making it easy for consumers to get information about products available at workshopku.com. This system is designed using the programming language HTML, PHP, using the MYSQL database. While the editor uses Visual Studio Code. With the implementation of the information system workshopku.com has been successful and according to the needs of customers who want to get information quickly and accurately.

In this research, a web-based speedy service submission system has been designed. Speedy is a high-speed internet access from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, which uses Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line (ADSL) access technology. The technology enables data and voice communication simultaneously through one ordinary telephone line, using copper cable access network media. This system was created using the programming language PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), as a web editor, Apache as a local webserver, MYSQL database and Flowchart as a system design tool. The results of this web-based Speedy service installation application information system can make it easier for customers to apply for Speedy service installation, make it easier to make data reports to leaders and provide information about the fast, controlled and accurate customer submission process.
