Money Laundering is an attempt to hide or disguise the origin of money or assets resulting from a criminal act through various financial transactions so that the money or assets appear as if they came from legal activities. The criminal act of money laundering is increasingly complex, and uses increasingly varied methods, one of the crimes originating from money laundering is fraud. The problems studied are how the law protects victims of fraud, what is the mechanism for confiscating and returning assets resulting from criminal acts originating from the assets of fraud victims, as well as an analysis of the basic considerations of judges in the Supreme Court decision no. 3096 K/Pid.Sus/2018. The defendant, who was proven to have not only committed the crime of "Fraud", was also proven to have committed the crime of "Money Laundering", therefore, based on the provisions of Article 39 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 46 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the evidence was confiscated for the state. 

The aim of this research is to find out criminal responsibility for political parties based on the perspective of responsibility theory and to find out the ideal sanctions for political parties that obtain funds from corruption. The research method used in this research is literature or normative, namely "the process of searching for a legal regulation , legal principles, and legal doctrine in order to answer the legal problems faced. The results and discussion of this research are: 1) Political parties that obtain funds from corruption crimes can be charged with legal responsibility, this is because political parties which are legal entities are included in the definition of corporations as intended in Law Number 8 of 2010 and Law Number 31 of 1999. Apart from that, the actions of political parties who receive funds from corruption crimes are also criminal acts of money laundering as stipulated in Law Number 8 of 2010. 2) The ideal sanction for political parties involved in or obtaining funds from corruption crimes is to reduce political party financial assistance sourced from the APBN/APBD by the amount 30%, this sanction is applied to political parties whose members commit criminal acts of corruption independently or singly and do not involve political parties and sanctions for the dissolution of political parties if they commit criminal acts of corruption collectively and/or political parties that receive funds from criminal acts of corruption.

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

State assets in BUMN are State Finance, namely state money which is separated into its management as a form of direct capital participation from the state. BUMN is a business entity so it is a business entity whose business orientation is focused on making a profit (profit). The problem is that not all BUMNs in Indonesia are said to be good and healthy BUMNs, because a number of BUMNs are still suffering significant or even very large losses. Quite a few of the BUMNs in question suffer losses due to various factors, so that if losses occur to the BUMN, then these losses constitute losses to the State Finances and qualify as a criminal act of corruption. From the research results, it can be concluded that state finances in state-owned companies are realized in the criteria if all the capital comes from separated state assets, and if the majority (majority) of the capital comes from separated state assets. These two criteria indicate the existence of state assets in state-owned companies so that they are fully subject to the legal provisions of state-owned companies according to Law no. 19 of 2003. State financial losses to state-owned companies are not state financial losses, but rather losses to the state-owned companies themselves. In the past, payment processes for goods or services used to involve paper money and coins, but nowadays, payments are made using digital media. However, the current digital payment methods still rely on centralized storage technology. Therefore, if the data held at the center is damaged or compromised, it can disrupt the flow of financial transactions, and user data privacy becomes a subsequent concern. 

Money is an important component of existence. We call the system created by the exchange of certain contracts a financial transaction. These exchanges are simply an attempt to meet basic needs. Muhammad Baqir Ash Sadr consistently discusses the state of Islamic economics in his writings, consistently stating his rejection of colonial economics (conventional economics). The aim of entrepreneurship education is to develop attitudes, enthusiasm and the ability to create something of value for oneself and others. Creative, innovative, independent, leadership, good money management and never giving up are entrepreneurial attitudes that must be instilled in children from an early age. As followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW we need to learn from his figure as an entrepreneur. Where in his journey as an entrepreneur, Rasulullah successfully proved that to start a business one does not have to have money first, there are other elements that are more important than that, namely that one must have the right entrepreneurial mentality. The purpose of this article is to analyze the importance of entrepreneurship education instilled from elementary school age in an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature-based approach. Qualitative research relies on the collection and analysis of non-numerical data (such as text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or results. Entrepreneurship education taught at elementary school level is believed to be able to reduce children's consumption habits, train them to create something of value and give birth to the next generation to create jobs in the future.

The rapid development of science and technology has led to the emergence of various crimes that violate the law by utilizing technology, for example the Doni Salmanan binary option fraud case, which uses the quotex and flexing platforms on social media to influence the public so that they are interested in trading. This relates to forensic linguistics which analyzes the relationship between language and the field of law. This study aims to 1) understand the utterances used by Doni Salmanan to influence someone from a pragmatic perspective of speech acts, 2) understand the meaning of the language used by Doni Salmanan from a semantic perspective, 3) examine how the relationship between the language used by Doni Salmanan and violations in the world of law . The method used in this study is a qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of documentary studies, and using a forensic linguistic approach from the pragmatic and semantic perspectives of speech acts. The results of this study concluded that Doni deliberately spread hoax news, flexing and charity with the aim of convincing and motivating members that his current wealth is the result of trading. From a pragmatic point of view, the speech delivered by Doni Salmanan contains illocutionary and perlocutionary meanings. Meanwhile, from a semantic point of view, it can be concluded that binary options trading does not have a definite profit and the teaching method may not be profitable because the activity is chancy. So that Doni violated Article 45A paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 28 paragraph (1) RI Law number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE as amended and added to RI Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE. Then article Article 378 of the Criminal Code concerning Fraud and Article 3 of the Republic of Indonesia Law number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU)

The progress of science and technology today is an advancement of human civilization which has an impact on all aspects of life, including the development and increasing diversity of motives and forms of crime. Along with this progress, the business world is also used as a means of committing crimes by criminals, one of which is money laundering which takes advantage of technological advances and system advances in the business world, such as taking advantage of the sophistication and ease of banking transactions and other forms of business activities. . In direct proportion to this, various efforts have been made to prevent and narrow the space for money laundering perpetrators, especially by building a legal system in the business world that can eradicate this white collar crime, both nationally and internationally.

Al-Ghazali's views regarding economics and business are not only limited to the philosophical realm, but are a synthesis between realities that occur in a society that has philosophical principles supported by reasonable reasons. Al-Ghazali based his theory on the school of Sufism in relation to business economics, which is reflected in his work, the book Ihya 'Ulum al-Din. Al-Ghazali considered many commercial and economic aspects of society, including the hierarchy1 of utility4 and its characteristics6 in determining social tasks related to welfare (mashlahah). He emphasized that individual behavioral intentions that are in harmony with Divine rules in every economic activity have the value of worship. Apart from that, Al-Ghazali views safety as the ultimate goal. His theoretical ideas about market exchange and growth, activities and hierarchies of production, barter systems and the use of money, the role of the state in creating a just, peaceful, and stable economy, and public financing are all relevant today.  

This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method to analyze the variation of slang used by the Baduy local community, Desa Kanekes. The data collected is a data primer, which is collected through fieldwork and data collection through questionnaires. The research also uses a survey method to gather information from 10 local residents, focusing on the use of slang and language in their daily lives. The results show that the majority of residents use slang in their daily lives, with some using it in their daily conversations. The study also identifies three slang variations: "On the Way" (OTW), "Lebay", and "COD". OTW is a slang variation that refers to the current time of the conversation, while "Lebay" is a slang variation that refers to the current time of the conversation. COD is a slang variation that refers to the amount of money paid for goods delivered, and it is used by some locals for online transactions. The study highlights the importance of understanding and utilizing slang in the local community.

This research aims to determine the effect of the use of digital money on the amount of money circulating in Indonesia. The method used is Library Research (Library) in this writing, this method uses books, and journals, both written and online. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the use of digital money brings efficiency in transactions, reduces operational costs, allows fast payments, and allows better transaction tracking. It changes the way we interact with finance, providing benefits to individuals, businesses, and the economy as a whole. However, it should be noted that security, regulation, and consumer protection are also important concerns in the development of this financial technology.

Abstract. Social media is a platform that is very open, which allows anyone to produce and consume it. This makes social media dominate internet content as the most frequently accessed by the Indonesian people. One of the social media that has an influence on society today, especially for social media that is able to visually display content that is easy to understand compared to the type of online media that just displays photos or even just a written message. Youtube is a solution used by some people in the world in determining and finding the desire they are looking for. From social media, this very open platform allows anyone to produce and consume it. This makes social media dominate internet content as the most frequently accessed by the Indonesian people. YouTube is also one of the many social media platforms that is widely used to share free information and display content in the form of videos. YouTube contains a wide range of topics, and everyone can post videos on this platform, which is why it is so popular. 272.1 million people live in Indonesia, 64% of the country's population has an internet connection. With 88% of the population using YouTube, it is the most popular social media platform in Indonesia and the second most popular platform is occupied by WhatsApp with 84% of users. Users can display and distribute content on YouTube in addition to using it as a source of information. Using a YouTube account is very cheap and easy compared to using traditional media, which entails a lot of money. YouTube is growing in popularity not only because it is cheaper but also because anyone can post a video for a wide audience to watch. Because of how convenient it is to use YouTube, because viewers can not only see the content, but they can respond in the comments section. However, through this convenience one can potentially follow what his idols are doing on this platform. Just like a Youtuber who is able to provide social effects on the audience like "YOSHIOLO" who explains his content about lifestyle goods whose segment called "How Much Does Your Outfit Cost?" is currently favored by Gen Z specifically for students. The presence of this content increases the desire of young people, especially students, to use these lifestyle items to boost appearance and even for appreciation events in the campus environment. Through this incident, it causes consumptive attitudes towards the younger generation who are lacking in managing finances because they are entangled in the beautiful world of Fashion Style shown in this Youtube content. Islam and Karl Max are an interesting topic in Indonesia. Apart from the majority of Indonesia's population being Muslim, there are also gaps and gaps in the economic sector. The aim of this article is to re-present the line of thought regarding the relationship between Islam and Karl Marx so that it can be viewed in a more balanced manner. This research methodology is descriptive and qualitative with a historical approach. Research shows that Islam has very different foundations from Marx's ideas, but both aim to create a social order that is just and free from class oppression. However, Islam still recognizes the different potential that exists in every human being. On the other hand, in Marx's view, the difference between people in countries that accumulate money lies in their control of the factors of production.

SIGNAL is a national digital Samsat application that allows Indonesian citizens to certify Annual STNK, Pay Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), and pay Road Traffic Accident Fund (SWDKLLJ) online by issuing digital documents in the form of electronic certificates and can easily make mandatory contributions to, POLRI, E-TBPKP (Provincial Bapenda), and E-KD, (PT. Jasa Raharja). The implementation of the online system allows people to save more money and time by paying taxes online.

Vote buying is a phenomenon that is often found in the arena of political contestation. However, there is a unique phenomenon in the 2020 Regional Head Election for Wonosobo Regency, which consists of one pair of candidates against an empty box. In the election (Pilkada), there was no indication of its use of money politics or vote buying, either by the candidate pair or the empty box support team. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of the people of Wonosobo Regency, who are familiar with the phenomenon of vote buying but have yet to find it in the 2020 Pilkada. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that three main components become symptoms and can indicate public perceptions of their absence of vote buying in the Pilkada of Wonosobo Regency in 2020. First, the cognitive component includes public knowledge and its implications for the view that there is no vote buying. Second, the affective component indicates a positive emotional aspect of vote buying. Third, the cognitive component that influences positive action after the above expectations of vote buying are not fulfilled.

Income is the amount of money or goods received from other parties, as well as profits from industry, which are estimated based on the amount of money currently available. When selling both in the market and outside the market area, traders must have a strategy so that their merchandise is sold and the trader's income increases. So this research aims to determine the effect of business location on income according to a sharia economic perspective. The type of research used in this research is library research using 30 out of 50 references, where the data source is taken from Google Scholar. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with domain data analysis. The results of this research indicate that location has a significant influence on trader income. This is because the more strategic a location a trader chooses, the higher the income they will earn. If the location is also easy to reach, it will be easier for consumers to get what they want, as in Islamic teachings that if someone gives kindness to another person, that kindness will return to him.    

This research aims to determine the influence of the use of electronic money on the consumer behavior of students at UIN STS JAMBI, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Data collection was carried out by means of Questionnaires, Documentation and Interviews. The sample in this study amounted to 92 people. The data analysis used is Descriptive analysis, Variable Test, Reliability Test, Simple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test, and Coefficient of Determination Analysis. This research was carried out using simple regression analysis to determine the effect of electronic money use on consumer behavior.The results of the research explain the influence of e-wallet use on consumptive behavior among students at the Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN STS JAMBI or in other words, consumptive behavior is influenced by the use of e-wallet by 64.4%, while the remaining 35.6% is influenced by other factors. not examined in this study.

Social stratification is the grouping of a society into certain classes. Where this grouping can show differences in status that exist in society. Every society has something that is valued, maybe in the form of money, maybe land, maybe objects of economic value, maybe also in the form of power, knowledge, piety in religion, or descent from certain families, occupations and others. It is well known that education and the learning process are very important needs in human life. Therefore, this study aims to determine the form of social stratification in the economy of urban communities. The researcher used a qualitative descriptive method. The results show that those with low socio-economic status tend to have high social relationships while those with high socio-economic status tend to have relatively low relationships. In other words, what influences the pattern of social interaction or social relations in urban communities is socioeconomic status, type of work, income level and education level. In addition, there are other factors that determine the pattern of social interaction or social relations in the city.
