PLN is a monopoly trading company that sells electrical energy sources and manages all aspects of electricity in Indonesia, especially the Ponorogo area. In Ponorogo there is a company under the auspices of the Indonesian Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association (AKLI) with the company name PT. Heroine of Eternal Blessing. In carrying out its work PT. Srikandi Berkah Abadi did not run smoothly, but there were many obstacles that disrupted the work process, one of which was the data input process. In this research we used a descriptive qualitative method where we carried out observations and direct interviews while conducting KKL within a period of 1 month. Based on the results of research that has been carried out previously, conclusions can be drawn, including: We carry out data processing activities on the implementation of connection work in people's homes, process data input on network maintenance and changes, and input employee hard disk data. While we were carrying out the KKL for 1 month, the problems we experienced were the ones we mentioned above, when inputting data in Microsoft Excel, it often had errors, crashes, and exited so that the data we were working on was lost and not saved.

This training plays a crucial role in providing training to 37 participants in Nagari Bukit Batabuah, Agam Regency. It focuses on micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the region. Pre-training needs analysis helped the community service team understand the challenges faced by the partners and identify their primary needs. Survey data indicates that the majority of participants have been actively involved in various business sectors, with many already owning their businesses. Income analysis suggests income variation, with most participants falling into the middle and upper-middle-income categories. In the context of digital marketing, Shopee emerges as the primary platform chosen by participants, while diversification through WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and Instagram is also evident. This training provides a deep understanding and practical skills to MSME entrepreneurs, assisting them in developing effective marketing strategies and leveraging the full potential of online media for business growth

This qualitative research aims to explore the role of Strategic Financial Fluency (SFF) as a catalyst for growth in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study employs a multi-method approach integrating literature review, case studies, and expert interviews to construct a comprehensive understanding of SFF and its impact on MSMEs' growth trajectories. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling of MSMEs representing diverse industries and geographical locations to ensure comprehensive data collection. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, focusing on identifying patterns and themes related to SFF adoption, utilization, and its influence on business growth. The findings reveal that MSMEs equipped with Strategic Financial Fluency demonstrate higher adaptability, resilience, and growth potential. Moreover, SFF facilitates informed decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and strategic planning, thus fostering sustainable growth in MSMEs. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the pivotal role of financial literacy and strategic financial management in enhancing the competitiveness and growth prospects of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

The research model adopts an interpretivist approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with MSME owners and managers. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants representing diverse industries and geographic locations. Data analysis involves thematic coding to identify patterns, themes, and insights regarding financial management practices. Preliminary findings suggest a variety of strategies, including budgeting, cash flow management, and strategic investment decisions, play pivotal roles in MSME success. Additionally, the study identifies common challenges faced by MSMEs in financial management, such as limited access to financial resources and lack of financial literacy. This research contributes to understanding the nuanced dynamics of financial management within the MSME sector, providing valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and MSME owners striving for sustainable growth and success.

Moreover, the study underscores the need for tailored financial education programs targeted at MSME owners to improve their financial management practices and foster business growth in a dynamic economic landscape.

Poverty is a condition in which a person or region is unable to improve quality of life or standard of living. Binjai cities are mentioned in a good category in the presentation of poverty compared to other cities in northern Sumatra. This study aims to find out the application of the standards of the poor society in the Central Statistical Authority (BPS) of Binjai City, using qualitative descriptive methods. The research finds that the concept used is that poverty is seen as an inability on the economic side to meet the food base not food measured on the expenditure side, and the concept is confined only to indicators of the poverty line, the presentation of the poor, the depth index of poverty, the index of misery.And there are two types of poverty data: micropoverty data and macro-poverty data.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a very important role in the national economy. One of the drivers of MSMEs is women who contribute 64% of Indonesian MSMEs. Finance has a very important role in starting a business. Based on the information we got, it can be concluded that Dharma Wanita mothers are still confused about how to start a business from their husband's limited income, therefore we help Dharma Wanita mothers how to manage their income so that they can set aside part of their income which will be used as capital in starting a business. The method of implementing this service is carried out by means of presentations and interactive discussions. The result of this service was that the women of the Dharma Wanita Association of the National Park Hall were very enthusiastic about the event. This could be seen from the many questions asked related to family financial management

Sweet arum mango is one type of mango which when harvested has the highest vitamin C content of 7.53 ± 0.4 mg / 100 g. Processed sweet arum mango fruit products that have the potential to be developed are in the form of fruit juice. This is a consideration for researchers to conduct further research on the addition of eugenol preservatives with different concentrations of preservatives and storage times to produce better mango juice. Eugenol compounds have pharmacological activities as analgesics, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antifungal, antiseptic, stimulant, so these compounds are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. Based on the experimental results, optimal conditions for the use of eugenol occurred until day 2, where the addition of eugenol with treatment 3 as much as 1 ml amounted to 38.82% better when compared to other variations of eugenol addition.  The addition of eugenol preservatives cannot preserve the content of vitamin C in sweet mango juice even the content of vitamin C tends to decrease. Sweet arum mango juice has a shelf life of 12 days and total dissolved solids of more than 20%, so the resulting fruit juice does not meet SNI 7382:2009.

The findings from this webinar reveal that many MSMEs still rely on traditional methods to assess financial health, which are inadequate to face the current economic challenges. The speakers emphasized the importance of good risk management and effective branding strategies to achieve sustainable business growth. By adopting new technologies and implementing prudent financial management, MSMEs can maintain their competitiveness in the dynamic global market.

The research method used was a qualitative experiment, starting with taking broken piston rings No. 2 and 3, cutting the piston rings and testing them with hardness tests and composition tests carried out at the Indonesian State Maritime Polytechnic and Undip Central Java Integrated Lab. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the used broken ring number 3 has the highest hardness of 140.26 HB and the used ring number 2 is 131.50 HB, so it can be concluded that the piston ring that has been used and exposed to high heat causes an increase in hardness and causes it to break. The composition test results showed that the carbon content of the new ring no. 2 was the highest at 15.30% and that in the used ring no. 2 was 12.08% because the compression ring was in direct contact with the compression chamber or in contact with heat. For the used number 3 piston ring, the carbon content is 10.43 and the new one is 11.02 because it is positioned below the compression ring and is not in direct contact with heat. for the used ring no.2, the Silicon (Si) content is low, namely 2.15% compared to the new one, 2.75% because the nature of Silicium is that it is resistant to high temperatures and as a compression ring compared to ring no.3, fracture occurs because there are no Manganese or Phosphate elements. which is wear resistant, strong and elastic. The microstructure of piston ring No. 2 is broken and the new two piston rings are less dense and have rough gaps. The broken piston ring structure of No. 3 and the new one looks a bit gray and has high levels of graphite iron and carbon elements.

Graphic design has become a necessity in various areas of life, including branding and website design. Nowadays, graphic design has become an important part of various sectors of life, especially to support the economic and marketing sectors. Therefore, graphic design visual arts abilities and skills are very necessary. This is an opportunity to equip young people with graphic design skills. The results of a survey conducted by the service team showed that Medan city teenagers have a high interest in graphic design art. So real efforts need to be made to equip Medan city teenagers with graphic design skills. Therefore, in this community service activity, graphic design training and assistance was carried out using the Canva application to increase the creativity of Medan city teenagers. The method of implementing community service is in the form of lectures providing material directly by resource persons to partners.

Marketing strategy is a very important thing for a company to do to develop and improve the quality of its products. In this research the author gave the title 'Analysis of Marketing Strategies Carried Out by Small Businesses'. The purpose of this research is to provide information to readers or entrepreneurs regarding the marketing strategies carried out by the Dgilangemil business. From the research, readers and entrepreneurs can take examples of what the Dgilangemil small business did in developing their business which they started from zero until their business began to be known by many people using the marketing strategy of SWOT Analysis and Marketing Mix. In this research the author used a qualitative descriptive research method. Qualitative research is a research process carried out by observing and investigating a phenomenon that occurs and producing descriptive data. In this research, the author conducted observations, interviews and documentation with the owner of this business, namely Dea Puspita, which was carried out on December 11 2023 at the production site in the city of Langkat.

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. This research aims to analyze customer perceptions regarding the use of microcredit financing with a focus on the case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Medan Kampung Baru. Utilizing surveys and qualitative data analysis, the research methodology aims to understand the strengths and weaknesses of the sample through observation, interviews and document analysis of the sample's perceptions of the product using Murabahah principles. In this context, research examines the factors that influence public trust in the progress, transparency and quality of the implementation of Murabahah law. The survey collected customer responses from BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru, while qualitative data analysis was carried out to identify customer views in more detail. It is hoped that the findings of this research will help in understanding the effectiveness of implementing the Murabahah model in micro product development and how it affects customer needs and expectations. The practical implications of this can help Islamic banks improve their products and services and strengthen their ties with customers, especially at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru.

The minimum wage is very effective as a tool to reduce income inequality. Apart from limiting the minimum wage in general, this policy also has an effect on increasing income and plays an important role in overcoming income gaps. Apart from the minimum wage, micro-spending also influences income inequality. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of minimum wages and micro expenditure on regional income in Indonesia. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The data used is secondary data for 1 period, namely 2022, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency. The variables used are Regional Income (Y), Minimum Wage (X1), Micro Expenditures (X2). The classic assumption test uses the SPSS for Windows version 25 program. The estimation results show that the provincial Minimum wages affect poverty in Indonesia, education affects poverty in Indonesia, and health affects poverty in Indonesia. Local minimum wages, education, and health influence poverty in Indonesia.

The development of the business world has increased rapidly in the modern era like today. This causes intense competition between business actors in developing their products in the face of developments in the business world. Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.

This study aims to design and build an employee attendance management application. At the Prabumulih City Transportation Service, this application is designed to simplify the process of making employee data reports. At the Prabumulih City Transportation Service, the method carried out at the Transportation Service still uses the manual method, which is still using paper, then if the submission is approved by the staff, the admin will directly input it into Microsoft Excel. Which often results in problems such as, time leaks. The problems that exist in the Department of Transportation are as follows attendance, the process of recording attendance and reporting as a result it will take time to recap and make reports, and how to design and build an employee attendance application at the Department of Transportation of the City of Prabumulih. Therefore the authors designed a Web-Based Application at the Transportation Service Titled "Design of Employee Attendance Applications at the Web-Based Prabumulih City Transportation Service".

The Majasari Village Official is one of the Government institutions located in the Majasari sub- district. The way public administration services are currently carried out is stil running with a manual system, which stil uses Microsoft Word and Excel document processing applications or notebooks in public administration services. So that in the public service process errors often occur and the reporting process and report results are late. This application was built using a web with the PHP programming language and Mysql informasi base, and to print the repost using a pdf component. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that this system is able to provide fast and accurate services because it is well computerized and easy to use.
