Diabetes Mellitus is a group of chronic metabolic disorders due to abnormal metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, characterized by hyperglycemia which is results in long-term microvascular, macrovascular and neuropathic complications. Oral antidiabetic therapy is the main pharmacological therapy to treat type II diabetes mellitus. This therapy can be oral antidiabetic therapy. Thus, to find out the effectiveness of either combination or single of antidiabetics on diabetes mellitus patients, researchers conducted a studies of inpatients at RSUD Madiun. This study included as non-experimental observational study with a cross-sectional study design at RSUD Madiun. Data were collected from Medical Records in October 2018. The sampling method that used in this study was non probability with purposive sampling technique, so there are 58 patients as a total sample. The results showed that the effectiveness of controlling blood sugar levels when using an effective single ADO was Metformin, because Metfomin was able to reduce blood sugar levels with an average length of stay of 6.17 and the effectiveness of controlling blood sugar levels when using an effective combination of ADO was Metformin and acarbosa, because Metfomin and acarbosa are able to reduce blood sugar  average length of stay 7 days inpatient.

Cork Fish (Channa striata) is used for traditional medicine and is one of the economically important fish in Indonesia so that it contains protein and albumin which are important for health. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the snakehead fish extract ointment on the healing of burns in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus). Then burns in rabbits were observed for up to 11 days. The data analysis used was using the Independent Sample t-test with the help of Microsoft Excel. Based on the results of the research formula one can be the t value count 4,666 and the table t value 2,085 and the second formula obtained is the t value count  of 2,185 and the table t value of 2,085 according totheresearch hypothesis is accept H1 then formula one dan formula two have an influence in the process of healing burns in rabbits (Oryctolagus cuniculus).

This is what encourages the author to conduct research on CV. Angkasa Baru and choose the title "Purchasing Information System and Cash Distribution at CV. New Space. In writing this research systemin formation, the author uses the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 application, the research writing method uses the Research and Development (R&D) model, while the stages of this research model go through the stages of observation or interviews with parties related to the data required in writing this thesis, stages of designing the application system, designing specifications, validation test stages, revision of validation until the system passes. The development method used by the author is the prototype method, where the system created will be tailored to the needs of the user, if there is a change in the system it will be repaired until the user is satisfied with the system.

For blind people, assistive devices to carry out daily activities are needed. If you don't use assistive devices, blind people will experience difficulties when carrying out daily activities such as reaching the obstacles that are near them. In designing the system using the Arduino UNO R3 microcontroller board as a controller, five ultrasonic proximity sensors to determine the distance and position from the user to the front and lower obstacles. In addition, the MP3 module and headseat are used as a marker for sound in the form of sound when detecting an object and the SIM800L module is used to send SMS and the GPS module is used to determine coordinates. The validation test shows the value of 31.5 is between 31- 40 which means that it is located in a Very Good (Valid) value. Irrigation is a land irrigation system by damming water sources. Irrigation as the provision, regulation and disposal of water to support agricultural needs. Irrigation is generally used by farmers, especially farmers in rice fields to irrigate and provide water supply to agricultural land, monitoring water stock in rice fields must be done frequently because rice water needs must be balanced with a lack of water supply or excess water supply in rice fields is not good for rice growth . So far, farmers have monitored irrigation channels manually, the location of the rice fields from the farmer's house often causes rice plants to experience scarcity because the floodgates are not opened when the water supply is running low or experiencing water supply. excess because the floodgates are opened for too long, this will greatly disturb the growth of rice plants. Making a monitoring and control system for irrigation channels using a water level sensor installed on the ESP 8266 microcontroller (Wemos D1), the system uses a programming language c. This tool can be used to open the irrigation door if the water supply in the rice fields is below the minimum limit and will close the water gate when the water supply has reached the maximum limit, the servo motor is used to open and close the floodgates. . . The monitoring results obtained will be displayed to users in real time through the android application interface and will be stored in the form of a text file on the storage media.

Product distribution is a crucial element of the supply chain system that ensures the smooth flow of goods from producers to consumers at minimal cost and with high reliability. Distribution efficiency not only reduces operational costs but also improves customer satisfaction, market competitiveness, and business sustainability. In the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), distribution efficiency becomes even more critical due to limited financial, human, and infrastructural resources. This study aims to analyze the product distribution efficiency of UMKM Kerupuk Jaya Pesona, located in Cinanggung Village, Serang Regency, Banten Province, by applying two classical transportation methods: the North West Corner (NWC) and Least Cost (LC) methods. Both methods were used to determine the allocation pattern that minimizes total transportation cost across three destination regions: Serang, Cilegon, and Pandeglang. The data include three couriers (as supply sources) and three market destinations (as demands), totaling 18,000 product units per distribution cycle. The results show that both NWC and LC methods yield the same total transportation cost of Rp 358,000,000, although their allocation patterns differ. This indicates that the supply–demand and cost structure of the UMKM’s logistics system is balanced. This research concludes that simple optimization methods such as NWC and LC can serve as practical decision-support tools for MSMEs without requiring complex computational models. The study also recommends the application of the Modified Distribution (MODI) method to verify the optimality of the solution and highlights the importance of logistics efficiency in strengthening MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

This thesis contains a study of how BPR financial ratios are Current Asset Ratio (CAR)/ Minimum Capital Requirements (KPMM), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operational Costs Operating Income (BOPO), and Loans to Deposit Ratio (LDR) affects the level of profitability projected by the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio. In this study CAR/ KPMM, NPL, NIM, BOPO and LDR as independent variables, while ROA as the dependent variable. This study uses sample data from the financial statements of Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2016 to 2018. Sampling from the OJK website (www.ojk.go.id) and using the Purpossive method Sampling. There are 23 BPRs that meet the criteria as research samples. The sample data is processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19. The analytical method used for data processing in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method. The results of the data processing in this study indicate that CAR / KPMM and NIM have a significant positive effect on ROA, BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA and NPL, and LDR does not significantly influence ROA  Key Wor : Rural Credit Banks (BPR), ROA, CAR/KPMM, NPL, NIM, BOPO, LDR

The construction project is assessed based on the realization of the construction according to the quality, time and cost in the planning document. To monitor implementation, a scheduling method is needed that can describe the relationship between activities and implementation time, so that the work can be completed according to the target duration specified in the construction contract. Two methods are known in scheduling critical paths, namely Activity On Arrow (AOA) and Activity On Node (AON) where AOA is more widely used in projects, whereas AON has the advantage of 4 relationships between activities with activity symbols on the box, while AOA is only 1 type with symbol of the activity on the arrow. The purpose of this study is to obtain the benefits of using AON rather than AOA by scheduling using the two methods on the schedule of the construction of a high-rise building in Banten, using Microsoft Project (MS Project) software, and analyzing the differences. In MS Project AOA is known as the Activity Diagram Method and AON with the Precedence Diagram Method. From the comparative analysis results obtained that with AOA obtained 74 activities and 48 activities with AON with the same duration and critical activities in both methods. The AON diagram can better illustrate the relationship between activities that are simpler and simpler with a total efficiency of 35%. Investment objectives, time period, risk are things that must be considered, and the most important is what investment instruments are suitable and we will choose later, of course, to achieve the objectives of the investment itself, namely future profits. Some investment instruments that have the advantages that have been summarized by the Indonesia Stock Exchange as of December 29, 2017 include, Savings (2.53%), government bonds (8.96%), gold (7.30%), deposits (7.36) %), and shares (13.13%).Technical and fundamental analysis are two analyzes that are often used to analyze stock movements. Technical analysis is an analysis that predicts future stock prices using historical prices. Whereas fundamental analysis is an analysis that uses information inside and outside the company, such as performance, business competitors, industry and even micro-macroeconomics, as well as market information. Fundamental analysis is generally used by long-term investors, so the sustainability of the company is a very important consideration.Common indicators in Fundamental Analysis are EPS (Earning Per Share), PER (Price Earning ratio), PBV (Price Book Value), ROE (Return of Equity), Dividend Yield, and DER (Debt Earning Ratio). From the fundamental analysis using the 2019 financial statements of food and beverage sector companies in LQ45 with EPS, PER, PBV, ROE, DY, and DER indicators the best performance is on UNVR company shares, because almost all indicators occupy good positions except DER indicators because UNVR has a high DER, then followed by JPFA, ICBP, and INDF. Pengendalian pompa air otomatis sangat diperlukan, karena pengendalian yang ada secara umum dikendalikan secara manual. Disamping kebutuhan pengoperasian pompa, perancangan pompa yang dibuat dapat bekerja secara bergantian. Perancangan diaplikasikan untuk pengendalian tiga level, maka dipergunakan tiga buah pompa dimana setiap level menggunakan satu buah pompa yang dapat beroperasi bergantian, perancangan dimulai dengan dengan merancang sistem kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Bahasa assembler. Proses kompilasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak MPLAB produksi microchip. Setelah proses perancangan sukses dilakukan perekaman program kedalam ROM yang terdapat pada Mikrokontroler PIC 16C54. Perangkat keras diimplementasikan dengan kombinasi gerbang- gerbang logika yang ada pada IC 4011 dan IC 1439 Setelah uji coba dan dilakukan pengamatan, sistem yang dibuat telah memeperlihatkan kinerja yang baik sebagaimana diharapkan, perancangan akan bekerja sesuai dengan sensor deteksi level zat cair yang diberikan pada masing-masing level bak penampungan, sensor level zat cair minimum menandakan bahwa air pada bak telah kosong, kemudian secara otomatis akan menyalakan pompa. Sedangkan sensor level zat cair maksimum menandakan bahwa air pada bak yang sedang diisi telah penuh dan secara otomatis akan mematikan pompa, sistem akan bekerja secara berurutan dari level 1 sampai level 3, sistem dilengkapi dengan sensor kondisi ada atau tidak zat cair pada bak penampungan dasar. Jika terdeteksi bahwa bak penampungan dasar tidak memiliki memiliki cadangan zat cair atau kering, maka secara otomatis keseluruhan pompa tidak akan berfungsi dan alarm akan berbunyi dan digunnakan sebagai proteksi terhadap kerusakan pompa akibat tidak ada zat cair yang dihisap dari sumber.

In line with the development of science and technology today, a job that is done requires fast-paced data and information. By getting data and information quickly, the company has the ability to develop faster. Inventory is a very important part for a company. Inventory of goods is one of the tasks of logistics management in a company, namely support in the procurement of goods for the company. In order for this support to be utilized, it is necessary to plan and carry out in an integrated manner, which is interrelated and supports between related elements. CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

The KNEKS is mandated to help encourage the development of the economy and Islamic finance to support national economic resilience. The task of the KNEKS is to accelerate, expand and advance the development of Islamic economics and finance in order to strengthen national economic resilience. Human daily life depends on air, so air quality needs to be protected especially against pollution. Decreasing air quality due to dust pollution can result in ARI. Makes it easier to measure ambient air and air temperature using internet-based technology. Designing internet-based dust and temperature measuring devices using the gp2y1010au0f type dust sensor, and DHS11 sensor as a temperature sensor, amplifier circuit, NodemCU microcontroller, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The measurement application is carried out at the location of the PT. Djabus Tunas Utama Ngoro Mojokerto East Java at 10 sampling points around the mixing tube. The measurement results show the concentration carried by ambient air quality standards when the engine stops, so it is safe for employees. When the machine is mixing and the machine is not mixing (ordinary conditions) the concentration of particulates and the temperature exceeds the ambient air quality standard, for that all employees are required to use PPE.

Pemupukan adalah bagian penting dari budidaya padi. Kebutuhan pupuk nitrogen yang tidak tepat dan tidak terukur akan menjadi faktor pengurang optimalnya produksi pertanian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh identifikasi kebutuhan pupuk nitrogen menggunakan Bagan Warna Daun (BGD) pada tanaman padi. Group eksperimental pada penelitian ini menggunakan media pendukung Microcontroller NodeMcu sebagai pemroses identifikasi warna daun padi dan sekaligus menentukan data kebutuhan pupuk Nitrogen. Informasi kebutuhan pupuk Nitrogen tersimpan di internet berbasis Internet On Things (IOT) dan dapat diakses menggunakan website. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada petani di desa lumbung padi di Jawa Tengah. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pembahasan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil t­­hitung ≥ ttabel yaitu 2,976 ≥ 2,262  maka H0 ditolak atau H1 diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh identifikasi kebutuhan pupuk Nitrogen menggunakan bagan warna daun (BGD) berbasis Internet On Things (IOT) terhadap tanaman padi dapat diterima dan efektifitas dosis penggunakan pupuk menjadi lebih efisien 50%.

Ikan asin adalah metode untuk pengawetan makanan menggunakan kombinasi penggaraman dan pengeringan matahari. Di kalangan masyarakat, pembuatan ikan asin banyak menggunakan bahan kimia berbahaya seperti formalin. Penambahan bahan berbahaya mempengaruhi kualitas terutama keamanan. Makanan yang aman didefinisikan sebagai makanan yang terbebas dari cemaran biologi, kimia, mikrobiologi, yang dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan. Karbon aktif diduga bersifat polar yang mampu mengadsorpsi formalin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian karbon aktif dalam mengurangi cemaran formalin pada “jambal roti”. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan untuk percobaan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) 2 faktorial, dengan faktor pertama yaitu konsentrasi karbon aktif 0, 3, dan 6% serta perlakuan kedua yaitu lama perebusan selama 5, 10, dan 15 menit. Penelitian ini dimulai dari pembuatan “jambal roti” dengan penambahan formalin dan perebusan dengan karbon aktif kemudian dianalisis uji kadar formalin, NaCl, protein, dan air. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi karbon aktif dan lama perebusan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada kualitas jambal roti. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi karbon aktif dan lama perebusan maka semakin berkurangnya kadar formalin pada jambal roti. Hasil terbaik penelitian ini adalah karbon aktif 6% dan lama perebusan 15 menit. Menghasilkan formalin 3.21 ppm, NaCl 9.40%, protein 42.00%, dan air 30.02%. Kata kunci: Karbon Aktif, Formalin, Jambal Roti, Lama Perebusan. ABSTRACT                 Salted fish was a method for food preservation using combination of salting and sun drying. Among the people, the manufacture of salted fish use hazardous chemical material such as formaldehyde. The addition of hazardous substances affects the quality especially the safety. Safe food define as food that free from biological, chemical, microbiological contaminants that can affect health. Active carbon suspected to be polar which able to adsorb formaldehyde. The purpose of this research was to determine the influence of active carbon in reducing formaldehyde in salted fish “jambal roti”. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors, the first factor was the concentration of active carbon 0, 3, and 6% and the second was the boiling time (for 5, 10, and 15 min). This research was started from making “jambal roti” with the addition of formaldehyde and boiling with active carbon then analyzed for formaldehyde content, NaCl, protein, and moisture. The result showed that the concentration of active carbon and boiling time had a significant effect in quality salted fish “jambal roti”. The higher the concentration of active carbon and boiling time the more formaldehyde in “jambal roti” were removed. The best results of the research was 6% active carbon and 15 min of boiling time. Resulting 3.21 ppm of formaldehyde, 9.40% of NaCl, 42.00% of protein, and 30.02% of moisture. Keywords: Active Carbon, Formaldehyde, Jambal Roti, Boiling Time

Nutmeg is known as a spice plant that has economic value and multipurpose because every part of the plant can be used in various industries. Compounds contained in nutmeg seeds include essential oils, a-pinene, b-pinene, limonene, myristicin, safrole, and methyl eugenol. Nutmeg plant nutritious as antidiarrheal, antidiabetic, antimicrobial. The purpose of this study was to make a formulation of rubbing oil and to determine the bacteriostatic activity of nutmeg seed oil on staphylococcus aureus bacteria. This study used three formulations, namely the provision of distilled water as a negative control, chloramphenicol as a positive control. The method used in this research is the well method. Bacteria that were incubated for 24 hours in the fastest concentration inhibition research were at 50% concentration because of bacterial growth which showed that the higher the concentration, the higher the inhibitory power and at 20% concentration the results were resistant, because the amount of solvent used was higher. low and can not inhibit the growth of microorganisms.
