Indonesia is entering a critical period for mental health. Research results from the The Indonesia National Adolescent Mental Health Survey (2022), around 15,5 million Indonesian teenagers experience mental health disorders. Students are part of late adolescence and are vulnerable to mental disorders. The binary logistic regression model is used to examine in more depth what variables have a significant effect. So, this research aims to predict mental health of students in the Faculty of Health Sciences, Pekalongan University. This type of research is observasional with a cross-sectinal design. Data were collected using the SRQ-20 via the Google Form platform using simple random sampling of 186 students. There were 130 students who indicated mental health disordes (69,9%). Simultaneously age, gender, major, semester level, mother’s educational level, father’s educational level, social support and dependence on using smartphone influence student’s mental health status (P Value<0,05). Even though only a few variables were partially significant, the precision percentage of the model that could be predicted correctly was 71,5%. The accuracy of the predicted model is quite good, namely student mental health status (y) = -3,720 + 2,403 (Major) – 1,980 (Mother’s Educational Level) + 1,444 (Father’s Educational Level) + 0,888 (Dependence on using Smartphone). Promotive and preventive interventions such as further screening and education to support student’s healthy mental health.

Kuta Dame Village is a fairly crowded village. This village is where I researched How the Impact of Tuak Drinking Behavior. The research method used is a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with business owners and literature studies by obtaining information from journals, books as a source of Tuak literature derived from palm trees. Palm trees are versatile plants that from the stem to the leaves can be used and can also be sold. Palm sap can be used as an alcoholic beverage, although it does not have a high alcohol content as in general. There are two types of palm drink from the palm tree, commonly called sap, namely sweet and bitter. For the sweet ones, there is no such thing as raru so that it can be managed again into palm sugar. And there is also sweet wine added with raru so that it has a bitter taste and adds alcohol content to the drink and can also preserve the drink. Tuak shops are always everywhere, both in villages, cities and even parties that sell them. Selling wine is an easy thing to do at any time, Income always increases so they keep doing that business. Requesters for wine are numerous. Fans of wine are more men, they will often go out to drink and they think that drinking wine can relieve stress, thoughts. Tuak can be used as opium because the taste of alcohol is right and the price is also different from the price of alcohol in general. However, wine is not good if consumed excessively and continues to cloud because it is not good for health. However, the presence of wine can cause poisoning, weight gain, high blood pressure, impaired liver function, weakened immune system, heart disorders, nerve damage, impaired reproductive (sexual) function, mental health disorders and decreased intelligence

Stunting has become a serious health problem in Indonesia as it is associated with failure to thrive, brain development disorders, decreased mental abilities, poor health conditions, and low socio-economic capabilities. In 2020, the United Nations recorded that around 6.3 million Indonesian early childhood or toddler aged children experienced stunting, caused by nutritional deficiencies within the first two years of their lives, maternal malnutrition during pregnancy, and poor sanitation. Through the "Ibu Hebat Keluarga Sehat" (Great Mother, Healthy Family) program, which focuses on balanced nutrition education, it is hoped that the issue of stunting can be addressed by improving individuals' knowledge and skills. Posyandu cadres and PKK officials can implement the 10 common messages of balanced nutrition to combat stunting. Balanced nutrition, categorized by age, is also crucial for every family to know as it contributes to achieving a generation without stunting. This education includes 1. Providing knowledge on balanced nutritional health in addressing stunting and processing local food materials available in the Tambang Village into nutritious meals. 2. Conducting question-and-answer sessions with participants to assess their understanding of the provided material.

Mental health is one of the most difficult problems to solve. In Indonesia, data shows that 6.1% of the Indonesian population aged 15 years and above experience mental health disorders. Many of them are isolated, judged, and socially isolated because of the bad stigma of mental health disorders, because the church has a principle to respect the dignity of human beings who are created gloriously as the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:17). In the teachings of the church, we are called to love them "as ourselves" as in Gaudium et Spes art. 27 by taking care of their lives and the means they need to live and be treated properly. Health is a state of health, both physically, mentally, spiritually and socially, which enables everyone to live a productive life socially and economically. Public health is a condition that describes the level of health that occurs in society. Society is a group of individuals who live together, work together to obtain common interests and have an order of life, norms and customs that are adhered to in their environment. Public Health is a part of science that discusses and studies the prevention and treatment of disease in each individual. Physiotherapy as a health worker plays a very important role and must have the ability to maximize the potential for movement and function within the promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative scope. Therefore, it is proof that physiotherapy not only plays a curative and rehabilitative role but also plays a big preventive role. Nape pain or neck pain is generally not a serious condition that needs to be watched out for. This condition can heal in a few days or weeks without special treatment. However, neck pain can also occur due to certain diseases. Bending over, looking down for too long, often gritting your teeth, or reading in bed, using a cell phone for a long time can cause the neck muscles to become tense. Over time, this condition will cause Kornik's neck pain, which is a myofascial condition. Smartphones are a real manifestation of technological progress and are devices that work very complexly with access to the internet, social media and games. Excessive smartphone use can cause musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal disorders associated with smartphone use cause neck muscle fatigue caused by poor posture. Using smartphones for a long time can cause muscle tension. Apart from using smartphones, household activities can also cause neck pain such as ironing and washing. Providing exercise therapy in the form of Free Active Movement can reduce complaints of neck pain.

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition due to malnutrition over a long period of time, causing growth disorders in children, meaning that the child's height is lower or shorter (does not grow strong) compared to children of the age standard. The physical and mental growth and development of children can cause developmental delays in children. The risk of disease and death as well as delays in the development of children's motor and mental abilities are closely related to developmental delays. If it is not addressed, the problem of stunting will arise, which is considered to be a result of malnutrition, a serious problem for a country, namely hampering a country's development because its human resources are of poor quality (Fauza et al., 2022). According to WHO (World Health Organization), health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not just freedom from disease or weakness/disability. From this description it can be concluded that health implies ideal health conditions, both from a biological, psychological and social perspective. Apart from that, WHO also describes several health characteristics that need to be known, including physical and spiritual health without involving external elements, health related to the internal or external environment, spiritual health, mental health or what is usually called mental health (WHO, 2022). Mental disorders are disorders in the way of thinking (cognitive), will (volition), emotions (affective), actions (psychomotor). One of the mental disorders that greatly affects and disrupts an individual's life is schizophrenia (Makhruzah et al, 2021).
