This study aims to determine the influence of external business environmental factors and strategic planning on company performance. This study was conducted with a sample of 30 respondents with this sampling technique is probability sampling from multiple linear regression calculations, obtained Y = 3.302 + 0.564X1 + 0.661X2 The results of this study obtained t test, for variables: External Business Environment Factors (X1) t count (2.505) > t table (2.051831) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of External Business Environmental Factors on Company Performance. Meanwhile, for the results of the t-test of Strategic Planning (X2), namely t count (2.690) > t table (2.051831) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant effect of Strategic Planning on Company Performance. Based on the calculated F test of 36,489 > Ftable 3.35, which means that simultaneously or together External Business Environmental Factors (X1) and Strategic Planning (X2) have a significant effect on Company Performance.

This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of student discipline on learning achievement in fourth grade students of SD N Batursari 01 Mranggen in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This type of research is descriptive statistics. The population in this study were all fourth grade elementary school students, totaling 200 students. The research sample was selected by cluster sampling technique. The research data was collected using a questionnaire method given to 117 students from SD N Batursari 03 Mranggen, SD N Batursari 02 Mranggen, and SD N 01 Mranggen. The data obtained were tested using a simple regression test with the help of the SPSS for Windows version 16.0 . program The results of this study indicate that student discipline is classified as very high with an average of 79.38. The test results show that the student discipline variable has a significant effect on the student achievement variable, with the results of the calculation tcount = 2,513 meaning tcount > ttable (ttable = 1.9808). Thus, one of the reasons for the high and low learning achievement of students is the discipline of students by 52%, but it is also caused by other factors of 48%, both internal and external factors.

This study aims to determine the ritual process and the meaning and values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that describes situations directly in the research place. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of the traditional mappadendang party ritual in Soppeng Regency is very structured and neatly arranged. Starting from determining the day of implementation and the duration or length of time for implementation. After the process of determining the time is complete, the family who will carry out the traditional party begins to arrange the arrangement of the mappadendang traditional party. For example, entertainment events and players who will pound the pestle on the mortar and the attributes used by players at the traditional party. The traditional party ended with a marked meal together by all the people who attended the traditional party. In the traditional mappadendang party there are meanings and values ​​contained in it, these meanings are applied in the form of actions such as gratitude to God and respecting and preserving the heritage of ancestors or ancestors. This study aims to analyze "The Influence of Competence, Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang". Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. A sample of 60 respondents is an employee at PT Kayamas Intitama Semarang. Based on the results of the study, the competence variable has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value that is greater than the t table, namely 5.608 > 1.672, with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β1 0.402 (positive sign) means that the higher the competence, the higher the employee's performance. Work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is with the calculated t value of 6.400 > t table, namely 1.672 with a sig. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β2 is 0.467 (positive sign), meaning that the better the work motivation, the higher the employee performance. Career development has a positive effect on employee performance. This is indicated by the calculated t value which is equal to 5.042 > t table which is 1.672 with a sig value. of 0.000 <0.05 (significant). The magnitude of β3 is 0.345 (positive sign), meaning that the higher the employee's career development, the higher the employee's performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal control, organizational commitment, human resource competence on cash receipts accounting information systems. The population in this study amounted to 183 people. The sample in the study was 40 using the method purposive sample. Hypothesis testing is known that the value of t arithmetic for internal control (X1) = 5,300 > t table 2,028 and level of significance 0,000 < 0,05 with β1 = 0,618 in a positive direction, meaning that internal control (X1) significant positive effect on the cash receipts accounting information system, then hypothesis 1 is accepted. t count for organizational commitment (X2)= 3,890 > t table 2,028 and level of significance 0,000 < 0,05 with β2= 0,365 ait means that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the cash receipts accounting information system, then hypothesis 2 is accepted. t count for human resource competence (X3)= 2,266 > t   table 2,028 and level of significance 0,03 < 0,05 with β3= 0,194 with a positive direction means that the competence of human resources has a significant positive effect on the cash receipts accounting information system, so hypothesis 3 is accepted.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of learning creativity and learning discipline on Students Achievement in Class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar for the Academic Year 2022/2023. The problem in this study is how the influence of learning creativity and learning discipline on student achievement in class XI SMA Negeri 2 Pematangsiantar 2022/2023. The population and sample in this study were class X as many as 26 people. To obtain data on learning creativity and learning discipline, researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and used a closed questionnaire structured in a structured manner where the question items were followed by answers consisting of four choices. The quality of the research instrument for the questionnaire was assessed through validity and reliability tests. The next step is to test the hypothesis by calculating the linear regression equation, namely Y over X1 is = 83.60 + 0.06 X1 meaning that between the variables X1 is linear with Y and Y over X2 is = 74,37+(0.8) X2 means that between variables X2 is linear with Y and Y over X1 and X2 is = 1.33 + 0.53 X1 + 0.69 X2, meaning that between variables X1 and X2 is linear with Y.

This study was made to determine whether the influence of the work environment and career path on employee loyalty KFC Pettarani Makassar. This study has 3 variables, namely, work environment (X1), career path (X2), employee loyalty (Y). The study used data collection techniques through questionnaires from all respondents, namely 38 people, because respondents were less than 100 then the entire population was a sample. The data analysis conducted in this study is multiple linear analysis to see whether the work environment and career path have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee loyalty at KFC Pettarani Makassar. From the results of multiple linear analysis, it can be explained by the equation Y = 1.114 + 0.342X1 + 0.449X2 with a constant value of 1.114, meaning that if the work environment (X1) and career path (X2) are zero, then the work environment and career path are 1114. The regression coefficient of the work environment and career path of 0.342 and 0.449 means that the work environment and career paths have increased, so employee loyalty has also increased. And the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 31,814 > 1,739 also a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the work environment and career path simultaneously (together) have an influence on employee loyalty.

The purpose of this study was to determine the transformation of learning media as message distributors.
