Because to make a company superior, sophisticated technology will not be enough because it will be useless if the technology is sophisticated but users or employees are not competent enough to use the technology. But the current situation is very different, because the virus is rampant in the world, not only in Indonesia, 200 other countries are also infected with the virus, this will certainly greatly affect the work system, teaching system and other systems. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The sprayer is one of the equipments that is often used in agriculture, especially in rice plants to control pests and diseases. The use of the nozzle rod on the electric sprayer still uses hands resulting in the spray distance on the rice being not constant. To answer this problem, the researcher will create an innovative robotic hand holding the nozzle rod on an electric sprayer that will direct the nozzle rod constantly. Servo MG996r as a rectifier of the motion of the nozzle stem which will determine the distance and area of ​​spraying on rice. To achieve maximum dispersion in rice with a 4:1 legowo system with a servo rod length of 50 cm and a spacing between rice of 25 cm, the servo must move forward and backward at an angle of 110° - 180° which can be seen on the LCD and the distance of the nozzle rod on the object can be up and down to 38 cm and up 24 cm from the starting position. The results obtained by the robotic hand holding the nose bridge can work optimally.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

The waste processing and renewable energy are being the issues in the industrial 4.0 era. Kitchen and organic trash in the rural areas will become a disaster if there is no solutions. On the other hand, kitchen and organic waste have a positive side, that they can be converted into biogas which can be converted into electricity. On the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Number 27 of 2014, supports the development of biogas and will buy electricity from the biogas conversion. The potential for biogas that obtained by the organic trash per 1000 people is 7619.8 liters of biogas, it meas that the energy contained is still abundant and the production can still be increased if processed with a modern digester system. This research produces a tool in the form of a portable digester that named GenBIoT (IoT-based Biogas Generator) which can be used by the public to produce biogas that  used by home industries or general factories. This research used the research method that similar to System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), this tool is built with several stages starting from planning analysis, designing, functional testing, data analysis and reporting of the results or implementing this tool that can be used as an alternative, as a cheap and easy source energy. This tool is based on the Internet of Things so that this tool can be monitored regarding gas pressure in the reactor, biogas volume and it will detect if there is a biogas leak so it will displayed on the system. To produce the maximum biogas composition, 50% of cow dung is required, 40% of kitchen trash and 10% of water with a ratio of 5: 4: 1 so it will produce 40 kg of biogas with a volume of methane gas (VGM) 0.11 m3 of biogas for cow dung. and 0.04 m3. The harmony and integrity of the household can be disturbed if behavior and self-control cannot be controlled, the bad result is negative behavior, namely anger and quarrels which can lead to acts of domestic violence. Likewise, neglect of the household is not a new thing, because the fact is that it often occurs in the reality of society. This study aims to explain the factors that cause household neglect, to explain the legal consequences for the husband who has neglected his wife, and, to explain the efforts that must be made to prevent neglect in the household again. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach and a descriptive analytical research specification, data collection using techniques such as literature study, interviews, and documentation. The data source that has been used is secondary data. The results of this research indicate the factors that cause household neglect are; do not provide a living, make dependence; the existence of a patriarchal culture in society; low education and knowledge of women as wives. The provisions of the Marriage Law stipulate that the husband must be responsible, if it is violated then legal sanctions will apply. In cases of household neglect, a solution is usually found not to be penalized and not to be fined. Efforts that must be made so that household neglect does not occur again is by car; there must be awareness, there needs to be religious guidance, it is not enough to just provide material but cannot educate his wife well, there must be mental development because a husband to become a leader must be able to lead his wife to a better direction. Legal consequences / sanctions for a husband who has neglected his wife can be punished with a maximum imprisonment of three years or a maximum fine of Rp. 15 million based on articles 49 and 50 of Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning PKDRT. Efforts that must be made so that neglect of the household does not occur again is by means of citizen awareness that neglect is a criminal act, so that law enforcement must continue so that people understand that neglect is a criminal act, from the aspect of marriage there must be socialization from the general public .   Keywords: neglect, wife, violence, household, criminal.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI. This causes confusion in the community about product specifications which results in a lack of public interest in buying.This research is a type of development research that uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Meanwhile, for making your own website design using the programming languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript. With the new website design owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal can expand its marketing reach without incurring higher costs, the promotion process is faster, the public is more interested and comfortable to access, as well as the products owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal is becoming better known by the wider community.
