Kecemasan akademis terkait Produk Non Agunan (PRONA) dalam pembiayaan musyarakah di KSPPS BMT Al Hikmah Semesta Jepara menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman produk. Analisis lingkungan internal perusahaan dilakukan untuk menganalisis fungsi perusahaan. Matriks IFAS dan EFAS digunakan untuk merumuskan faktor strategis internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan produk non agunan (PRONA), serta peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapinya. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi perusahaan berdasarkan faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Kesimpulannya, Produk Non Agunan (PRONA) berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat dan membantu anggota yang menggunakan produk tanpa agunan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang produk dan memungkinkan penelitian strategis yang efektif.

Indonesia has a wealth of tourism potential, and Ngliyep Beach in Malang Regency is one example. This stunning beach attracts visitors with its white sand, dense jungle and stunning views. Even though its potential is extraordinary, the number of tourists at Ngliyep Beach has not yet reached its maximum potential. To overcome these problems, this research explores collaborative efforts in managing Ngliyep Beach marine tourism. This research aims to identify strategies that can maximize the attractiveness of beach tourism while analyzing the factors that hinder and support its development. Researchers use SWOT analysis, which is a method that highlights Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats. This approach empowers them to determine a combination of strategies that capitalize on Ngliyep Beach's strengths and take advantage of emerging opportunities, while mitigating weaknesses and addressing potential threats.

In measuring company performance, several aspects are needed to identify and evaluate company performance. With increasingly tight competition in the business world, many companies are utilizing various business strategies as support to improve their performance. Implementing a business strategy will be beneficial if its implementation is in accordance with the company's goals, vision and mission. Implementation of business strategy aims to support the company's growth and long-term targets. PT. XYZ is one of the companies in the maritime sector that is currently experiencing quite good business growth, in an effort to achieve its goals. One method of analyzing company strategy is to use the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) and the SPACE Matrix, namely analyzing from an internal company perspective by reviewing the strengths and weaknesses that exist within the company and from an external company perspective by reviewing the company's internal aspects. opportunities and threats that exist outside the company which are then created a matrix to determine PT's position.
