The rapid development in the field of information and communication technology currently requires students to master Microsoft Word. This skill becomes a crucial asset, both to support academic activities and as early preparation before entering the workforce. One of the applications frequently used in document preparation is Microsoft Word. Observation data at SMK Ibrahiny 1 Sukorejo indicate that the utilization of Microsoft Word features by some students is not yet optimal. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) is a stage of education that plays a crucial role in maximizing children's cognitive, social-emotional, motor skills, and creativity growth at their peak developmental stage. Children aged three to six learn efficiently through play, hands-on exploration, and interaction with their surroundings. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of loose parts media based on natural materials as a means to stimulate creativity in early childhood at PAUD Pelita Mandiri Kertek. This study adopted a descriptive qualitative approach and utilized data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, and documentation of children's work. The main focus of this study was on the use of various natural materials, such as corn cobs, twigs, pebbles, and leaves, in play and learning activities. The results showed that loose parts media using natural materials can enhance children's creativity by improving problem-solving skills, strengthening verbal skills in expressing ideas and telling stories about their work, and supporting independent learning because children are actively involved in the educational process. The open-ended nature of the materials allows children to explore and express their ideas freely, thus creating a learning atmosphere full of creativity, innovation, and fun. The implications of this research indicate that the use of loose parts media based on natural materials can be an alternative learning method that is not only effective, but also economical and easy to implement to support the development of children's creativity, independence, and thinking skills, in line with the principles of child-centered learning.

The development of stand-up comedy as part of the creative industry raises legal issues regarding the protection of materials that are often duplicated and distributed without authorization. This study examines the legal qualification of stand-up comedy material as a copyrighted work and the form and scope of copyright protection provided under Indonesian law. This research aims to analyze the legal status of stand-up comedy material and the protection granted to it. The method used is normative juridical research with statutory and comparative law approaches. The results show that stand-up comedy material fulfills the requirements of a protected work as it contains originality and has been expressed in a tangible form. It is classified as a literary work in the form of oral expression as well as a performing art under Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright. The protection covers both moral rights and economic rights; however, its implementation remains weak, especially in the digital era where violations such as re-uploading and unauthorized recording are prevalent. In conclusion, stand-up comedy material has a strong legal basis for protection, but further efforts are needed in law enforcement and public awareness to ensure effective protection.

This study aims to analyze normatively and juridically whether students in private schools are entitled to free basic education based on the Constitutional Court Decision Number 3/PUU-XXII/2024. Prior to this decision, the phrase “without charging fees” in Article 34 paragraph (2) of Law Number 20 of 2003 on the National Education System was often interpreted narrowly, applying only to public schools. This interpretation created discrimination in access to education for students in private schools, particularly those from low-income families. This research employs a normative juridical method with a statute approach and case approach. Primary legal materials include the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law Number 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, and Constitutional Court Decision Number 3/PUU-XXII/2024. Secondary legal materials consist of relevant scholarly literature, books, and journals. The analysis reveals that the Constitutional Court declared Article 34 paragraph (2) of the National Education System Law conditionally unconstitutional. The phrase must be interpreted to mean that the Central and Regional Governments are obliged to guarantee the implementation of compulsory basic education without charging fees, both for educational units organized by the government (public schools) and by the community (private schools). Consequently, students in private schools have the right to obtain free basic education as a constitutional right. Private schools are still permitted to charge fees from financially capable parents, but they are obligated to provide financial relief or full fee waivers for students from economically disadvantaged families. This decision has significant juridical implications for national education financing policy, particularly the need to revise derivative regulations and allocate School Operational Assistance (BOS) and Regional BOS funds to eligible private schools. This study complements previous research, which was largely empirical and regional in scope, by providing a comprehensive national normative juridical analysis.

The study critically examines the Gospel of John as a theological text integrating the incarnate Logos and sacramental symbolism. Using a qualitative, library-based approach with historical-critical and hermeneutical analysis, it shows that John’s Gospel not only narrates Jesus’ life but constructs a symbolic, existential, and transformative theological reflection. The Logos shifts from a metaphysical principle to a personal reality in history through the incarnation, enabling a concrete encounter between God and humanity. Within this framework, symbols such as water and bread function as media of revelation guiding individuals toward a living, relational faith experience. Furthermore, sacramental symbolism in the Gospel of John is ontologically grounded in the incarnation of the Logos. Faith is thus understood not merely as intellectual assent but as participation in divine life that transforms human existence. The integration of Christological and sacramental dimensions indicates that faith is holistic, encompassing spiritual, material, and relational aspects. Thus, the Gospel of John presents a theological vision of faith as a concrete and dynamic existential encounter, relevant for contemporary theological reflection.
