The results of the study show that pricing strategy contributes dominantly to increasing sales, but the lack of digital promotion causes limited market reach. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving national economic development and providing employment. However, in facing an increasingly competitive market, MSMEs need to implement efficient marketing strategies to ensure sustainability and sustainable growth. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and assistance to Indonesian Es Teh MSMEs regarding the implementation of flexible marketing strategies, both through digital and traditional channels. The activity took place at the Es Teh Kampung Solo outlet in Kramatwatu Square. The methods used included counseling, training, and assessment of marketing strategy implementation, with a primary focus on optimizing social media as an interactive and competitive digital promotional tool. The results of this activity demonstrated a significant increase in MSMEs' understanding of strategic marketing planning, promotional innovation, and the use of digital platforms to expand market reach. Thus, it is hoped that digital-based marketing strategies can strengthen the competitiveness and sustainability of MSMEs. This activity is expected to contribute to increasing the competitiveness and sales volume of the Kampung Solo Es Teh MSME in a sustainable manner through the implementation of a modern marketing approach that is responsive to technological changes.

This study is motivated by the increasing competition in the Muslim fashion industry, which encourages SMEs to develop effective marketing strategies to build brand image. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix (4P) strategy in strengthening the brand image of Bell.Scraft SMEs. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and then analyzed using the data analysis techniques of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, which include data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the product aspect is carried out through continuous trend research and market needs analysis, the pricing aspect applies a combination of cost-based and value-based approaches, the distribution aspect utilizes a multichannel strategy through resellers, social media, and marketplaces, while the promotion aspect focuses on trust-based digital strategies through authentic content and influencers. Overall, the implementation of the marketing mix (4P) supports the strengthening of Bell.Scraft’s brand image amid market competition. The implications of this study suggest that the use of integrated and digital-based marketing strategies can enhance the competitiveness of SMEs and build long-term relationships with consumers.

This study analyzes customer attrition in barbershops through the application of the 4P marketing mix, which includes Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. The research was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to 30 barbershop customers, which aimed to assess their level of satisfaction regarding each element of the marketing mix. The findings revealed that while customers were generally satisfied with the quality of the haircuts and the cleanliness of the tools, there was an important demand for improvement in the quality and variety of additional products offered. The pricing strategy was considered affordable by most customers; however, some expressed dissatisfaction, indicating the need for better communication regarding the value of the services provided. Demographic analysis showed that the majority of respondents were young adults aged 18-25, highlighting a specific target market for barbershops. Overall, this study emphasizes the importance of effectively implementing the marketing mix to improve customer retention and satisfaction in the barbershop industry.

The decline in sales of UD Swasta Nulus in the 2022–2024 period and the increasing competition in the printing business in Denpasar City are phenomena related to consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on consumer purchasing decisions of UD Swasta Nulus in Denpasar. This study is associative-causal with a quantitative approach. The study population consisted of 385 active consumers, with a sample of 80 respondents determined using the Slovin formula. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The price variable also had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In addition, promotion had the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions, with the highest beta value and coefficient compared to other variables. Simultaneously, the three independent variables had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions of UD Swasta Nulus. This study enriches the empirical discourse in service marketing management, particularly in the printing sector, by emphasizing the importance of the marketing mix consisting of product quality, price, and promotion in shaping consumer purchasing decisions. Practically, these findings are expected to provide insights for UD Swasta Nulus in formulating more effective marketing strategies, especially through improving print quality, setting competitive prices, and strengthening digital-based promotional strategies to reach wider consumer segments.

Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) producing tahu bakso face intense market competition and need efficient marketing strategies to maintain competitiveness. This study aims at developing strategy by identifyng criteria and selecting the optimal strategies. The research adopts the 4P marketing mix framework-product, price, place, and promotion-combined with the TOPSIS (Teqnique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method. Five main criteria were identified: product price, retail location, product promotion, customer service quality, and product development. The weighting results show that produc price and customer service quality are the most importan factors, each with a weigh of 0.208. TOPSIS analisys indicates that stategy A8 - improving employee performance through targeted training and development-achieves the highest preference value. Improving employee performance is a strategyc priority, as it directly enhances service quality, customes satisfaction, and overall marketing effectiveness.

This study aims to analyze the 4P marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) in hydroponic lettuce marketing at SMA Negeri 1 Karangnunggal. The method used is descriptive qualitative with case studies through observation and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the 4P marketing mix emphasizes products that have good quality such as good lettuce color and shape, the use of good seeds to produce good products. The price of the product has an affordable price which is relatively cheap for premium quality and offers discounts for large purchases. In easily accessible marketing places such as buyers can visit the place of sale directly or orders can be delivered to buyers directly. As well as the promotion methods carried out offline and online through social media.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) at Firdaus Farm, a tilapia farming business in Tasikmalaya, and its effectiveness in enhancing the business's competitiveness and profitability. The method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study through observations, interviews, and direct documentation at the business location. The research findings indicate that the product strategy, which emphasizes tilapia quality—such as freshness, uniform size, clean packaging, and quality certification—constitutes the primary factor in attracting consumer interest. The flexible and competitive pricing strategy, adjusted according to market conditions and consumer purchasing power, along with bonuses for loyal customers, proved to increase customer loyalty and sales. Product distribution is carried out through traditional channels and has begun utilizing digital platforms to expand market reach, with the strategic location of the business supporting distribution efficiency. Promotion, still mainly traditional, is starting to develop into digital promotion through social media, which effectively increases product visibility and appeal. This study concludes that the consistent and adaptive application of the 4P marketing mix can enhance Firdaus Farm’s competitiveness in the tilapia market. It is recommended that business practitioners continue to develop product innovations, evaluate pricing, expand digital distribution, and optimize digital promotion in order to face increasingly intense market competition.

This study aims to analyze the impact of marketing mix elements on visitor satisfaction at Papuma Beach in Jember, with a focus on Generation Z as the primary target. The marketing mix examined includes word-of-mouth promotion, location, entrance ticket prices, products and services, and available facilities. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis, along with partial and simultaneous tests to measure the influence of independent variables on visitor satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 Generation Z respondents, as well as observations and interviews. The findings indicate that, partially, word-of-mouth promotion, location, and facilities do not significantly affect visitor satisfaction. However, ticket prices and the quality of products and services at Papuma Beach significantly influence visitor satisfaction. Simultaneously, the marketing mix affects Generation Z visitor satisfaction with a contribution of 73.5%. The main factors determining visitor satisfaction are the natural beauty, appropriate ticket pricing, and the quality of services provided. This study recommends that Papuma Beach management pay closer attention to marketing strategies aligned with Generation Z preferences and enhance the attraction of the tourist site through service innovations and facility improvements.

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by the Regional National Crafts Council (DEKRANASDA) in Samosir Regency in developing local craft products and enhancing their competitiveness. This research employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that DEKRANASDA has applied the elements of the marketing mix, including product, price, place, and promotion. However, several significant challenges persist, particularly in terms of limited promotional media and intense market competition. One major obstacle is the insufficient utilization of digital media as a marketing tool, which results in a limited market reach. Furthermore, product innovation needs to be improved to better align with consumer preferences and current market trends. Therefore, this study recommends that DEKRANASDA develop a digital-based marketing strategy, such as utilizing social media, e-commerce platforms, and an official website to enhance promotional reach. Additionally, innovation in design, raw materials, and product variations should be undertaken to attract consumers and compete in a broader market. This research provides important insights into the development of more effective marketing strategies to increase the income and competitiveness of craft products in Samosir Regency.

Entrepreneurship plays a crucial role in economic growth, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). One of the main factors for entrepreneurial success is the effective implementation of the marketing mix. This paper discusses the concept of the marketing mix in entrepreneurship by highlighting the 4P elements (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) which have evolved into 7P with the addition of People, Process, and Physical Evidence. The discussion includes the implementation of the marketing mix, strategies for facing business challenges, and its impact on competitiveness and business growth. This study highlights how entrepreneurs can optimize marketing elements through product innovation, value-based pricing strategies, the use of digitalization in distribution, as well as social media-based promotion and marketing technology. Additionally, this paper reviews various challenges in the implementation of the marketing mix, such as limited capital, intense competition, and changes in consumer behavior, as well as adaptation strategies through guerrilla marketing, strategic partnerships, and data-driven approaches. The findings in this study indicate that the application of a flexible and innovative marketing mix can enhance business competitiveness and sustainability. By understanding the relationship between the marketing mix and entrepreneurship, entrepreneurs can develop more effective marketing strategies to face the ever-evolving market dynamics.

The development of e-commerce has transformed companies’ marketing communication strategies, including CV. Rintis Usaha Bersama, which operates in the sales of medical and industrial gas cylinders. Increasing competition has driven the company to optimize its digital communication strategies to enhance sales and maintain its market competitiveness. An effective marketing communication strategy is essential in attracting customers and fostering their loyalty. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies of CV. Rintis Usaha Bersama through e-commerce and evaluate their effectiveness in boosting product sales.  This research employs a qualitative method with an in-depth interview approach involving the company’s management. The analysis is conducted using the SOSTAC model, which includes situation, objectives, strategy, tactics, action, and control in digital marketing strategies. The findings indicate that CV. Rintis Usaha Bersama implements the 4P marketing communication mix (product, price, place, promotion) through e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia. The strategies adopted include clear product information dissemination, transparent pricing, promotional discounts, paid advertising, and flash sale campaigns. However, the main challenges faced by the company include intense price competition and an increasing number of competitors in the e-commerce sector. To improve the effectiveness of marketing communication strategies, the company is advised to develop educational content about its products, enhance customer engagement through responsive services, and collaborate with influencers or affiliate marketers to expand its audience reach. Regular evaluations are also necessary to ensure the strategies remain relevant to the dynamic market trends.

This study examines the intense competition in the contemporary franchise beverage industry in Gorontalo City, where consumers have many choices that affect loyalty to certain brands. This study aims to analyze the effect of brand equity and marketing mix on customer loyalty. This descriptive quantitative research uses accidental sampling with 100 samples. Data analysis includes statistical tests as well as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) models. This study shows that brand equity and marketing mix have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously, with the t-count and f-count values exceeding the table limit at the 95% confidence level. SEM-PLS analysis confirmed the significant relationship with p-values of 0.05 and t-statistics of 1.96, supporting the tested model. The research conclusion shows that brand equity and marketing mix have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. As advice, business owners of contemporary beverage franchises in Gorontalo City are advised to strengthen brand equity, as well as optimize creative and effective marketing strategies to increase competitiveness.

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of marketing mix and brand image as a marketing strategy. Before marketing activities occur, it is important for business actors, in this case weaving SMEs in Bima City, to know buyer behavior first to know what strategies will be implemented to market woven products. Determining a marketing strategy through a marketing mix that is right on target and increasing the brand image of woven products can increase consumer purchasing decisions as well as an effort to maintain the existence of local products in Bima City. The type of research in this research is quantitative. The method used in this research is an explanatory survey approach, namely through collecting data from respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale containing a list of questions for respondents to answer. The sample in this study amounted to 200 people. Then, to test the research, it was carried out with the help of Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) Software. In the contemporary business environment, which is prone to competition, marketing can be considered as a series of structured business activities to plan, produce, price, promote, distribute goods, services, and ideas. The marketing mix is considered as one of the most important aspects of the marketing process, especially in MSMEs which are now growing very rapidly. This study was conducted with the aim of determining the marketing mix in the with love milli business which is used to drive product sales and create competitive advantages. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method that uses data collection techniques in the form of in-depth and structured interviews and observations. Based on the results of the interview, with love milli has implemented a marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place) to create competitive advantages and increase sales.

The growth of MSMEs in Indonesia, particularly in the culinary sector, holds substantial potential for bolstering the national economy, with Coblong District in Bandung City emerging as a rapidly developing hub; however, despite the fierce competition, the success of culinary MSMEs in this area is influenced not only by product quality but also by factors such as service quality and the marketing mix, prompting this study to investigate their contribution to the success of culinary MSMEs in Coblong District, using a quantitative approach where data from 36 MSMEs were collected via questionnaires, and although the results of multiple linear regression analysis reveal that neither service quality nor the marketing mix have a significant impact on the success of these MSMEs, both factors still play an essential role in supporting customer satisfaction and achieving business goals.

The large number of hospitals in Sukoharjo City makes the people of Sukoharjo City have many choices to determine where they will use health services. The community is very selective about services in hospitals, so that aspects in the Marketing Mix become a benchmark for determining whether or not patients will use health services at the hospital. Marketing Mix is ​​a series of marketing tools used by companies or hospitals continuously to achieve their marketing goals in the target market. This study aims to explore and find obstacles in the implementation of the marketing mix at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital, Sukoharjo. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach and data collection techniques using in-depth interviews with key informants and specialist informants at the hospital. The results of the study showed that marketing mix components such as products, people, and promotions have been implemented well, although there are still some challenges. Excellent services such as ERACS and stitch-free eye surgery have succeeded in attracting patient interest, but promotion through social media has not been optimal, based on a comparison between the number of patients each month and interactions on social media, it was concluded that social media promotion is still not optimal because the number of interactions is still ≥50% of the number of patients. In addition, hospitals face obstacles in implementing telemedicine and homecare services. Recommendations provided include improving digital promotion strategies and developing innovative services to improve hospital competitiveness and hospitals must also consider the suitability between educational background and the work assigned.

Household waste has not been utilized properly and is generally considered as garbage. In fact, it can be utilized as an ecoenzyme organic fertilizer that is not only beneficial for the soil and plants themselves, but can also reduce household waste in the form of fruit and vegetable waste. In general, household waste in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency has been utilized properly as organic fertilizer. However, it has not been optimal. This is due to the absence of branding and marketing itself in order to introduce and distribute it to the wider community. Therefore, community service activities were held in Landbaw Village, Gisting District, Tanggamus Regency through counseling on how to package a product to make it more attractive and make other people trust our products so as to increase income.

This research aims to determine the influence of price, place, product and promotion variables on purchasing decisions at Cafe Pare Bercerita. This type of research is quantitative research which is used to test the relationship of a variable to other variables which emphasizes the analysis on numbers processed using statistical methods. This research data was obtained through questionnaires, interviews and literature studies. The analysis techniques used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the t test for the price variable (X1) have a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Place (X2) has a partially significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Product (X3) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion (X4) has a partially significant effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the F test can be concluded that price, place, product and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Cafe Pare Bercerita.

This research aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on consumer satisfaction at RD Cafe, Binjai City. This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, observation and interviews. The number of respondents used was 385 people who were consumers of RD Cafe Binjai City. The data analysis technique in this research uses SPSS 25 data analysis. The results of this research show that promotions, people and processes have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, product, price, location and physical evidence have no effect on consumer satisfaction. The 7P marketing mix simultaneously has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.
