In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

This research aims to explore strategies for cultivating exceptional talent in the era of artificial intelligence (AI). The study employs a mixed-method approach, integrating interviews, surveys, and case studies to gather comprehensive data. The sample selection includes individuals from various industries known for fostering talent development, such as technology, education, and business. Through thematic analysis, the collected data are systematically examined to identify recurring patterns, emerging themes, and innovative practices in talent cultivation. Results reveal multifaceted strategies encompassing personalized learning, mentorship programs, continuous feedback mechanisms, and proactive skill development initiatives. Furthermore, the study highlights the significance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI technologies to enhance talent development efforts. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.

Smart wearable technologies are becoming essential tools for real-time health monitoring, offering a new dimension of personalized medicine. Wearable devices equipped with biosensors, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things (IoT) connectivity can continuously track vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and even detect early symptoms of diseases. This paper explores the latest advancements in wearable health technology, including flexible electronics, energy-efficient data processing, and integration with telemedicine platforms. Additionally, ethical concerns such as data privacy, cybersecurity risks, and user adoption challenges are discussed. The study provides insights into how smart wearables can be effectively utilized for preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and real-time health diagnostics.

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

Women have complicated bodies. Throughout their existence, they go through the anatomical, physiological, and reproductive development processes. From birth to adulthood, there occurs development, and as a woman, the body's organs develop flawlessly and entirely. In comparison to a male, a woman's body develops differently, especially in terms of the reproductive organs, genitalia, endocrine system, and skeleton. The fast-paced and practical lifestyle elements of today's metropolitan society have an impact on the food ingested, which is bad for the body's health. The majority of high-risk illnesses, including heart disease, breast cancer, cervical cancer, osteoporosis, autoimmune disease, stroke, depression, and others, affect women more than males. The Community Service Partners are the management of the Family Welfare Development Team (TP-PKK) in West Bungo Village, Bungo Regency. The majority of PKK administrators, besides their activities as housewives, also work in government, private and entrepreneurial institutions, where due to business, consumption patterns and types of food eaten are unhealthy, such as fast- food which can be bad for the health of the body. especially reproductive health. This research endeavours to delve into the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in bolstering Project Resource Management (PRM), discerning the principal challenges inherent in project resource planning, acquisition, and human as well as physical resource management, while also appraising the utilization of AI tools by project team members (PTM) and their efficacy in daily tasks. This research contributes a theoretical basis for what lies ahead studies in PM and unveils the benefits of AI in task monitoring, scheduling, team assignment, cost estimation, and the monitoring of physical project resource availability. This study employs a mixed-method approach, commencing with an initial literature review to identify project challenges. Data collection is facilitated through the administration of questionnaire surveys and interviews with project managers, encompassing both closed-ended and semi-structured questions. The research reveals that PTM readily embraces the utilization of AI for daily tasks and Project Resource Management can be enhanced through AI.

This study aims to determine and analyze how the health comparison of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk and PT Bank Bumi Arta Tbk based on earnings and capital for the 2016-2020 period. The collection technique in this research is using the documentation on financial statements and literature studies of the theories used. Sampling in the form of financial statements, income statements and balance sheets obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which is accessed on the website www.idx.The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Banking soundness level based on Earnings and capital consisting of ROA, ROE, NIM BOPO, and CAR. From the results of this study indicate that the health level of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk is better than PT Bank Bumi Arta Tbk. This is due to differences in the level of supervision of the bank's health performance which give rise to different health management for each bank.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial and digital literatures and financial management on the performance of UMKM. This research used quantitative research using associative approach. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents of UMKN business actors in Cilacap District. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using Path Coefficients Test, Modes of Goodness Test, and Hypothesis Testing. Path coefficient value of the influence of financial management on the performance of UMKM. The results of the linear test and the output of column coefficients and T-tables are known that financial management has a significant effect on performance as seen from the p value 0.005 <0.05. Good and correct financial management will provide benefits and advantages for  UMKM  actors.  Several  related  institutions  can  provide  financial  and  digital  literatures training assistance. Training not only provides theoretical knowledge but also provides activities such as workshops and mentoring continuously.

The information system is one of the strategic means in patient care-oriented management. So far, Regional Hospital RAA Soewondo Pati has never conducted an evaluation related to the management information system (HMIS), so it is not known that the existing system is effective and efficient to answer patient needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hospital management information system with the structural equation modeling method approach. This research is a case study research with data collection method using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of his research stated that the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the use of information systems. There is a significant effect of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a significant positive effect between the quality of information on the intensity of the use of information. In this study, the intensity of the use of information systems does not play a role in increasing user satisfaction in using information systems. User satisfaction has a significant positive effect on net benefits.

Marketing a product at first glance is easy, but it needs the right method of what marketing means that is right on target so that it can be in accordance with the expected goals and get profits or profits as expected, through techniques of fsn the right theories in managing business ventures, especially in marketing management so that in buying and selling goods or services offered by business actors the best ones are actually chosen. The aim of this research is to find out and explain the implementation of the Marketing Management course to increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up Business and the factors that can increase the income of a Beauty Salon Make-up business. The research method was carried out through a sociological juridical approach because to find out how far the Implementation of Marketing Management Courses for Increasing Revenue for Make Up Salon Businesses (Case Study of Alumni of the Cosmetology Study Program Alumni of the Social Welfare Academy of Mrs. Kartini Semarang. The increase in the salon make-up business is growing because of the progress of the cosmetic business that is circulating in the market. This is supported by the fact that many women want to look prettier and more attractive, so they go to salons to beautify their facial makeup. Salon make-up business owners to be smarter in managing their business, both the skills of the makeup artist who always keeps abreast of the latest makeup models and modern and adequate make-up equipment according to current developments.

Sistem Informasi sekolah merupakan sebuah sarana ataupun  alat yang bisa digunakan oleh sekolah sebagai bentuk peningkatan dalam pelayanan dan kualitas sekolah. Melalui sistem ini, pihak sekolah dapat berinteraksi dengan banyak pihak yang terkait. Sistem adalah suatu rangkaian yang terdiri dari dua atau lebih komponen yang saling berhubungan dan saling berinteraksi satu sama lain. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei, yaitu data yang didapat yaitu dari hasil pengerjaan proyek pengelolaan website di tiga sekolah yang bekerja sama dengan CV. Akasyah Syahdan Makmur. Wordpress sebagai Content Management Sistem (CMS) untuk sistem informasi sekolah saat ini karena pengelolaannya yang cukup sederhana dan mudah, namun memiliki fitur-fitur yang sangat luas penggunaannya. Sistem informasi merupakan suatu hal yang saat ini sangat perlu untuk disebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuannya. Perkembangan teknologi di dunia pendidikan menghadirkan sebuah upaya peningkatan kualitas ilmu pengetahuan dalam dunia teknologi dengan dibuatnya website-website khusus sekolah.

Education has become the center of transformation in the social, economic, and political fields and has become an integrative force in people's lives. Entrepreneurship must be given as early as possible so that what is a concern in society against graduates from an educational institution, namely unemployment, can be eliminated. Therefore, the principal as a person who has entrepreneurial policies and competencies must be able to develop entrepreneurship well. This research uses a quantitative approach with a case study type. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Paiton Probolinggo. The selection of the research location is based on the consideration that the researcher is easy to get information and the location is a madrasa that implements the Information technology class and the adiwiyata program in Paiton. The informants in this study were the principal, teachers and students. Techniques in data collection used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The principal's strategy in developing entrepreneurship is done with three strategies, namely formulation strategy, implementation strategy, and evaluation strategy.

This study aims to determine the quality assurance of education and comparative school accreditation. The method used in this paper is descriptive qualitative and literature study. The results showed that: 1) The measure of the quality of education in schools refers to the degree of excellence of each component, is relative, and always exists in comparison. 2) Steps to improve quality, namely; a) needs analysis, b) vision, mission, and objectives, c) resources for educators and education personnel, d) the process of achieving quality assurance in education, 3) quality management orientation in education, 4) Steps for implementing quality management, namely a) quality planning education, b) implementation of quality-based programs, and c) quality control, and 5) Comparative accreditation of Public Madrasah Aliyah and Private Madrasah Aliyah in Pekanbaru shows that 4 MAN received accreditation A, 2 MAS received accreditation A, 5 MAS obtained accreditation B and 1 MAS obtained C accreditation.

Abstract: The number of lemang entrepreneurs typical food of Bolo Village is decreasing even from lemang entrepreneurs who are still in production, their sales volume is decreasing. The main factors that cause this condition are low business management skills, no touch of technology, unattractive product displays, dirty and dusty, unhygienic, no labels and packaging so that it has an impact on reducing people's buying interest. Another problem faced by partners is that the production of lemang does not last long, as well as the low ability of partners to make jam as a complementary product from lemang. The activity methods used in community service activities include assistance in the form of changing mindsets regarding business management, training, and practice, as well as tool design as well as design/brand and packaging development. At each stage of the activity an evaluation is carried out both process evaluation and outcome evaluation so that the output of the activity can be measured. The results of this activity: 1) there is a change in mindset regarding business management; 2) the innovation of Lemang products; and 3) the existence of a label/brand design and product packaging

This study aims to examine the effect of audit committee characteristics on CSRD in manufacturing and mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2019. In addition, this study also examines whether there is an effect of risk management as a mediating variable in the relationship between audit committee characteristics and CSR disclosure. This research using purposive sampling method, which result in 178 samples. The analytical tool in this research using structural equation modeling (SEM)-PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that the characteristics of the independent audit committee, number of member meetings, financial expertise and gender diversity have a positive effect on CSRD, while the size of the audit committee has no effect on CSRD. Indirect testing shows that risk management only affects the relationship between the number of member meetings and CSRD. Meanwhile, risk management failed to become a mediator for other variables with CSRD.

The purpose of this study is to examine specifically related to the governance and accountability of cooperatives that have been carried out in Indonesia. This study used a qualitative design, with a population of 125 journals and through purposive sampling, a sample of 35 journals was obtained. The results of the journal review can be concluded: (1). The trend of research on governance and accountability of cooperatives in Indonesia is mostly done with a qualitative design, obtained the concept: to improve governance can be done through socialization and training on SPI to managers; comply with ethical principles and rules; the accountability aspect must be audited by KAP; the role of government; principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Measurement of the dimensions of democracy, the quality of human resources, transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness. Good financial planning, transparency and accountability in financial management, increasing management commitment, knowledge, understanding of the duties and authorities of management regarding business risks and communication. Factors of members, administrators and supervisors as well as honesty and understanding; Sharia good corporate governance requires supervision from the Supervisory Board. Understanding of the important role of cooperatives for improving the community's economy, consistency in preparing financial reports. (2). Based on the quantitative design, it is concluded: cooperative governance and accountability have a positive and significant effect and accountability as a mediating variable on cooperative performance, there is no difference between financial accountability performance before and during the pandemic, cooperative reform has a positive and significant effect on cooperative governance and cooperative governance has no effect on the effectiveness of lending.

Human Resources is one of the resources that determine the success of an organization. Proper management of human resources can create a strong managerial system to support the productivity and success of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to have factors that can form quality human resources. This article aims to explore employee performance which is influenced by transformational leadership and internal CSR. Internal CSR also has a role as an intervening variable between transformational leadership and employee performance. The research model is multivariate and the analysis will use SMARTPLS. The research was conducted at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Grobogan Regency with 110 employees who participated in this study. The sampling method used accidental sampling. The results show that transformational leadership and internal CSR can affect employee performance. Internal CSR can act as a mediation between transformational leadership and employee performance.

Internet technology is currently developing rapidly, the need for internet in the community in the current era of the COVID-19 pandemic is increasing because studying and working can be done at home. By utilizing technology, processing customer bill payment data will be faster because of the ease of use. To support the implementation of this inseparable development of Information and Technology, a website-based internet bill payment system was created with the aim of making it easier for customers to make payments and check payment history and provide convenience for the field of collection in checking accounts receivable data so that they can be followed up in accordance with standard operating procedures. applicable. So that customers feel comfortable because they don't need to be constantly reminded regarding missed payments. The design of the internet service bill payment system is described by Data Flow Diagrams (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD). The design of the system prototype uses the PHP programming language and the PostgreSQL database. From this study, it was found that the website-based internet bill payment system was running well. In appearance, the website is responsive to many browsers. Meanwhile, in terms of functionality, the system can perform the functions of each feature.

The purpose of the study is to determine the student's need for learning resources by using Learning Management System (LMS) in geography subjects. The research method is quantitative with a research sample of class XI SMA N 3 OKU students who took geography subjects which were carried out with random sampling. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and interviews, while the analysis method used Descriptive analytics. The tendency shows that presentations of 95% like online learning. The results of the questionnaire sources from the indicators of the need to pay attention to the 68.5% tendency of students that strongly agree and  31.5% agree if an LMS learning media was developed using Video. Besides the video, media of PPT and pdf documents also appear as options. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop LMS-based learning resources by combining more videos, then followed by PPT and pdf. Moreover, the assembling process must apply the science of piracy design which is not just uploading material.
