The pellet molding machine has high efficiency to make it easier to process animal feed pellets. The pellet processing process requires a series of activities such as grinding, mixing, pelleting and drying. Therefore, research was carried out to identify the effect of convenience on the level of effectiveness of using an animal feed pellet printing machine. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via the Google Form platform. Validity tests, reliability tests and simple regression analysis are used to analyze the data obtained from filling out the questionnaire

The advancement of Industry 4.0 demands production systems to operate more efficiently, adaptively, and securely in facing global challenges. One promising technology that addresses these needs is the Digital Twin (DT), a digital representation of physical systems that enables integration between the real and virtual environments. Through DT, production processes can be modeled, monitored, and tested in real time, allowing for evaluation and optimization before implementation in actual systems. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of DT in modeling automated industrial systems, particularly in relation to improving production efficiency, quality control, energy savings, and operational safety. The research employed an experimental approach based on simulation within a robotic production line consisting of machines, sensors, actuators, and conveyors. The research stages included identifying system components and workflows, developing a DT model that integrates physical and virtual layers with Internet of Things–based data connectivity, and conducting simulations representing diverse operational scenarios. The findings indicate that DT implementation enhances operational efficiency, reduces production errors, and optimizes energy utilization. Furthermore, DT proves effective in strengthening safety aspects by enabling early detection of potential disruptions and providing preventive recommendations before significant impacts occur. Compared to conventional simulations, DT offers a more realistic, adaptive, and relevant approach to the needs of modern industry. The implications of this study highlight DT’s strong potential to become a new standard in the development and control of automation-based production systems, driving the creation of smarter, more efficient, and sustainable industries.

Increasingly, more and more changes and advances are occurring, especially in the technology sector which requires users to understand and understand the meaning of an algorithm command. Basically, algorithms are steps used to solve problems. In the world of computing, programming algorithms are packaged by collaborating machine language with human desires. This article aims to compare the stability and effectiveness of machine languages that are often used by programmers. This article uses a systematic literature review method with sources from several studies and papers that have been conducted. The results of this study show that there are advantages and disadvantages of python and C++ respectively.

Transportation of oil palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) from the plantation to the harvest collection point (HCP) must be done as quickly as possible. This is due to an increase in free fatty acids after the FFB is harvested. Some of the obstacles found were the FFB transportation equipment which was not yet capable of reaching the fruit in the garden easily and the transportation time which was quite long due to the uneven road conditions. With technological advances and the rapid development of innovation, the discovery of track model wheelbarrows that use a driving engine means that further studies are needed to determine the effectiveness of these transport machines. In this research, we will compare wheelbarrows without engines and wheelbarrows with track models, there are 3 (three) treatments given, namely on flat roads, bumpy roads and damaged roads. Researchers search for and collect data on transport capacity, transport load, transport speed and transport costs. The results of this research show that carrying capacity and road conditions have a effect on travel time and speed. This is due to the ability/power of the machine which is quite large and stable in transporting fruit. and, other results from this research show that the use of motorized wheelbarrows can reduce transportation costs because the transportation speed increases so that the travel time is shorter.

Rangawak is a wood-working workshop in Barulak, Tanah Datar that produces hand-processed products without using massive manufacturing machines. Rangawak has been running since 2019, by utilizing the surrounding wood resources which are designed and processed to produce valuable furniture. However, this is still not enough to make Rangawak a sustainable brand. Rangawak needs more than just a quality product, but also a strong brand image, so it is easily recognized by potential consumers. Branding steps are deemed appropriate to overcome this problem using the design thinking method which focuses on empathy, defining problem, ideation and refining solutions. This method includes experimentation, development of ideas in visual form and physical implementation based on existing problems. The branding process results in the design of ideal branding elements, compiled into a brand book so that it becomes a reference for acting both internally and externally. These elements are in the form of values held firmly by the brand, brand positioning in the market, calm explanation of brand naming, brand personality which becomes a reference for how the brand interacts (in the form of tone of voice, prohibited and recommended terms, pronunciation and choice of words in copywriting), as well as visual identity with guidelines and rules for its application in various supporting media such as websites, catalog books, posters, member cards, packaging and Instagram accounts selected based on indicators of the media's effectiveness and efficiency in the brand activation process.

The world of aviation in this modern era is increasingly developing. This is evidenced by the self-check-in facility provided by the company which greatly facilitates flight service users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan where this facility can not only reduce interaction between humans and reduce the intensity of the spread of the Covid 19 virus at that time, this facility can also maximize the effectiveness of passenger time, so that there are no long queues in the use of manual check in. This study aims to determine the Use of Self Check In Technology Affects the Effectiveness of Flight Service Users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan and How Much Influence the Use of Self Check In Technology Affects the Effectiveness of Flight Service Users at Sultan Aji Airport Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Balikpapan. This research uses quantitative research methods with data sources in the form of primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is service users who have used the Self Check-In System and the sample in this study is 95 respondents from 2042 existing populations. Data analysis techniques consist of research instruments, namely validity tests and reliability tests and hypothesis tests consisting of simple linear analysis tests, t tests, and determination coefficients. The result of this study is that the use of Self Check In Technology affects the effectiveness of flight service users at Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan Airport Balikpapan has a partial effect in a negative and significant direction. The magnitude of the correlation / relationship value (R) is 0.461. From this output, a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.212 was obtained which explained that the effect of the independent variable of self-check-in machine technology facilities on the effectiveness of aviation service users was 21.2.% The remaining 78.8% was influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

Human resources are the most important thing for an institution, because humans have the ability to set goals, collaborate, and work so that planned goals are achieved. Likewise, it is no less important than the office infrastructure in an institution that has a big influence in efforts to increase work efficiency and effectiveness. Therefore, an institution really needs office infrastructure that can be used by employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that administrative activities and other operational activities can run well and smoothly. Office infrastructure is one of the factors that supports the success of an institution in achieving the organization's goals. Office facilities and infrastructure are an important part that need to be prepared ideally and continuously so that they can ensure the smooth running of employee work activities. Considering that office facilities and infrastructure are very important in efforts to facilitate employee work activities, therefore it is necessary to manage adequate facilities and infrastructure. Means are anything that is used as a tool to achieve aims and objectives, means are more indicated for moving objects such as computers and machines. Infrastructure is something that is the main support for the implementation of the process (Business, Development, Project), infrastructure is more indicated for immovable objects such as buildings, space, land. Work effectiveness is a condition that shows the level of success of management activities in achieving goals including quantity work, quality of work, and timeliness in completing work. Effectiveness is often associated with an efficient system, so that the service process takes place effectively, optimally and on time, thereby eliminating the need for overtime work with its implications. The efficiency of work processes, the level of effectiveness of office technology users, and the comfort of the work environment will directly and indirectly influence employee performance in completing assigned tasks. Apart from that, there are also various factors that influence work effectiveness, including: time, tasks, productivity, motivation, work evaluation, supervision, work environment, equipment and facilities. It is logical and appropriate if increasing effectiveness is made one of the government's long-term targets in implementing its strategy. Based on the phenomena presented above, it is clear that the Office of Industry, Trade, Energy and Mineral Resources of North Sumatra Province has not been well managed regarding infrastructure and has not complied with the appropriate regulatory principles. Problems like this should be addressed immediately and maximized so that in the future it can be as good as it should be. If this is resolved, it will certainly create a comfortable and conducive atmosphere so that employees can carry out their work responsibilities well and optimally. This study aims to analyze the communication of marine mammals, especially whales and dolphins, through a bioacoustic approach combined with computational science as an effort to support conservation in the Tropical Ocean region. The focus of the location is on the Banda Sea, the Seram Sea, and the tropical Pacific region which are important migration routes for marine mammals. Data were obtained from underwater sound recordings using hydrophones, accompanied by visual observations to validate the behavior and existence of species. The analysis is carried out through several stages, including signal pre-processing with noise filtering and sound segmentation, spectral analysis using Fast Fourier Transform (FFT), as well as the creation of a spectrogram to visualize vocalization patterns. Machine learning algorithms such as Support Vector Machine (SVM) are used to classify interspecies voices, while deep learning approaches are applied to identify more complex communication patterns, including dialect variations. The results showed that whales produced low-frequency vocalizations (20–200 Hz) for long-distance communication, while dolphins used high-frequency clicks and whistles (5–20 kHz) for echolocation and social interaction. The integration of bioacoustics and artificial intelligence improves the accuracy of sound classification by more than 90%. These findings confirm the effectiveness of computational-based non-invasive methods in monitoring the presence and behavior of marine mammals and provide a scientific basis for sustainable conservation.

As software technology becomes more complex, software maintenance costs become more expensive. In connection with this, the development of software engineering makes the software system has many Composition choices that can be adjusted to the needs of the user. Error fixing involves analyzing Error Summary and modifying code. If bug-fixing steps are made as efficiently and effectively as possible then maintenance costs can be minimal. The purpose of this research is to establish a tool of machine learning for identifying Composition Error Summary and to find out the types of special Composition choices that can be used to save costs, time, and effort. In this study, the T-test was applied to appraise the analytical implication of conduct metrics when the “F-test” was taken to the Variance’s test. Classifiers used in this study are “All words” or “AW”, “Highly Informative Words” or “H-IW”, and “Highly Informative Words plus Bigram” or “H-WB”. Identical validation and Vexed validation techniques were used to calculate the effectiveness of machine learning tools. The results of this research denote that the instrument is competent for definitive Composition Error Summary and other Composition choices for definite Error Summary. This research determines the practicality of machine learning techniques in corrective issues relevant to Error summary. The result of this study also explained that Composition/non-Composition Error Summaries have contrasting aspects that can be accomplished by machine learning devices. The advanced tool could be upgraded in some areas to create it more powerful. The array identification section of the current study has limitations, an array with different words and Composition recognition tools tend to prefer Compositions with more words, so improvements to this could implicate consideration of the semantics of Error Summary, equivalent, and use of n-grams. Also, in using the technology of machine learning and Natural Language processing some advancements to be made to the present characterization structure so for future research it is highly recommended to clear up the first’s Error Summary before operating several operations in the present study.Composition Error Summary

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and the economic side of the process of manual or semi-automatic bending signs. The data required for both types of marking methods are data on the number of operators, company working hours, effective working hours, and the results of the production process. After that it is done by data processing, data processing in this study uses the Experimental Method, in the Manual marking process, the process is done by directly drawing on the multiplex material according to the drawing design using 2 operators, in the Semi Automatic marking process, the use of a CNC machine is done by using only 1 operator and also using a setting on a CNC machine of 50 Amperes. So from the data that has been managed later, it shows that the use of CNC machines as a substitute for manual marking has a positive effect on the company. Which can reduce the amount of operator usage, get more results from the Manual marking process, and use less electricity. So overall, the marking process using the Semi Automatic method is better from all sides compared to the marking process using the Manual method.

PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture is a company engaged in the production of furniture such as doors, tables, chairs, cabinets, bookcases and other interior equipment. As one of the companies that have succeeded in producing finished goods in large quantities, PT. Sejin Lestari Furniture relies on the help of an electric motor at every stage of its production, including one of the wood pellet production machines, namely the biofuel pelletizer molding machine which has four different types of motors. In order to work optimally, electric motors need a protection system that can protect them from threats. In this study, the protection system used is Thermal Overload Relay (TOR) which functions as an overload controller so that the electric motor is not easily burned or damaged. In this case, the TOR must be adjusted according to the capacity of each induction motor so that when an overload occurs, the TOR will automatically cut off the current flowing in the motor so that damage can be avoided. The TOR trip standards in this study uses the NEMA (National Electrical Manufactures Association) standard with the method used, namely Research and Development (R&D) where this method is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The data collection was obtained through journals and books.

Developments in the industrial world are increasingly rapid, resulting in increased competition in the industrial world, so that industrial companies are competing to improve production efficiency and effectiveness. Especially companies in the manufacturing sector, increasing productivity in a production system is an absolute thing that must be done. One of the main indicators in increasing productivity is the level of rehabilitation of production machines at the company. In measuring how good the rehabilitation of a production machine is, an effective and efficient maintenance maintenance process is needed for the company. Continuous use of the machine will decrease the level of readiness of the machine itself. In an effort to maintain the level of machine readiness so that production results are guaranteed due to continuous use of the machine, regular machine maintenance and maintenance activities are needed which are expected to prolong the condition of production machines so that they are not damaged, in case of machine damage it can disrupt production activities.

Property price determination is a complex challenge influenced by various factors, thus requiring an effective method for accurate prediction to support investment decision-making. In the current digital era, conventional approaches are being replaced by data-driven and artificial intelligence methods, where Linear Regression remains a popular choice due to its simplicity and effectiveness in modeling linear relationships. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical characteristics of a house and its selling price, and to build an accurate predictive model using the Linear Regression algorithm. A quantitative method was used, focusing on Building Area , Number of Rooms, and Building Age  against the House Selling Price. Correlation analysis results show that Building Area has the strongest correlation (0.81) with price, while Building Age shows a negative correlation (-0.52). The Linear Regression model demonstrated very strong and stable performance. The model achieved an R² Score of 0.9396 on the testing data, meaning 93.96% of house price variability can be explained by the model. Furthermore, the low MAE of only 11.31 million rupiah indicates a small prediction error, and the consistency of R² scores confirms that the model does not suffer from overfitting. This study concludes that the Linear Regression model provides excellent, stable, and reliable prediction performance for projecting house selling prices
