Doing business, big or small, is bound up with ethical issues. Ethics refers to what a person should do morally. PKM activity partners are UKMs engaged in the field of making snack products made from cashew nuts, located in Kore Village, Sanggar District, Bima Regency. PKM activities aim to provide partners with knowledge about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. Plus, partner businesses are located in densely populated areas. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The role of ethics in business for MSMEs, (2) Benefits of doing business for MSMEs (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. Apart from that, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

The aim of this research is to describe the syntactic constructs of the Javanese language for deaf and speech impaired students. This research is included in qualitative research. Data was collected by listening freely and engaging in conversation. After the data is collected, data analysis is carried out. The language analysis technique in this research was carried out using the change of form technique. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the syntactic constructs of the Javanese language spoken by deaf and speech impaired children at the Deaf and Speech Impaired Rehabilitation Foundation (YRTRW) are adverbial phrases, single clauses with an active sentence type (ukara Horn) positioned as interrogative sentences ukara pitaken, ukara sambawa, and ukara cariyos.

This research seeks to find out how social criticism is in cyber literature, the Whynesia monologue on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data used are three cyber videos of Whynesia monologue literature on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel. This research data was collected using the listening and note-taking method. The results of the research show that Whynesia's cyber literary monologue on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel has deep social criticism regarding the phenomena currently occurring. Through the flow of the monologue delivered, the narrator presents a discourse of social criticism regarding social problems that occur in Indonesia. This monologue presents the importance of social criticism which acts as a tool to maintain societal stability. Strong and courageous monologues in conveying criticism, stimulate thinking about the importance of creating stable conditions in society, where people must express their voice or social criticism regarding problems in the environment. The implication of the findings is the importance of social criticism to maintain the stability of society and the importance of new media such as research objects to revive literary works as a medium for social criticism. Therefore, society must fight so that existing inequalities or problems can be voiced to create stability and regeneration of literary works as a medium used in society.

Dysmenorrhoea is experienced by 90% of women in Indonesia, because of this, around 14% of women cannot participate in learning at school or carry out daily activities, thereby reducing their productivity. Adolescent girls are in an unstable emotional condition, if they do not get good information about the menstrual cycle then they are easy to experience primary menstrual disorders. Primary dysmenorrhea is experienced by many teenagers who are growing and developing both physically and psychologically. Several efforts have been made to reduce pain complaints in cases of dysmenorrhoea, including non-pharmacological intervention, including Rosulullah-style treatment, known as Thibbun Nabawi treatment, including listening to the Koran and breathing exercises, this treatment is cheap and can be done independently by everyone. people who experience it. The implementation of socialization at Al Islam High School is really needed considering that in this school there are many cases of Dysmennorrhea, and no one has provided an understanding of these cases and how to manage them non-pharmacologically so that they can be overcome without causing side effects. It is very important to carry out community service in the from of socialization or education, one of which is exercise during pregnency. The is in line with the government’s efforts to make the Maternal Health Program a success in the from of reducing maternal mortality. The aim of this activity is to increase knowledge for pregnant women as an effort to reduce the occurrence of complication during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period thereby reducing maternal mortality. The results obtained in this activity were that there were 21 pregnant women who took part in the socialization about pregnancy exercise at < 22 weeks and > 22 weeks of gestation and were very enthusiastic about listening to the explanation about pregnancy exercise, while pregnant women demonstrated pregnancy exercise as a only 5 probands were aged > 22 weeks. Pregnant women practiced pregnancy exercise movemonts step by step and during the interview the mother felt directly the positive impact of pregnancy exercise movements. Based on the sicialization activities and practice of pregnancy exercise, it was well received by all pregnant women, proven to be very enthusiastic during the socialization unti the question and aanswer discussion took place and showed an enthusiastic attitude during practice.

The purpose of this study this study describes the realization form of vowel phoneme, consonant phoneme in Indonesian language. Through this research, it is hoped that it can be useful for the Indonesian speakers, especially educators and students. This study aims to determine the comparison between Indonesian and Malay from a phonological aspect by using the cartoon series "Upin and Ipin" as research subjects. The research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods using free listening techniques. Researchers found phonetic elements in the entire Malay language that aired on the episode Season 15 Gerobok Rezeki. It has been found that Malay and Indonesian have almost the same function of stress, tone, intonation and duration in the pronunciation of vocabulary sounds. The difference between the two is the nasal sound that is more inherent in Malay. There are also differences in phonological aspects in the form of changing the vowel "a‟ to the vowel "ə‟ in some vocabulary words with the same pattern of wording and meaning.    

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the English Day Education Policy at Nurul Ilmi IT Middle School. This type of research is empirical research, namely research with field data as the main data source. This type of research obtains data using field research, namely by observation, the researcher makes on-site observations of the research object to be observed using the five senses.The research results concluded that the implementation of English as an international language has an important role in global communication, access to educational and information resources, as well as career opportunities in the future. By implementing the English Day policy, schools strive to create an environment that supports the active use of English inside and outside the classroom. Through this policy, it is hoped that students will be more confident and skilled in speaking, listening, reading and writing in English.

One of the four Arabic language skills is the ability to write, or what is called maharah al-kitabah. This research was conducted with the aim of getting an answer to whether one of the insha' muwajjah learning methods could be an alternative for achieving success for a teacher in teaching one of the skills that is included in the most difficult level of other maharah. This research uses analysis that the author quotes from various secondary data, in the form of scientific journals, theses and internet media. From the results that we have collected from various previous sources, it shows that the insha' muwajjah method can be an alternative because the learning carried out starts from easy to difficult stages so that students' understanding can be evenly captured in learning until skills are formed.

Academic self-efficacy is a belief based on students' self-confidence in their ability to complete academic assignments, achieve desired academic results, and achieve optimal results. In general, this research aims to identify the low academic self-efficacy of class XII students at SMA Negeri 3 Payakumbuh. This research was carried out in Class XII MIPA 2. Qualitative methodology using descriptive designs or patterns was used in this research. Interviews and observations are the data collection methods used. An interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions is used in this research. This research aims to explore innovative approaches in integrating English-language religious content as a means of strengthening religious values ​​and improving listening skills in junior high school students at Alam School. This research uses a descriptive method, an innovative approach that illustrates the condition of the subject or object of research by detailing existing facts. The results of the research show that community service activities that use English religious content are successful in strengthening religious values ​​and improving students' listening skills. Students are able to understand and remember new vocabulary through listening to videos. They can also internalize the moral values ​​contained in the video. Apart from that, the use of gamification through the Kahoot application can motivate students to learn in an interactive and fun way. An innovative learning approach that integrates elements of religion and English can help students develop holistically, both spiritually, morally and in language skills. This approach can be an alternative that can be applied in learning English at school.

Joint activities such as reading books, simple experiments, and listening to music can be effective media for facilitating intellectual and social growth for young children. This learning is carried out by including elements of play and fun, which can stimulate the curiosity of young children and stimulate their willingness to learn. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the form of directive speech acts and the background of the speech in the short story collection Rokat Tase by Muna Masyari. This research is a type of qualitative research. The approach used is a sociopragmatic approach. The data collection techniques used are listening techniques and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is a data card for the classification of forms of directive speech acts. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique. Presentation of the results of data analysis is carried out informally. The forms of directive speech acts found were (9) directive speech acts of giving advice, (31) directive speech acts of commands, (8) directive speech acts of requests, (3) directive speech acts of ordering, and () directive speech acts of criticism. Meanwhile, the background causes of speech are influenced by physical environmental factors, social influences, culture, social status, social relationships and work. This research can have implications for literature learning at junior high school level.

Reading is one of the elements of language skills that are at the third level, after listening and speaking skills. Along with the times, the development of reading materials published so that people, especially students, have a varied and not monotonous reading reference. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with survey type. Data collection methods in this study using questionnaires, observations and interviews. The data subjects in this study were Indonesian Language and Literature Education (PBSI) students. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah Science (FITK) UIN Jakarta. This study aims to reveal the phenomenon of Indonesian Language and Literature Education Students of the Faculty of Tarbiyah Sciences (FITK) UIN Jakarta in their interest in reading popular scientific works. The results of this study indicate that factors such as atmosphere, time, and the presence of interesting readings affect students' reading interest, and further understanding of reading preferences and habits can provide additional insights regarding the influence of popular scientific reading skills on the reading interest of PBSI UIN Jakarta 3rd semester students.

This research aims to describe the five basic needs fulfillment according to Abraham Maslow's theory, namely fulfilling basic physiological needs, fulfilling the need for security, fulfilling the need for love of belonging, fulfilling the need for self-esteem, and finally fulfilling the need for self-actualization. This research is qualitative descriptive research. This data collection technique is carried out by reading, listening and taking notes. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and the final step is drawing conclusions. The theory used in this research is Abraham Maslow's basic needs motivation theory, with a review of psychological literature. The data source in this research is the novel entitled Women Who Cry to the Black Moon by Dian Purnomo. Based on the study and discussion of the research results, it can be concluded that the main character in the novel Wanita Yang Cried to the Black Moon by Dian Purnomo can fulfill all her basic needs. (1) Motivation to fulfill basic physiological needs appeared in 25 data, which included the need to eat and drink, the need for clothing, the need for rest, the need for shelter and the need for air. (2) Motivation to fulfill the need for security appeared in 27 data. (3) Motivation to fulfill the need for love and belonging appeared in 25 data. (4) Motivation to fulfill the need for self-esteem appeared in 13 data. (5) Motivation to fulfill self-actualization needs appeared in 14 data.

The aim of this research is to describe and determine the social values ​​contained in the short story collection Surat untuk Bapak by Nidhom Khoeron. This research uses two approaches, namely a qualitative descriptive approach and literary sociology. The data collection technique used in this research is listening and taking notes. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative. This research data presentation technique uses informal techniques. The results of the research show that there is social value in the short story collection Surat untuk Bapak by Nidhom Khoeron. There are three types of social values, namely compassion, responsibility and harmony of life. The first is the form of the Social Value of Love which includes Devotion, Help, Caring, Kinship and Loyalty. The two forms of Social Responsibility Values ​​include the values ​​of a sense of belonging, Discipline and Empathy. The three forms of social values ​​are harmony of life which include justice, tolerance and cooperation, democracy.

The Koran, as the main holy book of guidance for Muslims, is almost impossible to understand if it is not interpreted. Since ancient times, the transmission of interpretations of the Al-Qur'an has been carried out through various methods, including oral and written. Meanwhile, nowadays, times continue to develop, the delivery of interpretations of the Al-Qur'an is also developing through online audio-visual methods, especially through YouTube media. This article aims to analyze the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an through YouTube media in the book Min Wahyil Qur'an written by a contemporary tafsir scholar named Sayyid Husain Fadhlullah and how it influences the religious lives of his listeners. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires to 130 listeners of the Islamic Studies and JR TV channels. The research method is also equipped with qualitative methods by reviewing several library sources to enrich the reader's knowledge. The results of this research indicate that in quantity many listeners feel they want to change their attitudes and lifestyle in religion, especially after listening to the seventh series of Min Wahyil Qur'an tafsir studies with the theme: humans and religion.

Language has a variety of skills, namely, reading, writing, listening and speaking. In learning Malay Arabic, two language skills are used, namely reading and writing. So, it can be concluded that reading is the process of seeing and understanding something written to obtain information and knowledge and reading is a step in broadening one's horizons. Writing is a productive and expressive activity. Writing activities require a person to be skilled at utilizing what is on his mind, mastering various dictions and understanding language structures. Learning Malay Arabic is essentially a process of learning the rules of the Malay Arabic script which aims to form a generation that is good at writing and reading Malay Arabic script so that it can be preserved for the next generation.
