Sinar Harapan store which is engaged in construction materials has regular customers who are outside the area, so a sales information system is needed to help customers buy and receive product information from the store. This web-based information system can help shop customers shop online without having to visit the store in person. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. Data obtained through field research, library research and interviews. The system design uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database storage. The information system for selling goods is based on the Sinar Harapan Makassar Store based on the results of the implementation test with the user acceptance test getting an average weight of 36 with a percentage of 90% so this application is very suitable for use

In our daily needs as a human being cannot be separated from the natural resource that is bestowed by God Almighty, especially water. People choose to consume drinking water produced by the Drinking Water Depot (AMD) business because of the need for clean and healthy water for consumption. But it turns out that health is not always guaranteed because the drinking water produced by the drinking water depot (AMD) refills is still found many germs that cause disease (pathogens) and is not safe for consumption because it does not meet the standard of eligibility. Issues to be discussed are the legal protection of consumers for their rights being violated by business actors in refill drinking water depots in Semarang City, and the settlement mechanisms that can be taken to resolve various violations of refilled drinking water depots that do not have a business license in Semarang City. The approach method used in this research is a normative juridical approach using secondary data in the form of library materials, documents, and other laws and regulations related to the research that will be discussed. And the analysis technique used is descriptive analytical. Legal Protection for Water Depot Consumers whose Rights are Violated by Business Actors of Refill Drinking Water Depot in Semarang City, are regulated in Article 60 and Article 62 of the Consumer Protection Law as well as in Article 28 of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 736 / Menkes / Per / IV / 2010 concerning Procedures for Supervision of Drinking Water Quality, while the Settlement Mechanism that Can Be Taken to Resolve Various Violations of Refill Drinking Water Depots that Do not Have Business Permits in Semarang City are regulated in Article 47 and Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law.   Keywords: Consumer Protection, Drinking Water Depot (AMD), Business License

Subtitution of kelor leaves flour in making Cup Cake hopefully become new innovation in Cup Cake product and can improve economical amount of kelor plant. Purpose of this research are: 1) Knowing the sensory characterictic of Kelor Leaves Cup Cake; 2) Knowing people acceptance to Kelor Leaves Cup Cake. Method used in this research by using library method, documentation, experiment, and hedonic test. Experiment in making Kelor Leaves Cup Cake held in laboratory of culinary art study program at AKS Ibu Kartini, Jl. Sultan Agung No. 77, Gajahmungkur District, Semarang City. Addition percentage of kelor leaves flour in making Kelor Leaves Cup Cake as amount of 5%, 10%, and 15% from flour weight. Result of this research shows that Kelor Leaves Cup Cake product has sensory characteristic included sweet flavour with taste of kelor leaves, colour from greeny yellow until dark green, tekxture hard sponged and specific aroma of Cup Cake (margarine aroma with kelor leaves aroma). Panelists aceptance to Kelor Leaves Cup Cake by hedonic test result shows that panelists choose Kelor Leaves Cup Cake with addition of kelor leaves flour as amount of 15 %. It is concluded that there is innovation opportunity from Cup Cake with addition of kelor leaves flour.

Dry facial skin causes cracks on the skin surface and will feel dry to the touch. Dry skin is caused by genetic factors, aging, hormonal changes, and cold weather. The purpose of this study was to make a mask made from white radish and honey which functions to moisturize facial skin so that it can be used for dry facial treatment. The method used in this research is interview method, documentation, library method, experimental method. Experiments on making white radish and honey face masks for the treatment of dry skin were carried out at the Laboratory of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare's Makeup Study Program, Jalan Sultan Agung, No. 77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang. City. Experiments were carried out 3 times with the composition of 1) white radish 41.25 g, honey 35 g 2) white radish 41.25 g, honey 40 g 3) white radish 41.25 g honey 55 g. The results showed that the third experiment resulted in products: fresher aroma (honey scent), soft texture, dark brown color, stronger adhesion so that it is easy to apply. Fenomena mengenai permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan siswa berkebutuhan khusus atau siswa yang membutuhkan pengajaran dalam menuntut ilmu secara lebih mendalam. Siswa tersebut nantinya akan mengikuti sistem pembelajaran reguler terutama di Sekolah Dasar yang menuntut untuk menyelenggarakan pembelajaran secara inklusi yang menyatukan proses belajar mengajar antara siswa reguler (siswa yang normal) dengan siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Maka dari itu kompetensi Guru di Sekolah akan dituntut lebih mendalam dalam mengajar siswa yang berkebutuhan khusus. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan (library research), sedangkan pengumpulan data dengan menelaah dan mengeksplorasi beberapa Jurnal, buku, serta beberapa artikel dimana sumber data atau informasi lainnya relevan (terkait) dengan kajian yang sesuai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peranan Guru dalam Pendidikan inklusif kepada siswa yang berkebutuhan khusus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah melakukan pembelajaran adaptif bagi anak  yang kesulitan belajar dengan  menyesuaikan kondisi  peserta  didik itu sendiri, penyesuaian  tersebut  berkaitan  dengan  metode  strategi,  materi,  alat/media pembelajaran, dan lingkungan belajar.
