Inflation is closely related to unemployment and the economic performance of a country. The relationship between the inflation rate and unemployment affects decisions to be taken in financial policy. The purpose of this article is to analyze government policies in Batam City regarding the threat of unemployment in inflation in 2018-2020. The method we use is library research. From the results of our analysis, we find that the highest unemployment rate is in 2020 at 11.79% . And the movement of inflation has increased and decreased. We also analyze the policies that can be taken by the Batam city government in overcoming this problem.  

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pendidikan agama Islam berpengaruh terhadap pembentukan akhlak siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang sifanya library research. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Metode analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan lewat proses menjelaskan dan menggambarkan pengaruh pendidikan agama islam dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa secara jelas, objektif dan kritis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendidikan agama islam berpengaruh pada pembentukan akhlak para siswa. Hal ini didasari bahwa pendidikan agama islam berfungsi untuk Menyediakan dan mengakomodasi pendidikan tentang akidah dan akhlak adalah hal fundamental yang utama dalam pembentukan akhlakul karimah atau akhlak yang baik. Pengaruh pendidikan agama islam dalam pembentukan akhlak siswa dilihat materi yang disampaikan berupa keagamaan yang diperoleh dari akidah, hukum dalam ibadah yang dilakukan sehari-hari diperoleh dari fiqih, pedoman dalam berperilaku diperoleh dari pendidikan akhlak, keteladanan hidup diperoleh dari sejarah umat terdahulu dan pedoman hidup diperoleh dari Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci umat islam dan As-sunnah serta lewat keteladanan yang dicontohkan dari guru dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Metode penulisan artikel systematic literatur review ini adalah dengan metode library search yang bersumber dari media online seperti google schoolar, mendeley dan media akademik lainnya. Hasil systematic literature riview ini adalah 1) transparansi pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa; 2) temuan inspektorat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa; 3) sistem keuangan desa berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa.

Hasil systematic literature riview ini adalah 1) Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM; 2) Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM; 3) Efektivitas Penggunaan BPUM berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM.

The organization more and more invests in information technology (IT) to increase agility/agility. It is generally believed that organizations with larger IT investments tend to be more agile in responding to environmental changes. However, the problem of whether IT is a supporter or inhibiting organizational agility is still not resolved. Based on the theory of resource -based views and literature of information technology capabilities and organizational agility, the authors develop and test theoretical models that integrate IT capabilities, and agility of the institution. This article highlights the role of the process of developing the agility of library institutions supported by IT capabilities. We base our reviews on many literature taken from several international journals and conferences. We review the use of various theoretical lenses used to investigate the relationship between IT capabilities and the agility of the library organization. We also map literature through a series of stages that highlighted how researchers had built in previous studies. Finally, we discuss opportunities for future research in an effort to cover the gap of various research findings.

Salah satu unsur yang harus dilestarikan dan dijaga melalui kegiatan pendidikan adalah nilai, tradisi, budaya, keterampilan dan konsep yang berlaku pada masyarakat. Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, pemerintah menggulirkan perubahan kurikulum dengan menambahkan mata pelajaran muatan lokal. Melalui pembelajaran muatan lokal diharapkan peserta didik, tidak saja memiliki pengetahuan akademis berupa pengetahuan yang bersifat global sebagaimana diharapkan, tetapi juga mempunyai kepedulian terhadap nilai-nilai sosio-kultural yang melingkupi pesertadidik. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian library research atau penelitian pustaka. Jadi yang dimaksud dengan pendidikan muatan lokal Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an adalah  kompetensi dan potensi daerah yang dituangkan kedalam suatu muatan pendidikan yang mempelajari tentang membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an sesuai dengan ilmu tajwid. Di dalamnya juga diajarkan tentang adab-adab dalam membaca dan menulis Al-Qur'an

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pembelajaran Kontekstual  Dan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan yang dipakai adalah penelitian murni kepustakaan (library research). Data diperoleh dari bahan bacaan yang diperoleh peneliti dari buku-buku, artikel-artikel yang termuat dalam cetak. Data dikumpulkan dan dipilah-pilah untuk mengisi jawaban dari pertanyaan penelitian yang dirumuskan. Analisa menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mendapatkan informasi terkait Pembelajaran Kontekstual  Dan Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Pembelajaran kontekstual merupakan suatu pembelajaran yang mengkaitkan kontekstual sehari-hari pada materi pembelajaran sehingga siswa mampu memaknai pengetahuan/ ketrampilan yang dipelajarinya serta secara fleksibel dapat menerapkan pengetahuan/ ketrampilan yang dimilikinya dari suatu permasalahan/konteks ke permasalahan yang lainnya. Pendekatan kontekstual melibatkan tujuh komponen utama pembelajaran kontekstual, yaitu : konstruktivisme (contruktivisme), menemukan (inquiri), bertanya (question), masyarakat belajar (learning comunity), pemodelan (modeling), refleksi, penilaian yang sebenarnya (aunthentic asesment). Pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem-based Learning) merupakan salah satu model yang tepat dikembangkan  dalam pembelajaran teknologi untuk merespon isu-isu peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran teknologi dan antisipasi perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi di dunia kerja. Karakteristik dan Tahapan Pembelajaran Model Problem-Based Learning. Pembelajaran berbasis masalah dikembangkan terutama untuk membantu siswa mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir, pemecahan masalah, dan ketrampilan intelektual, belajar tentang berbagai peran orang dewasa dengan melibatkan diri dalam pengalaman nyata atau simulasi, dan menjadi pembelajar yang otonom dan mandiri.  

It is hoped that the gluten free roll cake with dori fish substitute with gotu kola leaf jam can be a snack variant that can be accepted by consumers, as well as provide sponge cake technique knowledge in making roll cake. The aims of this study were: 1) To find out the composition of the ingredients of the gluten free roll cake product, substitution of dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam. 2) Knowing the public's acceptance of gluten free roll cake substitution of dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam. The methods used in this study are library methods, experiments, hedonic tests, laboratory tests and documentation. The experimental stages in this study consisted of 2 stages, namely preliminary research and main research. The results of the study showed that the gluten-free roll cake product with the addition of 25% dory fish was the most preferred product by the panelists. The hedonic test was carried out by 35 untrained panelists who filled out a complete questionnaire. The nutritional content of gluten free roll cake with dori fish substitute with gotu kola leaf jam per 100 g is 44.68% carbohydrates, 22.08% fat, 17.22% protein, and 23.61% fiber. The technique used in making gluten free roll cake substituting dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam is the sponge cake technique. Suggestions that can be given are: 1) It is necessary to calculate the Nutrition Label Reference (ALG) for gluten free roll cake substituted for dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam 2) It is necessary to carry out a cost analysis to find out the basic cost of production and the selling price of the gluten free roll cake substituted for dori fish with gotu kola leaf jam, 3) In subsequent studies dori fish was replaced or substituted with other ingredients.

Organizational capabilities are essential for library performance. This article aims to build and determine the organizational capabilities of the library. The research method is descriptive. Data were analyzed qualitatively. The results showed that the organizational Capability for increasing library performance was not optimal. Organizational capabilities are not by library programs, so library performance is not maximized.

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis riset kepustakaan (library research). Adapun penelitian dalam hal ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, sumber data bersifat kepustakaan atau berasal dari berbagai literatur. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini yaitu Buku Teks Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti SD Kelas I Karya Muhammad Nurzakun dan Joko Santoso Tahun 2021. Sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari berbagai buku yang relevan, website, dan hasil penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah metode dokumentas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian yang didapat berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada buku teks Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti SD Kelas I Tahun 2021 termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Dari ketiga komponen kelayakan isi buku teks Pendidikan Agama Islam dan Budi Pekerti SD Kelas I Tahun 2021, semuanya dapat dikategorikan buku teks ini sangat layak. Dengan begitu, buku teks tersebut bisa menjadi sumber buku ajar yang baik bagi guru maupun peserta didik.

This research was structured with the aim of improving students' reading skills using the library-based learning model for students in class III B MI Nu Nurus Shofa, Bae, Kudus Academic Year 2022/2023. Learning activeness referred to in this study, namely physical activity and mental activity. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), in which the teacher is the executor of learning while the researcher is the observer. The design of this study uses the Kurt Lewin model. This research was carried out in an odd semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, namely in November 2022. The subjects of this study were students of class III B MI Nu Nurus Shofa Karangnegara Bae Kudus with a total of 37 students where there were 23 male students and 14 students. female student. The object of research is students' reading ability. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in tabular form. The results showed that there was an increase in students' reading ability, namely in the first cycle of 64.8% (good category), then in the second cycle it increased to 89.1% (very good category). This means an increase of 24.3%. Thus the use of the library-based learning model in Indonesian subjects can improve the reading ability of class III B MI Nu Nurus Shofa Karangnegara Bae Kudus.

Early childhood is also known as the golden age, in which the potential and abilities of the physical, cognitive, language, artistic, social-emotional, moral, religious, self-concept, self-discipline and independence develop. Therefore it is important if from an early age it is necessary to instill the value of independence in children. One of the factors that can influence the process of developing independence in children is parenting style. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in building children's independence, because the role of parents is very important in building independence in children. The research method used is library research or library research. The results of this study are through parenting parents are able to build children's independence, including in applying habits to children. Bentuk ekspresi dari pengalaman beragama dapat dilihat dari penganut suatu agama. Pada dasarnya pengalaman kegamaan dalam diri mereka timbul dari pemikiran tentang kepercayaan dan juga keyakinan terhadap adanya sesuatu di luar diri mereka. Yang kemudian dianggap sebagai realitas tertinggi, hal ini diperoleh melalui pengetahuan yang dipelajarinya serta ketika sedang melakukan sebuah interaksi sosial dari kegamaan yang ada didalam lingkunganya. Tujuan dari pembuatan makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui landasan dasar kebebasan beragama, untuk mengetahui sebuah kebebasan berekpresi dan berpendapat merupakan bentuk hak dan kebebasan negara, dan juga untuk mengetahui suatu agama sebagai kepercayaan. Metode penelitian pada makalah ini adalah dengan metode studi pustaka (library research). Data didapatkan dengan cara mengumpulkan sumber-sumber yang berkaitan dengan topik dari beberapa buku fisik, jurnal dan juga sumber lainnya. Untuk teori yang dipakai adalah teori konflik dari Ralf Dahrendorf. Dari beberapa data yang didapat, dapat diketahui kebebasan beragama di Indonesia diatur oleh Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 begitu juga dengan pembatasannya. Tidak hanya itu kebebasan beragama juga diatur di hukum atau Undang-Undang Internasional. Selain itu kebebasan berekspresi dan berpendapat juga telah diatur dalam undang-undang dan ini merupakan sebuah hak warga negara dalam kehidupan bernegaranya. Untuk kepercayaan sifat dan sikapnya membenarkan sesuatu yang dianggap sebagai kebenaran, yang diyakini, dan diaplikasikan dalam kehidupan, pengalaman, dan mempengaruhi sifat mental yang menyakininya. Kepercayaan berarti keyakinan kepada tuhan diluar agama atau tidak termasuk kedalam agama. Berbicara mengenai agama atau keyakinan dan juga masyarakat memang tidak akan pernah selesai, karena dengan seiring perkembangan masyarakat itu sendiri akan ada dampak yang dirasakan.  

The relationship between the inflation rate and the unemployment rate affects a country's mix of fiscal and monetary policy decisions to achieve better economic conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Medan City Government's policy regarding the threat of unemployment after the increase in inflation using data from 2017-2020. The data collection method used is library research method. In the results of the study, the number of unemployed from 2017 decreased by 9.46%, in 2019 it increased by 8.53 and in 2020 the increase reached 10.74%. In 2020, Indonesia was affected by the covid-19 pandemic which caused the country's economy to decline. This is one of the factors for the increasing number of unemployed and the inflation rate from 2017 has decreased until 2020. Inflation must be prevented immediately by means of policies from the government, namely by receiving and state budget expenditures to maintain currency stability with the aim of improving the welfare of the people in a country.  

This research has the aim of knowing and studying religious moderation for the unity and integrity of the Indonesian state. This research uses a qualitative approach by describing the importance of religious moderation to maintain the unity and oneness of the Indonesian nation. This study uses the library study method where the results obtained will be described. From this study it was found that religious moderation in maintaining the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation has a fairly important role. From the results of this study it was also found that forms of religious moderation to maintain the unity and integrity of the Indonesian nation can be implemented in everyday life including bringing an attitude of tolerance to each individual, holding deliberations to achieve common goals, having tolerance, having different thoughts. innovative and dynamic.

The problem in this study is, Based on the background of the problem, the problem of this research is "How is the use of the abbreviated Slang for Aliyah students?" The purpose of this study Based on the research problems above, the purpose of this study was to find out the use of abbreviated slang in Aliyah students. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were Aliyah students aged between 15-18 years and totaling 20 students. The time and place of this research is at the library, school, and at home because this research is a documentation research. The research instrument is the researcher. The data collected is in accordance with the research data, the researcher uses a tool in the form of a recorder or table. Data collection techniques are methods used by researchers in gathering information or facts in the field. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. By collecting written evidence through photos. The results of this study are data on the use of slang words for abbreviations.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.
