Education plays a very important role in developing the human resource potential of a country. This research examines how Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara reflect on their experiences in facing the newly implemented Merdeka Curriculum. The Independent Curriculum is an educational approach that focuses on student needs, so teachers face additional challenges and responsibilities in implementing it. This research aims to explore the perspectives and experiences of Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara in facing the Independent Curriculum. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with interview techniques with Indonesian language teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Padamara. Data validity testing was carried out using data source triangulation techniques. The research results show that the Merdeka Curriculum is considered relevant and oriented towards meeting student needs. Teachers have tried a variety of tailored learning strategies, including content, process, and product differentiation. Apart from that, this research also highlights the important role of learning modules and media in the Independent Curriculum, as well as the importance of In House Training (IHT) as an effort to increase teachers' understanding of the newly implemented curriculum. It is hoped that these findings can provide a valuable contribution in the development of educational strategies and provide the necessary support to teachers and other educational institutions that are implementing the Merdeka Curriculum.

This research aims to ensure accuracy, ease of use, and effectiveness in the learning module development process which aims to increase understanding of the content of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945). In this research, research and development (R&D) methods are used using the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. In the research results, it is known that the results of expert validation of teaching materials obtained a score of 96% and validation of material experts obtained a score of 91%. In the practicality results obtained from the response questionnaire to teachers and students after using the teaching modules used, the practicality results for teachers were 94% and students were 98%. In the results of its effectiveness by giving evaluation questions to class X students, an average of 83.7 was obtained, while the KKM for class The results of this research show that the learning module that has been created meets the third evaluation standard, namely validity, ease of use, and effectiveness.

The application of an Arabic-speaking environment for boarding students in their learning experiences obstacles such as limited social space for boarding students, and Arabic is not seen as a mother tongue. Learning Arabic in this case refers to the Ma'had curriculum in Pone Village, Kec. West Limboto. through intensive program activities for boarding students in Pone Village, Kec. West Limboto. With the application of the Muhadtsah method using various techniques, such as observation, interviews, outreach, and training. The approach used in this learning process is a humanistic approach, which places students as the center of learning, with an emphasis on their emotional, social, and psychological aspects. In addition, learning also adopts a media-based approach by using a modul pembelajaran as a learning tool. By combining these various approaches, it is hoped that students can be more actively involved in the teaching and learning process of Arabic and improve their speaking skills.
