The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of auditory learning style on the understanding of learning the Qur'an in 5th grade students of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah at the Mambaul Ulum al-Qur'an Education Park in Dagan Village. This study uses Quantitative methods with the type of case study through the management of instruments in the form of questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation and a sample of 48 of the 5th grade students. The results showed that there was no effect of auditory learning style on understanding al-Qur'an learning by an average of 20.03% from variable X (Auditory Learning Style) to variable Y (Understanding al-Qur'an Learning).

This research aims to analyze the learning styles of 11th-grade students in Class MP 2 at SMK N 1 Bangli in the context of learning English. The findings indicate that the majority of students have a preference for kinesthetic learning style, followed by auditory and visual learning styles. Despite the dominance of the kinesthetic learning style, some students also show tendencies towards auditory and visual learning styles. Meanwhile, the research identifies several learning difficulties faced by students, such as a lack of motivation, basic English language proficiency, and limited school resources. To address these challenges, teachers and schools are advised to create an environment that supports students' learning motivation, pay special attention to mastering basic English language skills, and enhance students' access to quality learning resources, including the use of technology such as utilizing smartphones for learning activities. Learning activities that were well-prepared can stimulate people have well-prepared in the learning process. Three kinds of learning styles are visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. The learning style guides the teacher to appropriate methods to conduct the lessons. Based on the statement, the research aims to determine the influence of learning style and implemented in cognitive comprehension in egg dish. The subject to conduct this research were grade XI Culinary students at SMKN 2 Kota Mojokerto. The research design used ex post facto using the one-way ANOVA test. The researcher used questionnaire techniques, test methods, and documentation for collecting the data. The results showed that (1) the dominant learning style in the auditory learning style was 40.4% (19 students), while the visual learning style was 38.3% (18 students), and the kinesthetic learning style was 21.3% (10 students). (2) The average post-test score is 78.2. In the value range 71 – 85 with 21 out of 47 students. Based on the data analysis, the researcher found that learning style does not affect cognitive comprehension. It is shown in the sign one-way ANOVA value of 0.394 > 0.05, while the Fcount test is 0.952 <3.20 Ftable, so H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

This study aims to determine the efforts of Ke-NU-an teachers in instilling the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah in students at SMP Islam Ngadirejo. In addition, it is also to find out the results obtained in the efforts of NU-an teachers in instilling the values of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah in students at SMP Islam Ngadirejo, as well as to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors. Qualitative field research uses observation, interview and documentation methods in data collection. Then the analysis technique uses data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and verification. The results showed that: 1) Teachers' efforts in instilling Aswaja values in students by instilling Aswaja values in the style of NU-an every day, religious extracurricular activities, IPNU and IPPNU organizations, as well as teaching Aswaja to NU-an in the classroom. 2) the results obtained in the process of instilling Aswaja values in students, namely the more accustomed students are in carrying out various Aswaja amaliyah-amaliyah to NU-an. 3) supporting factors in the process of instilling Aswaja values in students, namely SMP Islam Ngadirejo Temanggung is a school under the auspices of LP Ma'arif NU, then support from school culture that is still thick with Aswaja values, then support from teachers who are competent in ovating students in instilling Aswaja values, as well as support from facilities and infrastructure that can facilitate the learning process. While the inhibiting factors are the external environment (family environment and community environment) and the time in the learning process is short.

E-learning media is very useful for teachers in supporting the teaching and learning process in the classroom. Apart from having to understand how to use various existing e-learning media, teachers can also design digital e-learning media that are adapted to student learning styles consisting of Visual, Audiotorial and Kinesthetic as well as Asynchronous and synchronous. E-learning media products designed from the results of teacher training are in the form of Android-based applications, consisting of Visual, audio, Kinesthetic menus, and all Materials. This application contains material and assignments on all subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Sooko, Mojokerto Regency.

This study aims to find out how the application of Quantum Memory and Learning in Islamic Religious Education Learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi. So this research is a field research with a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis.The variables studied are divided into two, namely the independent variable is the application of Quantum Memory and Learning and the dependent variable is the learning of Islamic Religious Education.All primary data needed in this study were obtained through the main instrument in the form of questionnaires / questionnaires, while observations, interviews, were used to complete the required data. All collected data is then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis.The results of this study prove that the concept of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers is the AMBAK Technique (What are the Benefits for Me), structuring the learning environment, cultivating a champion attitude, freeing up learning styles, getting used to taking notes, getting used to reading, making children more creative, training children's memory strength. The application of Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi is quite good. This can be seen by the indicator of 39 respondents from students with 74% saying that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning applied by teachers to Islamic education learning is quite good and the application of Quantum Memory And Learning is also able to improve student learning outcomes. This can be seen from 59% of students who say student learning outcomes are very good through the application of Quantum Memory And Learning. However, based on all data, both questionnaires and interviews, it shows that the application of Quantum Memory And Learning still needs to be improved again because it sees that there are still teachers who have not been able to apply Quantum Memory And Learning to Islamic Religious Education learning at MTs YLPI Sukabumi.  Keywords: Implementation, Quantum Memory, Quantum Learning.

Abstract with "School Principal's Visionary Leadership Style in Improving Teacher Performance at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City". The main problems are: 1) What is the leadership style of the principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 2) What are the implications for the performance of teaching staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? 3) How does the school principal transform the school's vision and mission in improving the quality of education at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman, Sukabumi City? The research method used is a qualitative research method, data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, and documentation. While the objectives to be achieved are to determine the leadership style of the visionary principal at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City and to find out the implications for the performance of educational staff at Mts Ylpi Ibaadurrahman Sukabumi City. The results of this study indicate that the principal's leadership style applied by the principal is generally responded to by good cooperation by his subordinates, who use a democratic-participatory leadership style. With this leadership that has an impact on educational staff because of democratic leadership the freedom to develop potential is enormous, good working relationships are established between superiors and subordinates, creating a comfortable work environment and understanding how important it is to invite all school parties to realize this vision in accordance with their duties and responsibilities. each. Thus the author can conclude that in this study principals are generally carried out with the cooperation of leaders and their members and how a leader motivates morale, fosters discipline, shows exemplary attitudes and behavior that school principal leadership in improving the performance of educational staff greatly contributes which is good for the progress of the quality of learning so that it can encourage the quality of education where the performance of educators and education staff is the key to success in the world of education. Research implication: The author suggests that the Principal maintains the main duties and functions of leadership that have been well developed, and continuously improves educational performance according to the needs of the institution and maintains time discipline and responsibility with each task as planned by the institution and prosper educators by carrying out assignments according to their respective pokies.
