Bilingual learning in the current era of globalization, especially in English, plays an important role in international communication in various fields such as development, technology, economy, and education. With globalization, the need for English language skills is increasingly felt. The introduction of foreign language education is an important step in answering the demands of the globalization era. The purpose of this study was to determine the interactive process in bilingual learning in students' language skills, creative strategies in bilingual learning in students' language skills, and productivity in bilingual learning in students' language skills at SDI Kreatif The Naff Mojoroto Kediri. This research uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study explain: The interactive process at SDI Kreatif The Naff Kediri starts with using simple words and phrases to communicate in two languages. In this case, using speakers for vocabulary addition every day, the basic stage of learning alphabets, and the addition of two vocabularies from learning alphabets, as well as one word that they like for each letter of the alphabet. Creative strategies at SDI Kreatif The Naff Kediri in implementing bilingual use strategies such as labeling in each class, students doing recalling and greeting at the end of KBM, and participating in spelling bee competitions and others. The productivity of bilingual learning at SDI Kreatif The Naff Kediri is optimized by using laptop media, participating in study tours, compiling reports, and reading the results of reports in bilingual.

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the level of education and welfare in the family greatly influences the quality of human resources in Indonesia. Therefore, efforts to strengthen family functions, such as increasing parental education and social welfare programs, are key in accelerating national development. With these skills, they are expected to be able to contribute to improving the family's economy, as well as opening up new business opportunities that support financial independence.

This study aims to identify the effect of “jellyfish” learning media on numeracy skills for grade II students at SDN 06 Ciputat on multiplication material. Based on initial observation early observations, students had difficulty mastering the concept of multiplication due to monotonous learning procedures and the lack of use of interactive media. The learning model applied during the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the way students learn, so that student activity in the learning process in class is still low and there are many student absences after the pandemic. Almost 2 years of the pandemic have required students to study from their respective homes so that students are increasingly lazy or less active in learning. This is the basis for the idea of ​​how to make them more effective in learning by using postcard media. Postcard media is a media containing questions related to learning that must be answered by students by taking lucky coupons. The purpose of this study is 1) To describe the teacher's process in implementing postcard media in building student activity in learning in class XI of SMK Ma'arif NU Kajen. 2) To analyze the level of student activity of class XI of SMK Ma'arif NU Kajen through the application of postcard media in learning. This classroom action research was conducted at SMK Ma'arif NU Kajen with the research subjects of class XI students totaling 72 students with almost the same academic abilities, able to understand simple materials, but the level of student activity is low, the majority are less brave in expressing ideas, ideas and opinions. Data collection techniques include questionnaire sheets and documentation. Data analysis used is qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study showed that the process of implementing postcard media which was carried out through three stages, namely the process of designing a learning plan, the process of implementing learning, and the process of evaluating the use of learning media has been implemented well by teachers. In cycle I, the results of the questionnaire showed that the application of postcard media to increase student activity was successful with an average score reaching 86%. In cycle II, the application of postcard media to increase student activity was successful with an average questionnaire score reaching 88%. Postcard media has proven to be effective in increasing student activity in learning. For teachers, it is expected to be able to improve learning media so that students can be encouraged to be active in class. For schools, it is expected to be able to provide adequate facilities, especially the provision of teaching aids so that teachers can be more free in creating a creative learning process.

The results of this research show that the majority of teachers have not been creative in creating learning media, this is indicated by the fact that many teachers still use the lecture method in the learning and teaching process, so that the teaching and learning process seems monotonous in only one direction. It is hoped that the publication of this article will encourage teachers to be creative in making interesting learning media even though they are made with simple media.
