This study aims to determine the effect of the Course Review Horay learning model on students' comprehension ability in response text material at SMP Negeri 4 Gunungsitoli Idanoi. This learning model is an active and fun strategy that combines game elements with learning activities, so it is expected to increase student engagement and understanding of the material. The study used a quasi-experimental approach with a Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The research procedure included three stages, namely (1) implementing a pre-test to measure students' initial abilities, (2) providing treatment by applying the Course Review Horay model in the experimental class and conventional learning in the control class, and (3) implementing a post-test to determine the increase in students' comprehension abilities. The study population was all seventh grade students consisting of two classes, namely VII-A and VII-B, each consisting of 20 students, so that the total number of participants was 40 people. Sampling used a saturated sampling technique because the entire population was sampled. The independent variable in the study was the application of the Course Review Horay learning model, while the dependent variable was student learning outcomes in the response text material. The results of data analysis showed a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. Based on the hypothesis test, the t-value was 12.006, with a significance (2-tailed) <0.001, which is smaller than 0.05.

This research is based on students' low interest in learning in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) subjects, which can be seen from the large number of students who obtain scores below the Learning Goal Achievement Criteria (KKTP). The focus of this research is to increase students' interest in learning through the application of the Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model in the material "Style Around Us", as well as analyzing changes in students' learning interest after using this model. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model in science learning and identify the increase in students' interest in learning after its implementation. The method used was Classroom Action Research (PTK) using the Kemmis & McTaggart model, which was carried out in two cycles with four meetings. The subjects of this research were 23 class IVB students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ziyadatul Iman. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The research results show an increase in students' interest in learning in each cycle. The percentage of filling out the questionnaire in the pre-cycle was 2, increased to 3.1 in cycle I, and reached an average of 4.04 in cycle II with an increase of 0.6. Based on these results, the application of the Course Review Horay (CRH) learning model has been proven to increase students' interest in learning in science subjects. Therefore, it is hoped that this model can be applied in learning science and other subjects.

The problem raised in this study is the low activity and student learning outcomes. Effort to overcome this problem is to apply learning with a combination of Problem Based Learning, Simultaneous Roundtable, and Course Review Horay models. The aim of the research is to describe teacher activities, analyze student activities, and student learning outcomes. The study used classroom action research which was carried out in 4 meetings. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students at SDN Antasan Kecil Timur 3 Banjarmasin, with 24 students consisting of 12 male students and 12 female students in the 2022/2023 school year. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that teacher activitie scored 97 in the very good category. Student activities get a score 96 with very active category. Cognitive learning outcomes achieve 96% completeness and affective and psychomotor learning outcomes achieve 100% completeness.

Nirma Al Adawiyah, NIM. 17317001030. Improving Reviewer Understanding Using the Course Review Horay Learning Model for Class XI Students at SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas, Academic Year 2021/2022 This study aims to determine the improvement of reviewer understanding using the Course Review Horay learning model in class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas in the 2021/2022 academic year. The number of samples in this study were 28 students, namely class XI IPS 1 . Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that the Improvement of Reviewer's Understanding Using the Course Review Horay Learning Model for Class XI Students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. This is evident from the average value of the initial test of Improved Understanding of Student Reviewers is 58.21 with a standard deviation of 7.93 and an increase in the final test result score with an average value of 79.29 with a standard deviation of 5.93. and if it is associated with the Indonesian KKM score for senior high school of 75, the Improvement in Reviewer Understanding for the student's final test is included in good ability. In addition, the observation value > ttable which is 11.14 > 2.05, thus from the results of testing the hypothesis above, it can be concluded that there is an increase in reviewer understanding using the Course Review Horay Learning Model in Class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Lawe Alas in the 2021/2022 academic year.
