Abstract. Abstract. This journal discusses Canva, an online platform that provides many templates and images for creating presentations, infographics and documents. In learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung, Canva can be used as a tool to develop student creativity and combine Japanese language knowledge with technology. Using Canva in learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung has several benefits, namely: Helping students develop creativity. Canva allows students to create interesting and unique presentations, infographics and documents. Students can use images, fonts and themes that are appropriate to the material being studied. Canva can be used to create posters, flyers and brochures that convey information in Japanese. Canva allows students to learn graphic and design techniques. Students can practice technical competence in using the Canva application to create professional and attractive presentations, infographics and documents. To work collaboratively in practicing Japanese language competence. Students can train collaborative competencies in creating presentations, infographics and documents that convey information in Japanese together, train digital literacy competencies in using the Canva application to conduct research or convey information in Japanese digitally. Using Canva in learning Japanese in high school can be done online or offline, depending on the student's needs and conditions.

Every Muslim is required to be able to read, write, and memorize the Quran and understand its contents and apply it in everyday life. Teachers as people who are handed over the responsibility by parents in educating and guiding their children to the Qur'an are also required to be able to understand the character of students and the rules of learning Qur'an literacy and even be able to create a harmonious and humanist relationship in learning so that there is involvement of students in every learning activity so that creativity from fun and meaningful learning is realized. The purpose of this service carried out by the abdimas team is to provide assistance and training for the teaching team, namely two Islamic boarding school teachers about models, methods and media as well as the learning environment. This service method is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), an asset-based method, strength and developing community potential. Riau University as a state university that has the duties and functions of implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education and teaching, research, and community service. The form of community service carried out by students is in the form of Real Work Lectures (KUKERTA). KUKERTA is a field learning activity carried out by students that aims to have a positive impact on the community by providing learning in an innovative and creative way, as well as developing potential and knowing the strengths and weaknesses of the local community. This activity is expected to increase student creativity to implement their knowledge in carrying out work programs and provide learning for students in interacting with the community. Real Work Lecture (KUKERTA) is one of the compulsory subjects taken at the University of Riau when entering an odd semester or having fulfilled the credit requirements set by the University of Riau.

The digital revolution has fundamentally changed the educational paradigm, influencing the way of learning, teaching and interacting in the educational environment. In responding to the challenges and opportunities presented by this technological era, the concept of "Freedom to Learn" emerged as an approach that empowers students to be active and independent in the learning process. This article discusses how the Merdeka Belajar approach can increase students' competitiveness in the technological era by combining the potential of the digital revolution in education. In the initial stage, the article introduces the concept of Merdeka Belajar which places students at the center of the learning process. By giving students the freedom to choose the time, method and learning materials according to their interests and abilities, this approach aims to increase students' motivation, creativity and participation in learning. Next, the article discusses the use of technology in education, including e-learning, learning videos, online learning platforms and educational applications. The use of this technology allows students to access various learning resources more easily, expand the range of knowledge, and increase learning efficiency. Technology integration is key in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and providing an interactive and interesting learning experience for students. In addition, the article highlights the importance of developing digital literacy abilities, technological skills, and an understanding of digital ethics for students in an era of ever-developing technology. Merdeka Belajar plays an important role in helping students hone these skills, so they can be better prepared to face the challenges of the digital world. The article also examines the challenges and obstacles in combining Merdeka Belajar with technology, such as limited access to technology, lack of training for teachers, and concerns about data security . Solutions and strategies to overcome this obstacle are also discussed in the article. In its conclusion, the article underlines the importance of adopting the Independent Learning concept integrated with technology to bring innovation in education. This approach can improve the quality and relevance of learning, prepare students to face the challenges of the technological era, and increase their competitiveness in facing an increasingly digital future.

Enhancing the quality of education involves fostering strong literacy skills, not only in academic aspects but also in understanding, processing, and conveying information. In the midst of globalization and technology, literacy skills have become increasingly important in facing the changes of the times. This study aims to develop a playful learning approach that encourages enjoyable literacy activities in Desa Sokawati. Employing a qualitative approach with an action research design, this study engages children, educators, parents, and the community in Desa Sokawati. Engaging literacy activities tailored to the characteristics of children are designed based on surveys and interviews. Once planned, these literacy activities are implemented in KB, TK, and SD classes. Observations of children's and educators' responses are conducted during the implementation phase. The results indicate that the playful learning approach is effective in fostering enjoyable literacy activities in Desa Sokawati. Children are engaged in various activities that combine creativity, art, and learning. By developing an approach that suits the characteristics of children and the local potential, this study aims to provide practical guidance for educators, parents, and the community in enhancing children's literacy in Desa Sokawati. Furthermore, this research contributes to the development of sustainable literacy-based education in rural areas.

This study aims to analyse the implementation of literacy programs in three primary schools, namely SDN 8 Bandar Laksamana, SDN 14 Teluk Mesjid and SDN 92 Pekanbaru. The research method used was observation and document analysis of literacy activities conducted by these schools. The results show that the three schools have implemented various types of literacy, such as literacy in reading and writing, digital literacy, science literacy, financial literacy, numeracy literacy and cultural-civic literacy. Through habituation, development and learning, students are given the opportunity to develop literacy skills holistically. Keywords relevant to this study are literacy, literacy program, primary school, observation, document analysis. This study shows that the successful implementation of literacy programs is supported by the commitment and efforts of schools in providing varied literacy experiences and actively involving students. The literacy programs help students improve their skills in reading, writing, using digital technology, understanding science, managing finances, understanding mathematics, and appreciating culture and citizenship. The findings provide important insights for educators and policy makers in improving the quality of basic education and students' literacy development.

The teaching campus is a program from the Ministry of Research and Technology that provides opportunities for students to study off campus for one semester. Through the campus teaching program, students have activities that are their responsibility in assisting learning activities at school. In this program, students become partners with teachers to improve literacy and numeracy in schools that are targeted for campus teaching. The main task of this teaching campus program is to assist teachers in implementing learning in schools, especially to improve literacy and numeracy, increase students' creativity and help students adapt technology. The Teaching Campus Program by sending students as school change agents has helped the implementation of teaching and learning activities.

Batch 1 Literacy Class is a program that aims to increase children's learning motivation and literacy through the use of online literacy platforms. In this program, various methods and strategies are used to create a fun, interactive learning environment and motivate children to be more actively involved in literacy activities. The method of implementing this program involves interactive stories, discussions, practical activities, and presentations of the participants' work. Each program session is focused on a different topic, such as organic farming, the role of farmers, the impact of climate change, and the challenges faced by farmers in dealing with locusts that attack crops.agriculture and climate change. Through stories and true stories, participants are invited to understand the importance of literacy in the context of agriculture and the environment. The results of this program show an increase in learning motivation and understanding of children's literacy. Participants showed high involvement in online literacy classes and were able to apply their knowledge and creativity in finding solutions to problems encountered in agriculture. In addition, the output of the study worksheet program and positive feedback from participants and parents are indicators of the program's success in increasing children's learning motivation and literacy. This program provides significant benefits for children's literacy development, increases their motivation to learn, and helps them develop essential literacy skills.

Malewang 41 Elementary is one of the schools located in Polongbangkeng Utara sub-district, Takalar district, South Sulawesi Selatan Province. In carrying out its activities, this school is under the auspices of the ministry of education and culture. Teaching Campus is part of learning and teaching activities in basic education units from the Merdeka Learning Merdeka Campus (MBKM) program which aims to provide opportunities for students to learn and develop themselves through activities outside the classroom. The Teaching Campus aims to equip students with a variety of expertise and skills by partnering with teachers and schools in developing learning models, as well as fostering creativity and innovation in learning so that it has an impact on strengthening literacy and numeracy learning in schools.Reading and counting is a skill that must be possessed by every person and taught from an early age. Each student has a different level of reading ability, AKM can be used to evaluate students in reading and counting skills. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the ability to read and numeracy, the factors that influence literacy and numeracy skills, and the way in solving literacy and numeracy problems of the fifth-grade students. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The location of the research is at SDN 41 Malewang. The research subject was fifth-grade students and the teacher who was responsible for AKM at SDN 41 Malewang. The research subjects were fifth-grade students and 5th batch of campus teaching students who was responsible for AKM at SDN 41 Malewang. The results showed that most of the fifth-grade students at SDN 41 Malewang who followed AKM include in the basic category. Their reading literacy and numeracy abilities are influenced by internal factors from within students and external factors from the family and school. The way that students solve AKM literacy questions is by doing easy questions first.
