Using a descriptive narrative method through interviews and observations, this report illustrates how principals are implementing transformational leadership in school management. The results of the study show that school principals are able to provide inspiration through example, motivation, and continuous support to teachers and education staff. This leadership practice is reflected in the giving of trust, the involvement of teachers in decision-making, and the encouragement to innovate in the learning process. The organizational communication climate in schools is considered open, transparent, and supportive, so that teachers and staff feel comfortable conveying ideas, criticisms, and suggestions without fear. Effective communication between leaders, teachers, and staff helps strengthen teamwork and increase a sense of ownership of the school's vision and mission. Thus, transformational leadership plays an important role in creating a positive organizational communication climate and supporting the improvement of performance and quality of education in schools.

This classroom action research investigates efforts to enhance sixth-grade students’ ability to work together in Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning at UPT SDN Unjuruiya No. 45 Selayar Islands by implementing the Team Pair Solo cooperative learning model. The study was conducted to address students’ low collaboration skills and limited positive learning attitudes, which impeded the achievement of optimal learning outcomes. Through two learning cycles consisting of sequential group (team), pair, and individual (solo) activities, the research aimed to improve students’ cooperative abilities and attitudes toward IPAS learning. Data were collected through observation, field notes, and learning attitude assessments, then analyzed descriptively to determine changes in performance. The findings indicated a significant improvement in students’ cooperative skills, as reflected in the increase in the average percentage of collaboration indicators from 69% in Cycle I to 92% in Cycle II, covering aspects of participation, communication, responsibility, tolerance, and emerging leadership. Furthermore, students’ learning attitudes also improved, with mastery increasing from 45% in the initial condition to 100% in Cycle II, and an average score of 87 surpassing the minimum completeness criterion (KKTP) of 70. These results demonstrate that the Team Pair Solo model effectively fosters collaboration while strengthening students’ discipline, responsibility, and enthusiasm in learning. Thus, the model is proven to be a relevant strategy for enhancing cooperative skills and positive learning attitudes in IPAS instruction at the elementary level.

\ This study aims to analyze the influence of bureaucratic leadership style on employee performance with teamwork as an intervening variable at the Forestry Service of Jambi Province. Human resources are the main determinant of organizational success, particularly in public bureaucracies that demand effectiveness, discipline, and strong responsibility. Bureaucratic leadership, which emphasizes formal structure, rule compliance, and systematic work procedures, is believed to enhance efficiency but may also limit employee creativity and flexibility. In this context, teamwork becomes a crucial factor that strengthens the relationship between leadership and performance through enhanced collaboration, communication, and synergy among employees. This research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory design. The population consists of 56 employees of the Forestry Service of Jambi Province selected using saturated sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The findings indicate that bureaucratic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on both employee performance and teamwork. Furthermore, teamwork also has a positive and significant effect on performance and mediates the relationship between bureaucratic leadership and performance. The R-square results show that most of the variation in performance can be explained by bureaucratic leadership and teamwork. These findings highlight that the effectiveness of bureaucratic leadership is optimized when supported by strong teamwork. This study provides practical implications for public institutions to develop adaptive leadership strategies and foster a collaborative work culture to enhance employee productivity and organizational performance.

This study aims to analyze the impact of generational diversity, organizational culture, and leadership style on employee retention at PT Idea Solusi Indonesia in Tangerang City. This research employs a quantitative approach with descriptive data analysis, correlation, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression. The sampling method used is Non-Probability Sampling with a Total Sampling technique, where data is collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The collected data is then processed using Microsoft Excel software for further analysis. The results of this study show that the generational diversity variable does not have a significant impact on employee retention. Despite differences in age and background among employees, these factors do not significantly affect their decision to stay with the company. On the other hand, organizational culture and leadership style have a significant influence on employee retention. An inclusive organizational culture that supports teamwork, open communication, and recognition of individual contributions has been shown to improve employee satisfaction and loyalty. Additionally, a leadership style that supports individual development, provides support, and focuses on employee empowerment helps strengthen employee commitment to remain with the company. This study offers important managerial implications for PT Idea Solusi Indonesia in formulating policies to improve employee retention. The company needs to strengthen an organizational culture that promotes well-being and inclusivity, while also enhancing leadership styles that motivate and empower employees. By implementing these measures, the company can create a more conducive work environment that not only encourages loyalty but also boosts employee motivation and productivity in the long run. This is expected to improve the overall performance of the company and ensure more stable operational continuity.

The results of the study indicate that leadership style and teamwork have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. This finding shows that effective leadership and solid teamwork can increase employee productivity and work quality. The large contribution of both independent variables to employee performance is indicated by the coefficient of determination value of 66.2%, which means that more than half of the variation in employee performance can be explained by leadership style and teamwork. Meanwhile, the remaining 33.8% is influenced by factors outside this study, such as the work environment, individual motivation, and organizational reward systems. This study emphasizes the importance of appropriate leadership and synergy among team members in building optimal employee performance. The practical implication of these findings is the need for management to continuously improve leadership quality and encourage better teamwork in the banking workplace.

This study aims to systematically examine the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on nurses' performance in hospitals. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a significant impact on improving nurses’ performance, particularly through enhanced work motivation, job satisfaction, loyalty, and team effectiveness. Transformational leaders inspire nurses by providing a vision, encouraging innovation, and fostering a supportive environment that aligns with their values and goals. As a result, nurses exhibit increased commitment to their work, higher engagement levels, and a proactive attitude toward their tasks, leading to better overall performance. Organizational culture also plays a crucial role, especially values such as collaboration, human orientation, and integrity, which have been shown to support a positive work environment and nurse productivity. A culture that prioritizes teamwork, shared responsibility, and mutual respect enables nurses to work more cohesively and efficiently. Hospitals with a supportive and inclusive culture experience reduced turnover rates and higher job satisfaction, as nurses feel valued and respected within the organization. Additionally, when the culture encourages continuous learning and professional development, nurses are more likely to stay updated on best practices and provide high-quality care to patients. However, differences in findings across studies suggest the need for contextual understanding and consistent internalization of cultural values. Factors such as geographical location, hospital size, and leadership styles may influence the degree of impact that transformational leadership and organizational culture have on nurse performance. Therefore, it is essential to adapt leadership strategies and cultural initiatives to the unique needs and challenges of each healthcare setting.
