This research is motivated by the persistent difficulty elementary school-aged children have in controlling their emotions and behavior in social situations, particularly within the context of church community development. The study aimed to examine the effect of Christian values-based emotion management training on improving children's self-control. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design on 30 children aged 7–12 years at the GPM Wonreli–Kisar Congregation. The intervention was implemented over four days through activities involving emotion recognition, value reflection, emotion regulation training, and social simulations. Data were collected using a self-control scale and analyzed using paired-difference tests and effect size calculations. The results showed a significant increase in self-control scores after the training, with the largest changes in rule compliance and impulse control, and a more moderate increase in resilience to frustration. The effect size indicates a strong practical impact of the changes. These findings indicate that training that integrates social experiences and value reflection can facilitate the shift in behavioral control from external control to internal awareness. Practically, this research provides a basis for developing a community-based child development program that emphasizes not only discipline but also the understanding of values ​​in character formation and self-regulation.

This study aims to identify and analyze the socioeconomic characteristics of grocery store traders in Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat (a case study in Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi) and to examine the factors influencing their income. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through direct interviews with 67 grocery store traders at the research site. The results of the study show that initial capital, business duration, business location, and accounts receivable have a positive and significant effect on the income of grocery store traders, while working hours have no significant effect on income. The data analysis further indicates that the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.3742, which means that 37 percent of the variation in traders’ income is explained by the variables in this study, while the remaining 63 percent is explained by other variables outside the research.

Classification codes are an important instrument in the management and storage of archives, serving as a guide to facilitate the retrieval of archives quickly, precisely, and accurately. Classification codes can be letters, numbers, or a combination of both. At the Surabaya Industrial Training Center (BDI), a classification code system has been applied in the filing process. However, as the volume of archives increases every year, there has never been a thorough evaluation to ensure their suitability with the development of existing types of archives and the demands of modern administration. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the classification codes used in BDI Surabaya, especially in supporting the process of rediscovery of archives. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and field documentation conducted for three months. The results of the study show that the classification code structure at BDI Surabaya is adequate to the tertiary level and facilitates the process of rediscovering old archives. However, the existing system has not accommodated some new types of archives, such as student internship archives and business incubator archives. This classification gap results in delays and inaccuracies in the grouping of archives. In addition, the increase in the average archive volume of 34.7% per year further emphasizes the urgency of updating the classification system to be in line with the development of organizational needs. In conclusion, it is necessary to improve the classification code by adding the PP.03.19 subcode for student internship archives and DL.16 code for business incubator archives. It is also necessary to prepare new SOPs, update the archive list format, and train archivists to improve the effectiveness of archive management.

Digital transformation has become a critical factor in enhancing the competitiveness and sustainability of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the digital economy era. This study aims to examine the integration of e-wallet services and social media marketing strategies as components of digital transformation within MSMEs. Employing a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the study analyzes 25 relevant scholarly articles published between 2018 and 2025. The findings indicate that the adoption of e-wallets facilitates financial transactions, improves operational efficiency, and promotes compliance with formal financial systems. Meanwhile, the use of social media proves effective in expanding market reach and strengthening customer engagement. However, the adoption of these digital tools remains constrained by several challenges, including limited digital infrastructure, low levels of technological literacy, and resistance to change. These findings offer important implications for policymakers and business practitioners in designing inclusive and sustainable digitalization strategies for MSMEs

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Bible study worship in shaping Christian character among Naposo Bulung (church youth) at HKI Resort Khusus Sidikalang Kota. Field observations revealed that many youth were not fully engaged in worship activities, often distracted by mobile phones, chatting during services, and showing a lack of appreciation for spiritual advice. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using observation and interviews with active participants of Bible study worship. The results show that Bible study worship significantly contributes to enhancing worship discipline, deepening theological understanding, and developing Christian values such as love, forgiveness, humility, and spiritual responsibility. Despite challenges such as busy schedules and digital distractions, a contextual approach to Bible study effectively addresses both the spiritual and social needs of Naposo Bulung. Therefore, Bible study worship proves to be an effective means of holistic character formation for the church's younger generation—spiritually, morally, and socially. This activity should continue to be developed and adapted to contemporary contexts so that the church can shape resilient young people in faith and Christian character.

Simpang Empat District. Karo land. In Community Service, Gajah Village is categorized as one of the villages located under the foot of Mount Sinabung. The Gajah Village Office is led by Mr. Erguna Karo-karo as Village Head at the Gajah Village Office. The address of Gajah Village is Gajah Village, District. Simpang Empat, Regency. Tanah Karo in North Sumatra Province. It is hoped that there will be an increase in knowledge and management of TikTok social media so that people's welfare and economy will increase due to increasing demand for agricultural products. TikTok social media is a marketing effort using electronic/internet devices with various marketing tactics and digital media where we can communicate with potential consumers online.

Salah satu untuk menurunkan angka stunting yaitu penerapan DASHAT (Dapur Sehat) dengan memberikan makanan sehat dan bergizi, sosialisasi kepada ibu hamil, ibu menyusui, calon pengantin dan keluarga yang memiliki anak usia dibawah dua tahun (baduta). Tujuan program dapur sehat ini untuk memberikan kesadaran terhadap masyarakat untuk mengurangi serta mencegah bayi stunting dimana dapur sehat mencakup edukasi zat gizi yang diperlukan bayi dan konsumsi ibu hamil dan menyusui serta calon pengantin di Kelurahan Melayu Kota Piring. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode sosialisasi kepada kader posyandu, didampingi oleh kepala puskesmas dimana kegiatan tersebut berlangsung selama 40 hari, terhitung sejak tanggal 9 Oktober 2022 hingga 18 November 2022. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa telah terjadi peningkatan gizi untuk baduta stunting memang dipengaruhi dari pola asupan yang diberikan.

Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang relevan dengan keyakinan dan nilai-nilai kristiani, proyek ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan kesadaran lingkungan dan mempromosikan tindakan nyata untuk menjaga alam semesta yang diberikan oleh Tuhan. Melalui serangkaian kegiatan edukatif, partisipatif, dan pemberdayaan, proyek ini berharap dapat mengubah perilaku kaum muda Kristiani menjadi lebih peduli terhadap lingkungan.
