Penggunaan fly ash sebagai bahan tambahan untuk menggantikan sebagian semen merupakan salah satu hal untuk mendorong penggunaan material alternatif. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh persentase substitusi fly ash sebesar 10%, 30%, dan 50% dengan penambahan zat aditif superplasticizer sikament-NN (Tipe F) dengan dosis 1,2% terhadap kemudahan pengerjaan (workability) dan kekuatan tekan beton. Kinerja beton dianalisis berdasarkan kekuatan tekannya pada hari ke-28 dab kelancaran kerjanya berdasarkan slump. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kombinasi penggunaan fly ash dan superplasticizer sikament-NN (Tipe F) dapat meningkatkan kemudahan adukan, dengan nilai slump maksimum mencapai 14,3 cm pada presentase fly ash 50%. Namun, peningkatan kelacakan ini berbanding terbalik dengan kekuatan tekan yang konsisten menurun seiring dengan peningkatan penambahan fly ash. Nilai kuat tekan maksimum dicapai oleh campuran beton yang hanya menggunakan superplasticizer tanpa fly ash sebesar 320,50 kg/cm2, sementara nilai yang optimal ditemukan pada variasi persentase 10% dengan penambahan superplasticizer 1,2% menghasilkan kuat tekan sebesar 307,65 kg/cm2, sehingga penggunaan kombinasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi efisiensi bagi rekayasa sipil.

Abstract. PT XYZ, a wooden furniture manufacturing company, served as the research site for this study which applied the Theory of Constraints (TOC) method to analyze production performance and identify bottlenecks. The company faces capacity imbalances between workstations, resulting in production targets that have not been achieved optimally. Data collection involved direct observation and interviews with related parties in the production area. The analysis was conducted by comparing the required capacity with the available capacity at each production workstation. The findings reveal that solid processing, machining, sanding, assembling, painting, and packing have sufficient available capacities to meet production requirements, thus categorized as non-bottleneck processes. In contrast, the panel processing station is identified as the main bottleneck due to its highest workload among all processes. By implementing the Theory of Constraints, the company can identify major constraints and establish improvement priorities to enhance production flow smoothness. It is expected that improvements in bottleneck processes will increase production efficiency, balance capacity among workstations, and support more optimal achievement of production targets. PT XYZ sebuah perusahaan manufaktur furnitur kayu, menjadi lokasi penelitian ini yang menggunakan metode Theory of Constraints (TOC) untuk menganalisis kinerja produksi dan mengidentifikasi bottleneck. Perusahaan menghadapi ketidakseimbangan kapasitas antar stasiun kerja yang menyebabkan target produksi belum terdengar secara optimal. Pengumpulan data meliputi observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait di area produksi. Analisis dilaksanakan dengan membandingkan kapasitas yang dibutuhkan terhadap kapasitas yang tersedia pada setiap stasiun kerja produksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pembahanan solid, machining, sanding, assembling, painting, dan packing memiliki kapasitas yang tersedia yang masih mampu memenuhi kebutuhan produksi, sehingga termasuk kategori non-bottleneck. Sebaliknya, stasiun kerja pembahanan panel diidentifikasi sebagai bottleneck utama karena memiliki tingkat beban kerja tertinggi di antara seluruh proses. Dengan penerapan Theory of Constraints, perusahaan dapat mengidentifikasi kendala utama dan menentukan prioritas perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kelancaran aliran produksi. Diharapkan perbaikan pada proses bottleneck dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, menyeimbangkan kapasitas antar stasiun kerja, serta mendukung pencapaian target output perusahaan secara lebih optimal. Kepuasan kerja (job satisfaction) merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan organisasi. Pada Satuan Pelayanan Pemenuhan Gizi (SPPG) Kadipiro 4 Kota Surakarta, tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan, sistem kompensasi, dan potensi stres kerja menjadi isu yang diduga memengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai. Selain itu, hasil penelitian terdahulu mengenai pengaruh workload, kompensasi, dan stres kerja terhadap job satisfaction masih menunjukkan hasil yang beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workload, kompensasi, dan stres kerja terhadap job satisfaction pegawai SPPG Kadipiro 4 Kota Surakarta. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 35 pegawai yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan workload, kompensasi, dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction (F = 42,971; sig. = 0,000). Secara parsial, kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap job satisfaction (sig. = 0,000), sedangkan workload (sig. = 0,783) dan stres kerja (sig. = 0,310) tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,806 menunjukkan bahwa 80,6% variasi job satisfaction dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan budaya kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gowa. Kepuasan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas pegawai, khususnya dalam instansi pemerintah yang berperan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gowa dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert, serta didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F), serta koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Budaya kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Secara simultan, disiplin kerja dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai di Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Gowa. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat disiplin kerja dan semakin baik budaya kerja yang diterapkan, maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat kepuasan kerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya.

This study aims to determine the influence of work environment and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bahari Bahagia Ria Jambi. This study uses quantitative methods. The population and sample in this study were all employees of PT. Bahari Bahagia Ria Jambi, totaling 76 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. The analysis method uses descriptive analysis. Instrument testing by conducting Validity Test and Reliability Test, also with Multiple Linear Regression and Classical Assumption Test. Hypothesis testing with t-test (Partial Test) and f-test (Simultaneous Test) using SPSS tools. The results of this study indicate that the performance description is in the very high category, the work environment is in the very supportive category and work motivation is in the very motivated category. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bahari Bahagia Ria Jambi, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously (simultaneously) the work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The suggestions from this research are: (1) Employees should always maintain good relationships with each other so that the company's goals can be realized (2) Leaders should always provide encouragement so that employees can carry out their duties well (3) Companies should always pay attention to the potential of their employees and the efforts made to develop this potential through training.

This study aims to: (1) describe Employee Performance, Work Climate, and Employee Engagement; and (2) analyze the influence of Work Climate and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study consisted of all employees of the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Sikka Regency, totaling 189 employees. Since the population size was relatively large, the sampling technique used was probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 65 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the F-test and t-test. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that Employee Performance is categorized as good, Work Climate is categorized as good, and Employee Engagement is also categorized as good. The results of the t-test show that Work Climate has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Furthermore, Employee Engagement also has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of the F-test indicate that Work Climate and Employee Engagement simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The coefficient of determination analysis shows that the two independent variables in this study are able to explain 47.9% of the variation in Employee Performance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Sikka Regency.

The Role of Leadership in the Implementation of Employee Performance Supervision at the Manpower and Transmigration Office at the Regional Manpower Supervisory Agency (UPTD) for Regional Manpower Supervisory Agency (Balai Wasnaker) 1. This study aims to determine the role of leadership in the implementation of employee performance supervision. Effective leadership is an important factor in ensuring that employees perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with organizational goals and established regulations. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informants were selected based on their involvement in supervision activities and understanding of employee performance management. The results indicate that leadership plays a significant role through direction, coaching, monitoring, and evaluation of employee performance. Employee performance is generally quite good, but supervision has not been optimal due to limited time, diverse tasks, and inconsistent evaluation follow-up. In addition, communication and coordination between leaders and employees influence the effectiveness of supervision. Therefore, the implementation of leadership-supported supervision has a positive impact on employee discipline, responsibility, and work effectiveness, but there is still a need for improvement in the consistency of employee supervision and coaching to achieve optimal organizational performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan secara parsial dan simultan. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana motivasi dan disiplin kerja mampu meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 91 responden . Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan pendekatan statistik untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen (motivasi dan disiplin kerja) terhadap variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, sehingga peningkatan motivasi dan disiplin kerja akan berdampak pada peningkatan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of wages and work environment on employee performance at PT. Rezeki Surya Gasindo. The background of this research is based on the importance of decent wages and a conducive work environment as factors that can enhance employee productivity and work quality. This study employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to all employees of PT. Rezeki Surya Gasindo and measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this study include validity and reliability tests, R-square test, and hypothesis testing through bootstrapping with SmartPLS 3 software. The results indicate that wages have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and similarly, the work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, wages and work environment are proven to have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings suggest that the company should pay attention to providing appropriate wages and creating a comfortable work environment in order to optimize employee performance.

This study aims to identify and analyze the effects of job competence, work discipline, and incentives on employee performance. This study employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach. The population of this study consists of all 40 employees in the marketing division at PT Pratama Mitra Aksara. Data collection was conducted through the distribution of an online questionnaire, followed by data analysis using multiple linear regression to test the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that job competence, work discipline, and incentives simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The t-scores for the Job Competence variable were 2.569, for the Work Discipline variable 2.894, and for the Incentives variable 2.998. Thus, it is concluded that improving job competence and work discipline, along with providing appropriate incentives, can enhance employee performance. It is hoped that this study will serve as a basis for companies to improve employee performance through more effective human resource management.

This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation (X1) on Employee Performance (Y), Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), and Work Discipline (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) among employees of CV. Rens Jaya in Tangerang Regency. The research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The population in this study consists of 45 employees working at CV. Rens Jaya in Tangerang Regency. The research was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis, assisted by SPSS version 25 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results show that Work Motivation (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), the Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y), and Work Discipline (X3) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y).

Management psychology is an important approach in managing educational organizations, as it emphasizes understanding individual behavior, motivation, and patterns of interaction within an institution. In practice, educational management requires not only managerial skills but also insight into psychological factors that influence teachers’ performance, the learning process, and overall organizational dynamics. Therefore, studying management psychology is relevant to examine how these concepts are applied in educational settings. This study aims to explore the development of research on management psychology in the field of education and to identify its role and contribution to improving the effectiveness of educational organizations. The research questions addressed in this study are: (1) how has management psychology been developed in educational research, and (2) how does it contribute to enhancing the effectiveness of organizational management in education? This research employs a qualitative literature review method. The literature search was conducted using the Google Scholar database with the assistance of the Publish or Perish application, using the keyword “management psychology.” From the initial 30 articles identified, a screening and selection process was carried out, resulting in 5 articles that were analyzed in depth. The findings reveal three main themes in the literature: classroom and learning management, leadership in educational organizations, and the development of work environment and human resource performance. These results indicate that management psychology plays a significant role in improving the effectiveness of educational institutions. Therefore, future research is recommended to examine the empirical application of management psychology across various educational organizational contexts in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding.

Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin Sub-district, Serdang Bedagai Regency, holds promising tourism potential; however, this potential has not been optimally utilized due to a number of issues faced by the residents, such as low work competence, limited access to information on business development management training, residents' insufficient responsiveness to changes in the management system of the village-owned enterprise, and low willingness among residents to apply the knowledge provided, which frequently leads to disagreements during work competence training activities. Therefore, this community service program aims to identify these issues and provide appropriate solutions for the residents of Kota Pari Village and its surrounding areas. Through this program, it is expected that residents will be able to apply work competence to improve employee performance within the Village-Owned Enterprise, actively engage in business development management through creative craftsmanship, and make this a cornerstone for improving their standard of living and economic welfare, with support and facilitation from the Kota Pari Village Office, Pantai Cermin Sub-district, Serdang Bedagai Regency.

This study examines the influence of work discipline, employee motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Women Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning (DP3AP2KB) of Batam City. The research applies a quantitative approach with an associative design to determine the relationship and influence among variables. Data were collected from all employees using a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability to ensure the accuracy of the research instrument. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to evaluate both partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on employee performance. The findings indicate that work discipline, motivation, and work environment collectively contribute significantly to improving employee performance. Individually, each variable also shows a meaningful and positive effect, reflecting the importance of both internal and external factors in shaping employee outcomes and productivity. These results imply that strengthening discipline, enhancing employee motivation, and creating a supportive, comfortable, and conducive work environment are essential strategies for improving organizational performance and achieving institutional goals effectively. Therefore, organizations are encouraged to implement policies and programs that support employee development, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and improve overall work quality in a sustainable manner.

This study aims to examine the effect of job stress and organizational support on employee performance at Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi, Sengeti Branch. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study consisted of all employees of Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi Sengeti Branch totaling 33 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis preceded by instrument testing (validity and reliability) and classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. The results show that job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.009 (< 0.05). Organizational support also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.003 (< 0.05). Simultaneously, job stress and organizational support significantly influence employee performance with a significance value of 0.024 (< 0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.821 indicates that 82.1% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by job stress and organizational support variables, while the remaining 17.9% is influenced by other variables outside this study.

This study aims to analyze the influence of incentives and physical work environment on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable at the Denpasar City Cultural Office. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research population was all employees of the Denpasar Cultural Office totaling 54 people, all of whom were sampled using saturated sampling techniques. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study showed that incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the physical work environment did not have a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Mediation testing showed that motivation was able to mediate the influence of incentives on employee performance, but was unable to mediate the influence of the physical work environment on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance is more effective through providing the right incentives and increasing work motivation compared to improving the physical work environment alone.

Work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance are key aspects of management psychology that continue to evolve as organizational productivity demands increase. In an era of global competition, organizations are required to manage human resources effectively by enhancing work motivation and job satisfaction to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between work motivation and employee performance, as well as to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in that relationship. The method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through the Google Scholar and Publish or Perish databases using keywords related to work motivation, job satisfaction, and employee performance from a management psychology perspective. From 25 articles found between 2022 and 2026, 5 of the most relevant articles were selected for further analysis.The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. Additionally, there is a growing trend toward the integration of management psychology approaches in efforts to enhance employee performance. Thus, it can be concluded that the simultaneous management of motivation and job satisfaction is a key factor in achieving optimal performance. Further research is recommended to develop a more comprehensive and integrative model.

The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of work-related stress and the physical work environent on employeee perfornance at the Abdul Karim Medika Center Clinic. The reseearch method employed a quantittative aproach using a causal-associiative study design. The population consisted of 52 employees, while the selected sample conprised 46 employees chosen through simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and docunentation. It was found that work-related stress had a negative and significant impact on employee performance (R² = -0.340 and Sig. = 0.002 < 0.05). Meanwhile, the physical work environnent had a positive and significant impact on employee performance (R² = 0.528 and Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). Concurrently, work stress and the physical work environment had a significant impact on employee perfornance (F calculated 30.621 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05). The results of the coefficient of determination revealed that 68% of the variation in employee performance was explained by work stress and the physical work environment, while the remaining 32% was attributed to other factors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kangklin Jaya Bersih di Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penelitian ini populasi sebanyak 150 karyawan dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan eror 5% dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regrensi Y = 4,371 + 0,800 X1. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,853 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,7%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil t hitung > t tabel atau (14,953 > 1,988). Hal tersebut juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regrensi Y = 3,163 + 0,867 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,864 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 74,6%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil t hitung > t tabel atau (15,694 > 1,988). Hal tersebut diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 atau (0,000 < 0,05). Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan  kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regrensi Y = 1,468 + 0,390 X1 + 0,474 X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi diperoleh 0,887 artinya memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 78,8% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh hasil F hitung > F tabel atau (153,833 > 3,11). Dengan demikian terbukti Ha3 diterima dan Ho3 ditolak. Hal ini juga diperkuat dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Kangklin Jaya Bersih Di Jakarta Selatan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Banda Aceh City Environmental, Sanitation, and Beautification Office. This study employs a quantitative approach using an associative method. The study population consisted of 44 civil servants, all of whom were included in the sample using a census method. Data collection was conducted via a questionnaire using a Likert scale, supplemented by observations and interviews. The data analysis techniques employed included path analysis, t-tests, the coefficient of determination (R²), and the Sobel test to examine the mediating role. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a significance value of 0.004 and a calculated t-value of 3.014. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with a p-value of 0.003 and a t-statistic of 3.940. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.000 and a t-value of 5.174. A mediation test using the Sobel test indicates that job satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of organizational culture on employee performance with a t-value of 3.818 (>1.96). The coefficient of determination of 0.832 indicates that 83.2% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by organizational culture, job satisfaction, and their interaction, while the remainder is influenced by other variables outside the scope of this study. Thus, it can be concluded that organizational culture has a strong influence on improving employee performance, both directly and through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
