Data security in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is a crucial issue in health information governance in Indonesia. This study evaluates the compliance of health facility information security systems with Ministry of Health Regulation (PERMENKES) No. 24 of 2022 and Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) No. 27 of 2022, and analyzes the impact of non-compliance on service quality and patient trust. The method employed is a systematic narrative literature review on the Google Scholar database (2023–2026) using the keywords "data security and privacy," "electronic medical records," and "CIA Triad," focusing on the implementation of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. The four healthcare facilities examined have implemented controls such as role-based access control, Electronic Signatures (TTE), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), data encryption, and SSL/TLS protocols in accordance with PERMENKES provisions and Article 35 of the UU PDP. However, the effectiveness of implementation is hindered by weak authentication due to the use of simple passwords and excessively long auto-logout durations, the absence of comprehensive written standard operating procedures (SOPs), low staff compliance with security protocols, and minimal patient awareness regarding personal data protection rights. These weaknesses heighten the risk of patient data breaches as well as potential administrative sanctions and fines, and carry negative implications for service quality and public trust. Recommendations include strengthening internal security policies, developing written SOPs, providing continuous training for healthcare workers, implementing stronger authentication mechanisms (e.g., multi-factor authentication/MFA), and conducting patient awareness programs to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain public confidence.

The objective of Waikabubak Regional Hospital's information system deployment is to streamline the administrative procedure. Information system performance must be measured or audited to ascertain its maturity in order to give information technology a positive role and to ensure that it operates in line with the hospital's planning and business objectives. Information system audits conducted with the COBIT 4.1 Framework are highly beneficial to management, auditors, and users alike. Determining the information system's maturity level at Waikabubak Regional Hospital is the goal of this study.  The ability to offer suggestions that can be used as raw material for future information system improvements is another goal of this research. The study's findings display the system maturity level score.  From a total of 20 sudomains, the information gathered at Waikabubak Regional Hospital is 3 or at level Defined Process; only 6 of these indicated a score of level 2 maturity level (Repeatable but Intuitive), which is provided as a recommendation.. Well-organized and methodical libraries can, either directly or indirectly, facilitate the teaching and learning process in the community in which they are housed. Manual searching takes a long time because libraries typically have a large number of reading books. Without a book search system, libraries will make it harder and take longer for patrons to find books since they will have to look through each book individually on the shelf. It is quite feasible to create an information retrieval system for libraries to make book searches easier. Based on the parameters or keywords entered, the content-based filtering approach of the library book search information retrieval system can present ten recommendations. The Complete Guide to Islam in Kafah has the highest similarity of 0.775 when it comes to the process of looking for books with religious categories and keywords related to Islam.

Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is a crucial element in ensuring worker welfare and the smooth running of company operations. Even though SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) play an important role in the economy, the work accident rate in this sector is still high compared to large companies. Limited resources and lack of management support are often the main obstacles in implementing an effective K3 management system. Objective: This literature study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the K3 management system in SMEs, identify the challenges faced, and provide recommendations for improving the implementation of K3 in this sector. Methodology: This study uses a literature study approach by collecting and analyzing various academic sources including journal articles, government reports and relevant books. The literature search focused on academic databases such as Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and ProQuest, using keywords such as "OHS management system", "SME", "OHS effectiveness", and "work safety". Results: Findings show that implementing a comprehensive K3 management system in SMEs can reduce work accidents by up to 25% and increase awareness of the importance of K3. However, challenges such as limited resources, lack of management support, and loose regulations remain major obstacles. This study also found that SMEs that implement good K3 practices tend to have better financial performance. To improve K3 implementation in SMEs, increased access to K3 training and resources, ongoing education campaigns, development of a simple and effective K3 management system, as well as government support in the form of incentives and stricter regulations are needed. Conclusion: Although there are many challenges in implementing the K3 management system in SMEs, with the right approach and adequate support, SMEs can achieve a better level of work safety. Abstract. One technology that is widely used today is ChatGPT, a chatbot that utilizes AI in its operation. One of the impacts that needs to be considered is the decline in student interest in reading. Students reading interest may decrease due to the convenience offered by ChatGPT through services that use natural human language. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of using ChatGPT on students' reading interest as well as identify other factors that may affect reading interest. This study investigates the effect of using AI ChatGPT on reading interest by involving respondents through filling out a Google Form questionnaire, that is Information Systems students at ITS. The results showed that there was no significant effect of using ChatGPT on the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students. The proposed recommendations include increasing student awareness of the importance of reading accredited literature, books, and scientific articles in the era of digital development. In conclusion, this study provides an in-depth insight into the influence of AI Chat GPT respondents regarding the reading interest of ITS Information Systems students.   Keywords: Artificial Intelligences (AI), Chat GPT, Reading Interest.   Abstrak. Salah satu teknologi yang marak digunakan saat ini adalah ChatGPT, sebuah chatbot yang memanfaatkan AI dalam operasinya. Salah satu dampak yang perlu diperhatikan adalah penurunan minat baca mahasiswa. Minat baca mahasiswa dapat menurun karena kemudahan yang ditawarkan oleh ChatGPT melalui servis yang menggunakan bahasa alami manusia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa serta mengidentifikasi faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi minat baca. Studi ini menyelidiki pengaruh penggunaan AI ChatGPT terhadap minat baca dengan melibatkan responden melalui pengisian kuesioner Google Form yaitu mahasiswa Sistem Informasi di ITS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan ChatGPT terhadap minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. Rekomendasi yang diajukan mencakup peningkatan kesadaran mahasiswa akan pentingnya membaca literatur terakreditasi, buku, serta artikel ilmiah di era perkembangan digital. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mendalam mengenai pengaruh AI Chat GPT responden terkait minat baca mahasiswa Sistem Informasi ITS. For shop owners, deciding to open a new strategic branch is one of the main keys in establishing their business. In determining a good place will provide advantages for the shop owner. In determining a place, there are several ways that will be considered in an effort to develop its business and have criteria, these criteria will later become a consideration for choosing a strategic place. Deciding to open a new branch takes a long time because the criteria given may not meet the desired criteria. And in determining a place is not easy because you have to know the distance between one branch to another, so it requires a strategic and efficient place so that the shop owner can be accepted easily by a consumer. Therefore, to be more effective and efficient, a system is needed that functions to assist an entrepreneur in determining which place is suitable for occupancy. In this research, the method that will be used is Simple Addicie Wighting (SAW). The SAW method will process data by assigning a weight value to the criteria that will be used as a reference by making decisions after which a decision matrix value will be made based on the criteria. From the results of the study, it can be the best recommendation for the shop owner to establish a strategic place of business in accordance with the wishes of Sinar Rizky Stores. ABSTRACT The rapid development of technology has a very large effect in various fields. One of them is in the field of buying and selling business, which is getting higher and higher competition between business actors. One of the strategies to increase sales is to implement a recommendation for goods, but from the various categories of goods in the store, there are products that are not in demand by customers, so that if left alone, the products that are not in demand will not sell well and will make the accumulation of goods in the store, in addition to that with the many categories, it makes some customers confused to choose products that suit their wishes buyer. Therefore, the author conducts an assessment first by conducting a literature study, which finally the purpose of this study is to make it easier for users and business owners to recommend goods in the store and determine the desired product by implementing a recommendation system on the Rameiki Mart Store website which is taken from the amount of data, this is also beneficial for store owners because the existence of this recommendation system can help as a means of product promotion , as well as in recommendations for the purchase of goods. In this study, the researcher created a recommendation system using the a priori algorithm method.

The enforcement of justice as an important element of human rights, should actually be built and realized in any legal state system. In addition to presenting a quality judicial system and personnel, it also needs to be supported by a mechanism for recruiting and fostering judges and other law enforcers who are honest and with integrity. judicial commission which is officially mandated by the constitution and Law no. 18 of 2011 to realize the authority of the judiciary so that it will be trusted again by the community.2The Judicial Commission, which was born because of the reform, is aimed at creating a clean, independent, independent, transparent judiciary and upholding justice for all levels of society. Moreover, the constitution clearly states that the main authority of the Judicial Commission is to maintain and uphold the honor, dignity, and behavior of judges.The implementation of Law No. 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission in the realization of a clean judiciary in the Semarang District Court is carried out by establishing a liaison for the judicial commission in the regions, in this way the judicial commission carries out its duties and functions as a liaison for the creation of a clean court system in the Semarang District Court. This is in accordance with Article 3 paragraph (2) of Law Number 18 of 2011 concerning the Judicial Commission which reads "The Judicial Commission can appoint liaisons in the regions according to need". Whereas the authority of the Judicial Commission in terms of supervision of judges is only limited to providing recommendations to the Supreme Court regarding the imposition of sanctions. It is necessary to agree with the judiciary on how to increase the capacity of the judicial commission's authority to play a greater role in upholding a clean and authoritative judiciary. It also requires the active participation of the community in monitoring by collaborating with the Judicial Commission through the coordination post for judicial monitoring. This thesis is expected to be a material for consideration by the Judicial Commission in order to increase the number of liaison officers in the regions for the effectiveness of work and the realization of the ideals of a clean judiciary at the Semarang District Court. Keywords: Judicial Commission, Judicial Clean Judge
