This study aims to analyze the effect of teamwork, workload, and work discipline on the work productivity of employees at PT Sejin Fashion Indonesia Pati. The study used a sample of 94 respondents determined using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS version 25, including validity and reliability tests, t-tests, F-tests, and determination coefficients. The results show that: 1) teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity; 2) workload has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity; and 3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity; 4) teamwork, workload, and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee productivity. Work discipline is the most dominant variable in increasing employee work productivity. These findings imply that strengthening teamwork, adjusting workloads, and improving employee discipline are important strategies for companies to increase employee work productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of Teamwork and Motivation on employee performance at Bosscha Space, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses quantitative methods with a population of 32 people. Data collection using a questionnaire given to the company. From the results of data processing, it was found that the Teamwork variable (X1), the Motivation variable (X2) and employee performance (Y) were declared valid and reliable for research. After doing the t test, Teamwork has a tcount value of 2.557 and a t table of 2.045 where t count is greater than t table means Teamwork has a partial effect on employee performance. The Motivation variable has a tcount value of 3.396 and a t table of 2.045 where t count is greater than t table means Motivation has a partial effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, the Fcount value of 32.642 is greater than the Ftable of 3.32. Due to the value of Fhitung> Ftabel (32.642> 3.32), H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that the Teamwork and Motivation variables simultaneously affect employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of physical work environment, work motivation, and teamwork on employee performance at PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving all 51 employees as the total sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire developed from the theories of Herzberg, Luthans, and Tuckman. Validity and reliability tests were conducted to ensure instrument quality, while data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 26. Classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, were performed to verify the model’s adequacy. The results indicate that the physical work environment, work motivation, and teamwork have positive and significant effects on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. Among these variables, work motivation exerts the strongest influence on performance improvement. Overall, the three independent variables explain 84.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 15.8% is explained by other factors not included in the model. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening employee motivation, improving workplace conditions, and fostering a collaborative work culture to enhance human resource management effectiveness in the financial service industry.

Publikasi Hasil Pengabdian dan Kegiatan Masyarakat 2025 Asosiasi Periset Bahasa Sastra Indonesia

Futsal is a sport that demands solid teamwork to achieve victory. However, at the vocational high school (SMK) level, many futsal teams still rely solely on individual skills without considering the importance of synergy and communication between players. This outreach activity aims to increase the understanding and awareness of the SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta futsal team regarding the importance of good teamwork. The outreach method used in this outreach was interactive and game simulations that emphasized communication strategies, role-playing, and trust among team members. The results of this activity showed a significant improvement in team coordination and cohesiveness. Players also demonstrated a better understanding of their respective roles and were able to make collective decisions on the field. It is hoped that the results of this outreach will serve as a foundation for the SMK Hang Tuah 1 Jakarta futsal team to develop their potential and achieve even better results in the future.

In the current era of globalization, the quality of human resources is a determinant for a country in facing increasingly competitive competition with the advancement of technological development and science has experienced rapid growth that has a significant impact on business progress and development. Human Resources (HR) are key in organizations and companies. For good management, companies need to have skilled and highly knowledgeable employees. This study aims to examine the influence of communication, teamwork and work environment on employee performance located at PT. Kutai Kartanegara Waste Management (PLKK) in Balikpapan. This research method uses quantitative research. Data collection technique using questionnaire with Likert scale. Sampling technique using nonprobability approach technique, namely purposive sampling is a sampling technique using certain criteria. With a population of 235 employees who will be sampled as many as 33 respondents with the criteria of employees at the company PT. Kutai Kartanegara Waste Management in balikpapan who have worked for at least 1 year. The analysis technique used in this study is to use the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, determination coefficient test (R2) Hypothesis testing, namely, t test, f test with prog tools. The results of this study indicate that the three independent variables, namely communication, teamwork and work environment have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The R square value of the equation is 0.827, meaning that the dependent variable, namely employee performance, can be explained by the communication, teamwork and work environment (independent) variables in this study by 82.7%, while 17.3% is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.

This research aims to: find out how much teamwork influences employee performance; to find out how much workload affects employee performance; to find out how much influence teamwork and workload have on employee performance. This research is quantitative research and was conducted at the Banten Province Department of Industry and Trade with a total of 60 respondents using purposive sampling. This research data was taken using questionnaires, observations, interviews. The analysis technique used in testing the hypothesis is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 21. From the results of this test it can be concluded that the teamwork variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y); the workload variable (X2) has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (Y); the teamwork variable (X1) workload (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y).

This research aims to analyze factors that relate to and influence the performance of employees at the regional secretariat of Nagan Raya district. The research was conducted in August and September 2018 with a sample size of 109 participants and 20 respondents to test the research instruments. The sample for this research was taken randomly (simple random sampling). Path analysis (part analysis), using the SPSS version 21 computer, was used to test the empirical hypothesis. The research results show that Leadership Style (X1) has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction (X3) of = 0.382 or 38.2%, Teamwork (X2) has a direct effect on Job Satisfaction (X3) of = 0.380 or 38%, Job Satisfaction (X3 ) has a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) of = 0.255 or 25.5%, Leadership Style (X1) has a direct effect on Employee Performance (Y) of = 0.238 or 23.8%. Thus, Job Satisfaction is the most dominant variable that can increase the Job Satisfaction of Nagan Raya Regency regional secretariat employees.

Impact of leadership style and teamwork on employee performance at Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) Subdistrit Cengkareng, West Jakarta. This is to find out about impact of the variabels for leadership style, teamwork and performance. The variables studied using questionnaire method from google form. Indirectly and the result managed by random sampling. The type of research used statistics test, data analysis test that using descriptive test, simple and multiple linear regression test, coefficient correlation and determination test. The next one, sample withdrawal technique that used is random sampling with 75 person of respondent. The results of this research showing that independence variabel have a positive impact and also significant for employees performance. Based on that, it shows us that leadership style (X1), teamwork (X2) and performance (Y) seems fcount 40,033 with  3,124 or 40,033 > 3,124 and the resulting of significant value is 0,000 < 0,05. It is conclude that leadrship style and teamwork having in employees performance at Satpol PP Subdistrit Cengkareng. Analysis result of multiple regression showing result value of coefficient determination in Adjusted Rsquare is 0,527 or 52,7%. It means leadership style and teamwork is simultaneously has an impact of 52,7% for performance, and 47,3% for the other factory which is not researched by this research.

Dian Brori. Evaluasi Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi kinerja Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara penyajian data, reduksi data, dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari aspek konteks kelembagaan sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih secara organisasi menunjukkan kinerjanya belum optimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari sisi kinerja organisasi juga ditentukan oleh kinerja masing-masing bagian dan tentunya sangat penting bagi kinerja pegawai yang menjadi titik tolak atau ujung tombak. Selanjutnya dari aspek input, saling berkoordinasi dan bekerja sama menjadikan sisi kekuatan kinerja organisasi sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Kemudian dari segi kinerja organisasi pada lembaga sekretariat diawali dengan melakukan evaluasi pada level individu pegawai, kemudian melakukan evaluasi pada sub bidang dan bidang baru secara keseluruhan, evaluasi terhadap berbagai proses sangat penting dilakukan karena dinilai berguna untuk meningkatkan kinerja di masa mendatang dan mencari atau menemukan alternatif-alternatif strategi yang tepat. Terakhir dari aspek produk yaitu mendapatkan informasi tentang kekuatan dan kelemahan Lembaga dalam hal ini sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih, maka hasilnya seperti yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya bahwa organisasi ini banyak sekali sisi-sisi lemahnya mulai dari unsur yang terkecil yaitu individu pegawai sampai pada bidang dan keseluruhan Lembaga. Faktor pendukung dari penelitian ini yaitu kerjasama tim serta koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik yang tertanam dalam hati setiap pegawai serta rasa kekeluargaan yang kuat dan saling membutuhkan satu sama lain menjadi faktor pendukung dalam menunjang kinerja pada Sekretariat DPRD Kota Prabumulih. Kemudian didukung oleh kualitas pegawai yang mumpuni, sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kelemahan atau faktor penghambat kinerja organisasi atau lembaga sekretariat DPRD Kota Palembang yaitu belum semua pegawai menguasai sarana berbasis IT, hal ini memang menjadi kendala, namun kedepannya akan dilakukan perbaikan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut.

This research tries to test whether transformational leadership style, competence and teamwork partially or simultaneously have an influence on the performance of BUMDes employees in Gemilang Village Ketajen Gedangan Sidoarjo. The sample of respondents in this research was 41 people. The data collection method used was through distributing questionnaires. Multiple linear regression analysis is a technique used to analyze data. These findings explain that there is a partially significant relationship between the transformational leadership style variable and employee performance, the competency variable and employee performance, and the teamwork variable. Employee performance is influenced by the variables of transformational leadership style, competence, and teamwork simultaneously. Furthermore, looking at the analysis of the R2 coefficient of determination, the R2 value (or R square) has an influence of 49.8%, and the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other variables.

Job rotation and teamwork are two important factors that can influence employee performance within an organization. This study aims to analyze the impact of job rotation and teamwork on employee performance at PT PCM. A quantitative approach was used in this study, employing a survey method involving a number of employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (job rotation and teamwork) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results indicate that job rotation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as well-planned rotation can enhance employees' skills and flexibility. Additionally, teamwork also positively influences employee performance, as a collaborative work environment fosters effective communication and higher performance. These findings suggest that companies should implement strategic job rotation policies and strengthen a teamwork culture to improve overall employee performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication, teamwork, creativity on the performance of civil servants at the Paser Regency Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA). From the results of the validity test of 18 valid statements and the significant limit of rtable is 0.05 and the two-sided test, the rtable value is 0.2876 while rcount > rtable for each statement in this study. The results of the reliability test, the Cronbach Alpha value is 0.903, the N of items is 18. From the results of data analysis and data tabulation, it can be seen that the results of the regression equation are Y= 0.477+0.404 X1+0.245 X2+0.242X3. Based on the calculation results, the R value (correlation coefficient) of 0.842 is at a relationship level of 0.80-1.000, which means it is at a very strong relationship level between the variables communication (X1), teamwork (X2), and creativity (X3) on performance. employee (Y). The Adjusted R Square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.688 or 68.8%. This shows that the variables communication (X1), teamwork (X2), and creativity (X3) contribute or contribute an influence of 68.8% to the performance of civil servants (Y) at the Paser Regency Regional Revenue Agency (BAPENDA). Meanwhile, the remaining 31.2% was influenced by other variables not included in this research. The Fcount test results obtained a value of 34.796 with a significance level of 0.000 while the Ftable value was 2.82 (3:43). So Fcount is 34.796 > Ftable value is 2.82. This means that there is a joint influence between the variables communication (X1), teamwork (X2), and creativity (X3) on employee performance (Y).  The results of the t test obtained a Communication tcount (X1) value of tcount 3.094 > ttable 2.017 with a significance level of 0.003 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Teamwork (X2) tcount is 2.454 > ttable is 2.017 with a significance level of 0.018 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Creativity (X3) tcount is 1.983 < ttable is 2.017 with a significance level of 0.054 > 0.05. So H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected.

Employee performance is the main key in a company. Employee performance is influenced by several factors, including leadership style, teamwork, work discipline. This research aims to determine the influence of leadership style, teamwork, work discipline at PT Wana Citra Sentosa. This type of research is research using quantitative research methods. The population determined in this research is employees at PT Wana Citra Sentosa, totaling 54 people. In sampling, the technique used is the Probability Sampling technique using a simple random sampling technique. The data collection method is the analysis method, namely the multiple linear regression method. The data was processed using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science ) version 25. The research results showed that the independent variables leadership style, teamwork, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable employee performance at PT Wana Citra Sentosa

This research aims to determine the influence of teamwork and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Telkom Access Parepare. The sample in this study was 86 people, namely all employees at PT. Telkom Access. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained from distribution via questionnaires. The results of this research show that there is a significant influence between the variables Teamwork (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on employee performance (Y) as proven through analysis of the T test and f test, where variable X has t count > t table (X1) 3.596 > 1.663 and (X2) 3.140 > 1.663. The results of this research also show that the calculated f value > table f (0.002 < 0.5). And R square is 0.541%.

This research aims to determine leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture simultaneously on work performance of PT employees. Indonesian Palm Oil Calendar. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of 97 employees using a saturated sampling technique. The research results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style on work performance, there was a positive and significant influence of teamwork on work performance, there was a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on work performance and there was a positive and significant influence of leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture together on work performance. The contribution of leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture to work performance is 0.683 or 68.3% while the remaining 40.6% is determined by other variables not analyzed in the model in this study.

Meningkatnya kinerja karyawan pada setiap proses komunikasi dan kerjasama tim menjadi salah satu tujuan dari perusahaan iNews. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan iNews Jakarta (Divisi News Magazine). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan jumlah sampel 101 karyawan. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket (kuesioner). Pengujian kualitas instrumen meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabelitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hasil sebesar 0.026. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.783 > 0.05, dengan nilai thitung  sebesar 0.276 > ttabel 0.198. Sedangkan, untuk variabel kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan hasil regresi linier berganda sebesar 0.369. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 > 0.05 dengan nilai thitung sebesar 3.928 > ttabel 0.198. Hasil uji f hitung 7.738 > 3.09 (f tabel) dan  nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.001 < 0.05  sehingga masing-masing variabel bebas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil uji R diperoleh nilai sebesar 0.136. Dengan demikian variabel komunikasi dan kerjasama tim memberikan kontribusi sebesa 13.6% terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini hanya dilakukan pada karyawan iNews (Divisi News Magazine) dan tidak memperhitungkan variabel lain.

Peneliti menilai bahwa penurunan prestasi kerja karyawan dapat disebabkan kurangnya kerjasama antar tim dan setiap individu cenderung menjatuhkan. Hal ini mungkin dapat disebabkan oleh penempatan kerja yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan saat ini yang tidak tepat dikarenakan perusahaan menerima orang-orang yang tidak berpengalaman untuk mengisi beberapa posisi. Akibatnya karyawan lama sering mengeluh karena karyawan baru tersebut sering bertanya kepada mereka. Dan juga pada hal kinerja, pimpinan sering memberikan instruksi yang tidak jelas serta penilaian kinerja yang tidak sesuai harapan karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PT Harini Mandiri Medan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan hasil kuesioner yang telah dibagikan. Sedangkan untuk analisis data, peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa penempatan kerja dan kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan PT Harini Mandiri Medan. Secara parsial penempatan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja PT Harini Mandiri Medan. Secara parsial kinerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja PT Harini Mandiri Medan.

Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan kebutuhan para guru di TK Negeri Gemolong akan variasi metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan oleh para guru TK Negeri Gemolong. TK Negeri Gemolong terus melakukan pengembangan baik fasilitas maupun SDM. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan pihak sekolah yaitu menjalin kerjasama dengan tim pengabdian Program Studi Bahasa Inggris UNISRI untuk mengadakan workshop tentang metode pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran merupakan salah satu kunci keberhasilan proses pembelajaran. Metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik anak-anak dan secara bervariasi diimplementasikan di kelas membuat anak-anak belajar tanpa beban dan tidak mudah bosan. Metode pelaksanan pengabdian dilakukan dengan cara ceramah dan praktek latihan menggunakan metode Whole Brain Teaching dengan rekan sejawat. Tim pengabdian UNISRI memberikan teori dalam bentuk ceramah, memberi contoh penerapan Whole Brain Teaching di kelas, kemudian para guru diminta menirukan dan mempraktekkan penerapan metode tersebut. Hasil dari pengabdian ini diharapkan bahwa kesadaran akan pentingnya penggunaan metode yang tepat dapat meningkat. Para guru dapat menggunakan metode Whole Brain Teaching sebagai salah satu metode alternatif yang dapat diterapkan dikelas.Kata Kunci: Metode Pembelajaran, Whole Brain Teaching, Taman Kanak-Kanak
