Fraud detection is used in various industries, including banking institutes, finance, insurance, government agencies, etc. Recent increases in the number of fraud attempts make fraud detection crucial for safeguarding financial information that is confidential or personal. Many types of fraud problems exist, including card-not-present fraud, fake Marchant, counterfeit checks, stolen credit cards, and others. An ensemble feature selection technique based on Recursive feature elimination (RFE), Information gain (IG), and Chi-Squared (X2) in concurrence with the Random Forest algorithm, was proposed to give research findings and results on fraud detection and prevention. The objective was to choose the essential features for training the model. The Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) Score, Accuracy, F1 Score, and Precision are used to evaluate the model's performance. The findings show that the model can differentiate between fraudulent transactions and those that are not, with an ROC Score of 95.83% and an Accuracy of 99.6%. The F1 Score of 99.6%% and precision of 100% further sustain the model's ability to detect fraudulent transactions with the least false positives correctly. The ensemble feature selection technique reduced training time and did not compromise the model's performance, making it a valuable tool for businesses in preventing fraudulent transactions.

Faktor-Faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya pembatalan Perjanjian Pengikatan Jual Beli Dengan Pembeli Warga Negara Asing yaitu adanya wanprestasi yang dilakukan oleh salah satu pihak dalam perjanjian. 2. Pertimbangan hukum bagi hakim dalam memutus suatu perkara pada Putusan Nomor 489 PK/Pdt/2021 yaitu menolak permohonan Peninjauan Kembali dari pemohon NICHOLAS JOHN HYAM dan menghukum pemohon untuk membayar biaya perkara dan 3. Akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan yaitu tanggung jawab secara perdata oleh Notaris yakni dengan tanggung gugat berupa ganti rugi yang didasarkan pada suatu hubungan hukum antara Notaris dengan penghadap. The existence of standard clauses in bank credit agreements containing the debtor's obligations, which aim to protect the creditor's interests, is unfair to the debtor. For this reason, it is necessary to study the weaknesses in the regulation of default on agreements with guarantees of mortgage rights. This research is based on John Rawls's Theory of Justice and Lawrence M. Friedman's Legal System Theory. The research specifications are analytical descriptive, with a sociological juridical research type. Regulations on default on agreements with guaranteed mortgage rights have weaknesses in the legal structure aspect, namely the lack of synergy between law enforcement officials. Apart from that, there are weaknesses in the legal substance aspect, namely related to the provisions contained in Article 15 UUHT, as well as weaknesses in the legal culture aspect which can be seen from the public's lack of knowledge about credit agreements and the lack of socialization regarding legal regulations related to the basic principles of agreement law.

Both quantitative and qualitative analysis were employed to analyze the data for this study. The study's findings demonstrate that playing activities can help Baitul Hikmah 1 Early Childhood Education students' speaking abilities.

Outsourcing means handing over part of the work implementation to another company through a work contract agreement or worker/labor service provider. This research aims to analyze the form of disharmony in legal norms in outsourcing policies in Indonesia, and to analyze the protection of outsourced workers in terms of John Rawls's theory of Justice. This research is normative research using primary and secondary data obtained from literature reviews and statutory regulations related to the issues raised. The results of this research show that the work relationship that is practiced in the outsourcing system based on Article 65 paragraph (8) of Law Number 13 of 2003 states that work relations that initially occur between workers/laborers and the company receiving the work can in certain cases change to work relations between workers/laborers. with the employing company. This shift creates problems because from the start, employment relations only existed between the employer company and the workers/laborers. The Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) set by PT Supralita Mandiri for inventory registration is to use the perpetual method and the inventory assessment is to use the First In First Out (FIFO) method. Operatively the company has implemented FIFO methods in accordance with the company's SOP. However, on the goods supply card, the company has not implemented the FIFO method.

Then proceed to the ideate stage, through the process of brainstorming ideas, solving a problem, and determining the values ​​of the design. Dalam menganalisis manfaat program CSR PT TeL Pulp and Paper bagi masyarakat Desa Banuayu dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT TeL Pulp and Paper memberikan manfaat pendidikan dan kesehatan (people) Desa Banuayu dengan pengadaan program beasiswa ikatan dinas Bidiksitel, bantuan peralatan sekolah, bantuan fasilitas mencuci tangan, program sunatan massal.

Penelitian ini penulis menganalisis beberapa lagu dengan tema patah hati yang menggunakan jenis Bahasa kiasan metaphor, repetition, hyperbole dan personification. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif karena penelitian ini berasal dari lirik lagu yang mengandung banyak jenis Bahasa kiasan dan menjelaskan hasil analisis data berupa deskripsi. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah Bahasa kiasan yang ada dalam lirik lagu Taylor Swift bertemakan patah hati. Ada beberapa jenis Bahasa kiasan yang memiliki ciri-ciri yang berbeda, yaitu: hyperbole, metaphor, personification dan repetition. Pengumpulan data dengan cara mengelompokkan dokumen-dokumen yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan yang dibahas, baik website maupun beberapa sumber, jurnal, buku dan arsip. Penulis memilih lagu bertemakan patah hati.  Hasil penulis menyimpulkan bahwa tiga lagu Taylor Swift bertemakan patah hati, gaya bahasa digunakan ialah gaya bahasa methapore pada lagu “Dear John”, repitition pada lagu “This Love” dan personification pada lagu “Back To December”.
