SJF Teakwood is a producer and sales of various kinds of furniture. So far, the promotional media used by SJF Teakwood is through social media Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. However, using the promotional media above is considered less specific, so it is necessary to add interesting media to attract the public to the company. This study uses the R&D method. The type of research used is qualitative research. Qualitative research is a research method that uses data in the form of written or spoken words from people and people's behavior observed in a natural context. The results of the validation value from internal experts got a score of 32, external experts 38 and product users got a score of 37 which is included in the very good category, so this web-based furniture product catalog is declared valid for use. So it can be concluded that the Web-Based Furniture Product Catalog as a Marketing Media for SJF Teakwood Jepara is worthy of being used effectively.

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Jepara Regency is still an unresolved health problem. The incidence rate reached 960 cases, dominated by the 5-14 year age group and 13 cases of case fatality rate due to dengue fever. The trend in the incidence of dengue fever tends to fluctuate from 2019 to 2023. 3M Plus Mosquito Nest Eradication (PSN) is a program in the effort and control of dengue fever by involving the active role of the entire community. Involves three main steps, namely draining, covering and recycling items that have the potential to become breeding grounds for the Aedes aegypti mosquito as well as additional measures such as using mosquito nets when sleeping and repellent medication. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between the 3M Plus PSN Program and 3M Plus PSN behavior with the PRECEDE-PROCEED approach in handling dengue hemorrhagic fever cases in Jepara Regency. This type of research is observational analytics using quantitative methods with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were housewives with an age range of 20-64 years with a research sample of 158. Data were analyzed univariately, bivariately and multivariately using frequency distribution tables and chi square tests. The results of the analysis show that there is no relationship between acceptance of the PSN 3M Plus program with knowledge (p=0.209), practice (p=0.584), support from community leaders (p=0.546), facilities (p=0.742), support from health workers (p=0.849 ), cadre support (p=0.079), and there is a relationship between the PSN 3M Plus program and attitudes (p=0.048).  

Kecemasan akademis terkait Produk Non Agunan (PRONA) dalam pembiayaan musyarakah di KSPPS BMT Al Hikmah Semesta Jepara menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman produk. Analisis lingkungan internal perusahaan dilakukan untuk menganalisis fungsi perusahaan. Matriks IFAS dan EFAS digunakan untuk merumuskan faktor strategis internal dan eksternal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan produk non agunan (PRONA), serta peluang dan ancaman yang dihadapinya. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk merumuskan strategi perusahaan berdasarkan faktor internal dan eksternal yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan. Kesimpulannya, Produk Non Agunan (PRONA) berpotensi untuk meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat dan membantu anggota yang menggunakan produk tanpa agunan. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang produk dan memungkinkan penelitian strategis yang efektif.

The purpose of writing this article is to provide knowledge to the public about the Biomorphic Architecture of the Turtle Ocean Park building in Jepara, Central Java. This research uses qualitative methods, namely observation and literacy. The results of this study explain that the Kura-Kura Ocean Park Jepara building is a building that has a biomorphic architectural style. Biomorphic architecture is a style of harmonious concept between buildings and the environment or nature. Kura-Kura Ocean Park is a center for recreation and interaction with marine biota which has educational value to the community.  

This research involves steps in creating promotional media that follows the ADDIE approach, with a focus on a case study conducted at MA Wahid Hasyim, Bangsri, Jepara. The video produced from this research aims to be the main promotional tool in the school environment, using a testing method using a Likert scale. Made in the form of motion graphic animation, the video was conceptualized creatively to provide an interesting introduction about the school, with the hope of attracting the interest of prospective students and other related parties in an innovative and interesting way.

Potensi masalah pada mitra terdapat pada fasilitas sekolah terutama perpustakaan di SMP ISLAM DARURROHMAN memiliki perpustakaan tetapi tidak terawat dan berdebu sehingga, mahasiswa diawal kegiatan melakukan revitalisasi serta merapikan buku-buku. Selain itu, ketersediaan buku-buku yang tidak memadai antara buku fiksi dan non fiksi mengarahkan mahasiswa untuk melaksanakan kegiatan donasi buku tetapi tidak berjalan lancar. Rendahnya minat dan motivasi literasi dan numerasi siswa yang rendah, dibuktikan dengan hasil Pre Test AKM yang rendah di numerasi disebabkan karena beberapa hal, sehingga meminta mahasiswa untuk mendekati siswa dan menanyakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa seperti pelaksanaan private class agar siswa tidak malu dan semangat untuk belajar dan terbiasa beradaptasi dengan hadirnya kakak mahsiswa. Kekurangan tenaga pendidik guru, salah satunya di SMP ISLAM DARURROHMAN, membuat mahasiswa masuk ke kelas tanpa pengawasan dan pembimbingan. Dalam hal ini mahasiswa dipercaya langsung untuk melakukan pengajaran di sekolah. Sehingga sebagai DPL meminta siswa untuk berkoordinasi dengan guru pamong untuk membimbing mahasiswa dalam proses mengajar tersebut. Hal tersebut biasanya terjadi di hari Minggu karena sekolah penugasan 2 liburnya hari Jumat. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami mitra, maka solusi yang telah ditawarkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini meliputi: (1) Observasi lapangan untuk memperoleh data awal tentang permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra, (2) Analisis kebutuhan mitra dan menawarkan solusi penyelesaian, (3) Membuat perancangan pelatihan dan pendampingan, (4) Membuat materi yang berkenaan dengan Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi (5) Melakukan pelatihan pengenalan Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi, (6), Melakukan workshop tentang Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi, (7) Melakukan pendampingan pada mitra dalam Literasi, Numerasi, dan Adaptasi Teknologi. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini maka dapat diperoleh simpulan bahwa Kegiatan kampus mengajar angkatan 6 ini merupakan program yang baik untuk memberikan kesempatan kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar di luar kampus dan belajar sambil berdampak serta program-program yang sudah disusun mahasiswa dapat diimplementasi dengan dukungan pihak sekolah penugasan. Pengalaman kampus mengajar 6 ini, dampaknya tidak hanya dirasakan oleh siswa sekolah penugasan tetapi juga pihak sekolah serta mahasiswa.

Abstract . This research investigates the influence of entrepreneurial competence and the ability to adapt to the environment on marketing performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the furniture industry sector in Jepara, by considering the mediating role of business strategy. In the midst of globalization and intense competition, entrepreneurial competence, which includes managerial ability, innovation and risk taking, as well as environmental adaptability, which includes flexibility and response to market changes, have become key factors in improving marketing performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational study methods and Partial Least Squares (PLS) statistical techniques to analyze data from 194 respondents who are members of the Jepara Indonesian Furniture and Crafts Industry Association (HIMKI). The research results show that entrepreneurial competence and environmental adaptability have a positive and significant influence on marketing performance. In addition, business strategy functions as a mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurial competence and marketing performance as well as between environmental adaptability and marketing performance. These findings emphasize the importance of developing entrepreneurial competence and adaptability as factors that not only have a direct impact on marketing performance but also through more effective business strategies. This research provides valuable insights for furniture entrepreneurs in Jepara in optimizing their marketing performance in a dynamic and competitive business environment.

Businesses must use social media if they want to survive in this modern era. Almost all industries need social media to increase market share, boost brand credibility, and increase customer trust. Social media is also necessary for the transportation industry to function properly. Until now, there has not been much research on transportation related to marketing activities on social media, especially buses. This study provides a new perspective on efforts to improve SMMA purchasing decisions. It was found that customer experience and promotion variables are necessary as mediating variables between SMMA and purchase decisions. This study collects and analyzes quantitative data. In this study, purposive sampling method was used to 506 sample bus passengers at PO Bejeu Jepara. The empirical model was tested with Smart PLS 4.0 software.

This research aims to increase the Javanese vocabulary of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Bucu Jepara through the use of Wordwall games. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR)using the Kemmis and Mc Taggart model, wich consists of two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research subjects consisted of 10 class IV students. Data was obtained through observation and tests. The research results show that using the wordwall game can increase students' interest and ability in learning Javanese vocabulary. In the first cycle, teacher activities got a percentage of 85% and students got a percentage of 91%, which was good but still needed improvement, while in the second cycle, teacher activities got a percentage of 97.5% and students reached 95%, getting a very good category with a significant increase in student test results. The implications of this research show that interactive learning media such as wordwalls are effective in improving student learning outcomes in learning Javanese. 

The aim of this research is to describe the potential of various traditions and culture of the community as superior tourism in addition to natural potential, coastal tourism and small islands in the Karimunjawa Islands which are administratively in the Karimunjawa sub-district.  The diversity of cultural arts, house buildings and philosophies, traditional customs, marriage and traditional technology in society is a potential for excellence, cultural wealth both in the form of objects and intangible culture (folklore, mythology, stories, pencak silat, sound arts and religious rites, especially religion Islam). Likewise, the development of the creative economy (local culinary, processed staple foods and others). This superior potential is a complement to the development of village tourism in Karimunjawa for both domestic and foreign tourists.   

This research examines purchase intentions with the supporting factors of online reviews, price, perceived product quality, and emotional value of smarthome products on online platforms. The sample for this research consisted of Kudus City, Jepara, Pati, Rembang, Semarang, Yogyakarta and Jakarta with 107 respondents. The analysis used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The conclusions that can be drawn from this research are that online reviews have a significant effect on perception of product quality and price, online reviews have no significant effect on purchase intention and emotional value, price has a significant effect on perception of product quality, price has no significant effect on purchase intention and emotional value, Perception of product quality has a significant effect on emotional value, Perception of product quality has no significant effect on purchase intention, Emotional value has a significant effect on purchase intention.

Sentra Produksi IKM Garam Konsumsi di provinsi Jawa Tengah tersebar di beberapa kabupaten seperti Pati, Rembang, Brebes, Jepara dan Demak. Kabupaten Pati merupakan salah satu Kabupaten sentra produksi garam yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan garam di tingkat lokal maupun nasional. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (DISDAGPERIN) Kabupaten Pati menunjukan bahwa, banyaknya IKM yang perlu di data dan selama ini pemberian bantuan IKM kurang tepat sasaran dikarenakan Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Pati kesusahan mengelola data yang akurat tentang kondisi masing-masing IKM, maka diperlukan monitoring IKM untuk membantu Dinas dalam melakukan penilaian. Tujuan monitoring IKM membantu dalam pemberian bantuan supaya tepat sasaran, oleh karena itu penulis membutuhkan sistem dengan menerapkan SPK (Sistem Pendukung Keputusan) dalam melakukan perhitungan. Metode SPK yang diperlukan dalam penentuan pemberian bantuan IKM digunakan AHP dan SAW.. 

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk menganalisis struktur naratif cerita menurut Seymour Chatman dan nilai moral yang terkandung dalam cerita Perang Obor di Jepara. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data berasal dari buku kumpulan cerita berjudul “Cerit Rakyat Pesisir Timur” karya Mohammad Khanzunnudin, terbitan CV Adhigama Tahun 2024, halaman 7-10. Adapun datanya berupa penggalan cerita rakyat Perang Obor di Jepara. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pustaka yaitu, dengan metode membaca dan menyimak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman yaitu 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data, dan 4) penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, terdapat tiga struktur naratif Syemour Chatman dalam cerita rakyat Perang Obor di Jepara yaitu, alur, tokoh, dan latar dalam cerita. Dan ditemukan tiga nilai moral dalam cerita rakyat Perang Obor yaitu, sikap rajin, sikap tekun dan sikap tanggung jawab.

Jegeg membutuhkan aplikasi yang memiliki fitur edukasi baik dalam bentuk artikel maupun video, fitur pengenalan tanaman, tempat wisata, tempat konservasi, serta informasi terkait kegiatan peduli lingkungan. Sehingga diperlukan suatu inovasi teknologi sebagai pemantik untuk meningkatkan kepekaan dan kesadaran masyarakat dengan keadaan lingkungan alam sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah aplikasi Forestrytech yang menggunakan metode design thinking dan pengujian SEQ dan SUS dalam perancangan antarmuka. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan pemantauan hutan secara real-time yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat. ForestryTech, sebuah aplikasi pemantauan dan edukasi konservasi hutan berbasis PWA menggunakan algoritma CNN. Selain itu, juga dibuat prototipe alat monitoring hutan berbasis IoT menggunakan ESP32 yang dapat dipantau dan diakses melalui aplikasi. Sistem ini dapat membaca nilai suhu, kelembapan, tekanan udara, api, asap, dan kecepatan angin dengan akurasi yang baik.

Ships is used in trading activities between islands in Indonesia. Discharge is one of the most important activities in trading. Loading and discharge activities include document preparation, preparation of discharge equipment, preparation of the required workforce, preparation for the discharge, preparation for the actual discharge and the completion of discharge activities. This study discusses preparation procedures for coal discharging and the process of the actual coal discharge by PT Anugerah Jaya Mandiri Tubanan Bangkit. The data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews, and library research. In this study, we can find out about the documents in the process of coal discharge and the process of carrying out coal discharge. PT. Anugerah Jaya Mandiri Tubanan Bangkit Jepara collaborates with various parties involved in the cargo unloading process. The process that must be gone through is the stevedoring and cargodoring process or moving the coal after it is unloaded from the ship.

Teripang merupakan salah satu sumberdaya hayati laut yang banyak terdapat di perairan P. Nyamuk dan Parang terutama untuk jenis Stichopus sp., yang merupakan jenis dengan nilai ekonomis tinggi.  Namun produksi teripang saat ini menurun drastis. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan produksi teripang yaitu dengan jalan budidaya, mulai dari produksi benih, pembesaran, sampai teripang siap jual. Berdasarkan permasalahan dan situasi kelompok mitra yang ada maka metodologi solusi masalah yang ditawarkan adalah melakukan percontohan budidaya teripang. Target luaran yang dicapai pada program pengabdian ini adalah alih teknologi budidaya teripang, perbaikan produksi teripang dari usaha penangkapan menjadi usaha budidaya yang mendukung konservasi sumberdaya teripang itu sendiri.  Keberhasilan dari program ini dapat dilihat dari jumlah peserta yang mengikuti penyuluhan sebesar 70 % anggota yang giat melakukan uji coba fission pada teripang yang merupakan salah satu upaya pengalihan dari nelayan pengambil teripang menjadi pembudidaya teripang.

The research was conducted to solve the problem of determining the price of goods of production correctly based on the cost of raw materials, labor costs, and overhead costs on the CV xxx of previously priced traditional managers which resulted in sales sometimes felt too expensive and sometimes earned too small profits. Quantitative descriptive research is used to solve this problem to produce conclusions from data related to the determination of substantive prices based on the method of Job Order Costing. The main object of the CV xxx is a detailed note of the need in the manufacture of glass wardrobes and classic dress wardros. The data used in this research are primary data and skunder data, i.e., primary Data is the details of raw materials, raw material specifications, price per unit of raw material, labour cost, etc. Whereas data skunder is a discipline related to the methods of research that can help solve the question of determination of the price of the substance. Research shows results where based on the traditional management of CV xxx, there is a mistake in determining overhead costs. This confusion is detrimental to the company in getting too low profits. Comparison of previous management with the Job Order Costing method can find out where a particular variable should be in the overhead cost category in order to obtain the price of the production commodity that can determine the company's losses.    

This article discusses the implementation of HTML training at MAN 2 Jepara as part of a community service initiative by the UNISNU KKN team in Kelet Village to develop students' digital skills. Through this article, we will explain the training implementation methods, the objectives to be achieved, and the expected benefits. Currently, students from MAN 2 Jepara majoring in informatics have learned how to use computers, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. As a major with an informatics background, there is certainly an expectation to learn other things in the field, especially in web development. Therefore, the UNISNU KKN team in Kelet Village took the initiative to conduct basic HTML training. To achieve the expected goals and benefits, the author adopts practical and interactive training methods. The training results show an increase in understanding of the basic concepts of HTML by 43%, interest in the field of web development by 28%, and active participation in question and answer sessions by 50%.

This study aims to determine the effect of self-control, work stress on cayberloafing in improving the performance of employees of the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Jepara Regency. The population of researchers is all civil servants at the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Jepara Regency as many as 100 people, in addition to the head of service, the sample that has been determined in this study is civil servants at the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Jepara Regency. Determination of the sample size using the Non Probability Sampling method with saturated sample technique. Data analysis in this study used the SmartPLS version 3 program. The data analysis technique used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. The results of the analysis and discussion show that self-control has a negative effect on cyberloafing, work stress has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing, cyberloafing behavior has a negative effect on performance, self-control behavior has a positive and significant effect on performance, work stress has a negative effect on performance, self-control has a positive effect on Employee Performance through Cyberloafing, work stress has a negative effect on Employee Performance through Cyberloafing in Employees of the Food Security and Agriculture Office of Jepara Regency.
