Education is a fundamental element in an individual's life that aims to optimize human potential across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains. This research is motivated by the importance of students' ability to manage their study time effectively to support optimal learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to describe and compare students' study time management based on gender. This study used a descriptive comparative method, with a sample of several eighth-grade students at Islamic Boarding School X. Data were collected using a Likert scale instrument, then analyzed using descriptive techniques and an independent-samples t-test using the (Jeffreys’s Amazing Statistics Program) JASP application. The results indicate that several students are able to manage their study time well. Furthermore, no significant differences were found between male and female students in managing their study time. These findings indicate that the ability to manage study time is relatively even and is not influenced by gender.

Ideally, final-year undergraduates are expected to demonstrate psychological maturity and a clear sense of future direction. However, the pressure of academic demands and social expectations often precipitates a "quarter-life crisis," triggering profound anxiety during this transitional phase. This study investigates the relationship between religiosity and the quarter life crisis among final-year students at Universitas Ibrahimy Situbondo. Employing a quantitative correlational design, the study involved 149 students selected via convenience sampling from a population of 237. Data were collected using the Religiosity Scale and the Quarter-Life Crisis Scale, then analyzed using simple linear regression with JASP version 0.19.1.0. Contrary to common assumptions in religious settings, the findings revealed that religiosity was not significantly associated with the quarter life crisis (p = .105 > .05). The effective contribution of religiosity in explaining the variance of the crisis was minimal (R2 = 0.018 or 1.8%), indicating that 98.2% of the phenomenon is driven by factors outside the scope of this study. These results suggest that religiosity is not a sole predictor capable of buffering against quarter life crisis. Consequently, further research should explore other potential mitigating variables, such as social support, self-efficacy, or career adaptability, particularly within Islamic boarding school-based university environments.

This study aims to examine the effects of workload, job stress, and work spirit on employee performance at PT Victory International Futures Surabaya, a financial services company operating in the highly demanding futures trading industry. Employing a quantitative descriptive–correlational approach, data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed through multiple linear regression using JASP and Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using WarpPLS, which is suitable for addressing multicollinearity issues and relatively small sample sizes (n = 37). The findings reveal that workload and job stress have significant negative effects on employee performance, whereas work spirit has a significant positive effect and emerges as the most dominant predictor. These results reinforce the Job Demands–Resources (JD–R) theory, which posits that job demands such as workload and stress can reduce performance when not balanced with adequate psychological resources like work spirit. Practically, the study recommends that management optimize workload distribution, implement stress management strategies, and strengthen employee motivation to improve performance sustainably. The study is limited by its small sample size and single-company focus, suggesting that future research should expand the organizational context and incorporate additional variables such as job satisfaction or organizational commitment.

Education is the main foundation in forming quality Human Resources. In achieving educational goals, support is needed from various aspects, including the availability of adequate learning facilities and competent teachers. Learning facilities play an important role in supporting the learning process, while teacher competence greatly determines the success of transferring knowledge to students. These two aspects are believed to have an influence on student learning achievement, including in Integrated Social Studies subjects that require conceptual understanding and critical thinking skills. This research was conducted to answer three main questions: (1) whether there is an influence of learning facilities on student learning achievement in Integrated Social Studies subjects grade VIII MTsN 6 Tulungagun; (2) whether the competence of social studies teachers affects student learning achievement in Integrated Social Studies subjects grade VIII MTsN 6 Tulungagun; and (3) how much influence the two variables simultaneously have on student learning achievement in the Integrated Social Studies subject class VIII MTsN 6 Tulungagun. The purpose of this study is to analyze and prove the influence of each independent variable on the bound variable both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population is 309 students of grade VIII MTsN 6 Tulungagung and the sample is 76 students taken using the Simple Random Sampling technique, and 3 social studies teachers of Class VIII as additional informants. The data collection technique was carried out through questionnaires for independent variables and documentation of UAS values for bound variables. Data analysis was carried out using validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression tests, as well as t-tests, F tests and R2 tests with the help  of JASP software. The results of this study after processing data using the t-test showed that neither learning facilities nor the competence of social studies teachers had a significant effect on student learning achievement, because the significance value of learning facilities was above 0.05. However, the results of the F test showed that simultaneously the two variables had a significant effect on student learning outcomes with a significance value of <0.001. In addition, the determination coefficient value (R2) of 0.179 showed that 17.9% of the variation in student learning achievement was influenced by learning facilities and the competence of social studies teachers together. These findings show the importance of synergy between the quality of educational facilities and the competence of teaching staff in supporting student learning outcomes.

MSMEs are a major component of a country's economy. The large contribution of MSMEs to economic development in Indonesia requires MSME players to keep trying and always be ready to compete with other MSMEs. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, digital payments, use of e-commerce and accounting information systems on the business performance of culinary MSMEs in the city of Semarang. The population of this study amounted to 98 culinary MSMEs, sampling using purposive sampling method with the criteria of using digital payments, using e-commerce and accounting information systems. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with JASP software. The results of this study indicate that the variables of e-commerce usage and accounting information systems have a positive and significant impact on business performance, so that any increase in these variables will improve MSME business performance. The financial literacy variable has a positive and insignificant effect on business performance, so it is necessary to increase the financial literacy of business actors. Meanwhile, the digital payment variable has a negative and insignificant impact on business performance, indicating a lack of understanding of MSME actors and consumers of the use of digital payments.
