The preparation and formulation of Village Regulations in Realizing the Management Principles of Regional Empowerment and Regional Development must go through the stages of the process of drafting and formulating draft village regulations with the aim of ensuring that the village regulations do not conflict with the public interest and/or higher statutory regulations. However, the Village Government in Bintan Regency has not implemented the stages of the process of drafting and formulating village regulations which have not been maximized, resulting in village regulations that are not in accordance with the systematicity of statutory regulations and it is feared that village regulations will conflict with the public interest and/or statutory regulations. higher invitation. The obstacles faced are the lack of knowledge, understanding and experience of village officials' human resources regarding the preparation of village regulations, the geographical location between villages and sub-districts and districts, not all of which can be reached by land and not all of them require quite a short time, coordination is not optimal. As for suggestions from the research results on the need for statutory regulations that contain an attachment to the technical format for drafting village regulations, the Regional Government of Bintan Regency can carry out outreach to all village governments regarding the preparation and formulation of village regulations, and strengthen human resource capacity.

A situation that is very unbalanced between consumers and business actors is a big potential that can lead to disputes between consumers and business actors. The government has issued laws that regulate consumer protection, in particular Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The goal is to provide protection to consumers. This research is intended to: (1) to find out the role of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes (2) to find out what are the obstacles faced by the Consumer Dispute Settlement Agency (BPSK) in resolving Finance disputes. This research uses the type of empirical legal research, using a literature approach and research in the field. Blood donation activities are carried out to maintain the stability of PMI blood stock in Karo Regency. From the results of the implementation of the activity, 21 blood bags have been collected. Based on interviews with the participants, their motivation to donate blood was due to a sense of humanity for people in need, to maintain their own health, invitations from friends, and some were interested because of the gifts offered at the end of the event. The implementation of blood donation activities in Lau Cimba District, Karo Regency as one of the community services has been carried out well and received a good response from the participants. More is needed for socialization so that the number of blood donors increases and more people are willing to become blood donors.

During the training, participants will be taught about mail merge concepts, data preparation steps, creating letter templates using word processing software, and merging data into templates. The training will also discuss the benefits of using mail merge, including time efficiency and accuracy in conveying information to parents. Through a combination of theory and practical exercises, participants are expected to master the steps in making mass invitation letters using mail merge. The results of this training are expected to give participants the ability to create personalized and efficient invitation letters to parents in various contexts, including education and other organizations. Thus, this training contributes in improving the effectiveness of communication in various activities involving sending mass invitation letters to parents.

SDK Mardiwiyata II Malang like nowadays education institutions has shared the same difficulties using Google Classroom as a learning platform during the pandemic. Some problem identified as follows: parents have confusion on 1) joining the class either using a code or an invitation from the teachers 2) reply the thread announcement 3) accessing the materials 4) submitting the assignments and quizzes 5) communicating using a Google Meet. The results of these training activities indicated that most of the parents can understand the basic features of Google Classroom. These results were obtained from the Google Form of the post-training questionnaire that been responded from 151 respondents.

Criminal Profiling is an investigative technique to describe the profile of criminals in terms of demographics, psychology, modus operandi and incident settings. In this article, researchers are interested in carrying out Criminal Profiling on the murder and rape cases of Eno Farihah, to see an overview of the Criminal Profiling that occurred in that case, the factors of the murder and rape of the perpetrators, and the profiling of each perpetrator in the case concerned. The research method that researchers use is literature review and literature research. From the findings of the researchers it is known that the murder case of Eno Farihah by three perpetrators had different reasons. The RA perpetrator was the victim's boyfriend who was involved because the victim refused his invitation to have sex, while the RAr perpetrator was suspected because he was often ridiculed bitterly and blackly, then the last perpetrator IH was allegedly because of unrequited love. So that the perpetrators were charged under the applicable law with different legal sentences, the perpetrators RAr and IH were sentenced to death, while the perpetrators RA were sentenced to 10 years in prison because they were underage.

This paper examines how human creativity is one of the causes of the creation of a business opportunity. In fact, creativity itself can create a business. In the face of a situation that requires humans to be able to meet their needs, human creativity by looking at the available business opportunities, in our discussion we see from business opportunities that creative idea services are needed to create a good impression through wedding invitations and bridal dowries in weddings. From the analysis described, this type of invitation and dowry service business will not be extinct by time, a promising type of business because every wedding requires invitations and dowries. This business requires promotion which can be done in several ways such as participating in Wedding exhibitions or utilising social media to increase revenue and to be better known by the public.

The purpose of this research is to describe the forms and functions of directive speech acts contained in the film "Nanti Kita Cerita tentang Hari Ini" directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, and to utilize the results of the research as teaching materials for persuasion texts for grade VIII junior high school (SMP). This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The data in this study are sentences containing elements of directive speech acts in the film "Later We Tell About Today". The data collection technique was carried out by reading, observing, and note-taking techniques. The instrument used is documentation. The results of the study found several types of directive speech acts divided into the function of commanding 1 utterance, the function of ordering 1 utterance, the function of requiring 1 utterance, the function of crossing 1 utterance. the function of requesting 1 utterance, the function of offering 1 utterance. The third is the form of a directive speech act of invitation which is divided into the function of inviting 1 speech, the function of urging 1 utterance. The fourth is the form of directive speech act of advice which is divided into the function of advising 1 utterance, the function of suggesting 1 utterance, the function appeals to 1 speech, the function calls for 1 utterance, the function remembers 1 utterance. The fifth is the form of directive criticism which is divided into 1 speech reprimanding function, 1 utterance satirical function, 1 utterance scolding function. The sixth form of directive prohibition which is divided into prohibiting functions 1 speech, function prevents 1 speech. The findings of this study were then incorporated into a lesson plan for teaching persuasive writing to eighth graders in junior high school, this was done because the aim of persuasive writing or dialogue is to get the audience to act in the way the writer or speaker wants them to. The linguistic characteristics of persuasive texts are related to the form and function of directive speech acts, which aim to convince the speech partner or listener to act according to the intent intended by the speaker. The purpose of preparing teaching materials in the form of handouts is to simplify subjects to make them easier during the learning process, and to arrange materials in a practical and interesting way for students. Data from the analysis of the form and function of directive speech acts in the film "Next We Tell About Today" informs the preparation of persuasive text teaching materials, which also take Basic Competence (KD) of the applicable Indonesian language curriculum and Competency Achievement Indicators (GPA).

In the current era of modernization, many things have begun to use technological developments, including the delivery and dissemination of information. This development is marked by changes in methods in various fields, leaving manual methods and replacing them with the use of modern technology. With the rapid advancement of information technology, it makes it easier for business people to develop creativity and market a product, including the digital invitation business. Based on the articles collected, the results of the analysis show that digital invitations have considerable business potential for business people and make it easier for users to convey information.
