The investment trend has been so advanced in recent years that most people are interested in becoming investors. One of the things taught is the importance of investing and becoming an investor. However, it is very unfortunate that this rapid trend has not escaped crime in the form of fraud and misuse of investment vehicles. It is very important to empower the public to avoid fraud. One way is through Influencer Persuasive Communication. The purpose of this study was to find out how public empowerment through Influencer Persuasive Communication avoids investment fraud. The research method used is qualitative through interviews with 3 informants whose results were Coding and data triangulation in the analysis. The results of the study show that Influencers have the unique ability to influence public views and behavior in terms of investment through their emotional appeal, social image and narratives they create. This influence, if not properly understood, can make society more vulnerable to disastrous investment scams. Public empowerment is very important to protect against investment scams. Strong financial literacy, understanding of the psychodynamics of persuasive communication, criticality of Influencer messages, and independent research are keys to enabling people to make wiser investment decisions. In addition, awareness of the sociocultural dimension and the construction of meaning in Influencer communication can help the public to recognize potential conflicts of interest or biases that can influence these messages. Thus, this study emphasizes the importance of a balanced approach between inspiration provided by Influencers and a deep understanding of the investment world to empower the public to avoid investment fraud and protect their finances.

This paper aims to provide an explanation of the contribution of Islamic banking in the framework of national economic development, considering that the Islamic industry has developed rapidly in the last few decades. The method used is a systematic literature review (SLR) by documenting several articles that have similar research. The findings show that economic development aims to improve the welfare of its people. The success of a country's development can be seen from a high and sustainable level of economic growth. This growth can be seen through the increase in the production of industrial goods, the number of schools, the increase in infrastructure, and the increase in the service sector. Economic development will have an impact on changes in the economic structure towards a better stage, so that socio-economic aspects in society can be seen in the form of reduced poverty, unemployment, and increased people's purchasing power. Unstable economic growth has resulted in Indonesia still being in the middle income zone, therefore the participation of all elements of the government, society and the banking sector is no exception. Banking has an important role in advancing the national economy, besides functioning as a collector and distributor of public funds, banking also aims to support the implementation of national development in the framework of increasing equity and economic stability towards increasing the welfare of the community at large. Especially in the Islamic economy, Islamic banking seeks to accelerate economic growth by carrying out financial, commercial and investment activities in accordance with Islamic teachings. Islamic banks are not only banks that eliminate the interest system in their operations but also carry out social welfare oriented roles. The Islamic banking industry has a strategic role in the development of the people's economy, contributing to transforming the economy into productive, value-added and inclusive economic activities.

This research approach uses descriptive method with a descriptive qualitative approach, namely research that seeks to describe a symptom, event, event that is happening now. The results of the study show the role of Islamic investment galleries (GIS) in fostering student interest in investing in the capital market by carrying out 4 roles, namely first, socialization as an introduction to the world of investment to students and inviting students to invest, second education, namely providing investment knowledge to students, third motivation, namely motivating students by giving examples of people who are successful in investing, the four integrity, namely the management of GiS applies a commitment attitude among the board, consistently carrying out their duties, being responsible, honest and courageous in conveying educational and motivational socialization to students. The internal constraints for Gis are the difficulty of coordinating administrators to be active in activities and the external constraints are the difficulty in getting students to participate in Gis activities and the lack of awareness of students to invest. The internal solution is to always hold monthly meetings to strengthen relationships between administrators and trigger back responsibilities as GIS administrators and the GIS Management also utilizes social media as a promotional medium so that it can be even wider to convey socialization and education to students. Meanwhile, for external solutions, GIS requests lecturer assistance to direct students to participate in all activities held by GIS. As for these 4 roles, the role most expected by FEBI students is the role of motivation. With good motivation given it can trigger students’ interest in investing.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are buying and selling activities and providing services to the community with the aim of making a profit, but the empowerment of MSMEs is not due to the fact that there are still many obstacles, such as the difficulty for MSMEs to obtain financing facilities from financial institutions, so they are forced to take out loans from loan sharks whose interest rates are high and suffocating. thus causing businesses to go out of business, to overcome this problem MSMEs need Islamic financial institutions with a profit sharing scheme, namely mudharabah contracts or financing/investments which are usually mudharabah products found in Islamic Cooperatives, Indonesian Sharia Bank (BSI), Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). The Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) and the Syirkah Bersama Cooperative (KSBB) are both working together to create a new innovation in the form of Mudharabah Linked Waqf which optimizes and manages cash waqf funds in an organized manner so that it is hoped that it can help MSMEs to develop further.

The Broiler Chicken business owned by Andien, belonging to Mrs. Tri Winarti, initially operated with a capacity of 12,000 chickens and planned to expand to 24,000 chickens. This study aims to assess the sustainability of the development of Andien's Broiler Chicken farm to 24,000 chickens from a financial perspective. Financial analysis was conducted through calculations of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). From the calculation results, it can be concluded that the expansion of Andien's Broiler Chicken business from 12,000 chickens to 24,000 chickens is a viable step based on the scenario calculations. The Payback Period (PP) is 1.31 periods, indicating a quick payback of investment as PP is less than 12 periods. The calculation results show an NPV value of Rp 4,936,714,867 using a 6% discount rate (based on the 2023 BRI KUR interest rate), and if using a 7% discount rate (based on the 2023 Mandiri KUR interest rate), the NPV would be 4,633,045,331. The presence of a positive NPV indicates the viability of this business development. The calculated IRR value reaches 22.26%, exceeding the 6% discount rate. The feasibility of the business is also supported by a BCR value of 1.09, where a ratio above 1 indicates the viability of the business.
