Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a crucial role in organizational development, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). The focus of this research is Tulip Integrated PAUD in Rungkut Tengah Village, Surabaya. Early childhood (0-6 years) enters the golden age period where their learning patterns are based on imitation. This research aims to improve the effectiveness of early childhood learning and socialization at Tulip Integrated PAUD through the implementation of HRM. The main problems involve children's diverse characters, lack of activities, and differences in parents' mindsets. The implementation method consists of four stages: (1) introduction to the members of Tulip Integrated PAUD, (2) introducing the concept of HR Management, (3) providing active and expressive learning to students, and (4) evaluation and monitoring.The results showed that the socialization of HR Management positively contributed to the management of human resources at Tulip Integrated PAUD. Emphasis on fun and expressive teaching patterns increases early childhood participation in learning and social activities. Continuous evaluation and monitoring are needed to ensure continuity and improvement. In conclusion, the implementation of HRM and engaging learning approaches can improve the effectiveness of PAUD organizations. It creates a conducive environment for optimal early childhood development, by involving teachers, committees, and parents as part of integrated human resource management.

The Ulu script is a form of native South Sumatran cultural heritage that lives among the Uluan (inland) people of South Sumatra. As a form of original regional writing tradition, it is important to preserve the Ulu script among the younger generation so that this cultural heritage is not lost. However, due to the lack of knowledge and understanding of the younger generation, the Ulu script seems to be foreign. Therefore, this training is important apart from aiming to provide understanding and also to preserve cultural heritage. The method in this training is through introduction, understanding letters, punctuation and direct training practice. As a result of this training, participants can understand the basic letters of the Ulu script and practice writing directly either through conventional media or through digitalized MS Word.

Introduction: Cases of drug abuse and smoking are increasing rapidly in Indonesia, even though the government and society have made various efforts. Drug and cigarette abuse is difficult to eradicate. What can be done is to prevent and control it so that the problem does not spread, thereby harming the future of the nation, due to the decline in the quality of human resources, especially the younger generation. Method: counseling, pre-test and post-test on targets are carried out orally. Results: Participants in this activity were 61 teenagers in Sumber Rejo village. Conclusion: From the pre-test results, the target generally does not know enough about reproductive health regarding the dangers of drugs and smoking. After carrying out verbal post-test counseling, teenagers generally know and have increased abilities on how to maintain reproductive health. This community service has been carried out from August-September 2023, for exactly 3 months

Introduction of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) from an early age is very good for educating and instilling awareness of the importance of cleanliness as an effort to maintain personal health and the environment in an ideal condition, so that we can avoid attacks from various diseases such as diarrhea, worms, toothache, Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (dengue fever) etc. This community service activity aims to introduce CHLB to Dharma Wanita Sebewe Kindergarten students so that students are able to cultivate a culture of clean and healthy living in the school environment and in the family environment. The activity was attended by 20 students. The introduction to CHLB was carried out using a lecture method using stand-X Banner media and direct practice by giving examples to students with song accompaniment, then students followed and practiced again in turns. The types of CHLB that are exemplified and practiced together with students are: washing hands using soap and running water, brushing teeth properly and correctly and disposing of rubbish by separating organic and inorganic waste. All students were very enthusiastic and active in participating in a series of community service activities from start to finish.

The presence of invasive plants can often threaten biodiversity, affect the availability of natural resources, and even disrupt the balance of the ecosystem. In a residential context, in-depth knowledge of invasive plant species is important to identify risks and potential impacts on the environment and consider the possibility of their positive use. Therefore, this study aims to find out data on invasive plant types in this housing complex. The method in this research combines qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. A qualitative descriptive approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the characteristics, distribution and interactions of invasive plants in the Bumi Panyileukan Housing Complex. Meanwhile, a quantitative approach was applied in data analysis to measure a number of variables related to the identified invasive plants. The observation method in the form of sampling invasive plants is used as a basis for collecting focused and representative data on plant types in the residential environment. It is hoped that the integration of these methods can provide a comprehensive picture of invasive plant species and their characteristics in the context of Bumi Panyileukan Housing in Bandung City. The location was chosen deliberately, namely around 16% of the total area. The results obtained were 31 families of 60 invasive plant species. The highest families are in the Araceae and Euphorbiaceae families with a percentage of up to 26% in this area. There are 58 species of plants introduced from outside Indonesia and two species are native to Indonesia. Most plants are used as ornamental plants and some are wild invasive plants which can threaten the balance of the ecosystem so comprehensive control needs to be carried out

One of the sciences, technologies and arts that is in line with the demands of the times and demands in the industrial world, is technical drawing using the AutoCAD program.  Based on the specific objectives of Vocational Secondary Education (SMK) according to Law No. 20 of 2003 it is necessary to carry out AutoCAD training for vocational school students.. The methods used in this community service are teaching and practice methods. The result of community service is that partners gain a level of understanding in AutoCAD theory as well as the use of AutoCAD applications in building structures. This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test with the value from 35% to 65% after the introduction and training of AutoCAD.

Diabetes Mellitus is a non-communicable disease which is one of the challenges in the development of the health sector, where the majority of people exposed to it are of productive age. The method used is to provide counseling in the form of self-care management for diabetes mellitus patients to the community in the working area of the Sibela Community Health Center, Mojosongo Village. Objective: The aim of the physiotherapy program in cases of diabetes mellitus is education and demonstration of self-care management to control the incidence of diabetes mellitus Results: It is hoped that the results of this Community Service activity will become a reference for physiotherapists and other health professions so that similar activities can be carried out, so that The benefits can improve public health, especially in cases of diabetes mellitus.  

Education is a very important level for every individual, especially at the golden age, early childhood education is the first education for children before they enter a higher level of education such as elementary school. To prepare things and various intelligences possessed by children, especially cognitive intelligence, effective and interesting learning methods are held, one method that is suitable for early childhood learning is the repetitive or repetition method. This method is applied to early childhood in Citeureup Village, precisely in the Sumurjaya Village, for early childhood to be provisioned when they enter elementary school education. The purpose of applying this repetitive method is so that pre-school children in the Sumur Jaya village are more mature and ready to go to elementary school. This research is motivated by the lack of knowledge and ability of MSME actors to carry out product branding, especially in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district. One of these problems is that the majority of MSMEs have not found a brand to attract customers and packaging that still does not attract buyers and there is limited information regarding product branding. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to carry out research and assistance. The aim of this research is to provide assistance and introduction to creating NIB accounts and checking business names and logos as well as assistance and creating the latest logos for selected MSMEs. The method in this research uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method to make it easier for researchers to define problems and provide action as a solution to the problems that have been defined. The results of this research explain that so far MSMEs in the Kepatihan Kulon sub-district have only prioritized taste without paying attention to branding and packaging, so the hopes of this assistance for MSMEs can be higher than before. Apart from that, creating an NIB account is expected to make MSMEs more concerned about the legality of their business.

Introduction: Adolescence is a vulnerable period regarding information about sex. Teenagers need people around them, especially parents, to guide them in providing sex education. Therefore, parents must have the knowledge and insight to help teenagers understand sex as early as possible. Objective: to find out the description of parents' knowledge about sex education for teenagers. Method: This research uses a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach. The total sample was 30 respondents. Results: of the 30 respondents, 11 respondents had a good level of knowledge, while there were 10 respondents in the sufficient category and 9 respondents in the poor category. Conclusion: 4 respondents graduated from junior high school, 18 respondents graduated from high school and 8 respondents graduated from bachelor's degrees. Of the respondents who were junior high school graduates, 1 respondent had sufficient knowledge and 2 respondents had insufficient knowledge. There were 5 respondents who graduated from high school who had good knowledge, 6 respondents who had sufficient knowledge and 7 respondents who had poor knowledge. Of the 8 respondents who graduated from bachelor's degrees, 5 respondents had good knowledge, 2 had sufficient knowledge and 1 respondent had poor knowledge.

This research explores the potential of Indonesian animated children's songs videos in supporting vocabulary development in toddlers. Sampling from the "Lagu Anak Indonesia Balita" channel on YouTube, the study utilizes observational methods of visual style and literature review to understand children's visual responses to the content. The results indicate that Indonesian animated children's song videos, with their short duration and repetitive lyrics, can create an enjoyable learning experience. From a phonological perspective, the repetition of sounds in the lyrics aids in the recognition of language sounds. Semantic aspects are represented through the introduction of various vocabulary in an easily digestible manner. The simple syntax of the lyrics supports the understanding of basic sentence structures, and pragmatically, these songs can be applied in everyday communicative contexts. In conclusion, Indonesian animated children's song videos can positively contribute to the vocabulary development of toddlers through a holistic and enjoyable approach. The findings of this research can serve as a foundation for the development of early childhood education curricula that effectively utilize animated media.

Vocational School is a level of secondary education which specifically prepares its graduates to be ready to work. Vocational school graduates are expected to be able to be absorbed and play a big role in the world of work. However, in reality there are still many vocational school graduates who have not been fully absorbed into the world of work. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) for vocational school graduates in Indonesia until November 2022 reached 11.41%, the highest among graduates at other levels of education. The high unemployment rate for vocational school graduates may be related to difficulties in determining career choices. The aim of the PkM activities at SMKN 1 Karanganyar is to help SMKN 1 Karanganyar students optimize their potential so that whatever their career goals are in the future will be achieved. Through this PkM activity, students at SMKN 1 Karanganyar are expected to be able to actualize themselves and align their potential regardless of the choices they make after graduating from SMKN 1 Karanganyar. The service method is carried out using educational methods about education, namely providing knowledge about the meaning of career planning, the benefits of career planning, the importance of career planning, tips for career success along with examples of career planning. Apart from this, training is also provided in making career planning as well as information on how to make a good job application letter, how to make an attractive CV, and tips on how to face job interviews and an introduction to job selection tests. The results of the service increase the knowledge of SMKN 1 Karanganyar students in terms of the world of work and education after graduating from school and can make good career plans for themselves.
