This research aims to find out the marketing mix strategy for ornamental fish to increase sales volume at PT Agung Aquatic Marine, Denpasar Bali. This research uses descriptive qualitative research and also uses SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is an analysis used to evaluate opportunities and threats in the external environment as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the company's internal environment. The results of this research show that an IFAS score of 2.87 indicates a strong internal position, an EFAS score of 2.59 shows that the company responds to existing opportunities in a good way and avoids threats in its industrial market. The Cartesian diagram shows the company's position in an aggressive state, which is very profitable for the company. The marketing strategy used by the company to increase sales is that the company maintains and utilizes quality and varied products so that market segmentation becomes wider or increases, maintains consumer trust by being consistent in the performance provided and actively communicating to create mutually beneficial agreements.

Evaluation of SMILE in Data and Information Management (Case Study of BPJS Employment, Tanjung Morawa Branch) Using the User Compatibility Method. Effective data and information management in financial institutions such as BPJS Employment requires an application system that meets user needs. This research aims to evaluate SMILE at the Tanjung Morawa BPJS Employment Branch using the User Compatibility method, which assesses the extent to which the application meets the user's needs, abilities and expectations. This research method involves a survey of SMILE users at BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch, taking into account aspects of usability, efficiency and user satisfaction. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews and direct observation of smile users. The evaluation results show that SMILE at BPJS Employment Tanjung Morawa Branch has a high level of compatibility with users. The research results show that all EUCS independent variables (indicators), consisting of Content (Content), Format (report), Accurancy (accuracy), Timeliness (speed of presentation), Ease of Use (easy to use), which have a significant relationship with user satisfaction SMILE. Users find this application easy to use, improves work efficiency, and meets their expectations regarding data and information management. However, several recommendations for improvement were also put forward, including increased training for users, improved integration with other systems, and improved data security. This study makes an important contribution to further understanding the extent to which SMILE meets user needs in internal environments. The evaluation results and recommendations produced can serve as guidelines for developing and improving smile in the future.

In measuring company performance, several aspects are needed to identify and evaluate company performance. With increasingly tight competition in the business world, many companies are utilizing various business strategies as support to improve their performance. Implementing a business strategy will be beneficial if its implementation is in accordance with the company's goals, vision and mission. Implementation of business strategy aims to support the company's growth and long-term targets. PT. XYZ is one of the companies in the maritime sector that is currently experiencing quite good business growth, in an effort to achieve its goals. One method of analyzing company strategy is to use the SWOT matrix (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat) and the SPACE Matrix, namely analyzing from an internal company perspective by reviewing the strengths and weaknesses that exist within the company and from an external company perspective by reviewing the company's internal aspects. opportunities and threats that exist outside the company which are then created a matrix to determine PT's position. XYZ. Based on the IFAS matrix, PT XYZ' position is in a relatively good position in facing its internal environment with a value of 2.80. Meanwhile, PT XYZ' EFAS position matrix is in a relatively good position in facing its external environment with a total value of 3.10.
