This study aims to analyze the implementation of video animation-based flipped classroom learning model in increasing students' learning interest in science subjects with material on the structure and function of living organisms in class 8D at SMPN 1 Sanrobone. The low interest in learning science among students is a major problem that needs to be addressed through more attractive and interactive learning innovations. The video animation-based flipped classroom model was chosen because it can optimize classroom learning time for more meaningful activities, while basic concept understanding is done independently through engaging animated videos. This study uses a survey method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The research subjects were  students of class 8D SMPN 1 Sanrobone in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Research instruments used learning interest questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of video animation-based flipped classroom model was able to increase students' learning interest with high categories in aspects of attention, interest, involvement, and learning satisfaction. Animated videos presented before face-to-face learning provide clear visualizations of the structure and function of living organisms, making students more prepared and enthusiastic to participate in discussions and practical activities in class. This learning model also encourages student learning independence and increases active interaction in learning. This study recommends the implementation of video animation-based flipped classroom as an alternative effective and innovative science learning strategy to increase students' learning interest.

Research. Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, STKIP PGRI Papua. The purpose of this study is to examine the Influence of Using Kahoot as an Interactive Learning Media to Increase the Learning Interest of Sixth-Grade Students in Civic Education at SD YPK Bethania Mariadei. This type of research is Experimental research. The population in this study consists of students at SD Bethania Mariadei, while the research sample is 21 students in the sixth grade. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics techniques. Based on the hypothesis testing results, the calculated t-value is 2.926 with a significance of 0.009. The significance value shows 0.009 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which leads to the conclusion that there is a significant and positive effect of using Kahoot media as an interactive learning tool to increase the learning interest of sixth-grade students in Civics subjects at SD YPK Bethania Mariadei. International criminal law is a crucial instrument within the international legal system designed to address serious crimes that transcend national jurisdiction, such as genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. International criminal law serves as a means to uphold justice, maintain international order, and prevent impunity for perpetrators of serious crimes that have a broad impact on the global community. This study aims to examine the enforcement of international criminal law in the modern era, emphasizing law enforcement mechanisms and the role of cooperation between states and international institutions. The research method used is normative juridical research, with an approach to relevant laws and regulations, legal doctrine, and court decisions. The results indicate that the effectiveness of international criminal law enforcement still faces various obstacles, primarily stemming from state political interests, weak commitment to international cooperation, and inconsistencies between legal norms and their implementation. The principle of complementarity is a fundamental element of this system, as it positions states as the primary actors in the prosecution process, while international judicial institutions play a complementary role if national mechanisms are ineffective. Furthermore, harmonization of national laws with international criminal law provisions and strengthening cross-border cooperation are determining factors in the success of law enforcement. This study concludes that synergy between states and international institutions, accompanied by strong political commitment, is a key prerequisite for the realization of a just and sustainable international criminal law enforcement system.

This study aims to examine the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in transforming Buddhist Sunday School education at the Shimakalingga Temple in Jepara in the digital era. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that AI technology is beginning to be utilized in the learning process, such as the use of interactive visual media, Dharma quiz applications, and digital platforms for distance learning. The use of AI has been proven to increase student interest and understanding of Buddhist teachings, as well as support more inclusive and adaptive learning. However, challenges remain, including limited resources, lack of teacher training, and the need for ethical guidelines for the use of AI in the context of religious education. This study concludes that AI plays a significant role in supporting the transformation of Buddhist education, but its use must remain balanced with spiritual values and the role of teachers as moral guides. Therefore, collaboration between the temple, educators, and technology is needed to create a sustainable learning system based on Dharma values.

Innovation in biology learning is increasingly necessary, as conventional instructional practices are often dominated by memorization-based methods that limit students’ active engagement and critical thinking development. Along with rapid advances in science and technology, digital applications offer new opportunities to enhance teaching and learning processes. One such application is Canva, a digital design platform that can be utilized as an effective learning media to support teachers and students in biology education. This study aims to describe the implementation of Canva-based learning media through a training program conducted at SMA Islam Terpadu Daarul Rahman and to examine its perceived usefulness for both teachers and students. The training involved teachers in developing biology learning materials using Canva by integrating visual elements, images, and videos to present complex biological concepts more clearly. The results of the training indicate that Canva is considered practical, user-friendly, and efficient by teachers in designing learning materials. Teachers reported that the application helped them present content in a more attractive and structured manner. Furthermore, students benefited from the use of Canva-based materials, as they demonstrated better understanding of the subject matter and increased interest in learning biology. The integration of visual and multimedia elements also supported the development of students’ critical thinking skills by encouraging analysis and interpretation of biological phenomena. Overall, the use of Canva as a learning medium shows potential to enhance the quality of biology learning and foster more meaningful learning experiences.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to the delivery of da'wah messages to young people. Audiovisual media has become an effective means of attracting interest, enhancing understanding, and increasing the participation of mosque youth in development activities. This service aims to analyze the use of audiovisual media as a means of developing mosque youth at Barisan Mujahid Matita (BMM), Medan. The method used is a qualitative approach through observation and audiovisual production training, which can improve the skills of young people in creating da'wah content, strengthen understanding of development material, and boost enthusiasm in participating in mosque activities. In addition, audiovisual media has proven to help BMM enhance the quality of documentation and publication of activities. The purpose of this study is to develop teaching materials in the form of interactive textbooks on the subject of Rukun Iman (the Five Pillars of Islam) for MIS NU students in Palangkaraya City. The motive for this study is the need for more contextual and relevant teaching resources on Aqidah Akhlak (Islamic beliefs and morals) in order to optimize students' understanding. The ADDIE development model, which includes the phases of needs analysis, product design, development, implementation, and evaluation, was used in this study. Validation was carried out by subject matter experts, design experts, and educators as practitioners to ensure the suitability of the product. Based on the validation results, subject matter experts and designers consistently rated the teaching materials as “very feasible” in terms of media functionality, visual appeal, and material completeness. Improved learning outcomes through pre- and post-tests, as well as a feasibility rate of 93.02%, were demonstrated during implementation in a field test with 30 second-grade students. Moderate to significant learning gains were shown by N-Gain analysis. The findings prove the effectiveness of interactive learning books in improving students' understanding of the Five Pillars of Islam and providing alternative teaching resources that are more interesting and easier to understand. It is hoped that this publication will serve as a guide for educators in Islamic elementary schools to maximize the teaching of Aqidah Akhlak.

The rapid development of e-commerce as part of the broader digital transformation has introduced various new forms of transactions that were not explicitly recognized in classical Islamic jurisprudence. These include digital contracts, non-physical goods, cloud-based services, and electronic payment systems. Such innovations present a range of legal challenges, particularly concerning the validity of contracts, the legal status of digital products, the permissibility and security of electronic payment methods, and the protection of consumers in online transactions. To address these challenges, Islamic scholars have increasingly turned to ijtihad the process of independent reasoning and interpretation—as a methodology capable of providing legal solutions for contemporary issues. This study employs a qualitative approach, primarily through literature review, to examine the foundational principles of ijtihad, various methodological tools, and their applicability to different aspects of e-commerce transactions. The findings demonstrate that ijtihad methods, including qiyās (analogical reasoning), istislāh (consideration of public interest), istihsān (juridical preference), and ‘urf (customary practice), enable Islamic law to remain adaptive and flexible, while still oriented toward justice and public welfare. By applying these methods, Islamic jurisprudence can provide legal certainty, uphold fairness, and ensure that e-commerce practices align with Shariah principles, ultimately fostering trust and ethical behavior in the digital marketplace.

This study aims to describe teachers' strategies in developing early childhood language skills at the AS-SA'ADAH Early Childhood Education Centre. It is known that strategies are importantThis appears to be part of a larger context, likely related to educational development teachers must have ideas on how to design and implement these strategies using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through direct observation of learning activities, interviews, and documentation. The analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that teachers develop children's language skills through storytelling, interactive conversations, singing, and the use of self-made pictures and simple teaching aids. Based on interviews, these strategies not only enrich the vocabulary of early childhood language but also encourage children to be more active in speaking and interacting with their peers and teachers. Language learning associated with educational play activities has been proven to be more interesting for children in the learning process so that it seems natural, because most children tend to get bored with monotonous learning processes. Thus, children's language skills can grow and develop optimally if a teacher is creative, patient, and communicative learning environment.

Early English mastery is a long-term educational investment that should be supported by instructional approaches aligned with children’s developmental characteristics. This community service program aimed to systematically implement the *English Through Play* approach, enhance English learning interest, and create positive learning experiences for children aged 4–6 years at Samantha English Course. The program was conducted participatorily through preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages over eight weeks. The *English Through Play* approach was applied through various activities, including action songs, flashcard games, storytelling with gestures, and simple role play. Evaluation was carried out descriptively through observation of participation, verbal responses, children’s expressions, and simple oral tests to measure basic vocabulary mastery. The results showed that more than 80% of the children were actively engaged during the learning sessions. Approximately 70–85% demonstrated increased learning interest, as reflected in their enthusiasm, verbal participation, and positive responses to English instructions. In addition, most children were able to recognize and pronounce 5–10 basic vocabulary items based on the learning themes and perform simple self-introductions. The program also produced a play-based learning guide that can be sustainably implemented by the partner institution. In conclusion, the *English Through Play* approach proved effective in enhancing young learners’ interest and participation in early English learning. This model can serve as a practical and replicable alternative for similar non-formal educational institutions.

The use of e-wallets is increasing in Indonesia, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The most popular digital wallets in Indonesia, such as Go-Pay, OVO, ShopeePay, Dana, and LinkAja, have adapted the mobile banking system, making it easy for users to download the app through the Play Store or App Store. According to Insight Asia, DANA is ranked third in terms of number of users after Gopay and OVO, with 221 respondents from major Indonesian cities. As an e-wallet platform created by PT Espay Debit Indonesi Koe Indonesia in 2018, DANA, as a local company, attracts people's interest and has become a popular choice. This study aims to identify the relationship and influence between Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use on Decision to Use E-wallet, especially DANA, with Intention to Use E-wallet as an intervention variable. Through regression tests, the research findings show that Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use have a positive and significant effect on Intention to Use DANA, and Intention to Use DANA has a significant effect on Decision to Use DANA. Intention to Use E-wallet mediates the relationship between Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use with Decision to Use DANA. This result is obtained by looking at the results of statistical processing, where the p-value <0.005. These findings imply that the perceived usefulness and ease of use of the DANA application has the potential to encourage user interest in using e-wallets, which in turn can influence users' decisions to adopt DANA as an electronic payment method.

This article aims to provide a comprehensive literature review on how professional ethics can serve as an effective strategy to prevent fund misuse within organizational financial management. Professional ethics is viewed as a set of moral values, behavioral norms, and professional standards that guide financial managers to perform their duties with honesty, responsibility, and without conflicts of interest. In the context of financial management, these duties include recording, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting financial activities, all of which require accuracy and transparency. The study highlights five main principles of professional ethics: integrity, objectivity, professional competence, confidentiality, and professional behavior. These principles clarify rules, strengthen accountability, and ensure that financial processes comply with established standards. The literature review shows that applying professional ethics not only encourages individuals to act correctly but also enhances responsibility, improves performance, and strengthens financial oversight. Integrity and objectivity play a crucial role in preventing report manipulation, budget inflation, and fund misuse, as these principles demand moral courage and fair decision-making. Professional competence ensures that every financial process is carried out accurately and in accordance with regulations, while confidentiality protects sensitive information from misuse. Professional behavior emphasizes adherence to laws, organizational policies, and professional standards. The article also identifies several supporting factors that enable the effective implementation of professional ethics, such as strong internal policies, leadership commitment to integrity, an ethical workplace culture, layered supervision systems, and continuous ethics training. Conversely, common challenges include weak internal controls, limited understanding of ethics, organizational pressure, conflicts of interest, and inconsistent application of ethical standards. Therefore, this article underscores that integrating professional ethics into organizational financial policies, procedures, and management systems is a key step in preventing fund misuse and strengthening stakeholder trust in the organization’s transparency and accountability.

This study aims to examine the role of transformational leadership in enhancing innovative work behavior through organizational learning readiness and knowledge sharing behavior as mediating variables among employees of Brighton Real Estate Spazio Surabaya. Employing a quantitative explanatory research design, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 98 employees of Brighton Real Estate Spazio Surabaya. Data were analyzed using the Smart-PLS 3.2 software for hypothesis testing. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect (β = 0.311) on organizational learning readiness, and a positive and significant effect (β = 0.333) on knowledge sharing behavior. Organizational learning readiness also positively and significantly affects knowledge sharing behavior (β = 0.359). However, transformational leadership shows a negative and insignificant effect (β = −0.033) on innovative work behavior, while organizational learning readiness exhibits a positive but insignificant effect (β = 0.167) on innovative work behavior. Interestingly, knowledge sharing behavior demonstrates a negative and significant effect (β = −0.514) on innovative work behavior.

In the context of Indonesia's post-pandemic financial market dynamics, investment and financing decisions often face challenges of cash flow uncertainty and capital cost volatility, requiring a Profitability Index (PI) and Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) perspective to ensure optimal resource allocation to maximize company value. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of investment and financing decisions through the integration of PI and WACC based on a synthesis of the latest literature. A descriptive qualitative approach was used through a literature study with secondary data from financial journals and textbooks from 2021-2025, collected from Google Scholar and university repositories, then analyzed thematically with data reduction, presentation, and literature triangulation to interpret the PI, IRR, and WACC indicators. The results show that PI is consistently >1 (ratio of 1.15-1.45) and IRR > WACC (average of 10-12%), confirming the feasibility of 70% of manufacturing projects, while WACC of 9.8% from the optimal capital structure (debt ratio of 40-50%) supports an effective tax shield, despite being constrained by multiple IRRs, conflicting metric rankings, and BI interest rate fluctuations that increase implicit costs by up to 15%. It can be concluded that PI-WACC integration increases theoretical profitability by 12% through precise allocation, but is limited by the generalization of secondary data; a hybrid model with mixed-method validation is recommended for the non-manufacturing sector in emerging markets.

Strategically, the professional code of ethics serves as the foundation of accountability and a key tool for building and maintaining public trust in tax practitioners and accountants. The code of ethics serves as a guideline for maintaining integrity, objectivity, independence, and professional responsibility in every task amid the increasingly complex and competitive dynamics of the business world. The purpose of this study is to examine how the regular application of a professional code of ethics is essential to improving the quality of financial reporting and tax compliance, while preventing malpractice and conflicts of interest. Professional ethical principles and their implementation in the workplace are discussed through a conceptual approach. The results of the study show that compliance with the code of ethics can increase public trust and enhance the credibility of the profession. However, in order for the accounting and tax practitioner professions to remain relevant, professional, and trusted by the public, it is necessary to internalize ethical values to counterbalance economic pressures, client needs, and advances in digital technology.

The Attorney General's Office plays a strategic role as a neutral facilitator that initiates, leads, and oversees the peace process, from peace offers and mediation to the issuance of a suspension of prosecution based on Attorney General Regulation No. 15 of 2020, while still considering the best interests of children, the restoration of social relations, and the legal benefits for all parties. This approach is considered effective in minimizing the traumatic impact of formal judicial proceedings on children while encouraging the social reintegration of perpetrators. However, the implementation of restorative justice still faces internal obstacles, such as limited operational regulations, the understanding and capacity of law enforcement officials, and suboptimal infrastructure. On the other hand, external obstacles arise from low public awareness of the law, a tendency to demand severe punishment, and a culture that emphasizes pride, which hinders the acceptance of peaceful resolutions. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening regulations, improving the competence of officials, optimizing the function of Restorative Justice Houses, and intensifying public awareness so that the application of restorative justice in cases of child abuse is not only a procedural alternative but truly functions as a fair and sustainable recovery mechanism.

The right to immunity for advocates is an important instrument to ensure that advocates can practice their profession freely, especially in defending clients' interests in court, without being disturbed by legal threats. However, this right is not absolute and can be lost if the advocate violates the code of ethics or harms the dignity of the court, as in the case of Razman Arif Nasution, which raised questions about the balance between professional protection and ethical responsibility. This paper aims to examine the limits of the right to immunity for advocates in the context of violations of professional ethics, as well as explore its legal implications for the disciplinary mechanisms of advocate organizations. The method used is normative juridical, with a statute approach and a case study approach. The study findings indicate that advocate protection must still be linked to compliance with professional ethics, so that in practice disciplinary mechanisms have a strategic role in upholding professionalism.

This research aims to normatively analyze the role and implementation of public participation in the legislative process, specifically concerning the formation of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) Law. Public participation is an essential principle in a democratic state, ensuring the legitimacy, transparency, and accountability of legal products. This normative review focuses on the legal framework governing community participation in law making, as mandated by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia and related regulations. The analysis reveals a gap between the ideal normative principle of meaningful participation and the empirical practice in the legislation of the TNI Law. Legislative processes involving the defense and security sector are often overshadowed by issues of secrecy and limited information accessibility, thereby impeding substantial public participation. It is necessary to strengthen the regulatory framework and establish more open, inclusive, and continuous mechanisms to ensure that public aspirations and interests, including those of civil society groups and academics, are adequately considered at every stage of law formation, especially for strategic legislation like the TNI Law.

This research aims to analyze collaboration strategies in educational services and identify the challenges and implications of implementing collaborative governance at the District Education and Culture Regional Coordinator Office (Korwilcambidik) in Bener District, Purworejo Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and document study. The research findings indicate that cross-sector collaboration between government, educational institutions, and the community serves as an adaptive strategy for improving the effectiveness of public services in the field of education. Although the collaboration has been successful, there are still obstacles such as the lack of a formal legal basis, low levels of trust between agencies, and differences in interests and limited resources. Factors such as collaborative leadership, open communication, and community participation play an important role in maintaining the sustainability of cross-sectoral cooperation. This research concludes that the implementation of collaborative governance in the education sector has the potential to become an effective, transparent, and sustainable model of government governance if supported by institutional commitment and a trust-based work culture.

Syphilis is one of the reproductive health problems that remains a challenge in Indonesia, with a trend of increasing cases, while the level of adolescent knowledge about this disease is still low. Educational efforts are needed to improve adolescent understanding, one of which is through video media which is considered more interesting because it combines visual and audio elements. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of video as an educational medium in improving adolescent knowledge about syphilis at SMKS Al Hikmah 2 Sirampog, Brebes Regency. This type of research is a pre-experimental study with a one group pretest-posttest design. The study sample consisted of 47 students selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a syphilis knowledge questionnaire administered before and after the educational video intervention. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and N-Gain calculation. The study showed that Results Before the intervention, the level of knowledge of respondents was in the good category for 24 students (51.1%), sufficient for 11 students (25.5%), and poor for 12 students (23.4%). After being given the educational video intervention, there was a significant increase with all respondents (100%) being in the good category. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test showed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p-value = 0.000). N-Gain analysis categorized the increase in knowledge as high. The study concluded that video media has proven effective as an educational tool in increasing adolescent knowledge about syphilis, making it a viable alternative learning medium in reproductive health programs.
