This study aims to explore the concept of Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence and its role in developing high-quality human resources, with a specific focus on the implementation at SMAIT Ash-Shohwah Berau. Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence refers to a form of spiritual capacity derived from deep interaction with the Qur’an, encompassing the intelligence of the spirit, soul, heart, and moral consciousness. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach to provide an in-depth understanding of the phenomenon. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with teachers and students, participant observations during religious and academic activities, and documentation analysis of school programs. The findings reveal that the cultivation of Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence at SMAIT Ash-Shohwah Berau is systematically integrated into the school’s curriculum and extracurricular programs, particularly through the high-quality Tahfidzul Qur’an program, which is mandatory for all students. The process of memorizing the Qur’an is not only aimed at achieving mastery of verses but also at nurturing closeness to Allah SWT, shaping attitudes and values that form the foundation of high-quality human resources. Students participating in the program demonstrate notable improvements in discipline, responsibility, enthusiasm for learning, social competence, emotional regulation, honesty, independence, and leadership skills. Furthermore, the study highlights that Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence serves as a transformative element, influencing both academic achievement and personal character. It fosters an integrated development that balances intellectual capability with moral integrity, enabling students to contribute meaningfully to society. The results suggest that embedding Qur’anic Spiritual Intelligence in educational settings can be a strategic pathway for producing graduates who are not only academically competent but also spiritually grounded and socially responsible. This has significant implications for Islamic education institutions aiming to develop comprehensive human resources aligned with Qur’anic values and the demands of the modern world.

Education is basically a conscious effort to grow and develop the potential of human resources (HR), especially for students by providing encouragement and providing good facilities through learning activities. In addition, each individual must have the ability and willingness to learn so that the learning objectives can be achieved. The achievement of each individual from each learning process is called learning achievement. As for one of the supporting factors that are dominant in influencing learning achievement is the intelligence of each individual student. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the level of intelligence has on learning achievement, especially in the field of Islamic religious education (PAI) at MAN 1 Sukabumi City. The research method used is survey method with correlational analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis performed, it was found that intelligence has a significant effect on learning achievement. This is evidenced by the t count of 7.811 with a significance level of 0.01 and 0.05. Based on the data analysis test, it was also found that F was 61.011 with a significance value of 0.01 (p <0.05). This shows that intelligence has a significant influence on student achievement. Apart from the F value, an R square value of 0.592 is also obtained, which means that 59.2% of student achievement in PAI is influenced by the level of intelligence, while the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors such as motivation or learning environment. Then the results of the research conducted can be concluded that the level of intelligence has a significant effect on student achievement in PAI either partially or simultaneously. The other supporting factors are motivation, socioeconomic, class climate or learning methods which support student achievement, especially in Islamic Religious Education.

The intelligence of students in the contemporary era is no longer traditionally measured from cognitive achievement alone. The development of research on children's intelligence states that the ability to multi-intelligence is currently needed in the era of Society 5.0. Because at this time one's intelligence is required to be able to balance the development of an increasingly fast era and changing situations that are uncertain. In Islamic education, human intelligence is based on divine values contained in the Qur'an as the core principle of intelligence. Because the core of Islamic teachings is aimed at developing one's potential as well as leading to an optimal direction. This study is a library research, data is collected from various literatures, then the data is processed by synthesizing various relationships between existing data and analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results of the study indicate that in order to increase the intelligence of students in the 5.0 era, it is necessary to strengthen contemporary learning models that are relevant in Islamic education. This learning model increases critical-religious reasoning which becomes the capital for students not only to think rationally but also to strengthen the awareness of divinity.
