Early marriage can have negative impacts on reproductive health and the lives of those involved. This study in South Bangka Regency aimed to analyze the relationship between geographic and socio-cultural factors and early marriage. Using a cross-sectional design and Chi-Square statistical test with a 95% confidence level (ρ ≤0.05), the study found that geographic factors did not significantly relate to early marriage (p=0.102). However, logistic regression analysis indicated that female adolescents living in coastal areas had a 1.49 times higher risk of early marriage compared to those living on the mainland. Socio-cultural factors, particularly education, showed a significant relationship (p=0.016), with lower education levels correlating with a higher likelihood of early marriage. Conversely, ethnicity did not show a significant relationship (p=0.147). Although cultural factors were not statistically significant, traditions and cultural norms still influence marriage decisions. Therefore, enhancing education, increasing awareness of the negative impacts of early marriage, and community interventions are crucial. Health professionals are advised to improve education and counseling on reproductive health and the effects of early marriage, adopt a proactive approach in communities, especially in coastal and isolated areas, and collaborate with schools and community organizations. Regular training and effective monitoring systems are also necessary to ensure the success of early marriage prevention programs    

Regency roads are local roads which do not include roads connecting the district capital to other districts, but their network is diverse as a link for local activities, namely connector roads between villages, between sub-districts, production center roads and environmental roads in residential areas. This research focuses on roads in Kaur Selatan District and Maje District, Kaur Regency, Bengkulu Province with a total length of 128.50 km with a total of 68 sections. There are several sub-district roads which are a road network that is integrated with national roads. In general, this road section is often used by various types of vehicles, from light to heavy vehicles. Utilization of roads that do not match their class and the influence of the weather climate in areas that are quite extreme result in landslides so that the road body becomes narrow and heavily damaged. As a result of damage to existing roads, community activities are hampered. The purpose of this research is to provide information to the Bengkulu Regency government in preparing priority planning, determining the type of pavement that is appropriate to the location of the road section and determining the calculation of the costs required. The results of research and calculations show that the cost required for road repairs is IDR. 70,788,844,000 for a period of 5 years. The priority scale consists of 17 sections with a cost of Rp. 57,541,204,000.

Hypertension is a condition where there is an increase in systolic blood pressure of 140 mmHg or more and diastolic blood pressure of 90 mmHg or more. Hypertension can be caused by poor diet and lack of physical activity, The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of low impact aerobic gymnastics on changes in blood pressure in the elderly at Damai Ranomuut Nursing Home in Manado. This study was conducted with a pre post test design where the sample was observed first before being given treatment (pre test) and after being given treatment (post test) the sample was observed again. Respondents were 12 people, data collection was carried out using observation sheets. Furthermore, the data was analysed with the Wilcoxon test with a significance level (α) of 0,05. The results of the study using the T-test statistical test obtained pre-post results with a ρ value = 0,000 where the ρ value < α = 0,05. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of low impact aerobic gymnastics on changes in blood pressure in the elderly at Damai Ranomuut Nursing Home. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of low impact aerobic gymnastics on changes in blood pressure in the elderly at Damai Ranomuut Nursing Home in Manado. Suggestions for the elderly at Damai Ranomuut Nursing Home to increase knowledge and awareness about the importance of maintaining health in order to avoid high blood pressure disease.

The current phenomenon is that higher education has become a commodity that is needed by society in an effort to improve people's living standards. Where quality tertiary institutions are seen literally by the community from the facilities and infrastructure they have as well as the satisfaction of students within the tertiary institution itself. So the aim of this research is to see the influence of service quality on student satisfaction in the political science study program at Jambi University, both simultaneously and partially. The data used are primary and secondary data. Where primary data was obtained from distributing questionnaires to 85 students who were the research samples. The research method used is a quantitative method, while the research tool used is path analysis. The research results show that there is a significant influence of service quality on student satisfaction, both simultaneously amounting to 75%.

This qualitative research aims to explore the role of Strategic Financial Fluency (SFF) as a catalyst for growth in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The study employs a multi-method approach integrating literature review, case studies, and expert interviews to construct a comprehensive understanding of SFF and its impact on MSMEs' growth trajectories. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling of MSMEs representing diverse industries and geographical locations to ensure comprehensive data collection. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, focusing on identifying patterns and themes related to SFF adoption, utilization, and its influence on business growth. The findings reveal that MSMEs equipped with Strategic Financial Fluency demonstrate higher adaptability, resilience, and growth potential. Moreover, SFF facilitates informed decision-making, efficient resource allocation, and strategic planning, thus fostering sustainable growth in MSMEs. This research contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the pivotal role of financial literacy and strategic financial management in enhancing the competitiveness and growth prospects of MSMEs in a dynamic business environment.

This qualitative inquiry aims to explore the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on promoting ethical business practices within the realm of digital marketing in Indonesia. The research model adopts a qualitative approach, utilizing semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders in the digital marketing sector. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation from various sectors such as industry professionals, policymakers, and consumer advocacy groups. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of recurring themes and patterns related to the integration of AI in digital marketing practices and its influence on ethical considerations. Preliminary findings suggest that AI implementation in digital marketing facilitates transparency, personalization, and accountability, thereby fostering ethical practices among businesses operating in Indonesia's digital landscape. This study contributes to the ongoing discourse on the ethical implications of AI adoption in emerging markets, providing insights for policymakers and industry stakeholders to develop frameworks that promote responsible AI use in business operations.

Brushing teeth properly and correctly is an important factor for maintaining oral health. The success of maintaining oral and dental health is also influenced by the pattern of brushing teeth. The pattern of brushing teeth includes the technique of brushing teeth, the time and frequency of brushing teeth. The problem in this study is poor oral and dental hygiene in elementary school children (46.4%). Dental and oral hygiene is an important factor for dental and oral health to be free from disease, therefore dental and oral hygiene must be maintained and maintained in order to create optimal health. Objective: Knowing the relationship of brushing patterns with dental and oral hygiene in elementary school children. Method:. Collecting data on brushing patterns by filling out a checklist on the observation sheet and interview sheet. Collecting dental and oral hygiene data using an examination sheet. Respondents in this study amounted to 110 students, who were taken by simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used was the Chi-square test. Results: The pattern of brushing teeth in the poor category is 89 respondents (80.9%), dental and oral hygiene is in the bad category, namely 51 respondents (46.4%). The results of the Chi-square test are P value 0.002.Conclusion: That there is a relationship between the pattern of brushing teeth with dental and oral hygiene in elementary school children.    

This research aims to analyze and study the influence of marination with Arabica coffee grounds on processed beef in terms of physical quality and consumer acceptance. The study was conducted at the Laboratory of the Culinary Education Program, Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, from March 22, 2022, to September 25, 2023. The research method employed was experimental. The samples used in this study were processed beef marinated with Arabica coffee grounds for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes. Subsequently, a panel test was conducted with 30 moderately trained panelists who evaluated predetermined aspects of consumer acceptance. Based on the results of the statistical hypothesis test using Anova for the physical quality test, it was found that there is an influence of marination with Arabica coffee grounds for 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes on the aspect of meat tenderness. According to the results of the statistical hypothesis test for consumer acceptance using the Friedman test, it was found that the texture of processed beef was influenced. Based on the results of the Tukey's test, in terms of product preference for surface color, coffee flavor, meat flavor, texture, coffee aroma, and distinctive meat aroma, the product most preferred from the research was processed beef marinated with Arabica coffee grounds for 120 minutes.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. This research summarizes findings from related journal literature to investigate the influence of training and work discipline on employee performance. Through a literature review, this article outlines the positive relationship between work discipline and employee performance, as well as the role of work discipline in increasing efficiency and effectiveness in the workplace. The various empirical studies reviewed show that a high level of training and a strong level of work discipline can form more productive and high-performing employees. The literature also highlights the importance of integrating human resource management strategies that focus on increasing training and implementing effective work discipline. This research provides an in-depth understanding of these concepts and emphasizes their relevance in the modern organizational context. In conclusion, this article provides a solid theoretical foundation for further research and provides practical insights for human resource management in improving employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of per capita income, education level, the productive-age population, and the human development index on poverty levels in Indonesian provinces. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and the World Bank. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that per capita income, education level, and the human development index have a significant influence on poverty levels in Indonesian provinces. However, the number of productive-age population does not have a significant influence on poverty. These findings have important policy implications in efforts to reduce poverty levels in Indonesian provinces.

Background: Pneumonia is part of respiratory tract infections in children and is one of the diseases that causes the most deaths in toddlers. According to data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for 2021, based on 34 provinces of pneumonia in toddlers, Bali ranks ninth with the largest coverage of pneumonia in toddlers, namely 28.6% of cases with 23 cases of deaths in toddlers. The purpose of this research is to describe the mapping and patterns the spread of pneumonia in toddlers in Denpasar City in 2022 based on Geographic Information Systems (GIS Methods The design in this study uses descriptive quantitative with the research design used is cross sectional. Sampling of 260 samples was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using spatial classification analysis. Results: From the results of the study it was found that the spread of pneumonia in toddlers in Denpasar City in 2022 was classified into three categories namely high, medium and low. The pattern of distribution of pneumonia cases in Denpasar City in 2022 is the highest in West Denpasar District with 94 cases. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that the West Denpasar Subdistrict region has the highest cases and the lowest cases are found in the East Denpasar Subdistrict region. Age, gender and population density are risk factors that influence the high incidence of pneumonia in children under five in Denpasar City.

Joint pain is a disease that is familiar in everyday life. and mostly in elderly people who are close to joint pain disorders which is a degenerative disease. Apart from the age factor, there are many things that influence the rate at which joint pain occurs due to the fact that many elderly people do not control their lifestyle such as regular exercise, diet and so on. Pain often occurs in the hands or fingers, knees, hips and spine. This disease generally develops gradually and gets worse over time, disrupting the sufferer's ability to do physical activity. Methods of exercise therapy for osteoarthritis are therapy in the form of active movement exercises and in the form of exercises using resistance/weights which aim to train the muscles so that the muscles become relaxed, preventing limitations. movement, maintain muscle elasticity and increase muscle strength. Exercise therapy will minimize injury by strengthening the muscles supporting the joints, restoring strength and range of motion so that activities can be carried out as before. Activities that are beneficial for health should meet the FITT criteria (frequency, intensity, time, type). Frequency is how often the activity is done, intensity is how hard the activity is done, usually divided into low, medium and high intensity. Time refers to the duration of the activity and the type of physical activity carried out. Community service activities are aimed at all elderly people in order to increase knowledge and alternatives about non-pharmacological therapies that are relatively safe from side effects.  

Nutritional intake plays an important role in optimizing baby's growth and development. The amount of nutritional intake consumed is also influenced by the process of eating activities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Baby Led Weaning Method on baby weight in the Patingalloang Community Health Center Working Area. Quantitative research method with experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research population was toddlers experiencing stunting who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Research results: The intervention group with a sample size of 20 children experienced an average weight gain of 0.85 kg. The control group also experienced an average increase of 0.65 kg with a test value of p value = 0.000, where it was concluded that there was an effect of giving MP-ASI using the Baby Led Weaning Method on the weight of babies aged 9-12 months in the working area of the Patingalloang Community Health Center.

This study aims to determine and explain the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang. The object of this study is employees of PT Apparel One Indonesia 1, especially the production department with a total population of 1950 employees and a sample of 95. The data collection technique in this study uses random sampling, where everyone in the target population has an equal opportunity to be selected. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. The research data processing used SPSS version 25. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 2. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang, 3. Leadership style and work environment together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Apparel One Indonesia 1 Semarang.

The rapid advancement of technology has had a significant impact on children's lives, with many opting to play and learn through digital devices like smartphones and computers. This trend potentially hinders their character development, particularly due to reduced interaction with parents and teachers. Character education, which should be a fundamental part of children's growth, is often neglected due to the negative influences of technology. This study aims to analyze the role of parents and teachers in character education for children in the digital era and its effects on moral development. The research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing literature review and interviews with parents and teachers. The state of the art in this research refers to Lawrence Kohlberg's moral development theory, which explains how children understand moral rules according to their age. The novelty of this study lies in emphasizing the importance of collaboration between parents and teachers in nurturing children's character while avoiding authoritarian approaches that may hinder their development. The results indicate that active involvement from both parents and teachers is crucial in shaping children's character, and consistent guidance is needed to address the challenges posed by digital development. In conclusion, a balanced character education that integrates digital exposure with moral values is essential in shaping a generation with integrity and maturity.

Comparison of the education systems in Russia and Indonesia by describing the history of Russia's development as a world superpower and detailing the evolution of the Russian education system from the imperial era to the modern era. This article outlines several key points in the history of Russian education, including the role of education during the empire, the impact of the October Revolution of 1917, the Soviet Union period, and modern educational reform under the leadership of Vladimir Putin.The discussion covers various aspects, such as curriculum changes, improving the quality of education, modernizing infrastructure, and the role of religion in the education system. The writings also highlight political changes and nationalist policies affecting education in Russia, as well as the emphasis on traditional values ​​and patriotism. Objective of this study: To determine the influence of product quality on customer loyalty. To determine the influence of price perception on customer loyalty. To determine  the  influence  of  advertising  on  customer  loyalty.  This  research  uses  a quantitative approach.  Sampling techniques used are  nonprobability sampling with random samplings, while the researcher deliberately determine their sample according to the area and qualified by some requirements. Population of this study is all gender aged 15 - 45 years and customer of Liyanti Beauty Store in Blora City, Central Java, sample of this research amounted to 90 respondents. Data collection method used is a scale with a dependent variable is customer loyalty and its independent variables, i.e., product quality, price perception, and advertising. Data analysis techniques use a double linear regression analysis test with application of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 22.0 for Windows program. The result of this research : Product quality has the most influence over customer loyalty. Price perception has no influence on customer loyalty. Advertising has no influence on customer loyalty. While the results of research simultaneously show that product quality, price perception, and advertising influence over customer loyalty.
