Efficient management of these allocated funds requires competent human resources to ensure that the financing reaches its rightful beneficiaries. This study investigates the phenomenon of human resources within zakat institutions based on the tasks and responsibilities carried out, which are notably complex. It underscores the influential role of human resources in the performance of zakat institutions. Human resources play a crucial role as professional assets for zakat administrators, adhering to specific standards. This writing aims to comprehend the strategic role of human resource management in zakat fund administration through a review of literature, legal regulations, and empirical evidence

The potential of zakat maal in Islamic economics is that zakat is a fiscal instrument in economic practice that has been used since the Prophet Muhammad SAW, and based on historical records zakat has played a very important role in the income distribution mechanism in the economy. This can be realized if the potential of zakat can truly be explored effectively and efficiently. The potential of zakat maal in improving the welfare of the poor at BAZNAS Padang Lawas is that the potential for zakat increases by 5% - 10% every year. Zakat Management Details the Management of Zakat Given from an Institution to Prospective Zakat Recipients Required in Distributing Zakat. In this research, the author tries to make research and analysis regarding the management of zakat distribution at the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation which includes planning, organizing, distributing zakat, as well as monitoring the validity of muzaki when receiving zakat, such as the validity of muzaki in terms of where one lives and the family. , and education. The results of this study will show that the North Sumatra Regional Unit PLN Baitul Mall Foundation has become a leading organization for distributing ZIS (zakat, infaq, and shadaqoh) in the PT PLN (Persero) environment in order to make mustahik become muzaki.

This study aims to find out how far the implementation of the Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency, what are the obstacles and to find out what efforts have been made by the Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency to overcome these obstacles . The Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, hereinafter referred to as Regency BAZNAS, is an institution that carries out national zakat management in Pangandaran Regency. BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency is a Zakat Management organization formed by the Government with the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat in accordance with Islamic religious provisions and applicable laws and regulations. In this study the method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. From the results of the research and discussion, it shows that the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pangandaran Regency Number 5 of 2015 concerning Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency has not been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the lack of effective communication between the BAZNAS of Pangandaran Regency and the Regional Head as a political position as well as the regional Secretariat whose job is to assist regional heads in formulating policies and coordinating regional offices and regional technical institutions. The absence of strict sanctions from the regional head to civil servants who do not comply with these regulations has hindered poverty alleviation from Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh funds collected by BAZNAS. Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh carried out by BAZNAS did not reach the target, as a result the assistance distributed by BAZNAS tended to be consumptive funds with little value. Lack of quality and quantity of Human Resources for BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency, so when the aid funds were channeled for business capital assistance, BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency did not provide assistance and utilization of beneficiaries, so that the funds received were ultimately not optimal for poverty alleviation, and led to when the business capital runs out, in the end the business closes.

This study aims to find out about the application of the maslahah concept in public consumption in the Lasi district to achieving maximum utility. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using interview data collection techniques. The informants in this study were the people in the Lasi district with a total of 30 informants. The selection of informants was carried out by accidental sampling technique. From the results of the research conducted, it was found that maslahah can only be obtained when consumption is carried out on goods in accordance with Islamic law, not exaggerating in fulfilling consumption goods and in terms of achieving maximum utility, society prioritizes the principle of spiritualism in achieving happiness both in this world and in the hereafter by means of zakat, infaq and alms.

Aplikasi ini mengadakan layanan untuk pengguna yang ingin memberikan zakat, infaq, sedekah atau wakaf maka memberikan kemudahan bagi penggunanya untuk berpartisipasi memberikan sebagian hartanya melalui smartphone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dimana hubungan dengan penelitian ini ialah menjelaskan penggunaan aplikasi LinkAja Syariah dalam pembayaran digital. Hasil penelitian ini ialah penggunan digitalisasi dalam penghimpun dana ZISWAF melalui Layanan Syariah LinkAja, menjadikan kegiatan pembayaran dana ZISWAF bersama muzakki dengan mudah dan efesien yang bisa dilakukan kapan dan dimana saja. Sesudah mempraktikkan penyaluran secara digital dengan aplikasi Layanan Syariah LinkAja, hingga sekarang ini penyaluran dana zakat, infaq ataupun sedekah melaju naik, serta tidak ada indikator riba, gharar, maysir, judi dalam pelaksanaannya. Jika ada muzakki yang menyalurkan dana ZISWAF bisa cukup dengan scan QRIS.
