Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is an indicator to see the level of women's health. Based on the Indonesian Health Demographic Survey (SDKI), MMR in Indonesia in Indonesia, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia was 305/100,000 live births, with this, maternal mortality cases in Indonesia still have not succeeded in reaching the SDG's target,. Meanwhile in Indramayu Regency in 2023, namely 34 mothers out of 42,569 births, a decrease from the figure in 2022. Indramayu Regency has the highest prevalence of anemia, namely 32.29%. The aim of this research is to determine the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia at the Plumbon Regency Health Center Indramayu. The method used is descriptive research with a cross-sectional research design. Data was obtained using a questionnaire sheet from previous research which was then retested with a total of 35 mothers as respondents. The results showed that respondents had a good level of knowledge of 48.1%, 77.8% were aged 20-35 years, 81.5% had a high school/vocational school education, and 55.6% did not work. The conclusion is that the majority of mothers who have well-informed babies are aged 20-35 years, have a high school/vocational education, and do not work.

First year university students would experience a transition period from high school to college. This transition period was a challenge experienced by new students. Several aspects that were influential in overcoming these challenges include achievement motivation, adaptability, and self-efficacy. The aim of this research was to determine the description of achievement motivation, self-efficacy and adaptability in First Semester Students of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu. This research was a descriptive observational study, with the research subjects was 1st semester of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu, totaling 94 students. Data collection techniques in the research used the Achievement Motivation Scale, Self-Efficacy Scale, and Adaptation Ability Scale. The research results showed that the level of achievement motivation, adaptability, and self-efficacy of 1st semester of D3 Keperawatan Politeknik Negeri Indramayu is quite adequate.

Anxiety is a normal emotion that everyone has. Anxiety appears as a brain response to stress that warns of potential danger. Problems arise if the anxiety occurs continuously and even interferes with life. Anxiety like this can have a bad impact on body health and this is what is called an anxiety disorder. To reduce this anxiety problem, deep breathing relaxation and cognitive therapy can be done. The aim of community service is to find out about the application of the Si Mas Latif application (Overcoming Anxiety with Relaxation and Cognitive Therapy), in people who experience psychosocial anxiety problems at the Kertasemaya Health Center, Indramayu Regency.The method used is to create an application that can be used as a guide in overcoming anxiety using deep breathing therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy and outreach to program holders and the community using health services.Result: availability of the Si Mas Latif application (Overcoming Anxiety with Relaxation and Cognitive Therapy) and this application has been in HKI and socialization has been carried out to the Kertasemaya Community Health Center program holders.

Education has a very important and fundamental role for the future generations of a nation and state. Critical reasoning skills are very important for students to have in learning. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted with Yos Sudarso Indramayu Junior High School teachers, information was obtained that students were passive in participating in learning, this was evident in the low interest in asking questions, arguing, and taking initiative during learning. This research aims to offer CTL methods in order to create more interactive learning so that students can bring learning activities to life, analyze the material to see its integrity with their daily lives. This research uses a kunatitaif approach with the application of experiments. The subjects of this study were seventh grade students of SMP Yos Sudarso Indramayu. Data collection techniques using observation / observation and student learning outcomes test.

Ships have an important role in fishing operations, because ships are an aspect that determines success in the fishing proses. In order for a gillnet vessel to operate properly, it must have a large length, moderate width, and small draft height because these three values are the main values for ship dimensions. In designing fishing vessels, there are several stages, namely calculating the main dimensions, making lines plan, and calculate the resistance experienced by the ship. This study aims to determine the main dimensions of fishing vessels from gross tonnage in the Karangsong area, as well as to draw a line plan for the main sizes of fishing vessels and determine the resistance of vessels at their service speed. This research was conducted in the Karangsong Indramayu area from March to June 2023. The results of the research on the main sizes of fishing vessels with gillnets are L= 18,1 m, B= 4,6 m, D= 1,8 m, service speed boats designed to range from 0 to 12 knots using the holtrop method, the drag at a speed of 6 knots is 2,5 kN, at a speed of 9 knots is a 16,1 kN, and at a speed of 12 knots it is 49,3 kN.

The purpose of the Community Service activities is so that PKK cadres in Eretan Kulon Village, Kandanghaur District, Indramayu Regency understand: 1) How to maintain Physical and Mental Health by Behaving Healthy, 2) How to use the Strong Fital Yoga Booklet (Let's Take Care of Physical and Mental Health by Behaving Healthy ), 3) How to educate the public about the importance of maintaining physical and mental health. The method used in PKM activities is carried out through training on the importance of maintaining physical and mental health by healthy behavior as well as explaining how to use the Booklet entitled Strong Fital Yoga with the mentoring model. Results: Availability of supporting media for PKM in the form of a Strong Fital Yoga Booklet, Implementation of training and outreach especially related to the use of a Strong Fital Yoga Booklet. There are HKI documents and reporting. Conclusion: PKM activities run smoothly and there is positive support from partners, Partnerships run well and smoothly and partners are happy to accept the booklet innovation product entitled Yoga Fital Strong. Recommendation: Partners should provide health education to the community both at the Posyandu and outside the Posyandu, paying attention not only to the physical aspect but also to the mental problems, this is because being healthy is not only seen from the physical aspect but also the mental and other aspects.

Rice in the world consists of several types, including white rice, brown rice, black rice, and brown rice. Rice is also grouped into two groups, namely glutinous rice containing high amylopectin (low amylose) and non-glutinous rice, namely rice with low amylopectin content (high amylose). Amylose content determines the quality of taste, fluffiness and other physical properties. Rice that has a high amylose content has the properties of soft/hard rice, while rice that has a low amylose content has the character of a fluffier rice. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the amylose content found in black rice, especially local West Java. The research was conducted in October 2018 at the BB-PADI Sukamandi Subang laboratory. The tools used are beakers, measuring flasks, funnels, analytical scales, spray bottles, measuring pipettes, and a spectrophotometer. The materials used were Bandung black rice, Subang black rice, Bogor black rice, and Indramayu black rice, amylose standard solution, methylene blue indicator, 0.02 N HCl, distilled water, 95% ethanol solution, NaOH solution, iodine solution, and others. Determination of amylose content using the spectrophotometric method (AOAC, 1999), was carried out in two stages, namely: the Standard Curve Preparation Stage and the Sample Determination Stage. From the research results, the following data were obtained: the amylose content of black rice from Subang was 12.72%w/b, the amylose content of black rice from Bandung was 17.21%w/b, the amylose content of black rice from Bogor was 13.67%w /w and the amylose content of black rice from Indramayu was 21.18% w/w. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that black rice from three regions in West Java, namely Bandung, Subang and Bogor, is included in the low amylose content category (10-20%) and black rice from Indramayu is included in the medium amylose content group (20-25%). The lowest amylose content was owned by black rice from Subang with a value of 12.72% and the highest amylose content was owned by black rice from Indramayu with a value of 21.18% w/w.

Pendidikan merupakan sarana utama dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Sekolah sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan kualitas atau mutu suatu sekolah. Orang tua semakin dituntut untuk memiliki animo dan strategi khusus dalam memilih sekolah bagi masa depan anak-anaknya. Sekarang ini begitu banyak orang tua yang termotivasi untuk menyekolahkan anaknya ke sekolah berbasis Islam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar animo dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi orang tua untuk menyekolahkan anaknya di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlotur Rijal Kecamatan Kroya Kabupaten Indramayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa animo orang tua sangat tinggi untuk menyekolahkan anak di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlotur Rijal Kroya Indramayu. Hal ini karena; 1) Ingin anaknya memiliki pengetahuan agama, 2) MI Nahdlotur Rijal memiliki kualitas KBM yang baik. 3) Lokasi madrasah dekat tempat tinggal. Adapun faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi diantaranya; 1) Animo masyarakat Desa Kroya, 2) Latar belakang pendidikan orangtua dan anak, 3) Lingkunga keluarga dan masyarakat Desa Kroya, 4) Sarana dan prasarana MI Nahdlotur Rijal.
