The objectives of this research are 1) To find out how the Instagram application is used as an online shop marketing communication medium, 2) To find out the obstacles to the Instagram application being used as an online shop marketing communication medium. The location of this research was carried out at the Novashoptakengon.id mini online shop located in Uning Village, Pegasing District, Central Aceh Regency with the number of informants being 1 owner, 4 resellers and 1 consumer of the Novashoptakengon.id Online Shop. Data collection used in this research is interviews and observations with owners, resellers and consumers. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research are marketing communications carried out via Instagram media which are used by online shop owners through promotions on the Instagram application. Of the various supporting features built into Instagram, the features most frequently used are the Instagram story photo upload and Story Highlights features. In the Instastory feature, Mrs. Nova Sri Rezeki uses it to inform about the latest products and shop situations every day. Meanwhile, to upload photos, Mrs. Nova Sri Rezeki uses it to post new products with attractive layouts. Story Highlights are used to provide important information such as how to order online, shop location instructions, shopee address and others. This feature used is considered very effective and helpful in the product promotion process, because it can convey messages directly to consumers. By utilizing the number of followers which has reached 4,934 thousand, it will make it easier to promote products. The problem with the Instagram application being that it is used as a marketing communication medium for online shops is competition between other online shops, so that the owner must be diligent in posting photos or videos so that his products can be seen by consumers, otherwise he will be at risk of losing consumers. People will switch to other online shops.

Nutritional intake plays an important role in optimizing baby's growth and development. The amount of nutritional intake consumed is also influenced by the process of eating activities. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Baby Led Weaning Method on baby weight in the Patingalloang Community Health Center Working Area. Quantitative research method with experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The research population was toddlers experiencing stunting who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria using purposive sampling techniques. Research results: The intervention group with a sample size of 20 children experienced an average weight gain of 0.85 kg. The control group also experienced an average increase of 0.65 kg with a test value of p value = 0.000, where it was concluded that there was an effect of giving MP-ASI using the Baby Led Weaning Method on the weight of babies aged 9-12 months in the working area of the Patingalloang Community Health Center.

The services provided by Dolphin Corp, such as printing invitations, books, calendars, food packaging, brochures, magazines and so on, are all carried out based on requests from consumers after the consumer makes payment. The system used to store data on incoming goods still uses physical records in books, where there is no system that functions optimally to increase the amount of stock, reduce the amount of stock and record stock reports.

Brushing teeth properly and correctly is an important factor for maintaining oral health. The success of maintaining oral and dental health is also influenced by the pattern of brushing teeth. The pattern of brushing teeth includes the technique of brushing teeth, the time and frequency of brushing teeth. The problem in this study is poor oral and dental hygiene in elementary school children (46.4%). Dental and oral hygiene is an important factor for dental and oral health to be free from disease, therefore dental and oral hygiene must be maintained and maintained in order to create optimal health. Objective: Knowing the relationship of brushing patterns with dental and oral hygiene in elementary school children. Method:. Collecting data on brushing patterns by filling out a checklist on the observation sheet and interview sheet. Collecting dental and oral hygiene data using an examination sheet. Respondents in this study amounted to 110 students, who were taken by simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used was the Chi-square test. Results: The pattern of brushing teeth in the poor category is 89 respondents (80.9%), dental and oral hygiene is in the bad category, namely 51 respondents (46.4%). The results of the Chi-square test are P value 0.002.Conclusion: That there is a relationship between the pattern of brushing teeth with dental and oral hygiene in elementary school children.    

Data from World Health Organization (WHO) shows that cases of internal bleeding due to accidents are 5.8 million deaths per year worldwide (Dahlan et al., 2021). Early awareness of internal bleeding is very important so that nurses can immediately take anticipation to prevent unwanted things(Damayanti, 2022). This literature study aims to determine the effectiveness of the CAN BLEED score for early detection of internal bleeding emergencies in trauma cases. The research method uses a literature review study design using PICOS. Article search through publish or perish 8 application with keywords "early detection AND internal bleeding AND trauma" from Pubmed, Crossref, and Google Scholar search databases based on the year of publication 2018-2022. The results of the article search found 4 articles relevant to the main topic. The results showed  Canadian Bleeding (CAN BLEED) score is effective for determining internal bleeding in trauma cases.

Introduction : Smart hospital is an emerging and fast-developing innovation in the context of a rapid increase of internet users, an increasing demand for high-quality medical resources, and an aging population worldwide. It generally involves the use of the optimized and automated processes built on an information and communications technology (ICT) environment, especially based on the Internet of things (IoT), to offer assessment, consultation, direct treatment, services, and integrated care. This innovation has the potential and has already gained initial evidence to improve healthcare access, efficiency, or even effectiveness. Yet, along with these positive impacts and promises, a number of issues and challenges also appear.Methods: Study This is study quantitative with design survey research. Study This done on the month of June 2023. Instruments used in study This use questionnaire with the HOT-Fit method consisting of the 47 questions divided in 6 groups question namely: Human, Organization, Technology, Knowledge Users Regulations and Benefits. Subject for this study is hospital managers, administration staff and health workers. Data analysis using analysis multivariate .Result: 22 hospital state that digitization service health to a very smart hospital important one of them is applied For increase quality service House hurts and improves satisfaction patient. In application of smart hospital Sick need integrate between technology, service and regulation.Conclusion : Smart hospitals can influence health and medical policies and create new medical values by defining and quantitatively measuring detailed indicators based on data collected from existing hospitals. Character building is one of the most crucial aspects in supporting national development in the current era of globalization. Education is not only intended to transfer knowledge, but also plays a role in shaping the personality and moral values of students from an early age. This is important so that students have a strong character provision to face the challenges of the ever-changing era. Instilling character values from an early age is expected to be a fortress in maintaining students' personal and social integrity. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe the role of teachers as role models (modeling the way) in the process of character building for students in the Elementary Madrasah environment. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are carried out through direct observation in the field and in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and students involved in learning activities. This research was conducted in an Elementary Madrasah that has implemented an exemplary approach in the character education process. The results of the study indicate that the role of teachers as role models is very influential in shaping the character of students. The attitudes, words, and actions of teachers in everyday life in the madrasah environment are real examples that are imitated by students. Thus, it can be concluded that the modeling the way strategy is very effective in internalizing character values to students at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level.

One of valuable asset of the nation is various caltural since all we know that Indonesia has rich variaty culture widely spreaded in the nation, from Sabang to Marauke. The country of Indonesia has enormous cultural capital, has the potential to function as a source of accelerating national development more quickly.A qualitative method used in this type of reseach and included checking incident. It is a technique that combines qualitative and descriptive analysis and is used to conduct this kind of research. Findings are presented in descriptive narrative, and the authors emphasize the natural and holistic focus and multi-method research.Family can take an important role in developing their childrent's socializing skill by helping the children to understand how to respect the tradition of Ash Table, and also introducing the kids  the value of religion  and culture that related to their ritual.Moreover, family has a good chance to take a part as a model for others by maintaining the consistency this routine excercise to practice. This practice has the ability to lead the family to be solid and an excellent reminder of their background of ancestors and spiritual that they share to one each other.

This study aims to explore the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems, as well as its implications for global financial reporting. The study was conducted for one month in January 2024 at STIE Ganesha, involving 20 college students. The research method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection through interviews and observation. The findings show that English proficiency has a significant impact on the use of accounting information systems and understanding of global financial reporting. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of developing English language skills among accounting students and professionals to improve the quality of financial reporting accessed globally. This research is important because it fills a gap in understanding of the role of English proficiency in accounting information systems for global financial reporting. The implication is that a better understanding of the relationship between English proficiency and needs in the context of accounting information systems will help prepare accounting students for more success in their careers, especially in an increasingly connected global business environment. In addition, this research can also provide new insights for educational institutions and the world of work in designing curricula and training that are more relevant and effective in preparing accounting professionals to deal with future global challenges.

This research aims to evaluate the impact of Information Technology (IT) on Modern Accounting Systems. The research background reflects a shift in the traditional accounting paradigm towards the increasingly rampant application of information technology. The research method used is literature analysis and case studies. Research findings reveal that IT implementation in modern accounting systems not only increases the efficiency and accuracy of data processing, but also makes a significant contribution to strategic decision making and risk management. The implications of this research include the need to develop IT competencies for accounting professionals, as well as the importance of information security policies in managing financial data. Thus, this research provides insight into the crucial role of IT in the transformation of modern accounting systems and highlights important aspects that need to be considered in facing technological developments in the accounting field.    

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises have a very important role in the national economy. One of the drivers of MSMEs is women who contribute 64% of Indonesian MSMEs. Finance has a very important role in starting a business. Based on the information we got, it can be concluded that Dharma Wanita mothers are still confused about how to start a business from their husband's limited income, therefore we help Dharma Wanita mothers how to manage their income so that they can set aside part of their income which will be used as capital in starting a business. The method of implementing this service is carried out by means of presentations and interactive discussions. The result of this service was that the women of the Dharma Wanita Association of the National Park Hall were very enthusiastic about the event. This could be seen from the many questions asked related to family financial management

The Mayangsari culinary tourism village Semarang was formed in 2018 by a number of people who are members of the Putra Mayangsari Disaster Preparedness Group (KSB Puma) and the Mayangsari Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis Mayangsari). The Semarang City Culture and Tourism Office provided ideas for developing Mayangsari River Tourism by highlighting the potential attractions of river tubing, river education and culinary tourism. The development of the Mayangsari culinary tourism village, which is a finalist in the 2022 great village competition in the creative and innovative village category, still has several things that need to be improved, especially regarding accounting records for culinary tourism. Based on this, it is important to provide education on the importance of accounting records in theory and practice in the Mayangsari culinary tourism village. The approach used in this community partnership program is in the form of giving lectures and tutorials by providing accounting material ranging from recording to preparing financial reports. It is hoped that this community partnership program will increase and sustain economic activities in the Mayangsari culinary tourism village.

In this digital era, we can use e-commerce marketing media as a place to sell. Apart from marketing and sales media, there is also an important thing that attracts customers, namely packaging. A common problem that occurs in the business world in this era of digitalization is not being able to adapt to technology, this is also an obstacle for the business world today. So the aim of this community service activity is to provide assistance and guidance in using the online e-commerce sales platform. Apart from that, to increase product value we will provide insight into packaging design with the ultimate goal for business actors to increase productivity and profitability of course. In this case, the method used is direct counseling and guidance at the Cyqul Food business location in Harjamekar Village, North Cikarang. Guiding the use of e-commerce and developing packaging design is very necessary to improve business.

Adhan and iqamah are very important for every Muslim. Apart from that, the call to prayer is said as a sign that the prayer time has arrived and the iqamah as a sign that the prayer will begin soon. The call to prayer and iqamah should not be done haphazardly, unlike other religious prayers. The call to prayer and iqamah are said at certain times. The lessons learned from the implementation of the call to prayer and iqamah include: As a tool and medium for notification of the approaching prayer time, inviting Muslims to perform prayers in congregation. Adhan and iqamah cannot be separated from the life of Muslims and Muslim women. Its use is not limited to obligatory prayers and certain times when they are said. If the iqamah has been said before he starts the sunnah nafilah prayer then his sunnah prayer is invalid. It is permissible to decide to pray the sunnah nafilah prayer because the obligatory prayer is not comparable in value to the nafilah prayer.

Graphic design has become a necessity in various areas of life, including branding and website design. Nowadays, graphic design has become an important part of various sectors of life, especially to support the economic and marketing sectors. Therefore, graphic design visual arts abilities and skills are very necessary. This is an opportunity to equip young people with graphic design skills. The results of a survey conducted by the service team showed that Medan city teenagers have a high interest in graphic design art. So real efforts need to be made to equip Medan city teenagers with graphic design skills. Therefore, in this community service activity, graphic design training and assistance was carried out using the Canva application to increase the creativity of Medan city teenagers. The method of implementing community service is in the form of lectures providing material directly by resource persons to partners.

Mental health problems in Indonesia are an important public health problem and should receive serious attention from all governments from central to regional levels. Mental Health Efforts are every activity to create an optimal level of mental health for every individual, family and community using a promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative approach which is carried out in a comprehensive, integrated and sustainable manner by the government and/or the community. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between family social support and independence in mental disorder patients. Method: The type of research used is correlational using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were families containing people with mental disorders. The research instrument is a family social support questionnaire consisting of 14 questions, while the questionnaire about independence consists of 10 questions. Result: significance value or sig. (2-tailed) is 0.000, because the sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is a significant (meaningful) relationship between the family social support variable and the independence of mental disorder patients. Suggestion: The family must involve the patient in daily routine activities at home, develop social interactions and involve the patient in managing the environment around the patient so that mental disorders can carry out activities in daily life independently

Trichuris trichiura egg infection or commonly called whipworm in children is a mild and severe helminthiasis infection. Mild infection does not give obvious clinical symptoms so fecal examination must be done. Therefore, it is important to perform diagnostic techniques which is one of the important aspects to determine the presence of helminth infection, which can be established by identifying and recognizing the stage of the parasite found. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of Trichuris trichiura eggs examination in feces specimens of Mutiara Kindergarten students in Waiheru, Ambon City. The method used in the descriptive research design where the analysis technique uses laboratory tests, with a total sample of 35 Mutiara Kindergarten Students in Waiheru Ambon City, using Consecutive sampling technique. The results showed that out of 35 samples of Mutiara kindergarten children, there was 1 person who had Trichura trichiura worms. The conclusion is that the research conducted on the examination of worm eggs using the Kato katz method in the feces of Mutiara Kindergarten Students in Waiheru Ambon City resulted in 1 positive student with Trichuris trichiura worms.

Education is an effort to grow and develop innate potentials, both physically and spiritually, in accordance with the values that exist in society and culture. LP. Ma'arif NU is the part that deals with the fields of education, teaching and culture. Character education as a pedagogy gives important attention to human growth, namely the development of natural human abilities as possessed differently by each individual. This study uses a qualitative research method, which seeks to describe the Reconstruction of Ma'arif Educational Institutions in implementing character education in MI Banyumas Regency, with the results of data collection through observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. Activities for developing religious habits: 1. Daily activities include morning apples, greetings when meeting teachers and friends, shaking hands or shaking hands when coming to and from school, praying before and after learning activities, reading Asmaul Husna every day, memorizing short letters. (juz amma) and tahfidz, memorizing daily prayers and hadiths and their meanings, dhuha prayers, congregational midday prayers and honesty canteens. 2. Weekly activities include charity Friday, Yasin and tahlil, healthy Friday, and clean Friday. 3. Monthly activities include PHBI (commemoration of Islamic holidays), Pondok Romadhon, and Halal Bi Halal. 4. incidental activities such as istighosah (joint prayer), istisqo prayer, visiting sick friends, and ta'ziyah.
