The objective of this investigation is to investigate the implication of administrator-affiliate communication on innovative act moral and the mediation of psychological competence (the investigation community consists of occupationholders of Diwaniye Municipality. The investigation manner is practical in Conditions of objective and expressive and survey in Conditions of conducting manner. The statistical society includes all the occupationholders in Diwaniya municipality, whose number is 180, and in instruction to characterize the sample size, Cochran's formula was utilizated, and 123 people were randomly scaled. The purpose of this study is to describe the 3 aspects of personality proposed by Sigmund Freud, namely the id, ego, and superego contained in the main character of Boy Candra's novel Trauma and their implications for learning literature in high school. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. The data used in this study are quotes that are included in the 3 aspects of personality in Boy Candra's novel Trauma. The results of this study indicate that (1) Id in the main character, Kimara, originates from the instinct of curiosity about what actually happened. (2) The ego in the kimara character always realizes the demands of the id. The ego in the Kimara character always acts as a conveyer of reality, that is, when the instinct of curiosity exists, the ego will always act. (3) Kimara's superego is based on moral values. (4) This research has implications for learning literature in high school, namely analyzing the content and language of the novel, interpreting the author's view of life in the novels they read.

The general research objective is to obtain an overview of the value of struggle in a film and to find out its implications for drama learning for Grade VIII students of junior high school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach, in which the researcher records carefully and carefully the data in the form of words, sentences, pictures, and videos..Researchers found 40 values ​​of struggle in the film Memorization of Shalat Delisa and have described their implications for drama learning for class VIII students.  The value of the struggle that was found the most was the value of the struggle for patience consisting of 19 data and the value of the struggle for the unyielding spirit consisting of 11 data, while the least was the value of the struggle for cooperation consisting of 5 data and the value of the struggle for mutual help consisting of 5 data. The film Memorization of the Delisa Prayer provides many descriptions of the value of struggle that can be presented as examples for students at school.
