In the digital era, e-commerce has developed not only as a platform for buying and selling activities but also as a strategic medium for marketing and business development. University students theoretically possess strong potential to become edupreneurs because they are closely connected to technology and supported by higher education environments. Nevertheless, the reality at Al-Amien Prenduan University indicates that students tend to act more as consumers in e-commerce rather than as entrepreneurs. This condition creates a gap between theoretical expectations and practical implementation, raising questions regarding the effectiveness of e-commerce in encouraging students’ entrepreneurial spirit. This study examines strategies for strengthening Edupreneurship graduates through the optimization of e-commerce. The research specifically explores ways to maximize e-commerce in supporting the development of Edupreneurship graduate profiles and improving graduates’ competitiveness in entrepreneurship and employment sectors. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed at Al-Amien Prenduan University. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving female students of the Islamic Education Edupreneurship program who actively engage in entrepreneurial activities through e-commerce platforms. The findings reveal that optimizing e-commerce can be achieved through identifying students’ digital competencies and needs, as well as utilizing flexible technologies that support broader market access and global transactions. In addition, strategies such as enhancing digital marketing creativity, strengthening market research capabilities, and understanding consumer behavior significantly contribute to entrepreneurial development. The study concludes that e-commerce effectively fosters entrepreneurial attitudes, adaptability, and competitiveness among students in facing the challenges of the digital economy.

In Indonesia, there are various economic activities such as trade, savings and loans, and Islamic financial institutions. Currently, the insurance sector is growing rapidly in Indonesia. There are two types of insurance in Indonesia, namely Islamic insurance and conventional insurance. Prescription waiting time is a key indicator of pharmacy service quality that directly influences patient satisfaction and hospital efficiency. Data from the Outpatient Pharmacy Installation of Pelabuhan Jakarta Hospital show average waiting times of 30.49 minutes for non-compounded medications and 35.93 minutes for compounded medications. Although these figures are still within national standards, they have not met the hospital’s internal targets, indicating inefficiencies that require systematic improvement. This study aimed to analyze prescription waiting times and identify waste in outpatient pharmacy services using Lean Hospital and Continuous Improvement approaches. A qualitative analytical method with a case study design was applied. Data collection involved participatory observation, in-depth interviews with key informants (head of pharmacy, pharmacists, and technicians), and document review. Analysis utilized Lean tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), identification of Value Added (VA) and Non-Value Added (NVA) activities, bottleneck analysis, fishbone diagram, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).The findings revealed that service processes were dominated by non-value-added activities, especially during prescription receipt, verification, packaging, and dispensing. Major wastes included waiting, motion, and overprocessing. Contributing factors were uneven staff distribution, suboptimal e-prescribing systems, incomplete prescriptions, and lack of standardized procedures. The proposed future state VSM demonstrated potential improvements in reducing waiting time and enhancing service efficiency.

This study aims to analyze the shoe production process from an operational management perspective at PT. XYZ. The focus of the research is directed at the stages of the production process and the management of raw materials in supporting the smooth running and efficiency of production activities. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach carried out through an Internship Experience Practice (PPL) at PT. XYZ. Data was collected through direct observation of production activities, interviews with relevant parties in the production department, and supporting documentation. The data obtained was analyzed by describing the production process flow, raw material management system, and production process control, then linked to the concept of operational management. The results showed that the shoe production process at PT. XYZ consisted of several interrelated stages, starting from raw material management to the main production process. The company has implemented a fairly structured operational management system, characterized by the recording of raw materials, the separation of materials by type, and the application of the First in First Out (FIFO) method to maintain material quality and smooth production. However, several operational obstacles were still found, such as limited production time, suboptimal coordination between departments, and the potential for defective products in the production process. The implementation of operational management at PT. XYZ has supported the shoe production process quite effectively, particularly in raw material management and production control. Nevertheless, improved coordination and continuous evaluation of the production process are needed to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.

This study examines the effectiveness of the purchasing accounting information system at PT. ABC, with an emphasis on the quality and timeliness of information from ordering to payment to vendors. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data was obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation involving departments related to purchasing activities. The results show that although the system has been implemented in accordance with company procedures, its effectiveness is still not optimal. This is evidenced by inconsistent documentation, frequent invoice revisions, and delays in the verification and payment processes, which reduce the efficiency and reliability of information. These problems are caused by weak document control, limited interdepartmental coordination, inadequate human resources, and high workloads in the purchasing unit. Therefore, improvements in system implementation and internal control are needed to improve the accuracy, timeliness, and overall effectiveness of the purchasing accounting information system.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of market ethics from the perspective of Islamic economics on the behavior of business actors at Mandiri Jaya Jatimulyo Market, South Lampung Regency. Islamic market ethics are viewed as a moral instrument that guides economic activities to operate fairly, honestly, and oriented toward public welfare. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving business actors actively engaged in daily market transactions. The findings reveal that Islamic market ethical values, such as honesty, transparency, and moral responsibility, have been applied in trading practices; however, their implementation remains partial and largely dependent on individual moral awareness. Religiosity, economic pressure, the social environment of the market, and the level of Islamic economic literacy are identified as key factors influencing ethical behavior. This study concludes that strengthening Islamic market ethics in traditional markets requires a comprehensive approach involving continuous education, the development of an ethical market culture, and institutional support to ensure sustainable internalization of Islamic values.
