Vibrio sp. is one of the main pathogenic bacteria causing various diseases in whiteleg shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) cultivation, such as vibriosis, which can reduce the survival rate and productivity of ponds. Environmentally friendly Vibrio control efforts can be achieved through the use of probiotics. One widely used probiotic is Lactobacillus sp., which is known to suppress the growth of pathogenic bacteria through competition for space and nutrients, production of antimicrobial compounds (bacteriocins and organic acids), and increased shrimp non-specific immunity. This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of administering different doses of Lactobacillus sp. in suppressing Vibrio sp. populations in whiteleg shrimp cultivation media. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments and five replications: control (A), 6 ppm lactobacillus sp (B), 12 ppm (C), and 18 ppm (D). The parameter observed was the Total Vibrio Count (TVC) in the culture water after 24 hours of lactobacillus administration.

The COVID-19 pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has had a significant impact on public health behavior, including the increasing consumption of health supplements as an effort to strengthen immunity. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of the people of Gedongan Village RT 01 RW 05 regarding the use of health supplements during the pandemic. Health supplements are defined as products that contain vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbal ingredients to support the immune system. The study used a descriptive approach with a survey method, involving 106 respondents who were selected purposively. Primary data was obtained through a structured questionnaire that had been validated, then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a level of knowledge in the sufficient category (54%), followed by the poor category (25%) and the good category (21%). Respondents understood the benefits of supplements as a nutritional supplement, but knowledge related to rules of use, appropriate dosage, and potential side effects was limited. Demographic factors such as age, education, and type of work have an effect on knowledge levels, where respondents of productive age, secondary education, and work with cognitive demands show better understanding. The study concludes the need for continuous health education through health workers, especially pharmacists, with an approach according to demographic characteristics to encourage the use of supplements in a rational, safe, and appropriate manner.

Social media has become a double-edged sword; acting as a space for religious learning while simultaneously serving as a medium for spreading radicalism. As digital natives, students are vulnerable to extremist narratives if not equipped with adequate cognitive immunity. This study aims to examine the influence of Digital Religious Literacy and Critical Thinking skills on the resilience of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students in countering radical narratives. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational method, this study involved 30 PAI students selected through random sampling. Data collection instruments used a Likert scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) The level of digital religious literacy and counter-radicalism attitudes of students were in the "very high" category with mean scores of 22.40 and 23.00 respectively; (2) There is a significant positive relationship (Sig. < 0.05) between digital literacy and critical thinking towards the attitude of countering radicalism; and (3) Simultaneously, these two variables contributed 68.2% in forming students' mental resilience in the digital space. These findings imply the need for a reorientation of the PAI curriculum that integrates the strengthening of critical reasoning and digital literacy as a fortress of religious moderation.
