The implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) rolled out by the government has caused quite a lot of confusion in the school/madrasah environment, especially for teachers. The aim of this community service research is to increase understanding and mastery of IKM for teachers and principals of SD As Ad Jambi City. The method used is an in-on-in learning model with technical guidance (bimtek) which is carried out involving multi-stakeholders. The results of the service are: (1) Bimtek is able to strengthen a number of deadlocks in IKM, so that the stuttering and worries that arise are able to turn into increased understanding and mastery of IKM, KOSP, and MA with a rate of change from 6.7 to 8.7 (2) Bimtek even able to present a solution to improve the quality of education related to the preparation of KOSP and MA, (3) technical guidance shows a significant increase in understanding and mastery of IKM, KOSP and MA, and (4) the implementation of IKM technical guidance turns out to have a positive influence on the performance of the collaborating parties. The recommendation is that the in-on-in model by collaborating with a number of schools/madrasahs, universities (PT), and other institutions is worth continuing to implement to increase understanding and mastery of SMEs, as well as to improve the performance of the parties.

Latar belakang penelitian ini yaitu tokoh pahlawan pendidikan yang bernama Dewi Sartika yang mencakup profil Dewi Sartika, Sekolah Kautamaan Istri dan pengaruh pemikiran Dewi Sartika. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana rekam jejak pahlawan pendidikan dari kaum perempuan yang berjuang untuk mencerdaskan bangsa. Metode untuk mendapatkan data yang valid yaitu metode yang di gunakan adalah metode Sejarah yang mana memiliki beberapa teknik langkah-langkahnya yaitu; (1) pemilihan sumber, (2) pengumpulan sumber, (3) verifikasi, (4) interpretasi dan analisis, (5) menyajikan dengan bentuk tulisan. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa Dewi Sartika yang merupakan tokoh pahlawan perjuangan yang memberikan sebuah gagasan dan pemikiran. Profil Tokoh Raden Dewi Sartika serta Perjuangan mendirikan sebuah lembaga pendidikan Sakola Kautamaan Isteri. Beliau Dengan Sekolah yang didirikannya dapat mendidik anak-anak perempuan dari kalangan manapun, untuk memajukan harkat dan martabat kaum perempuan. perjuangan yang panjang yang dilakukan oleh Dewi Sartika berdampak positif atau pengaruh pada zamannya beliau dari tahun 1904-1947 M yang mana pengaruh tersebut dapat dirasakan pada masa itu.

The Madrasah Principal is the school personnel responsible for all activities at school. He has the authority and responsibility to Manages all educational activities in the school he leads. Supervision is a coaching activity planned to help teachers and staff other schools so they can do their jobs effectively. Objective This research is to find out the academic supervision strategies carried out by madrasa heads to improve teacher academic performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) in Jambi City.Results of academic supervision. . This research method is qualitative phenomenology with a study research design case. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Technique data analysis using flow, data reduction, presentation of data at the verification stage. Testing Data validity was carried out using a triangulation approach. The two teachers' planning stages were included in the good category with recap scores of 86% and 89%. In the implementation stage, class 1 teachers obtained a score of 86% in the good category, a score of 91% obtained by the class 4 teacher in the very good category. In the evaluation stage, both teachers were also included in the category both with recap scores of 86% and 85%. Meanwhile, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the SD/MI level prioritizes project-based learning in order to realize the Pancasila Student Profile. This is also very relevant to 21st century learning which equips students with the 4C skills needed to answer the challenges of the times. There are 3 (three) options in implementing or implementing the independent curriculum (IKM) at the SD/MI level, namely: Independent Learning Category, independent change category and independent sharing category at class I and class IV SD/MI levels starting in the 2022/2023 school year .

Empowerment has an important role in educational institutions which makes a real contribution to improving human resources. This includes empowering Islamic boarding school graduates in improving the quality of human resources. The aim of this service is to understand the process of empowering the Al-Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Alumni Association (IKMAAL) in Kalibeber Village, Wonosobo Regency. The empowerment strategy includes four strategies, namely: preparation, work meetings, follow-up, and building togetherness. The results of this activity show that the working meeting of the Al-Qur'an Al-Asy'ariyyah Alumni Association (IKMAAL) in Kalibeber, Wonosobo district produced important points that show the alumni's gratitude towards the Islamic boarding school, namely: 1) making a coupon for land purchasers for development foundation, 2) creating an al-Al-asyariyyah coin program in each branch for the benefit of members, 3) planning a joint Umrah within the IKMAAL association, and in 2025 holding a Javanese and Madurese Qur'an hamatul. This contributes to increasing human resources for society within an institutional framework. The conclusion focuses on the importance of ties in realizing a goal and its implications for expanding the alumni network.

In Regency Majalengka, West Java, this community service adopts the idea of business communication training for public perpetrators in Industry Small Intermediate (IKM). The goal of this activity is to increase the public's ability to rise beyond COVID-19 by teaching them more effective communication skills and how to perceive and analyze market trends. At this point, a lot of people are interested in learning about these topics. Method implementation activities take the form of seminars or workshops with around 49 participants over the course of a full day. Outcomes of the action In particular, society has developed the ability to do role-playing, commercial communication, and product interpretation in order to boost income.

Public services that provide a service to clients is one of the important variables that provide an important commitment to create a good reputation and trust locally. Public protests in the form of long queues, helpless assistance, and actually bad offices do not satisfactorily influence the picture and quality of administrative levels in public areas. the research that I use is descriptive research. This research is called descriptive research with data collection techniques in this study using questionnaires. The population in this study are all people who are customers at the Praya District Office. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling technique. Based on the results of research conducted on 60 respondents regarding community perceptions and satisfaction with the services of the Praya District Office, it is measured based on community satisfaction using the Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) in terms of administrative services, the results obtained are Community Satisfaction Index per indicator where there are 14 indicators, namely ( 1) service procedures with a total IKM score of 76.66 included in the good category, (2) service requirements with a total IKM score of 68.33 included in the good category, (3) clarity of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.33 included in the good category, (4) the discipline of service officers with a total IKM score of 63.75 is included in the good category, (5) the responsibility of service officers with a total IKM value of 65.41 is included in the good category, (6) the ability of service officers with the total IKM score of 66.66 is included in the good category, (7) the speed of service with a total IKM score of 61.66 is included in the poor category, (8) the fairness of getting services with a total IKM score of 64.58 is included in the good category, (9) politeness and friendliness of staff with a total IKM score of 63.75 included in the good category, (10) fairness of service fees with a total IKM score of 65.83 included in the good category, (11) certainty of service fees with a total IKM score of 64.16 is included in the good category, (12) the certainty of service schedules with a total IKM value of 56.66 is included in the good category, (13) environmental comfort with a total IKM value of 66.66 is included in the good category and (14) environmental safety with a total IKM value of 66.25 included in the good category.

Angka kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Salah satu sektor yang banyak mengalami kecelakaan kerja adalah bidang kontruksi sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut untuk menghindari risiko kecelakaan kerja semakin tinggi. Salah satu faktor yang dinilai menjadi penyebab tingginya kecelakaan kerja dibidang kontruksi adalah kurangnya kesadaran pekerja untuk melapor ketika kecelakaan kerja itu terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kesadaran pekerja akan pelaporan kecelakaan kerja di proyek kontruksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kesadaran pekerja terhadap pelaporan kecelakaan kerja diantaranta faktor pengetahuan, lamanya jam kerja (shift kerja), usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan dan faktor pengetahuan.

This paper discusses the industrialization strategy with a focus on the pattern of Small and Medium Industries (IKM) and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Industrialization has become one of the important efforts to drive a country's economic growth. In the Indonesian context, SMEs and SMEs have a significant role in economic development and job creation. This paper outlines existing patterns in the SMI and MSMEs industry in Indonesia, and describes strategies that can be used to encourage the industrialization of these sectors. In this analysis, several important factors will be discussed, including government policy support, infrastructure development, access to capital and technology, and capacity building and training.

Industri kecil dan Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang penting dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Kita menyadar bahwa pengembangan IKM didaerah sangat erat kaitnya dengan otonomi daera. Kecamatan rungkut memiliki jumlah Industri Menengah dan Industri Rumah Tangga sejumlah 1.219 . Kecamatan Rungkut mengalamikenaikan industri kecil dan industri rumah tangga pada pertengahan covid-19, industri kecil dan rumahan sebagian besar dibidang makanan dan kerajinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah adalah untuk mengetahui pola spasial IKM dan IRT di kecamatan rungkut, dengan metode yang akan digunakandidalam penelitian ini ada beberapa metode yaitu teknik pengumpulan data, teknis analisis data, populasi dan sampel dan metoe pengumpulan data. Untuk hasil yang didapatan dalam penelitian ini adalah industri kecil dan rumah tangga memiliki karakteristik sebagai industri dengan kekayaan sebesar Rp.200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha, hal ini diartikan sebagai modal awal berdirinya suatu usaha yang dijadikan nilai investasi, Modal awal ini mencakup biaya pengadaan peralatan maupun mesin dalam proses produsi. Industri kecil dan rumah tangga biasanya hanya menghasilkan penjualan maksimal sebesar Rp.1000.000.000,- (satu miliar rupiah) per tahunnya.

The song "Kucari Kamu" is one of the works of the music group Payung Teduh which has beautiful lyrics but takes a long time to understand the diction. This song raises many interpretations, especially in the I-you point of view in the lyrics. Therefore, this song will be very interesting to research. The objectives of this research are (1) to know the I-you point of view in the lyrics, (2) to interpret the lyrics.  This research is based on our love for Payung Teduh songs and curiosity about the meaning of the lyrics of this song created by Moh. Istiqamah Djamad. The research method we will use is qualitative research method. The results of this research are understanding the meaning of the lyrics of the song "Kucari Kamu" and knowing the I-you point of view in the lyrics of the song "Kucari Kamu" based on people's perceptions.

Improving public services becomes an inevitability for government agencies as public service organizers. No exception for Tirta Moedal Drinking Water Perumda Semarang City, as a Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) is also inseparable from the demands of improving the quality of service to customers. Customer service innovation is a response to service problems that do not satisfy the community as customers. Customer dissatisfaction with customer complaints, information services and new connect services is very dominant for customer complaints. The Community Satisfaction Index (IKM) is one of the indicators of accountability for service performance in the public sector that cannot be ignored. The Community Satisfaction Index is an evaluation of the community as a customer for the performance of services provided to the community as customers that should be the basis for each service provider institution to make adjustments to customer expectations and service innovation. The rapid development of information technology also increases public awareness of its right to good service.

Nutmeg is one of the most popular export commodities in the world. Starting from seeds, mace, and nutmeg oil, they are targeted in the pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetic industries as well as the food and beverage industry. However, it is still rare for nutmeg skin to be used and processed into a product of economic value. In society, a lot of nutmeg meat is thrown away and becomes waste. The IKM empowerment program at the Nutmeg IKM center aims to develop the knowledge and skills of nutmeg business actors in the South Aceh IKM Center to process nutmeg waste into value-added food products. This program promotes the manufacture of dodol made from nutmeg or called Dodol Pala. The program implementation method is divided into three stages: (1) Preparation, designing activities and coordinating with the South Aceh Nutmeg IKM Sentra UPTD; (2) Implementation of guidance, namely developing the knowledge of business actors about processed products made from nutmeg and (3) Training and mentoring, training activities with direct practice of making nutmeg dodol. Assistance is focused on making product packaging and marketing. This training involved various parties, including members of the Teuku Umar University Higher Education, South Aceh Nutmeg IKM Sentra UPTD, nutmeg business actors (IKM), and students. The achievement of this activity, the participants succeeded in developing knowledge about the benefits of nutmeg assessed from their participation during the three days following the activity. In addition, the participants also succeeded in making good quality nutmeg dodol. This activity is expected to be a motivation for nutmeg business actors in South Aceh district to implement their knowledge after this activity.

Perkembangan Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) merupakan salah satu sektor yang rentan terhadap dinamika perubahan serta memerlukan pendampingan dan proses pendidikan yang tepat untuk dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Pelaksanaan magang dengan progran kerja pendampingan IKM  dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya litersi digital saat ini untuk dapat mengembangakan usaha untuk tujuan jangka Panjang dan tentunya jangkauan market yang lebih luas. Metode yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini  memberikan pelatihan bagaimana melakukan pemasaran produk usaha dengan berbasis literasi digital diharapkan IKM mampu mengembangkan area pemasarannya sehingga dapat menghidupkan kembali bisnisnya secara bertahap. Tujuan kegiatan pendampingan IKM  ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana IKM mampu memasarkan produknya secara luas lewat digital. Hasil kegiatan dari pelaksanaan pendampingan IKM  ini sangat bermanfaat, sebab memunculkan motivasi untuk meningkatkan pengembangan usaha yang semakin baik. Pelaku IKM menyadari peran penting komunikasi pemasaran melalui media sosial, yang saat ini dapat menjangkau pelanggan dengan lebih cepat. Peningkatan produksi dan perluasan pemasaran secara perlahan juga dapat ditingkatkan.
