The development of the business world has increased rapidly in the modern era like today. This causes intense competition between business actors in developing their products in the face of developments in the business world. Micro, small and medium enterprises or MSMEs now play a very important role in the growth of the economy in Indonesia. Mrs. Maubah's porridge business is one of the MSMEs in Cilegon City, Banten which operates in the food sector. This business can provide jobs for the local community. My mother's porridge business itself is a type of food business which sells various variations of porridge and various other fried foods. This research aims to find out what marketing strategies are implemented by Ibu Majadi's porridge business to increase sales. Carrying out a SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis in determining the marketing strategy. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research, because it aims to describe the situation of phenomena in the field. Researchers used data collection methods in research, namely observation and interviews. To find out how the strategy is used, the Swot Analysis Method (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat). From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was concluded that the results of the IFAS (Internal Factor Analysis Summary), for the strength and weakness variables, each obtained a strength value of 1.89, while a value of 1.00 was obtained for weaknesses. This means that the strengths of Mrs. Matahu's porridge business are greater than the weaknesses. Meanwhile, the value obtained for the EFAS (External Factor Analysis Strategy) Matrix was 1.47 for opportunities, while the value for threats was 0.64. This means that for Mrs. Matahu's porridge business, the opportunity value is greater than the threat value. From the results of the SWOT analysis, it was found that Ibu Ma's porridge business has strengths and opportunities so that it will be able to take advantage of existing opportunities. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support the policy of growing aggression.

The main problem in this research is how to implement the marketing promotion strategy for koi fish by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses SWOT Analysis, aiming to find out and describe the right promotional strategy using SWOT Analysis. This can be seen from the lack of activity or promotional activities carried out by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar and many competitors in the same business field. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, documentation, interviews and literature study. The instruments in this research are the researcher himself, interview guidelines, documentation and field notes. The analysis technique used is SWOT Analysis using the SWOT Matrix. Based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS matrix analysis, it is proven that the strength value is greater than the weakness value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.56. Meanwhile, the opportunities value is greater than the threats value, namely with a difference of (+) 0.77. The SWOT diagram shows that the shaded area is in quadrant I. The strategy that must be implemented in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (Grow Oriented Strategy). Under these conditions, the most appropriate strategy was implemented by CV. Agra Koi Farm Blitar uses the SO strategy, namely a strategy that utilizes strengths to manage existing opportunities.

This research aims to first determine and analyze the Lake Toba Tourism development strategy by the Lake Toba Authority Implementing Body. Second, to find out the results of the SWOT analysis of employee performance improvement strategies using the IFAS and EFAS matrices, important factors can be identified from both the external environment and the internal environment which are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for improving performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the author also uses SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate company strategy. From the results of the analysis, a growth strategy or growth oriented strategy is obtained. This strategy indicates that the company is strong and able to continue to develop by taking advantage of existing opportunities. This strategy was chosen because the calculation results were in quadrant I where the total weighted score of strengths-weaknesses was 3.36 while the total weighted score of opportunities-threats was 3.314. Positions in this quadrant are very profitable and can be implemented optimally.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether there is an effect of the Internal Control System, the Application of the Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109, Human Resource Competencies and the Use of Information Technology on the Quality of Financial Statements of Zakat Management Organisations (OPZ) in DKI Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods using primary data. This study uses a population of members of the DKI Jakarta zakat forum consisting of 1 BAZNAS and 7 LAZNAS with a total of 191 employees being the population with a resulting sample of 52 people. The data quality test used is validity test, reliability test. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing (t test, f test and coefficient of determination test) using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The results of this study indicate a significant joint influence of the variables of the Internal Control System, Implementation of PSAK 109, HR Competence and Utilisation of Information Technology on the Quality of OPZ Financial Statements in DKI Jakarta.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in the Development of the Alahan Panjang Resort Tourism Object which is located in Nagari Alahan Panjang, Lembah Gumanti District, Solok Regency. The method in this research is a descriptive qualitative method using SWOT analysis through the IFAS and EFAS matrix approach. With the SWOT analysis, the situation of the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction can be identified by identifying the internal factors and external factors that influence the tourist attraction. The research results based on the SWOT Analysis Diagram show that the coordinate position of the Performance Analysis of the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office in developing the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in quadrant 1 with a cut point of 0.73; 0.33. This shows that the Alahan Panjang Resort tourist attraction is in a growth oriented strategy position or implementing a strategy referring to aggressive growth so as to enable the Solok Regency Tourism and Culture Office to carry out further development.

This thesis discusses the Analysis of Marketing Strategies in Nawasena Efforts to Increase Consumer Buying Interest. In this study raised issues in the form of: influencing factors in the development of SMEs and marketing strategies of SMEs. This study aims: to determine the factors that influence the marketing strategy of SMEs. This research method is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis method on 4 respondents, namely business owners and 3 employees. The data was collected by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires filled in by respondents, as well as documentation. Then the data obtained from the results of data collection were analyzed using SWOT, IFAS and EFAS analysis.

This study aims to formulate alternative business developing strategies that are implemented at Coconut Sejahtera. Data analysis used is SWOT analysis. The results of this study showed that based on the analysis internal environment using the IFAS matrix, the most influential strength factor is being able to read price changes through the international oil price market and the most influential weakness factor is limited capital. Meanwhile, from the external environment analysis with EFAS matrix, the most influential opportunity factor is the abundance of copra commodities and the most influential threat factor is the arrival of large traders from outside the region.

Wilayah hinterland Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo mempunyai keunggulan yang kompetitif diberbagai sektor, sehingga berperan penting untuk memajukan dan mengembangkan perekonomian terkhusus daerah bagian utara Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Pelayanan Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit terhadap kegiatan bongkar muat barang dikategorikan masih kurang baik, penyebabnya adalah minimnya infrastruktur yang dimiliki oleh Pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan terhadap Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa diagram SWOT IFAS/EFAS terletak di kuadran I sehingga strategi yang dapat diterapkan untuk pengembangan Pelabuhan Tanjung Ringgit Palopo adalah strategi agresif dengan strategi pemaksimalan pemakaian dermaga, lapangan penumpukan, dan pelayanan dokumen untuk menangantisipasi kenaikan arus kunjungan kapal dan barang, melakukan penambahan infra dan suprastruktur Pelabuhan, pengadaan fasilitas dan peralatan yang modern sehingga proses bongkar muat dan sandar kapal dapat berjalan dengan mudah, cepat dan aman.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetahui lebih mendalam tentang strategi pelatihan “SMA Double Track” untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan pada siswa yang berbasis SWOT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara triangulasi (gabungan) yaitu observasi, interview dan penyebaran questioner dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT IFAS dan EFAS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perhitungan bobot dan rating setiap unsur matrik SWOT dapat diketahui bahwa posisi program pelatihan “SMA Double Track” berada pada kuadran I hal ini merupakan situasi yang sangat menguntungkan. Program “SMA Double Track” memiliki Koordinat Internal: Sumbu X = (skor kekuatan-skor kelemahan)/2 = (3.28 – 1.8) :2 = 0.74. Koordinat Eksternal Sumbu Y = (skor peluang – skor ancamam)/2 = (3.66 – 2.27):2 = 0.70. Jadi titik koordinatnya terletak pada (0,74:0,70) sehingga dengan kekuatan yang dimiliki dan dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Strategi yang harus diterapkan dalam kondisi ini adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif dimana strategi umum yang dapat dilakukan oleh sekolah SMA adalah menggunakan kekuatan dan peluang sekolah SMA untuk mengambil setiap keunggulan pada kesempatan yang ada.

Strategi pemasaran sangat berpengaruh dan penting dalam suatu progres usaha UMKM. Sweet Banana yang merupakan usaha UMKM memiliki beberapa permasalahan terkait lingkungan eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi lingkungan internal produk Sweet Banana. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal yang dihadapi oleh Sweet Banana ,Untuk mengetahui posisi usaha saat ini berdasarkan Analisis SWOT, Merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang baru bagi usaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif  kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan kuesioner. Penelitian ini  menggunakan data sekunder berupa artikel ilmiah dan kumpulan data. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT. Tahapan analisis  SWOT dimulai dari identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal, penyusunan Matriks IFAS (Internal strategic factor analysis) dan Matriks EFAS (Eksternal strategic factor analysis), perumusan Matriks IE (internal eksternal), perumusan Matriks SWOT dan perumusan strategi pemasaran yang disarankan. Hasil analisis menunjukan usaha berada pada posisi Strategi Agresif. Strategi pemasaran yang disarankan meliputi : Mendaftarkan produk Sweet Banana diberbagai aplikasi online, melengkapi property penjualan produk, meningkatkan promosi, meningkatkan ciri Khas produk.

Business continuity, which is closely related to the long-term maintenance of the system in accordance with environmental, economic and social considerations, is an important point that needs to be considered by every MSME actor. The store business is one of the new MSMEs that is of concern so that it continues to carry out business continuity by being carried out based on currently related internal and external factors. Toreko created a unique business idea from brownies, innovating brownies into brownies cookies and using raw materials from mocaf flour. mocaf itself is a modified cassava flour product. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the sustainability position of the toreko business through a SWOT analysis, formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented by the toreko after knowing the position of the sustainability position of the business it has. The aggressive strategy is the main choice strategy obtained from the results of IFAS and EFAS. The SWOT matrix is used to determine and arrange the steps for implementing the strategy related to the choice of strategy. An aggressive strategy is carried out until the threat that the store has is smaller than the opportunities that exist. Improving sales promotions and maintaining satisfaction with customer loyalty is the key to realizing business continuity properly.
