Technology has a very important role in creating quality human resources. In this case, technology also does not escape incoming and outgoing goods transactions, as happened with Dolphin Corp. Dolphin Corp is one of the printing companies in Jambi City which serves various types of printing, both small and large scale. The services provided by Dolphin Corp, such as printing invitations, books, calendars, food packaging, brochures, magazines and so on, are all carried out based on requests from consumers after the consumer makes payment. The system used to store data on incoming goods still uses physical records in books, where there is no system that functions optimally to increase the amount of stock, reduce the amount of stock and record stock reports.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is one of the health IT applications that is becoming a trend around the world. EMRs are considered to improve the overall quality of care and have an impact on patient safety. EMRs can also help reduce costs, improve accessibility, and improve the quality of hospital services. Therefore, the preparedness analysis of the implementation of EMR with the DOQ-IT approach (Doctor's Office Quality-Information Technology) is the goal of this research. This research uses a type of quantitative descriptive research with a cross sectional approach. The samples were taken from all the officers who were in direct contact with the medical records at AMC Aisyiyah Clinic. Sampling technique using a total sampling of eight officers. Primary data collection is done with a questionnaire. The method of analysis used is descriptive analysis of frequencies, percentages, graphs and tables. From the results of analysis using the DOQ-IT method obtained a total score of 104.75 belongs to category III which shows that human resources, organizational work culture, governance and leadership, IT infrastructure AMC Aisyiyah Clinic is ready to take advantage of EMR as well as overcome the potential challenges for successful adoption of the EMR.

This literacy and numeracy training and mentoring service activity is to prepare the nation's next generation to face challenges in the global era, where to produce selective education requires quality human resources, including the development of literacy and numeracy in learning at SDN Sri Mukti 01, North Tambun, use digital-based technology at SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara and knowledge for teachers and parents and guardians regarding the use of digital-based technology in learning. Training and development methods are carried out offline or face-to-face by students through lecturer assistance which includes introducing the scope of literacy and numeracy learning, as well as supporting teachers in developing literacy and numeracy by utilizing digital-based technology in learning and teaching activities. It is hoped that with this training, SDN Sri Mukti 01 Tambun Utara students and teachers can develop digital-based learning and teaching activities for numeracy literacy

In the rapidly evolving landscape of global business entites, organizational effectiveness plays an increasingly crucial role. The success or failure of an organization is heavily dependent on the quality of human resources, recognized as the most vital organizational assets. This research aims to measure human resource accounting and explore the concept of behavioral accounting in two critical contexts: human resource accounting (HRA) and social accounting. The research method employed is qualitative, focusing on past and current phenomena. Findings indicate that, from a conventional accounting perspective, human resources have not been fully recognized as assets. Human resource accounting is a novel concept in financial accounting, requiring further research. This understanding emphasizes that employees are considered organizational assets through a cost or human value approach. The implication is the need for integrating behavioral dimensions in human resource management and social aspects in accounting decision-making to enhance organizational effectiveness holistically. This research is expected to contribute to the development of behavioral accounting theory and practice, providing insights into the role of accounting in social and human resource contexts.

Telkomsel is the leading provider of cellular telecommunications services in Indonesia based on market share. At the end of March 2008, Telkomsel had 51.3 million subscribers, which based on industry statistics represents an estimated market share of almost 51%. Telkomsel provides GSM cellular services in Indonesia, nationally via the dual band GSM network 900/1800 MHz and internationally via 288 international roaming partners in 155 countries (at the end of 2007. The aim of this research is to analyze the company's condition by looking at the financial ratios that describe company performance and analysis of the company's optimal capital structure. The data in this research is secondary data originating from the Central Statistics Agency, the Agency for the Application and Assessment of Technology, the Directorate General of Posts and Telecommunications and the Directorate General of Telematics Applications, Department of Communications and Information Technology. The plastic manufacturing industry in Indonesia has become a much needed industry because consumption power continues to rise. One company in Batam that produces plastic is PT Batam Plastik. As a plastic factory, PT Batam Plastik will add plastic waste that cannot be broken down in Batam City. This article was created to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and green human resource management at PT Batam Plastik. This type of qualitative research uses data collection techniques using interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, PT Plastik Batam has implemented the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program and environmentally friendly human resource management correctly. This is based on data from interviews conducted where PT Plastik Batam recycles plastic waste into recycled products and has trained its employees on how to recycle plastic and reuse plastic.

This research discusses the handling of problematic funding at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. Based on observations in the field, many consumer financing problems, especially for certain products, arise due to various factors. The aim of this research is to find out the strategies used by Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan in handling problematic financing for consumer products, as well as the factors that cause these problems and the steps that must be taken if these problems arise. Again. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, and the findings show that Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan's approach to overcoming problematic financing in consumer financing products is to develop the company's human resources (HR), providing advice to clients via telephone and face-to-face conversations. visits, and perfecting the company website, all that remains is for the client to submit a Warning Letter (SP), chat with the client, develop a financing restructuring strategy, and finally implement the final handling strategy by selling the client's assets or collateral. Financial problems at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan are not caused by internal bank problems, but external factors such as customer lifestyle, layoffs, requests for other financing, unreliable customers, and work at bad companies. If an opportunity arises, problematic consumer goods are being refinanced at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Sibuhuan. This is done by assessing the money given, talking to all financial units, and avoiding problems with previous financing.

Human resources as one of the resources in an organization play an important role in the successful achievement of organizational goals. Human resources use other resources owned by the organization in order to achieve goals. Even sophisticated technological machines will be meaningless if the human resources running them are not qualified to work on them. Likewise with information resources. No matter how good and complete the information received by the organization, it will not mean anything, if the quality of existing human resources is not able to translate it into information that is useful for the development and progress of the organization. Human resource management is the process of planning, organizing, implementing and controlling towards human resources in the organization to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The management functions applied in human resource management consist of, (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) directing. ), and (4) controlling. The operational functions carried out by human resource management are, (1) procurement, (2) development, (3) compensation, (4) integration, (5) maintenance, and (6) termination of employment (separation). One of the important activities carried out in human resource management, especially in the planning function, is job analysis. By analyzing a job, it will be known what tasks will be carried out in that job, what competencies must be mastered by the human resources who will occupy that position.

The limited resources in the Cornflower Agent business are human resources, because they have been replaced by machines that can make the grinding process easier.

The aim of this research is to provide a clear picture of the handling of criminal acts of environmental pollution in waste processing at PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo.This research uses empirical legal research methods. Empirical legal studies themselves are studies that view law as reality, including social reality, cultural reality, and empirical studies of the world. This research took place at the Environment and Forestry Service of Gorontalo Province. The results of this research show that: Handling criminal acts of environmental pollution in waste processing at PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo has not been handled properly and correctly. Good and correct handling has not been implemented due to internal factors such as communication, supervision, individual, financial and others, as well as external factors such as community factors, law enforcement, culture, advice and infrastructure. Ineffective handling can have an impact on society. Waste from processing is very dangerous when it pollutes residents' areas, the impact that can be felt by the community is contracting disease and can even cause death if it is not handled according to waste processing procedures. Law enforcement against environmental pollution which triggers criminal acts in Gorontalo Province has not been implemented properly. This is due to several factors that have not been fulfilled optimally. This can be seen from various factors such as law enforcement not being optimal in terms of a persuasive approach, inadequate facilities and infrastructure with limited human resources, as well as community habits and culture which consider environmental pollution to be a normal and common occurrence.

E-government is a government effort to provide efficient and effective public services by utilizing information and communication technology. E-Government allows people to access various available services. The aim of this research is to find out how the E-Government service system is implemented, including the factors that influence it, and the benefits of implementing E-Government in public services. This research also uses a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique carried out by determining special criteria or considering certain characteristics of the sample or research subject to be studied that are relevant to the topic. The results of the research show the implementation of UPT KB  Tangerang City is not yet optimal, both in terms of the synergy between agencies in the Tangerang City government and the UPT itself in implementing the E-Government system which is still lacking, and the low level of understanding and socialization of employees in implementing it. E-Government service system. To improve e-government management, it is required to integrate information systems for e-government management sequentially to improve public service performance, and increase human resources who are skilled in information technology, the implementation of E-Government at UPT KB can run more optimally and provide greater benefits for the community.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of public library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service. This study is a qualitative study. The results of the study show that although the implementation of library service management in Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services has been implemented, there are still barriers to implementation and it is not optimal. The Bintan Regency Library and Archives Service plan was successfully implemented  through the implementation of technical guidance to staff. From an organizational perspective, the availability of facilities and infrastructure resources of Bintan Regency Library and Archives Services generally still does not meet the needs of all strata of society. Although implementation was carried out, it was not  optimal due to lack of human resources, limited funding from Bintan Regency Library Archive Service for program implementation, and  lack of reading book collection of Bintan Regency Library Archive Service. Supervision (control) indicates that supervision has been carried out through regular meetings, gradual supervision and monitoring of staff discipline, but  the government has paid little attention to the development of public library functions.

Based on the results of the review, it is known that competitive advantage is achieved through the company's internal environment, namely human resources. Land disputes are civil disputes that are often filed by justice seekers in the District Court. Recently, many inheritance disputes often occur in families, the inheritance in question is in the form of movable and immovable property. This research aims to determine the process of resolving inheritance land disputes due to falsification of wills in district court and the inhibiting factors which are useful as a reference. The type of research used is empirical research, by interviewing plaintiffs, defendants and co-defendants in case decision no. 44/Pdt.G/2011/PN.Gtlo.The results of the research show that resolving inheritance land disputes resulting from forgery of wills through the District Court is preferred as a solution because it is an institution that provides the justice desired by the plaintiff and its decisions have permanent legal force. Inhibiting factors found in the research process, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors consist of lack of human resources, administrative services, and lack of facilities. And external factors consist of cost, time, good faith, lack of understanding of the parties, chaos in the trial, and lack of evidence.

Digital marketing has changed MSME players to continue to develop their business so that they are not left behind and are able to utilize this digital media, as an effort to market their products so that consumers are more familiar with the products produced by these MSMEs. Batik Tedjo is one of the MSMEs that plays a role in preserving written batik, which is one of the cultural heritages of the Indonesian nation. This study aims to determine how Batik Tedjo SMEs implement digital marketing and whether the implementation of digital marketing has obstacles. The problems faced by Batik Tedjo MSME players in implementing digital marketing show that there are problems in the form of a lack of understanding of social media operators at Batik Tedjo and the imbalance of consumer demand with human resources or a very minimal number of employees in managing Batik products which are quite a lot every month, reaching 200-300 pcs. Entrepreneurship is the ability and willingness to develop, manage and running a business, including taking the risks involved in it to achieve profits, therefore an entrepreneurial spirit is very important for students. There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. The method used is a descriptive method with the research location in Nagori Simbolon Tengkoh in Simalungun Regency.
