This article aims to analyze the views of Generation Z (Gen Z) towards the use of Mobile Legends online game as a source of income. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method involving six research subjects aged 20-24 years old and actively playing Mobile Legends. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that Gen Z has a positive view of Mobile Legends as a source of additional income. Their main motivations are the desire to earn extra income, an income-generating hobby, filling spare time, and entrepreneurial opportunities. The strategies used include selling accounts, becoming a jockey, live streaming, content creation, and participating in tournaments. Challenges faced include fierce competition, meta game changes, risk of fraud, and the need to maintain a balance between gaming and real life. Playing intensity has a relationship with monetization success, but excessive intensity can have a negative impact. This research provides new insights into the phenomenon of online game utilization as a source of income among Gen Z and its implications for the digital economy and entrepreneurship.

Significant developments in the the automotive field from year to year has always increased, accompanied by with the advancement of various supporting components. Apart from functioning as a means of transportation, motorbikes are also a hobby for some people. The objectives of this research are Analyzing the effect of the motorcycle CVT pulley tilt angle on the power and SFC produced by a 160cc motorcycle. produced by a 160cc motorcycle. Analyzing  the effect of cartels on the surface of the double bowl of the CVT pulley, on the power and SFC of a 160cc motorcycle. and SFC of a 160cc motorcycle and to obtain the degree of tilt angle on the pulley and the variation of the surface size of the pulley bowl cartel that provides the best performance for 160cc motorcycles. This research uses type of quantitative research with experimental methods. All data collection was carried out on a dynamometer test machine, where the first step was to placing the motorcycle accurately on the predetermined roller bearings. Determined. After the engine and all the measuring equipment were properly installed, the next testing process is to test the power and fuel consumption until data collection. The results of this study get the highest power on a 14° pulley with a 2mm cartel bowl reaching a power of 11.92 HP and get the most optimal SFC value with a value of 0.06813 kg / HP.h. Then the two way anova test was conducted getting an alpha value of less than 0.05. So that the variation has significant influence.

Considering that today's children mostly live with a consumerist attitude, it is necessary to provide education and introduction to the benefits of the value of money and manage finances by cultivating a frugal lifestyle and a love of saving from an early age. Educating them to avoid consumerist lifestyle behavior also aims to manage their own finances and can increase their comfort in the future. The main target of this activity is the community, especially children in Latta Village, Baguala District, Ambon City. This activity was attended by 25 children and 10 mothers in Latta Village. This activity program is implemented using the material presentation method. The main mission of socialization activities is to foster a frugal lifestyle, a hobby of saving from childhood for a more prosperous future, and children being able to differentiate between needs and wants.

The ornamental fish market is growing rapidly due to the great interest in the hobby of keeping ornamental fish which is supported by technological advances.  Unfortunately, these technological advances also include problems that are still experienced by sellers and buyers, such as a lack of understanding of how to send fish and a lack of information about trustworthy sellers.  This research aims to formulate user needs and create an ornamental fish marketplace application interface using the Design Thinking method with good usability values.  This research discusses creating application interface designs using the Design Thinking method which focuses on users to overcome the problems above.  This research produces interface designs for 21 features with the main feature being a community that makes it easier for sellers to interact and displays ratings on stores to make it easier to find trustworthy sellers.  This research was carried out in two iterations, with the final test results in the second iteration being 92.85% (Learnability value) and 91.15% (Efficiency value) for five sellers.  Test results for five hobbyists / potential buyers obtained a Learnability score of 97.14% and Efficiency of 92.72%.  Meanwhile, Satisfaction (SUS) for both got a score of 83.5%.  The test results produced a good usability design.

Photography is one of the new avenues of service and business, some have made a hobby of photography a lucrative profession. They should be prepared to compete with other companies of the same kind by creating a good image of the consumer, providing quality of service and increasing innovation and creativity in order to create different photo concepts and attract consumers. The strategy became the main idea of Hero Photography to develop a business in photographic services. Hero Photography tried to adapt and compensate by coming up with a strategy that would attract consumers.These research methods use descriptive qualitative, with the aim of providing an idea and an explanation as to how startegi services Hero Photography in the interest of consumers. The study uses primary data sources as data obtained from informers and secondary data from archive or documents, journals, and various archival files of Hero Photography. Data collection techniques through observation, interview and documentary. At verifying data data using triangulation of methods and source triangulation using data analysis techniques of reposing data, presenting data, and summarizing data.Research has shown that the concept of sustainable excellence is influenced by the quality of the product, in this case, a superior photograph of adequate human resources capable with an obvious market target. The performance of the sale of Hero Photography was influenced by a marketing strategy with a concept of 4P (Price, Place. Product, Product), among other things is photographic quality, aesthetic quality good photo quality in terms of aesthetically pleasing clients who are less likely to use hero photography services. Strategic places like the old city become the attraction of visitors to capture the moment. Promotion became a strategy by using social media asa tool for promotion and offering online photo services by viewing affordable prices as one of the preferred customers to use the Hero Photography photo service.

The final work of art creation entitled the application of the level angle technique to strengthen the drama in the cinematography of the fiction film "Genius From Heaven" is a work of fiction film that tells the story of a child who is being sued by his father. From a young age, Dino was required by his father to be smart, but Dino was lacking in that regard. Dino has his own advantages, from the age of 6 Dino had a hobby of playing the piano, but his father did not support him in that matter, until finally Dino was known as a professional piano player. The cinematography in the creation of the fictional film "Genius From Heaven" uses a level angle technique to strengthen the action so as to build drama that is better from a visual perspective. The aim is to provide the mood and reaction of the audience to follow the narrative flow in the film "Genius From Heaven".

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis kepercayaan, kepuasan, loyalitas konsumen dalam membeli barang di aplikasi online shop. Penelitian diadakan di lingkungan masyarat dengan menggunakan sample 2 orang yang memiliki hobby belanja online. Data di analisis menggukan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kepercayaan dan kepuasan konsumen. Produk berkualitas tinggi cenderung meningkatkan kesetiaan konsumen. Ditemukan bahwa pengalaman pengguna yang baik secara konsisten terkait dengan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Hasil penelitian keberhasilan suatu aplikasi online shop tidak hanya tergantung pada transaksi bisnis semata, tetapi juga pada kemampuan untuk membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan konsumen. Kualitas produk yang unggul, pengalaman pengguna yang positif, keamanan transaksi yang terjamin, dan kebijakan pengembalian yang adil dapat menciptakan fondasi untuk kepuasan konsumen. Harga yang bersaing dan penawaran menarik menjadi katalisator penting untuk meningkatkan loyalitas, sementara komunikasi efektif dan layanan pelanggan yang responsif mendukung pemeliharaan hubungan positif. Kepercayaan terhadap merek adalah elemen sentral yang dapat memperkuat ikatan jangka panjang antara konsumen dan platform e-commerce.
