Juvenile delinquency in Kupang City is very diverse, one of which is illegal racing. Teenagers who indulge in this behaviour do not care about the safety and security of themselves or other road users. The purpose of this research is to analyse the juridical sociology review of illegal racing cases in Kupang City. This type of research is empirical juridical research. The type and source of data used are primary data, namely data obtained directly from the research location through direct interviews with respondents. The data is analysed descriptively qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause a lot of illegal racing in Kupang City are sociological factors consisting of environmental factors and betting factors. Psychological factors consisting of adolescent personality factors and hobby factors. Efforts made by investigators against the perpetrators of illegal racing in Kupang City are carried out in two ways, namely, preventive efforts and repressive efforts. It is hoped that teenagers have legal awareness and it is hoped that police officers, especially traffic police, will be more assertive in sanctioning teenagers who often commit traffic violations, especially illegal racing violations, so that there is a deterrent effect for the perpetrators.    

This activity aims to provide counseling about turning hobbies into profits at PPGT Klasis Nonongan Salu, which is one of the organizational/community activities within the intra-ecclesiastical management. This seminar was carried out with the aim of providing knowledge to teenagers that hobbies can be turned into profits. Apart from that, it provides insight and motivation to teenagers and prepares Christian young people to be independent and become agents of change for themselves, the congregregation and the nation. This activity was attended by around 30 people.

Meranti sponge cake culinary, started by an ordinary housewife who has a hobby of making cakes so that it is liked by family and even neighbours, eventually became a small business flooded with orders from neighbours. Bolu gulung Meranti is growing rapidly and has even become one of the typical souvenirs of Medan. Product attractiveness is everything that traders/sellers can offer to be noticed, requested, sought after, purchased, consumed by the market as a fulfilment of market needs or desires. The purpose of this study is to examine the background of the existence of Meranti sponge cake culinary, to find out how much Meranti sponge cake is enjoyed, to find out how Meranti sponge cake marketing techniques. This is a qualitative descriptive study with a literature study research method through decision studies sourced from journals of previous research results. The results of the review study show that Meranti's enthusiasts are greatly increasing by around 5% - 10% per year. The marketing techniques carried out by Meranti are improving product quality by innovating, increasing or expanding branches/shopping access (shopeefood, grabfood), making interesting new products so that consumers are interested in trying, increasing the potential of employees to help smooth the selling of Meranti sponge cake.

Education is something that can be used as a weapon in adapting to today's sophisticated era, improving education is something that should be fought for in improving the economy of a region in the future. Lemukutan Island has a lot of Natural Resources that can be processed, especially marine products and education is a facility that can accommodate the processing and management of Natural Resources on Lemukutan Island. Through Community Service this lecturer can provide educational motivation for the children of SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya Lemukutan Islands to continue their education in pursuing and achieving dreams. The focus on education is the main thing that children need to hold fast to develop a region, but to be able to always be in the corridor of education is not easy. Every generation has its own kind of challenges. In today's era, online games are a challenge that has mushroomed everywhere, games are not just a hobby, but more towards professions and needs. It will be very dangerous when there is a lack of parental supervision and students' lack of control over themselves in playing games. Reminding them of the dangers of playing online games is one way to keep directing them on the right educational path.
