Recording financial transactions is an important activity that must be carried out by a business. In accounting, recording financial transactions is a fundamental thing that must be done. Computerized technology using barcodes in payment transactions has the aim of increasing speed, accuracy, and service quality. In carrying out payment administration activities still using the manual system will have an impact on the Administrative officer having difficulty finding data on students who want to pay and the network (LAN) has not been implemented on the computer is also a problem at the research site, because to share data with the treasurer and principal becomes constrained, data can be damaged, lost or misused because its security is not guaranteed. In solving these problems, the researchers collected data and facts that existed at the research site, then designed a payment administration information that was in accordance with the needs of the school. In making Administrative Information System Integrated With Barcode Reader, researchers used Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, MySQL Server database as data storage media and Subtime Text as tools to create source code. This study aims to: (1) analyze and find the ratio of the decision of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 49/PUU-X/2012 concerning the annulment of Article 66 paragraph (1) UUJN-2004, (2) the legal impact of the Constitutional Court's decision no. 49/PUU-X/2012 Against Legal Protection for Notaries. The type of research is normative law. While the research approach used, namely: Legislation, contextual approach, and case approach, as well as a comparative approach. The legal materials used in this study are primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the analysis of legal materials using qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) The ratio decidendi of the cancellation of Article 66 paragraph (1) of Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary Public is based, that the article is not in accordance with the principle of equality before the law (equality in law) for every citizen. There is the approval of the Notary Honorary Council, not in accordance with the sense of justice and the criminal law enforcement process, as well as the principle of an independent judicial power; (2) Legal Impact of MK Decision No. 49/Puu-X/2012 Regarding Legal Protection for Notaries, the notary loses his special rights, namely summoning a Notary in the case of interest in a criminal examination does not need to obtain permission from the Regional Supervisory Council as stipulated in the provisions of Article 66 of the JN Law, this is for guarantee legal certainty and responsibility for the deed issued.

Along with the time that continues to turn where previously children who were still toddlers were taken care of by their parents until they moved to the village and got a job and were busy to have a partner and offspring and their own lives, on the other hand the parents who used to raise them have now entered old age which should be the child's obligation to take care of parents at that time. The dilemma that occurs between the obligation to care for wives and children and work with caring for parents when they enter old age or old age. Responding to the phenomenon that occurs related to the child's obligation to choose parents when entering old age. So the service team from the Faculty of Law, Goronalo State University conducted counseling in a number of villages which basically had a number of problems related to this, including Kaaruyaan Village, Paguyaman District, Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The problems raised in this service include the background of children taking care of their own elderly parents at home and children who entrust elderly parents in nursing homes. This research method uses qualitative methods and discussions in counseling, where the research was carried out in the Kaaruyaan Village area. The National Health Insurance (JKN) Program is part of the National Social Security System (SJSN) which is organized using the principle of mandatory social health insurance based on Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 40 Tahun 2004. The implementation of the National Social Security System aims to provide guarantees for the fulfillment of the basic needs of a decent life for each participant and their family. In the use of JKN services, participants are required to follow the referral service procedures as stated in the regulations. During the Covid-19 pandemic, various service channels have been launched which are expected to make it easier for participants when they want to take advantage of the JKN program. So it is felt necessary to socialize to the community to understand the benefits and procedures of JKN services so that this program can be utilized as well as possible. This community service activity is carried out by providing education to private workers in Gianyar Regency. Education is carried out in the form of online webinars by utilizing zoom meeting media. After socialization, the results were obtained that there was an increase in participants' knowledge of JKN.

A finance company is a company that provides loans to prospective borrowers with certain guarantees such as PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan Branch. In this business, company funds are often embedded because of debtors who are in arrears. Therefore, the company has a field officer who functions to collect debtor's house and make a withdrawal of the financing unit that has exceeded the reasonable limit of the time of payment. The implementation of billing activities carried out is definitely related to the work safety of each field officer. Work safety issues such as beatings experienced by field officers have an impact on the implementation of billing. This resulted in the billing process becoming less than optimal because the officers were worried about their safety. In addition, the work environment also impacts on employee performance, such as lack of work space that makes employees not free to work, relationships that are not good affect the communication process in decision making and document filing that is not neat will affect the document search process. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety and work environment on the performance of employees. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis method. The population in this study were 51 people who were employees of PT. ITC Multi Finance Medan Branch and also as a respondent. The method of data collection is done by interviewing, distributing questionnaires, documentation and literature. Variables taken with a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that simultaneously the work safety and work environment did not significantly influence the performance of PT. Medan Branch Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance, and partially has no effect on performance.

Saat ini dengan meningkatnya persaingan dari segi bisnis perumahan, antara developer dengan Bank telah dibuat suatu perjanjian kerjasama dengan buy back guarantie. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk mengatasi masalah jual beli rumah dimana sertipikat belum siap, atau masih induk sehingga antara developer dengan konsumen menandatangani perjanjian pengikatan jual beli dan nanti setelah sertipikat sudah siap untuk dilakukan jual beli, konsumen akan dipanggil kembali untuk penandatanganan yang kedua, yaitu penandatanganan akta jual beli dengan developer dan pengikatan agunan dengan Bank. Hal ini sebenarnya cukup berisiko bagi Bank selaku penyandang dana, karena Bank belum mempunyai hak preferensi atas agunan berkaitan dengan fasilitas kredit yang telah diberikan kepada konsumen/debitor. Untuk mengatasi masalah risiko tersebut, maka dalam Perjanjian Kerjasama antara Bank dengan developer dicantumkan suatu janji dari developer untuk membeli kembali agunan apabila fasilitas kredit yang diberikan Bank kepada debitor tersebut tidak lancar pembayarannya atau terjadi kredit macet sebelum sertipikat atas agunan tersebut diterbitkan. Rumusan Masalah yang diambil yaitu 1) bagaimana penyelesaian perjanjian kredit pemilikan rumah akibat konsumen wanprestasi, 2) bagaimana proses pengambilalihan objek perjanjian oleh developer akibat wanprestasi konsumen dalam perjanjian kredit pemilikan rumah, 3) bagaimana kedudukan dan peranan penjaminan buy back guarantee dalam kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) dan kendala yang timbul dengan adanya proses buy back guarantee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis normatif empiris yang bersifat deskriptif analitis, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tertier sebagai data utama. Data-data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah, dianalisis dan ditafsirkan secara logis. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa penyelesaian wanprestasi atas kredit pemilikan rumah dapat dilakukan dengan pengambilalihan objek jaminan oleh developer berdasarkan penjaminan buy back guarantee, dimana pihak bank belum dapat melakukan pengikatan agunan, sedangkan proses pengambilalihan objek ini dilakukan developer dengan melakukan pelunasan atas tunggakan-tunggakan yang dialami debitur, dan kedudukan dan peranan penjaminan buy back guarantie dalam transaksi jual beli unit perumahan dengan fasilitas KPR adalah developer akan membeli tanah dan bangunan yang telah terjual dalam hal debitor lalai, selain itu penjamin akan membantu bank sampai bank mendapat/menguasai tanah dan bangunan, jaminan yang dilakukan developer akan berlaku terus menerus sampai dengan bank mendapat jaminan atas dapat diikat sebagai hak tanggungan.

Philosophically about the concept of mashlahah al-Ghazali, is not just an effort to gain benefits or avoid mafsadat. But more than that, the real key to maslahah lies in maintaining maqashid al-syari'ah al-khamsah, namely the guarantee of safety or preservation of religion, soul, mind, lineage, and property. The meaning of freedom from the perspective of maslahah al-Ghazali is a person's mental attitude that describes a sincere and sincere acceptance in carrying out an obligation as a manifestation of his religious awareness. Freedom has absolutely nothing to do with choice, because it is a positive response from an individual in carrying out his duties as a servant of Allah, whether he chooses it or not. So the essence of freedom here is sincerity. Namely, the ability to carry out the provisions of the Shari'ah without feeling any pressure. This is the freedom of fiqhiyah, a nuance of freedom that releases a person from fear, anxiety and worry, as well as all forms of worldly 'miracle' bonds, which are born as a psychological effect of one's loyalty in carrying out divine values ​​sincerely and correctly.
