This research discusses the application of the sales budget as a tool for planning and controlling finished goods inventory. The aim of this research was carried out based on the application of a sales budget to find out how to implement a sales budget which can be used as a planning and control tool for finished goods inventory to optimize profits at CV Wecono Asri. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative, namely providing a picture of the actual situation of the object under study based on facts, by collecting data processing such as collecting related data, namely raw material costs, labor costs and factory overhead costs. The data examined in this research is from 2021 to 2022 as a basis for calculating sales forecasts in 2023 which will then be prepared for implementing the sales budget. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the implementation of the sales budget at CV Wecono Asri is more controlled compared to before the sales budget was prepared because the resulting acquisition costs also increase due to the difference between the profit and loss budget report and the profit and loss realization report, which produces results The final difference in profit and loss was IDR 16,660. So with these results it is recommended that CV Wecono Asri prepare a sales budget, production budget, raw materials budget, labor budget and factory overhead budget, the company will get a greater profit than the previous year.

Inventory of goods at MI is an important process to ensure smooth operations and learning. With a good inventory system, MI can manage its goods effectively and efficiently, so that it can support the achievement of its educational goals. Administration of goods equipment or goods inventory in MI includes activities such as recording, coding and reporting goods inventory. This includes inventory items (such as tables, benches, whiteboards) and non-inventory items (such as markers, erasers, pencils). The inventory process aims to create goods administration, financial savings, and effective supervision of these goods. Inventory activities of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools include planning, procurement, distribution, use, maintenance and disposal of goods. Inventory recording of goods is carried out in various books, such as the goods inventory master book, goods inventory class book, non-inventory goods record book, quarterly report list, inventory item mutation, and annual recapitulation list. A computerized goods inventory system can help organizations increase efficiency and effectiveness of goods management. This system can help organizations save time and costs, increase productivity, and make better decisions regarding goods management.

An Accounting Information System (AIS) for inventory of consumable goods is important in inventory management, transaction recording and financial reporting. A consumables inventory AIS helps in monitoring stock, calculating inventory costs, and ensuring proper accountability within the company. The problems that occur in the inventory recording system for consumable goods, namely that the recording that is still being carried out is not in accordance with applicable accounting so that the physical entry and exit of goods cannot be known periodically and there is no SIA for the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research aims to create a Web-based SIA for inventory of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit. This research method uses the case study method. The results of the research found that web-based AIS for managing supplies of consumables at the Banjarbaru City Regional Revenue Service Unit runs more effectively and efficiently. Every sale of goods, sales report the number of goods sold to the warehouse admin. Because of the many types of goods being sold, sometimes the warehouse admin forgets about which items are almost out of stock and should be ordered. The aim of this research is to produce a goods ordering system with the EOQ and ROP control methods to overcome the occurrence of stockouts. The author uses the research object of employees who work at PT Kimia Farma Plant, namely sales, warehouse department, admin and HRD. With this system, the warehouse admin can see the number of items in real time. The EOQ method generates a report on the number of economic purchases (EOQ), the total costs that must be incurred by the company to reorder an item, the duration of the EOQ, up to the reorder point (ROP).

PT Sintas Kurama Perdana is the first formic acid producer in Southeast Asia. Inventory of finished goods is an important component in supporting the company's operational activities through sales activities. This research method uses qualitative methods by gathering various information and data needed to complete the inventory recording report. The procurement records inventory and invoices still using manual, which makes the process of releasing finished goods less effective. In this case so that the process of releasing goods can be done easily and quickly to avoid mistakes that occur in the process of recording and inputting, finished goods inventory using a web-based application.

In line with the development of science and technology today, a job that is done requires fast-paced data and information. By getting data and information quickly, the company has the ability to develop faster. Inventory is a very important part for a company. Inventory of goods is one of the tasks of logistics management in a company, namely support in the procurement of goods for the company. In order for this support to be utilized, it is necessary to plan and carry out in an integrated manner, which is interrelated and supports between related elements. CV Sinar Karya Ungaran is a private company which is engaged in the distributor of Electric tools. CV Sinar Karya is located on the road Dabo II / D30 RT6 Nitibuana, Ungaran Regency Semarang Tel. (024) 3584074 - 3584075. This company has a wide enough working area covering Central Java and DIY. Because the working area is quite extensive and the number of processes in and out of goods, the company must be more careful in calculating inventory. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company is still using Microsoft Excel so there are still many obstacles. In the process of recording and counting inventory at this time the company still uses Microsoft Excel. One of the difficulties experienced is the frequent occurrence of errors in making inventory reports. Besides making reports takes longer because there is no computerized database system. With the development of technology, especially in the field of computers, the authors try to create a computer-based inventory program using Visual Basic 6.0. This is expected to help companies in making goods inventory more quickly and accurately.

Sisfo Monitoring of Goods Inventory in Shop Based on Visual Basic 6.0 Multiuser with FIFO method Studin Case in Cimory on the valley Ssemarang Regency is an information system created to overcome the problem of data processing which is still in manual bookkeeping so it takes a long time and results are inaccurate or recap The data does not even have data storage yet undatabase which results in easy data loss. The existing problems can be overcome by making Monitoring of inventory and making data storage information systems more secure and efficient. The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.
