The rapid development of e-commerce as part of the broader digital transformation has introduced various new forms of transactions that were not explicitly recognized in classical Islamic jurisprudence. These include digital contracts, non-physical goods, cloud-based services, and electronic payment systems. Such innovations present a range of legal challenges, particularly concerning the validity of contracts, the legal status of digital products, the permissibility and security of electronic payment methods, and the protection of consumers in online transactions. To address these challenges, Islamic scholars have increasingly turned to ijtihad the process of independent reasoning and interpretation—as a methodology capable of providing legal solutions for contemporary issues. This study employs a qualitative approach, primarily through literature review, to examine the foundational principles of ijtihad, various methodological tools, and their applicability to different aspects of e-commerce transactions. The findings demonstrate that ijtihad methods, including qiyās (analogical reasoning), istislāh (consideration of public interest), istihsān (juridical preference), and ‘urf (customary practice), enable Islamic law to remain adaptive and flexible, while still oriented toward justice and public welfare. By applying these methods, Islamic jurisprudence can provide legal certainty, uphold fairness, and ensure that e-commerce practices align with Shariah principles, ultimately fostering trust and ethical behavior in the digital marketplace.

This study aims to examine the effect of accounts payable, profitability, and Other Comprehensive Income (OCI) on audit fees in FMCG Food & Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2020–2024. A quantitative method using multiple linear regression was applied, supported by classical assumption tests including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests which indicated that the model is statistically valid. The regression results show that accounts payable significantly affects audit fees (sig 0.002), while profitability (sig 0.286) and OCI (sig 0.064) have no significant partial effect. Simultaneously, all variables significantly influence audit feeswith an F-test value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.576 indicates that 57.6% of audit fee variation is explained by the independent variables. These findings highlight that company risk, reflected in higher accounts payable, is the primary determinant of audit fees in the FMCG sector.

The development of information technology has transformed trade from traditional markets to digital platforms, including Cash on Delivery (COD) payment systems. This study analyzes the integration of the COD system with the istishna contract in online transactions (specifically on Shopee), its implementation mechanisms, and its validity according to Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh muamalah). The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach through digital observation and literature review. The focus of the study was on pre-order or custom product transactions made after a specification agreement between the buyer (mustashni') and seller (shani'). The results showed that the COD system is valid in the istishna contract because it allows for final payment upon receipt of the goods. This is in accordance with Sharia law as long as the product specifications are clear, the price is transparent, and the buyer's right to khiyar is fulfilled to ensure the goods conform to the contract. As long as it is free from riba (usury), gharar (gharar), and tadlis (tadlis), the COD method in istishna transactions reflects fairness, openness, and benefits for both parties in the digital economy ecosystem.

In Indonesia, micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have long been recognized as a very important business sector due to their various real roles in the economy. However, MSMEs often face many obstacles in running their businesses. More incentive support from various parties, especially the government, is needed for the development of MSMEs. In order to overcome the problems faced by MSMEs and support their sustainability, a KKU (Business Field Study) activity was carried out by Group 15 at the KKU-11 of the Institute of Technology and Business (ITB) Adias Pemalang at the MSME “Ev_Kids Product.”After conducting an observation phase, several problems faced by the SME were identified, including the lack of social media for marketing, failure to calculate the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and maintain simple accounting records, absence of a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, receipt books, and product attributes. Additionally, the SME had never produced a production video or promotional video.After conducting the observation phase, KKU actors formulated several business development assistance programs, namely creating social media accounts, calculating the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), creating simple bookkeeping, creating a business logo, banners, promotional image designs, organizational structure, business profile, product catalog, stamps, note books, and product attributes in the form of hangtags. They also created production videos and promotional videos.

The development of electronic commerce through marketplace platforms presents new challenges in civil law enforcement, particularly concerning the platform's liability for the circulation of counterfeit goods. This study aims to analyze Shopee's legal responsibility as a provider of electronic transaction services regarding the sale of counterfeit goods, based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code concerning Unlawful Acts and its relation to consumer protection principles as regulated in the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection. The research uses a normative juridical method with a legislative approach and literature study, including provisions in the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions and Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions. The research findings indicate that although Shopee does not act as a direct seller, the platform still has a legal obligation to provide a reliable, secure, and responsible electronic system. Negligence in verifying sellers and monitoring products has the potential to fulfill the elements of unlawful acts, particularly the elements of fault and causal relationship with consumer losses. This study emphasizes that Shopee qualifies as a business actor in the context of consumer protection, thereby bearing both preventive and repressive responsibilities to ensure transaction security and prevent the circulation of counterfeit goods on its platform.

Data mining is a technique of several fields of science to find previously unknown relationships in the data warehouse so that it becomes an information that can be used later. The unwise use of electricity will of course have an impact on the high use of electricity, therefore it is expected that every community understands the effort to use electricity wisely. Therefore, authors perform analysis of data mining on these electrical usage data in order to know which is a small, medium and large category. The authors use data on electrical use questionnaire as much as 200 data which is then presented into the ARFF format. In performing author analysis using WEKA Tools. The method used is Naive Bayes classification method with the greatest percentage of accuracy obtained using the Use Training Set Correctly of 80.5%, using a 5-Fold Cross Validation Correctly of 75%, and using 10-Fold Cross Validation amounted to 74%. While the result of the selection of the attributes using the algorithm classifier attribute evaluation (ClassifierAttributeEval) is stated that the most influential attribute against the electrical power usage classification is Electonic Goods.

Perfume is often used to enhance self-confidence and build a positive self-image, particularly among young people in social and academic settings. Thus, purchasing decisions are shaped not only by functional needs but also by emotional and social factors. This study examines how live streaming, electronic word-of-mouth (E-WOM), and celebrity endorsements influence consumers’ decisions to buy Evangeline perfume. A quantitative survey method was employed using purposive sampling, with respondents limited to FEB Udinus students who have experience with and knowledge of Evangeline products. This group was selected as they represent an active consumer segment for lifestyle and cosmetic goods. Data from 140 respondents were analyzed using multiple linear regression along with the classical assumption test. The results show that all three marketing variables significantly and positively affect purchase decisions, with live streaming being the most influential factor. These findings highlight the importance of interactive engagement, peer validation, and positive selection cues in shaping consumer trust and perception. Academically, this study contributes to consumer behavior and digital marketing research. Practically, the results suggest that perfume companies should prioritize live streaming campaigns, strengthen E-WOM strategies, and leverage celebrity endorsements to improve marketing effectiveness and increase sales.

This research examines the influence of road infrastructure development on local economic growth in Medan City, emphasizing its role in improving accessibility and supporting economic activities. Road infrastructure is a vital component of regional development, as it facilitates the movement of goods and services, reduces transportation costs, and enhances connectivity between economic centers. Well-developed road networks can stimulate business expansion and encourage investment by creating a more efficient economic environment. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using field surveys involving 20 respondents, including business actors, local residents, and government representatives. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed descriptively to capture perceptions regarding the economic impact of road infrastructure development. The results indicate that improvements in road quality, capacity, and connectivity have a positive influence on local economic growth. Respondents reported increased trade activities, improved access to markets, higher investment opportunities, and rising community income levels as direct benefits of improved road infrastructure. However, the study also identified several challenges that may hinder long-term economic outcomes. Traffic congestion, uneven infrastructure development across areas, and inadequate routine maintenance were highlighted as significant issues. These problems can reduce efficiency and limit the sustainability of economic gains. Therefore, continuous government commitment, effective maintenance strategies, and equitable distribution of infrastructure development are essential. Strengthening coordination among stakeholders is also necessary to ensure that road infrastructure development supports inclusive and sustainable local economic growth in Medan City.

This study aims to analyze the goods purchasing accounting system at PT Central Sandang Jayatama. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis included descriptive analysis of the purchasing accounting system and comparison between the company’s implementation and the elements of a purchasing accounting system, including related functions, procedures, documents, and accounting records. Conclusions and recommendations were drawn based on the analysis. The results indicate that the purchasing accounting system related to auxiliary materials availability supports smooth production processes and provides a significant contribution to management in managing auxiliary materials. However, several elements were not fully aligned with the principles of purchasing accounting systems, as reflected in an unclear organizational structure and overlapping duties between the purchasing and receiving functions. Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen the internal control system in auxiliary material purchasing and redesign the organizational structure to separate purchasing and receiving functions. Improvements in this system are expected to enhance product quality, production efficiency, and company profitability. This study contributes

The principle of comparative advantage explains that every country or society, like individuals, can gain benefits from their trade activities by exporting goods or services in which they have a major comparative advantage and importing goods or services in which they do not. Based on the law of comparative advantage, even though a country may be less efficient (having an absolute disadvantage) compared to other countries in the production process, the structure of industrial performance can be seen through the analysis of industrial sector behavior analyzed through various strategies such as Price, Product, and promotion. The theory of comparative advantage related to the exchange of goods is relevant as long as the traded goods are still useful. In other words, Performance is defined as the result of activities influenced by the structure and behavior within the industrial sector, where these results are often measured by the size of a company's market share or profitability in an industry. In more detail, performance can also be reflected in the form of efficiency, development (including market expansion), job creation, employee welfare, and a sense of group pride.

This research examines money politics as a root problem in Indonesia’s democratic system, focusing on the 2019 and 2024 general elections. Money politics refers to the practice of distributing cash or goods by candidates, campaign teams, or volunteers to influence voters’ political choices. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature study approach to analyze several cases that occurred across different regions in Indonesia. The findings reveal that money politics was widespread during both elections, with the main modus operandi involving the distribution of cash, basic goods, and facilities. This practice not only violates the principles of free and fair elections but also undermines citizens’ dignity, weakens popular sovereignty, and serves as a major driver of political corruption. Contributing factors include power ambition, vulnerable economic conditions, low political education, weak oversight, and entrenched transactional political culture. To address this issue, the research highlights the importance of political party reform and strengthening democratic education, particularly through civic education programs. These efforts aim to increase political awareness among citizens and improve the overall quality of Indonesia’s democracy.

This study used a qualitative approach with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) as the data collection technique. This study examined the institutional factors causing long dwelling times at Tanjung Emas Port and mitigation efforts. The analysis revealed that the main root of the problem lies in the lengthy administrative and goods inspection (customs) processes, particularly in the red, yellow, and green inspection lanes. Obstacles include the lack of data integration (such as PIB and SPPB dates) between the Semarang Container Terminal (TPKS) and Customs, as well as incomplete documents by service users. A significant impact was felt on imports, where dwelling times were longer due to complicated quarantine and customs inspections, while exports were relatively unaffected.

In an increasingly competitive business world with ever-increasing customer demands for the quality of services and goods, customer satisfaction and loyalty have emerged as crucial issues in today's marketing management. Under such conditions, business entities must identify the key elements that shape satisfaction and how these contribute to building customer loyalty. This paper aims to examine the nature of study results on the determinants of satisfaction and loyalty through an evaluation of several recent empirical studies. Two key questions are addressed: which elements most strongly influence customer satisfaction, and what is the intermediary function of satisfaction in explaining the relationship between marketing variables such as service quality, cost, brand image, and trust with customer loyalty. The technique employed is a qualitative literature review through a search of articles using Google Scholar and Publish or Perish (PoP). Key terms used include customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, service quality, and trust. Of the 50 articles found in the initial phase, 15 met the inclusion standards and were thoroughly reviewed. The evaluation findings reveal three dominant patterns: service and product quality are the most stable factors driving satisfaction; cost and brand image serve as supporting factors; and trust acts as an important intermediary variable. This evaluation confirms that customer satisfaction is a key component in strengthening loyalty. Future studies are recommended to expand the scope of business sectors, use a more comprehensive structural framework, and utilize a wider variety of methodological techniques.

Fortuna Furniture still manages its inventory manually, which causes many problems, including delayed reports, inaccurate information, and the potential for lost records. These issues affect the quality of decision-making and operational efficiency. This service aims to build a web-based inventory information system that improves speed, accuracy, and integration in inventory management. The system development process follows the Waterfall model SDLC approach, with requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing supported by interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the activity show that the developed system can reduce input errors, speed up the process of recording incoming and outgoing goods, and enable real-time stock monitoring. Additionally, the report generation process becomes more efficient and easier for management to access. Overall, the use of this information system significantly improved the efficiency of Fortuna Furniture's inventory management and demonstrated the importance of digitalization in helping businesses run more smoothly.

This study aims to analyze and compare rice inventory valuation using the FIFO, FEFO, and Average methods in determining the cost of goods sold (COGS) at UD. Rahayu Indah. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a perpetual inventory recording system. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation from January to December 2024. The results show that each method produces different COGS values: the FIFO method produces the lowest COGS, followed by FEFO, while the Average method produces the highest COGS. This difference is influenced by cost allocation based on the order of goods in and out and price fluctuations during the production period. These findings indicate that the FIFO method is the most effective method to be applied at UD. Rahayu Indah because it reflects the logical physical flow of goods, supports cost efficiency, and increases the company's gross profit. In addition, this method is also in line with the company's operational characteristics, which have stable purchasing patterns and are in accordance with the principles of PSAK No. 14 on inventory. The results of this study are expected to assist UD. Rahayu Indah's management in determining an inventory valuation strategy that is efficient, accurate, and supports business sustainability.

Akuntansi Pajak dan Kebijakan Ekonomi Digital 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Economic growth is the process of increasing a country's production capacity to generate goods and services over a specific period, reflecting the income and well-being of its people. This research aims to analyse the influence of labor, exchange rates, and exports on the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the manufacturing sector in Indonesia during the period 2010-2024. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach, using secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The research results indicate that all three independent variables, namely labor, exchange rate, and exports, have a positive and significant impact on the GDP of the manufacturing sector, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) value of 0.9633 indicates that 96.33% of the variation in industrial sector GDP can be explained by these three variables, while 3.76% is influenced by factors outside the model. This research confirms that increased labour productivity, exchange rate stability, and export growth play an important role in strengthening the performance of the manufacturing sector in Indonesia. Therefore, policies focused on improving the quality of human resources, strengthening export competitiveness, and ensuring macroeconomic stability are needed to support the sustainable and globally competitive growth of the manufacturing sector.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of procurement of goods and services through e-Catalog version 6 in Balongbendo District after the enactment of policy changes from the previous version (V5). In addition, this study also identifies impacts, obstacles, and strategies to increase system effectiveness. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a document study approach based on the Electronic Procurement of Goods/Services Implementation Report for the third quarter of 2025 as a secondary data source. The results of this study show that the implementation of the V6 e-Catalog has been relatively effective with a completion rate of 87.18% of a total of 39 procurement packages. However, obstacles were found in the form of human error (75%) and system bugs (25%) that caused some packages to be unable to be processed. The transition from version 5 to version 6 brings a positive impact in terms of increased transparency and efficiency, but it also poses new challenges in adapting to the latest version. This study confirms that the success of digital transformation of public procurement does not only depend on technological aspects, but also on human readiness and adaptive institutional governance.

Law enforcement in the context of recovering state finances does not solely focus on corruption offenses, but also on administrative errors that may potentially cause losses to the state. The State Attorney (Jaksa Pengacara Negara/JPN) holds strategic authority through legal audits to identify, assess, and provide recommendations regarding potential state financial losses arising from administrative actions inconsistent with applicable regulations. This research formulates two main issues: first, how the legal authority of JPN is applied in conducting legal audits on administrative errors potentially causing state financial losses; second, what legal mechanisms are employed by JPN in conducting legal audits on such administrative errors. The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of legal authority by JPN through legal audits aims to ensure that every aspect of authority, procedure, and substance in governmental decision-making, as well as in the procurement of goods and services, complies with legal provisions, starting from the needs identification stage up to the final handover of work results. This is essential for JPN to accurately determine administrative errors that may potentially cause state financial losses and to formulate them in a legal audit report. The mechanism for resolving legal audit findings is carried out through coordination between JPN and the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) to determine the amount of potential losses. Subsequently, JPN provides recommendations to the applicant to return the potential losses to the state or regional treasury.

Consumptive behavior refers to the tendency of individuals to purchase goods or services excessively, driven not by need but by the desire for personal satisfaction. University students are particularly vulnerable to such behavior, especially given the ease of access to e-commerce platforms and limitations in personal financial management. Pocket money received and students’ level of financial literacy are key factors shaping their consumption patterns. This study analyzes the effects of e-commerce, pocket money, and financial literacy on the consumptive behavior of undergraduate students in the Development Economics Study Program at Udayana University. A quantitative approach was employed, using a survey of 90 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that, jointly, e-commerce, pocket money, and financial literacy significantly affect students’ consumptive behavior. Partially, e-commerce and pocket money have positive effects, whereas financial literacy has a negative effect. This indicates that higher financial literacy reduces the tendency toward consumptive behavior.

This study aims to describe the perspectives of economic actors regarding the importance of money in daily interactions and transactions. Money, as a medium of exchange, not only facilitates the transfer of goods and services but also shapes more efficient and structured economic behavior. In everyday activities, economic actors view money as an instrument that provides value certainty, transactional convenience, and flexibility in managing needs and expenditures. The role of money is also understood as a factor influencing socio-economic relationships, as interactions between individuals are often grounded in transactional processes that require trust and universally accepted exchange values. Furthermore, the development of payment technologies has broadened economic actors’ understanding of money, especially within the context of digitalized transactions. This study illustrates that money is not merely a transactional tool but also a crucial element in shaping the socio-economic dynamics of modern society. The findings are expected to contribute to microeconomic discussions related to how economic actors utilize money as a fundamental instrument in daily economic activities.
